Who We Are MAP | WPP Enterprise Solutions designs, builds, and operates the growth systems that competitive businesses rely on. In a world where Al is reshaping how companies drive growth, we lead clients in business transformation and marketing modernization, connecting strategy directly to execution. Our 12,000 experts in engineering and platforms, commerce, consulting, content transformation, CRM, and CX work within a unified global operating unit across 40+ markets. WPP Enterprise Solutions works alongside best-in-class partners including Adobe, AWS, Braze, Google, Microsoft, Salesforce, and Shopify, as well as innovators in AI, to deliver growth solutions tailored to the needs of our clients' businesses. About WPP MAP is part of WPP , the trusted growth partner for the world's leading brands. Powered by exceptional talent and our agentic marketing platform WPP Open, WPP unites cutting-edge media intelligence and data solutions, creativity, production, enterprise solutions and expert strategic counsel. Role Summary You'll decide which agentic systems are worth building to transform how millions of customers experience brands every day: from a beverage giant's marketing campaign to a global retailer's in-store assistant or an iconic carmaker's ownership journey. You own product direction, investment, and commercial performance across a portfolio of AI Accelerators that we bring to our clients. You'll decide where to invest in reusable AI Accelerators, ensure AI Consultants can scale them across clients, and line manage a team of AI Product Managers delivering the work . The hard, interesting part of this job is that we're an agency first: sold client work will sometimes have to win over product ambition, and your job is to find the pragmatic path anyway — pulling a reusable pattern, a piece of IP, or a genuine lesson out of bespoke work rather than treating it as a dead end. What will your day look like? Deliver AI Solutions to Clients: Lead AI Product Manager team to successfully deliver state-of-the-art agentic solutions in collaboration with AI Solution Consultants, AI Engineers, and AI Architects. Set Strategic Vision & Portfolio Strategy: Define the AI product vision across domains and make data-driven investment decisions, including building business cases to fund AI Accelerators based on effort/value, unit economics, and margins. Drive Commercial Performance: Maintain commercial accountability (revenue, cost, margin), prioritization, and investment calls across the AI Accelerator portfolio. Build Reusable Scalable Assets: Lead the creation of reusable AI product assets that allow teams to scale selling existing solutions across clients rather than building from scratch every time. Establish Product Excellence: Make deliberate build-vs-reuse choices and set the standard for discovery, scoping, and success metrics across the PM team while maintaining a deep view of the evolving AI product landscape. Act as an Executive Advisor: Serve as a trusted product advisor to senior client stakeholders and internal leadership on high-stakes investment and product decisions. Lead & Mentor: Line manage, mentor, and coach a team of AI Product Managers on product practice and delivery discipline. Who are you going to work with? AI Product Managers: Your direct team, whom you will line manage, mentor, and coach in product discipline and execution. AI Solution Consultants: Key partners who will take your scalable AI Accelerators to client accounts and deploy them at scale. Engineers & Architects: Technical counterparts with whom you'll evaluate system design trade-offs, technical feasibility, and build-vs-buy decisions. Senior Clients & Executive Leadership: High-level stakeholders whom you will guide through strategic AI investments and product decisions. Cross-Functional Client Delivery Teams: Account leaders and delivery teams with whom you'll navigate competing account priorities and resource allocation. What do you bring to the table? You are AI-native: You work with the agent in the middle, and you have built things with Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor: a workflow you automated, a skill others use, a tool you wired together. We will ask you to walk us through the process, not just the output. Product Leadership: Significant experience owning strategy, roadmaps, and delivery for AI-enabled products or platforms. Client Delivery Experience: Proven ability to drive AI Accelerator development within client delivery environments while balancing competing account priorities and engineering capacity. People Leadership: A proven track record of managing, coaching, and mentoring product managers in delivery discipline. Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial judgment with experience building investment cases, evaluating unit economics/margins, and making credible build-vs-buy/reuse decisions based on market research. Technical Fluency: Ability to credibly discuss system architecture, technical trade-offs, and design with engineers and architects. The Role.. We are starting a labour optimisation programme with our Operations team, alongside FP&A and Data Science. The aim is to improve our wage percentage to sales while improving service standards at the same time. We are not interested in an approach that delivers one at the expense of the other. We are currently selecting an advanced scheduling platform to support this. The analytical foundation underneath it — how we measure productivity, what our labour standards are, how good our demand forecasts need to be — is what this role owns. You will sit in the Data team and work in close partnership with FP&A. Analysis alone will not move the number; changes stick when a Finance Business Partner and a General Manager can see the opportunity in their own House, agree the size of it and hold it in their forecast. Your job is to give them that, in a form they can act on. Key responsibilities.. Labour productivity analysis, identifying site-by-site opportunities for efficiency gains and sizing each one Work with Operations and Finance to trial changes to scheduling and measure their impact Build improved labour reporting, so Business Partners and GMs can see productivity, schedule changes and shift adherence on a daily and weekly cadence Support Finance translate demand forecasts into labour requirements, helping to build the models that turn covers, check-ins, treatments and occupancy into hours by role Partner with our Data Science and Operations teams to understand forecast accuracy and recommend improvements Connect labour deployment to member experience, so that productivity gains are demonstrably not coming out of the House Required skills and experience Proven experience in labour optimisation. You have personally delivered measurable improvement in wage percentage or sales per labour hour in a multi-site operation, and can talk us through the levers you pulled, how you sized them and how you proved the result A track record of partnering finance and operational stakeholders to land change, not just report on it 5+ years in an analytics role, with genuine multi-site operational exposure — hospitality, retail, leisure or QSR Advanced SQL, and comfort in a modelled data warehouse (Snowflake and dbt an advantage) Strong financial modelling in Excel, and fluency in P&L mechanics — wage percentage, flow-through, contribution BI development experience (Omni, Looker, Tableau or Power BI), building tools operators actually use Experience with rota, time and attendance and payroll data, and a realistic view of its challenges Able to evaluate a demand forecast critically — accuracy, bias, seasonality — without needing to build one Desirable Experience with a workforce management or scheduling platform — Unifocus, HotSchedules, Dayforce, Fourth, S4 Labour, UKG, Quinyx or similar An understanding of how labour regulation constrains labour models internationally, particularly the US — predictive scheduling and fair workweek rules, overtime and break requirements Labour standards or time-and-motion experience Python for analysis, or use of AI tooling such as Claude Code to accelerate it Experience linking labour deployment to customer experience outcomes Find Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow

What we'd like to see Solid experience in a data role such as Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or BI Development (or equivalent academic experience). Hands-on dbt experience, ideally. Hands-on orchestration experience, with tools like Airflow or Dagster. Strong SQL and a good grasp of data modelling patterns. Job description Team & Reporting Line: Our Mission At constellr, we use thermal intelligence from space to understand what is happening on Earth - where, when and at scale. Our satellite constellation delivers high-resolution land surface temperature data, giving governments, defence organisations, commercial operators and global institutions the intelligence they need to monitor change, assess risk and make better-informed decisions. From national security and critical infrastructure to agriculture and climate resilience, constellr turns temperature into actionable intelligence for a changing world. Your Role As our Senior Business Development Manager for the Public Sector, you will join the Commercial team and lead constellr's growth with civil government customers – environmental ministries, national and regional agencies, and European institutions – who need reliable, decision-grade thermal intelligence to manage water, agriculture, infrastructure and climate resilience. This is not a data-reselling role. You will sell data intelligence and analytics: understanding what public bodies are trying to achieve, shaping how our land surface temperature products and insights fit their mandates, and guiding them through funding cycles and formal procurement. You will work closely with our Product, Earth observation science and Solutions teams to translate remote sensing capability into solutions that answer real governmental needs, and alongside colleagues covering commercial, industrial and defence markets to build a coherent go-to-market across the business. You will own a strategic portfolio from first conversation to signed contract, including major upcoming national and EU tenders, and build on constellr's existing success in European programmes such as Copernicus. With the launch of the world's first commercial thermal infrared constellation, the relationships you build and the deals you win will define how governments use thermal data for years to come. Key responsibilities Public-Sector Growth: Own and grow constellr's civil public-sector business, developing a targeted pipeline across environmental ministries, national agencies, research-funded programmes and European institutions. Selling Data Intelligence: Lead value-based sales of thermal data, analytics and insight services, positioning solutions around customer outcomes rather than raw imagery. Tenders & Procurement: Identify , qualify and lead responses to public tenders and framework calls, working with procurement and tender teams and coordinating internal bid teams through to submission and negotiation. Funding Cycles & Programmes: Map national, EU and ESA funding cycles, programmes and budget timelines, and shape opportunities early so constellr is positioned well ahead of formal procurement. Proposal Management: Lead proposals for funded programmes, framework contracts and consortium bids – from opportunity strategy and partner selection through to compelling, compliant submissions. Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted, senior relationships with decision-makers , technical users and procurement officers, speaking credibly to each audience. Science-to-Market: Act as the bridge between science and customers – partner with our scientists and product teams to translate remote sensing capabilities into clear use cases, pilots and solution proposals that meet governmental requirements. Commercial Leadership: Hold your ground in complex negotiations, protect deal value and represent constellr confidently in front of senior public officials. Partnerships & Ecosystem: Develop relationships with research institutes, system integrators and geospatial partners to access and win larger public programmes. Market Intelligence: Feed customer and market insight back into product, pricing and commercial strategy, and represent constellr at key conferences and public-sector events. Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast in our CRM and deliver against agreed commercial targets. Job requirements About you Required: Significant (typically 8+ years) experience in business development or sales of geospatial, Earth observation or data analytics solutions, with a strong track record selling to civil public-sector customers. Proven experience winning public tenders and navigating government procurement, funding cycles and budget processes. A solid understanding of remote sensing and how satellite-derived data and analytics are used to meet governmental needs. An advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in physics, geoscience, remote sensing or a related STEM field – or equivalent experience – giving you credibility with technical and scientific stakeholders. Strong proposal and bid management experience, ideally including EU, ESA or nationally funded programmes and consortium bids. Experience selling data intelligence, analytics or information services rather than hardware or raw data alone. The ability to bridge science and industry, with a senior, confident presence – able to stand your ground in negotiations and build credibility with ministry-level stakeholders. An established network across European public-sector, research or geospatial communities. Excellent communication skills in English and German. Willingness to travel regularly for customer meetings, public-sector events and industry conferences. Nice to Have : Experience selling into defence, security or dual-use programmes. A background in an applied research institute, geoscience or remote sensing environment. Exposure to security research, resilience or critical infrastructure programmes. Familiarity with European programmes such as Copernicus, ESA or EU-funded research and innovation calls. Experience in technology transfer, innovation management or strategic roles within public-sector or research organisations. Additional European languages, particularly French. Experience in a fast-growing New Space or scale-up company. Why join constellr? High-Impact National Security Mission: Be part of an ambitious mission to launch the world's first commercial thermal infrared constellation, delivering sovereign-grade "behavioural" intelligence from space to close critical blind spots for defence, intelligence, and maritime surveillance agencies. Fast-Paced "New Space" Innovation: Work at the leading edge of a rapidly evolving defence sector. By leveraging modern, agile New Space methodologies, you will help design, build, and deploy dual-use thermal payloads into operational orbit at a speed and scale that traditional aerospace models simply cannot match. Broad Interdisciplinary Exposure: Accelerate your professional growth by collaborating daily with a diverse, international cohort of astrophysicists, software developers, and defence-system engineers. Inclusive & Scientific Culture: Join a high-trust team deeply committed to diversity, inclusion, and scientific excellence, where academic curiosity is paired with high autonomy and a flat hierarchy. Financial Upside & Well-being: Benefit from a Virtual Share Option Plan (VSOP) for permanent employees, giving you a true stake in the company's growth, alongside highly flexible hybrid working models.
