A little about us What we're building: Kittl is becoming the AI-native, operating system for creative businesses. Most businesses don't lose on product, they lose on how they show up. We give small brands the creative firepower to look credible and get from idea to launch-ready, with no agency and no design team Rapid growth: 11 million users since 2022 Diverse team: 120+ people from 30+ countries, with offices in Berlin and Düsseldorf and teammates working remotely Truly product-led company: Engineers, Product Managers and Designers sit at the core of what we build Backing: Raised ~$50M, led by IVP with Left Lane Capital and Speedinvest. IVP has also backed Figma, Slack, and Dropbox Learn more: www.kittl.com/career Your role at Kittl Kittl's marketing is conversion-led - great at driving performance, but no one owns what Kittl is like, how it makes people feel, or whether our target audience has even heard of us. We need someone who can write the line that makes a founder feel seen, and who's restless about getting Kittl in front of that founder in the first place - through ideas bold enough to actually cut through. This works alongside our design lead, who owns visual identity. This role owns voice, story, and standing out. Tasks This role is for you if: You have a gift for language - you notice when a sentence is doing real work versus just filling space You get restless with "safe" - you'd rather pitch the slightly-crazy activation that gets talked about than the tenth version of a banner ad You think about audience obsessively - not just what to say, but where our founders actually are, and how to show up there in a way that sticks You notice the thing everyone else scrolled past - the landing page headline that's almost right, the caption that undersells the idea, the touchpoint nobody double-checked You are both creative and strategic - you can go bananas with ideas, and just as readily hold the line on what keeps them on-brand What you'll do Define and codify Kittl's voice and tone - then write the work yourself (manifesto, campaign copy, landing pages, launch narratives) at a level others can point to as the standard Dream up and lead brand activations, stunts, and campaigns designed to get Kittl in front of small business founders and make them actually care - concept through delivery Represent brand thinking in leadership and strategy conversations , pushing back where decisions threaten brand consistency/integrity Find and pitch unconventional ways to build awareness - partnerships, community moments, founder-facing events, anything that gets us known beyond our existing paid and influencer channels Bring bold, sometimes "crazy" ad concepts to growth/performance marketing - and know how to make them convert, not just turn heads Guide teams early - in briefs and reviews - so tone and ambition are right from the start, not fixed after Audit our messaging and presence across our touch-points (website, landing pages, ad/video scripts, campaign concepts, brand activations), ensuring excellence and consistency in all Requirements Who you are 5+ years (sharp instincts, real experience, not yet coasting on a title) You have done this in-house - ideally agency first, then owning brand at a small company where there was no one else to hand it to. You know how to move from a wild idea to something that actually ships You've picked the channel, not just written the words - activations, partnerships, events, community, wherever your audience actually is You are comfortable being the lone brand voice in a growth-led org Background in FMCG, DTC, or consumer goods brands is a strong plus Social media or community-building experience is a plus Show us, don't tell us Send us 3 pieces (in the cover letter section) you owned end to end - a campaign, an activation, a launch, a piece of writing that did real work. For each one, tell us briefly: what you did, where it ran, and what happened. We'd rather see one scrappy idea you fought for and shipped than five polished pages from a deck. Interview process Recruiter interview (30 min) Hiring Manager interview (45 min) Case Study interview (60 min) Bar Raiser interview (45 min) You'll do well here if: You pick up problems nobody assigned you. If something's broken and no one has stepped up, you're the person who does You'd rather make the call and adjust than wait until you're certain. Speed is how we win You want to own a domain deeply enough that people rely on your judgement in it, whether or not you manage anyone You'll argue for your position and commit fully when the call goes the other way You care about details other people would call excessive. We hold a higher bar than most, on purpose You use AI constantly and still own every word you ship Every new hire should raise the bar in some meaningful way, not just fill a seat. We hold to that, and it's why you'll be working with the most talented people from all over the world. Benefits Real ownership: You own what you ship, end to end. At Klim, we work with farmers and businesses to make regenerative agriculture a scalable and economically viable part of the food system. As a German AgriTech company, we empower farmers in improving soil health, increasing biodiversity, and capturing carbon, while generating reliable income through our platform. Backed by €22 million in Series A funding, we are scaling our impact internationally and partnering with clients from the food and non-food industry. Since 2020, we have worked with more than 4,000 farmers across 900,000 hectares, covering more than 5% of Germany's agricultural land. If you are motivated by building a more sustainable food system and contributing to measurable climate impact, Klim offers the opportunity to do so at scale. Your mission: Own the design experience of Klim end to end, and build the AI-augmented design process that lets a small design team and product managers ship coherent, high-quality work at scale. You'll do the hardest design work yourself and raise the level of everyone who designs around you. This means it is a player/coach role with 60% hands-on design and 40% building the system and process around you. What you'll do Product experience: Own the end-to-end experience across farmer and partner journeys, from onboarding through assessment, planning and improvement, verification and reporting and paymnet, shaping journeys and value moments with product managers, not only interfaces. Design the most complex and brand-critical work, from wireframes and flows to polished, high-fidelity interaction and visual design. Cut farmer effort, with a focus on "enter once, used everywhere" data capture, simpler onboarding and self-serve help. Run continuous research, usability testing and A/B tests with farmers and partners, and track experience metrics (activation, task completion, time-to-value, satisfaction) with product and analytics. AI-augmented design process: Own and deliver Klim's AI-augmented design model maintaining highest quality while enabling others to deliver simpler design needs under your guidance Own the canonical design system with engineering: components and page templates, with code as the source of truth and Figma kept in sync. Define the handoff contract and the automated and human coherence checks, using AI tooling (e.g. Claude Code, Claude Design, Figma, Storybook) and rules AI tools can follow. Measure and improve the process: self-serve share, first-pass coherence, review time, engineering rework and ticket-to-design lead time. Engineering efficiency and quality: Partner with engineering leads to simplify and standardise how UI is built, so new features reuse proven patterns instead of starting from scratch. Reduce design-related rework by making requirements, states and edge cases explicit before build. Govern the intake of new patterns and log any exceptions, so the system grows deliberately rather than drifting. Coach: Enable product managers to design simpler elements well within the system through templates, patterns, content rules and review. Build design rituals (critique, design reviews, a shared quality bar) and make the case for design decisions with evidence across product, engineering and commercial teams. What you bring: 5+ years in product design, including senior or lead roles owning complex B2B or data-heavy products end to end. Exceptional interaction and visual design craft, with mastery of Figma. You'll personally deliver the most complex and brand-critical work. A portfolio that shows product-level impact (engagement, adoption, satisfaction), not only interface quality. Proven ability to improve engagement and strong plus for experience running A/B tests and product experiments and strong research skills. Proven experience building and running a design system with engineering, ideally in React and Storybook, with tokens and components treated as code. Hands-on use of AI tools in design and delivery (e.g. Claude, Figma AI or similar), and a clear view of where they help and where they don't. A track record of designing processes others adopt, coaching designers and enabling non-designers, while still doing strong hands-on work. Clear communication with farmers, engineers and executives alike. Fluent English. Nice to have: German, to speak directly with farmers. Experience in agriculture, climate, sustainability or other multi-sided platforms. Experience with multi-language products and content design. Why join Klim Opportunity: Be part of our journey from the very beginning, working on an equal footing with the leadership team to build a new company. Impact: Your work helps farmers move to regenerative practice and helps companies cut supply-chain emissions. Ownership: you'll set how design works at Klim, with direct access to leadership and a clear influence on the product roadmap. Competitive package: competitive salary and participation in our VSIP program. Flexible work: At Klim, we foster a flexible, hybrid work approach and facilitate remote work (within the EU). It is advantageous for this role if you live in Berlin or can be present in our office regularly. Additional benefits : We offer a subsidy for a membership in Urban Sports Club or the Deutschlandticket (if based in Germany), a company pension scheme, plus team lunches and regular team events. At Klim, we believe that a thriving workplace is built on the diverse backgrounds, talents, and perspectives of our team. We grow stronger together by embracing and building on each individual's unique strengths. We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute their best. All hiring and personnel decisions are made solely based on qualifications, performance, and the needs of the company - ensuring fairness and equal opportunity for all. You'll own affiliate, but most of your time goes into creators. You'll take a portfolio, diversify who we work with, raise the content bar, and use performance data to decide what to scale, renegotiate or stop. Germany - EU Remote (CET preferred) · German & English · Full-time Competitive salary · Early equity www.3ive.ai About Us A software engineer today works alongside Claude Code or Cursor. A mechanical engineer designing the next car component still clicks through CAD trees, up to 7 different softwares and searches Excel sheets, Windows folders and asks whoever has been around longest. AI is about to change that fundamentally – and nobody has figured out yet what the interface for it looks like. That is why we are building the AI co-engineer for physical products: agents that work natively in 3D, sit on top of CATIA, NX, SOLIDWORKS and Creo, and learn from real-world engineering decisions. We are already in production with major European manufacturers. 🔍 Who we're looking for We are a small, AI-native team and we need a senior designer who defines how engineers and AI agents work together in 3D. You own product design end-to-end and take on a real share of product management (~30%) together with the founders. You have designed complex B2B / SaaS products – dense data, multi-step workflows, expert users who don't forgive friction You have shipped AI and agent experiences – not just chat, but human-in-the-loop review, uncertainty, and making an agent's reasoning traceable You prototype in code – and put working prototypes in front of users, not just Figma frames You think like a product manager – you run user interviews, write crisp specs, prioritise ruthlessly and work directly with engineers You combine taste with pragmatism – you know when to polish and when to ship You are fluent in German and English – our users are engineers at German manufacturers and you will talk to them directly Experience with 3D, CAD, PLM or other engineering software – ideally in a startup – is a strong plus. 🏗️ What you'll work on You will shape the future of agentic 3D design and engineering . There is no pattern library for this category yet – you will write it. What that looks like right now: Designing how an engineer briefs, steers and reviews an AI agent that generates and modifies 3D designs – from a customer request to a validated design variant Making agent work inspectable in 3D – viewers, cuts, measurements, 2D drawings, and a clear view of what the agent changed and why Turning a fast-grown product into a coherent design system together with our frontend engineers Running research loops with engineers at automotive and industrial customers and turning them into roadmap, specs and shipped features We work with Figma, Flowbite, Linear and a modern Python and TypeScript stack – and we prototype with AI every day. ✨ Why join Define the interaction model for a category that does not exist yet Real enterprise customers , real revenue, real problems - not a solution looking for a market Direct line to the founders – product vision and design decisions happen in the same conversation Remote across Europe with in-person client workshops and team offsites Competitive salary and meaningful early equity 📩 How to apply Via Ashby with: Your CV Your portfolio – at least two case studies of complex B2B or AI products, showing your process, not just final screens A link to something you prototyped in code A 2-min intro video (any format you like) A short answer to: "What is the most complex workflow you have simplified – what made it hard, and what did you decide to leave out?"
