You will act as a trusted advisor to VP-level Benefits leaders, own global account strategy, and drive measurable business and clinical outcomes across a portfolio of high-value employer and payer accounts. As the team grows, this role may evolve into a player-coach, taking on direct reports alongside your book. Candidates with people leadership experience are encouraged to raise it, though it is not required. This role is both strategic and revenue-driving, taking direct accountability for net revenue retention, renewal health, and expansion readiness. You will translate member outcomes into quantifiable business value for clients, orchestrate cross-functional motions with Sales, Renewals, Product, and Analytics, and build the strategic account plans that protect and grow Maven's revenue. This is not a reactive support role. It is a commercial leadership position that requires equal parts relationship depth, analytical rigor, and business acumen. Candidates who thrive in this role may have previously held titles such as Client Success Manager, Account Manager, Relationship Manager, Sales Executive, or Account Executive. What You'll Do Report directly to the VP of Client Success, partnering closely on account strategy, operating cadence, and Client Success priorities. Own executive-level relationships with VP-level Benefits leaders, brokers, and consultants across a portfolio of high-value accounts, positioning Maven as a strategic partner. Drive enrollment attainment and expansion pipeline across your book, partnering with Renewal Managers on renewals and Sales Directors on expansion. Contribute to the playbooks, standards, and operating cadence that make Client Success repeatable and scalable, including account planning, business reviews, escalation paths, and CRM discipline. Proactively map and engage new stakeholders across complex client organizations, expanding Maven's influence and identifying new business opportunities. Translate client business goals into actionable success plans that demonstrate how Maven's solutions drive ROI, cost savings, and measurable business and clinical outcomes. Deliver compelling, executive-ready narratives through business reviews and strategic updates tailored for benefits leadership audiences. Influence internal teams across Product, Operations, Marketing, and Clinical with client insights to shape roadmap, delivery, and innovation. Mentor and elevate Client Success teammates by modeling best-in-class commercial and executive engagement. Over time, this may include formally coaching or managing members of the team. Act as a thought leader for clients on workforce strategy, family benefits innovation, and healthcare trends. Represent Maven externally at senior-level client meetings, industry conferences, and forums. What We're Looking For 8+ years in client-facing roles, with 5+ years leading enterprise or global accounts. Proven commercial results you can quantify: enrollment or adoption attainment, expansion pipeline sourced, and retention outcomes on a named book. Strong understanding of client business objectives and the ability to align solutions to financial and strategic outcomes. Demonstrated success in stakeholder mapping and engagement, expanding relationships beyond initial champions to include new executive sponsors and decision-makers. Exceptional executive presence with the ability to consult, influence, and align VP-level Benefits leaders and senior decision-makers. Comfort operating in matrixed, global organizations and building coalitions across regions and business units. Discipline with systems and data. You keep CRM current without being asked and can build a narrative from Salesforce and Looker. Analytical and strategic thinker with strong EQ and storytelling skills. Passion for healthcare, innovation, and driving organizational change. Willingness to travel for executive meetings and to join Maven's NYC office periodically for strategic planning. Expanded Industry Scope Experience may come from healthcare, benefits, SaaS, HR technology, talent management, biotech, pharma, or other adjacent industries where success requires managing complex enterprise clients, influencing senior stakeholders, and delivering measurable business or clinical outcomes. Nice to Have Experience coaching, mentoring, or managing client-facing teammates, and interest in growing into a player-coach role. Experience building process and standards rather than only executing plays someone else wrote. Experience in digital health, benefits, or women's and family health programs. Familiarity with Salesforce and Looker to support storytelling with data. The base salary range for this role is $150,000 - 175,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive equity and benefits. Technical GTM Lead
CosineLondon Office, Germany19 days ago
Full TimeOn-siteLead
goci/cdmachine learninggitarchitecturesales+2

Job title: Technical GTM Lead Location: London; full in-office working as default Start date: ASAP Reports to: CRO Compensation: Salary and Equity options available for discussion Application deadline: 01/11/26 at 23:59 UK time Help put frontier AI to work in the real world Cosine is a UK AI lab building models, applications and training infrastructure for mission-critical organisations. We build coding agents that work across real software systems, specialised Lumen models, AI-native security products and the infrastructure needed to deploy advanced AI in demanding environments. Our customers include some of the world's largest enterprises, including organisations operating behind strict security, regulatory and technical constraints. We're also training Lumen Sovereign, the first frontier large language model trained in the UK, with the support of the UK Government. We're now looking for a Technical GTM Lead to become the technical centre of gravity for our go-to-market team. You'll sit at the intersection of customers, sales, product, engineering and machine learning. You'll show prospective customers what Cosine can do, help existing customers get deployed, build the technical assets that make our products compelling, and ensure what we learn in the field directly improves what we build. This is not a traditional solutions consultant role. It is highly hands-on. One day you may be running a technical evaluation with an enterprise engineering team; the next you may be debugging a deployment, building a demonstration environment, writing a technical blog or working with ML researchers to turn a new capability into something customers can understand and use. What you'll do Make Cosine real for customers Lead technical demonstrations and evaluations for prospective enterprise customers. Understand a customer's development environment, architecture, security model and constraints, then tailor the conversation accordingly. Explain Cosine's products, models, integrations, deployment options and security considerations with accuracy and confidence. Design and run technical evaluations, pilots and proofs of concept. Work alongside the commercial team to help turn technical interest into customer momentum. Build the technical GTM engine Create high-quality demo environments that show Cosine at its best. Build reusable repositories, workflows and customer scenarios across our coding agent, desktop application and Sparklr model-training platform. Develop technical materials that help the wider GTM team explain, demonstrate and position Cosine effectively. Work with Product, Engineering and ML to turn new capabilities into compelling customer-facing demonstrations. Create technical content such as blogs, product pages, webinars and enablement materials. Get customers successfully deployed Own the technical side of customer onboarding, from initial architecture conversations through to a working deployment. Help customers integrate Cosine with their existing repositories, development environments, infrastructure and enterprise systems. Support deployments across cloud, VPC, on-premise and other controlled environments. Troubleshoot issues directly and coordinate with Engineering when deeper product support is required. Lead onboarding sessions and become a trusted technical counterpart for customer engineering, platform, security and AI teams. Connect customers, GTM and the product organisation Act as the primary technical bridge between GTM and Cosine's Product, Engineering and ML teams. Bring structured customer feedback into the product organisation, including recurring questions, blockers, feature requests and deployment issues. Identify patterns across customer conversations and distinguish one-off requests from strategically important product gaps. Help the GTM team understand new technical capabilities, product changes and their implications for customers. Help Product and ML understand what enterprise customers actually need in order to adopt Cosine. Raise the technical bar Become the first port of call for technical questions from the commercial team. Build enough depth across Cosine's products and underlying technology to explain not only what they do, but how and why they work. Help the GTM team communicate technical capabilities accurately and avoid overpromising. Train, document and support the wider commercial organisation. Create a culture where technical rigour and commercial momentum reinforce each other. What we're looking for You may have come from software engineering, solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, developer tooling, technical product or a similar technical customer-facing role. You should be comfortable: Reading, writing and debugging code. Working with Git, CI/CD, APIs, containers and cloud infrastructure. Understanding enterprise deployment architectures, including cloud, VPC and on-premise environments. Speaking credibly with software engineers, platform teams, security teams and technical executives. Learning complex products quickly and explaining them clearly. Debugging ambiguous customer problems and finding a practical path forward. Moving between a customer meeting, a terminal and a conversation with an ML or Product team without losing context. Making sound technical judgements without pretending to know what you do not know. Experience with LLMs, coding agents, ML infrastructure or enterprise AI deployment would be valuable. But deep curiosity, technical ability and strong customer instincts matter more than having worked in exactly the same category before. You do not need to be an ML researcher or the world's best infrastructure engineer. You do need to be able to go deep when required, find the right answer quickly and communicate it in a way that earns trust. What success looks like In your first three months, you will: Become the person the GTM team relies on for difficult technical customer conversations. Independently run excellent demonstrations across Cosine's core products. Build a useful library of repeatable demo environments, workflows and technical assets. Reduce the friction and time involved in getting enterprise customers deployed. Establish a strong feedback loop between customers, GTM, Product, Engineering and ML. Give the commercial team confidence that Cosine can engage deeply with technically sophisticated customers. Longer term, you will help define how Cosine is understood, evaluated and adopted by the world's most demanding engineering organisations. Why this role matters Cosine is building technology that cannot be sold through a slide deck alone. Our customers want to see the product working in their environments. They want to understand how it behaves across complex codebases, legacy systems, security boundaries and real development workflows. They want technically honest answers and a partner who can stay with the problem when deployment gets difficult. You will be that person. You'll have unusual proximity to customers, product decisions and the underlying research. You'll help shape the demonstrations, deployments and feedback loops that determine where Cosine goes next. If you enjoy being close to the technology, close to customers and close to the teams building the future of AI, this is an opportunity to have a significant impact. Come help make frontier AI useful. Why join Cosine Opportunity to sell a genuinely differentiated product into mission-critical defence and national security environments Meaningful early equity with real upside Direct impact on product direction and go-to-market strategy Small, elite team with high standards and strong technical depth Cosine is an equal opportunity employer. We value diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and ways of thinking, and we're committed to creating an inclusive and respectful workplace. We encourage applications from anyone who meets the role requirements, even if you don't meet every single qualification. If you need reasonable adjustments at any stage of the hiring process, we're happy to discuss them. Compensation, Benefits & Ways of Working We're an in-office team, five days a week, by design. We believe the work we're doing benefits from being together, collaborating closely, and building shared context. What you can expect: Competitive salary , benchmarked to the market Equity / share options , so you share in the upside you help create 30 days' holiday + bank holidays Work hard in the office, collaborate closely, and switch off properly Dog-friendly office — bring your dog to work Daily lunch provided Monthly team breakfasts Monthly socials Pension High-quality equipment to do your best work We care about focus, sustainability, and doing great work — not performative overwork. We value people who show up, contribute thoughtfully, collaborate well with their colleagues, and then go home. This role won't suit everyone. But if you want structure, clarity, strong collaboration, and a team that takes both the work and work-life balance seriously, it's a great place to be. ___ Agency & Data Protection Notice To comply with UK GDPR and our internal data-protection and equal-opportunity obligations, we only accept candidate applications and agency submissions via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). An overview of this role As a Staff Backend Engineer on GitLab's Security Factory: Code Scanning team, you help developers find and fix security issues. Those issues live in the code they write, and you set the technical direction for the static analysis engine that finds them. Your work spans two complementary parts of a complete security analysis. On the engine side, you shape how the static analysis toolkit models a program: parsing source into intermediate representations, resolving symbols, building call graphs, and tracking tainted data across files and languages. You define the architecture and specifications the team builds against, and you delegate component specifications within them to engineers and to the AI agents that implement them. On the evaluation side, you build and apply tooling that tests, measures, and validates what the engine finds against benchmark applications with known vulnerabilities. What the engine can model and how we measure what it finds are parts of one picture. As a Staff engineer you hold that picture, shape the long-range technical goals of the team, and raise the bar for every engineer on it. We build the engine with AI agents that write and review code from written specifications, under human direction. We expect you to direct that work effectively and with good judgment, and to help the team do the same. What you do Act as the directly responsible individual (DRI) for the team's highest-scope initiatives from design through delivery, shipping large features with minimal guidance and shaping the long-range goals of the team Bring systems built by one engineer to team ownership through documentation, tests, and shared review Set the technical direction for the AI-assisted tooling that implements, reviews, and validates engine changes and findings, design the checks that decide whether an agent-written change or generated result is fit to merge, and measure detection quality against benchmark applications with known vulnerabilities, raising the bar for what counts as a trustworthy result. That includes static application security testing (SAST) rules mapped to CWE and OWASP, and the test fixtures that prove they work. Own the architecture of the program model (parsing, symbol resolution, intermediate representations, call graphs, and taint and data-flow analysis) and of the pipeline that turns source code into findings, and define how both extend to new languages and frameworks Solve technical problems of the highest scope and complexity, actively seek out difficult impediments affecting the whole team, and advocate for improvements to quality, security, and performance with Product Management, UX, and partner teams such as Code Security and Composition Analysis Mentor all engineers on the team through code review and pairing, remove blockers to their autonomy, and shepherd the definition and improvement of our internal standards through review Participate in on-call rotations to assist troubleshooting product operations, security operations, and urgent engineering issues Define the overarching architecture and specification documents for the engine, delegate component specifications within them, and drive their implementation by AI agents and engineers working independently through phased plans, small reviewable units of change, and specifications kept in lockstep with the code Build and maintain the harness, agent instructions, and agentic skills that keep agent-written code trustworthy, including separate coding and reviewing agents, rules and tests the coding agents cannot change, independent review panels of agents from different model providers, and performance, API, and dependency gates, with risky changes escalated to human review Stay current with research in program analysis and security, run AI-assisted research and spikes, and turn the findings into prototypes, proposals, and upstream contributions, including responsible disclosure of findings in open source projects What you bring Experience building your own LLM tooling, such as a harness, an agent pipeline, or evaluations, with the judgment to know when output is trustworthy and when it isn't Extensive professional experience writing, testing, and reviewing production code in Rust, Go, or a comparable systems language, with depth in at least one. The engine is Rust, the analyzer wrapper is Go, and the monolith integration is Ruby, and we value willingness to work across them. Experience with performance optimization and with containerized workflows and CI/CD (we use Docker heavily) A deep program analysis and static analysis background, such as parsing and ASTs, intermediate representations (SSA, control-flow and call graphs), taint and data-flow analysis, type inference, incremental and fixpoint computation, or writing detection rules, with the ability to read, evaluate, and apply the research literature Deep application security experience, such as vulnerability research, secure code review, or writing detection rules, and fluency with vulnerability classes (OWASP Top 10, CWE) Demonstrated capacity to communicate clearly and concisely about complex technical, architectural, and organizational problems, and to write architecture and design specifications that bring a team to a decision A track record of taking ownership of ambiguous, team-wide problems and shipping them from concept to production with minimal guidance, with specific, regular async updates on progress, blockers, risks, and next steps Experience defining a system's overarching architecture, delegating component specifications to engineers and AI agents, and getting them implemented reliably A track record of mentoring engineers, raising a team's technical bar, and influencing technical direction by achieving consensus with peers and leadership Helpful experience Familiarity with popular web or mobile application frameworks and how they handle input, data, and configuration Experience designing guardrails for agent-written code, such as mutation testing, fuzzing, and CI gates the coding agent cannot modify A record of engaging with the research community, such as publications, tool papers, or upstream open source contributions in program analysis or security About the team The Security Factory: Code Scanning team develops GitLab's SAST capabilities for customer software repositories. We work closely with the Code Security team on scanning rules & flows, with Composition Analysis on the broader software supply chain, and with other groups across the Sec Section. We rely heavily on asynchronous work across time zones. Remote-Global The base salary range for this role's listed level is currently for residents of the United States only.
