Celonis is the trusted platform to industrialize Enterprise AI. At our core is the Celonis Context Model — which combines process data, business knowledge, and intelligence into a living digital twin of the enterprise that AI can actually understand, turning AI's operational blind spots into operational clarity. World's leading companies trust Celonis and its global ecosystem of partners to make their AI agents, people, systems, and processes work together, achieving transformational outcomes. We believe there's a massive opportunity to unlock global productivity and sustainability by giving AI the context to understand how every business process really works. Join our mission to make processes work for people, companies, and the planet. The Team Celonis Services is the delivery engine of our Celonis Customer Organization, responsible for turning the Celonis platform into measurable, business-critical outcomes for our customers. In the AI era, our role has elevated: as AI agents like our own Apollo take on more of the technical build, our people focus on the work that drives real impact—understanding our customers' business-critical problems, designing the solutions that solve them, and quantifying the value delivered. Our Deployment Engineers and Deployment Architects pair deep domain and industry expertise with serious platform mastery and AI-augmented delivery, directing agentic systems while owning the judgment, architecture, and customer relationships that AI cannot replace. We deliver faster and smarter than ever, and we own the outcome: initial value realization, adoption, and the long-term success of our customers. The Role As a Lead Deployment Architect - AI (known internally Lead Deployment Architect) you are the technical authority for our strategic accounts within Celonis delivery. You shape how Celonis solutions are designed, architected, and delivered across your portfolio of strategic customer engagements. You define what good delivery looks like - setting architectural standards, designing end-to-end solution strategies, and ensuring that AI-augmented and agentic workflows are deployed effectively at scale. You operate at the intersection of deep platform expertise, domain knowledge, and customer strategy. You are equally comfortable leading a technical design review with Celonis engineers and presenting a transformation roadmap to a customer's C-suite. You bridge the gap between pre-sales and post-sales, ensuring that what was promised can be delivered - and often shaping the promise itself. This role carries significant organizational leverage. You set delivery patterns that other teams follow. You define how AI agents should be orchestrated for complex, multi-workstream engagements. You work in close collaboration with Deployment Engineers and raise the bar for the entire practice. The Work You'll Do Solution Architecture & Design Support Services scoping in pre-sales, ensuring the right Services are positioned in line with the Celonis solution architecture proposed Design end-to-end Celonis solution architectures for complex enterprise deployments, spanning multiple process areas, business units, and geographies Define the technical blueprint for how the Celonis platform integrates with customer systems, data strategies, and transformation goals Designing secure, scalable architectures tailored to complex enterprise requirements, optimizing for long-term usage growth and high concurrency. Make architectural trade-off decisions: build vs. configure, custom vs. standard, phased vs. big-bang - with clear rationale tied to customer outcomes Own solution quality & outcome delivery across engagements, conducting design reviews, and ensuring delivery teams follow architectural standards AI Orchestration & Delivery Innovation Design how AI deployment agents (Apollo) should be used across complex, multi-workstream engagements, defining agent workflows, validation checkpoints, and quality gates Develop reusable specifications, templates, and patterns that enable Deployment Engineers to direct AI agents more effectively Pioneer new delivery approaches that leverage AI to compress timelines, improve quality, or unlock use cases that were previously impractical Set standards for AI output validation, ensuring the organization maintains quality as delivery accelerates Customer Strategy & Advisory Serve as the senior technical advisor to strategic customers, building trusted relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders Translate customer business challenges into Celonis platform strategies, identifying high-impact use cases and defining success metrics Support pre-sales by providing technical credibility in complex deals, validating solution feasibility, and shaping project scope Guide customers through their Process Intelligence maturity journey, advising on platform expansion, AI readiness, and organizational change Leverage the broader ecosystem of Celonis experts to remove potential blockers in customer engagements Establish deep, technical advisor relationships with customer stakeholders (Lead Data Engineers and Architects, Head of Data Intelligence, Head of Business Transformation) to provide technical reassurance and maintain "Expert-to-Expert" alignment during the course of the deployment Successful Implementation Work together with Deployment Engineers on delivery projects to implement the most complex and cutting edge use cases for our customers Stay on top of the newest technologies Celonis has to offer and own the implementation of early stage products for our customers, ensuring close feedback cycles with Product & Engineering Review Solution(s) Blueprint to ensure quality, scalability and production readiness of business critical and operational use cases Domain & Industry Depth Develop and maintain deep expertise in one or more process domains (e.g., Supply Chain, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, IT Service Management) or industry verticals Translate domain knowledge into scalable solution patterns, reference architectures, and best practices that the broader team can leverage Proactively identify and standardize high-value use cases within your domain in collaboration with the Deployment Engineer, collaborating with Product and Business Apps teams to shape the platform roadmap Practice Development Contribute to hiring: define what great looks like for the Deployment job family, conduct interviews, and calibrate candidate assessments Share knowledge across the organization through internal enablement sessions, documentation, and community of practice leadership Ensure the link with Product & Engineering to feed customer insights and field experience back into platform development, and to influence the platform roadmap What Distinguishes This Role from Deployment Engineer Scope: You work across multiple engagements and shape solutions across a portfolio/cluster/industry vertical (4+ concurrent clients) Influence & Practice Development: your Scope allows you to identify and set standards that other teams follow - for solution architecture, AI orchestration patterns, and delivery quality Bridge: You span pre-sales and post-sales, ensuring continuity between what's sold and what's delivered Force multiplier: Your work multiplies the effectiveness of Deployment Engineers rather than substituting for it The Qualifications You Need Experience: 8+ years in technical consulting, solution architecture, or delivery leadership within enterprise software, consulting firms, or system integrators. At least 3 years in a senior or lead technical role with multi-stakeholder responsibility in large-scale projects at tier-1 organizations (e.g. digital twin implementations, global AI transformations, near-real-time data pipelines, etc.) Architecture skills: Proven ability to design complex, multi-component solutions that span data integration, process intelligence, automation, and AI, while remaining grounded in the "so-what" of a customer's process. Deep understanding of enterprise architecture patterns and trade-offs. Platform mastery: Expert-level knowledge of the Celonis platform, including the Process Intelligence Graph, data modeling, advanced PQL, automation and orchestration engine, and AI modules. Customer executive presence: Track record of building trusted advisor relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders. Ability to present transformation strategies, defend architectural decisions, and navigate complex organizational dynamics. Demonstrated experience navigating complex IT landscapes and communicating technical trade-offs to senior leadership. Consulting & communication: Exceptional ability to translate between technical and business audiences. Experience leading workshops, design sessions, and strategic reviews with senior stakeholders. Tremendous is the global platform built for businesses to send thousands of payouts to anyone, anywhere, for free. We're trusted by 20,000 organizations like Atlassian, MIT, and United Way to deliver gift cards and money to millions of recipients worldwide. Our customers (researchers, marketers, HR teams, nonprofits, and platform businesses) rave about how fast and easy Tremendous is to use. Check out our ratings on G2 . Tremendous is profitable and growing without outside investors. We're a fully remote, high-documentation, low-meeting culture, which means more time for what matters in both your professional and personal life. The team agrees– our employee NPS is in the high 80s. About the role You'll be the product owner for how companies discover Tremendous, sign up, and send their first reward. Most companies research us before they ever meet a salesperson. They find us through a search, an ad, or a reward somebody sent them. A fair number sign up on their own, either because they're too small for a sales rep or because they just prefer it. You'll own product growth overall, but self-serve clients are your primary focus and scorecard. At the top of the funnel we can't tell who's a solo marketer and who's a future enterprise buyer, so you'll build for both. The Growth team doesn't exist yet, so you'll arrive, borrow engineers from another squad to get moving, and write the roadmap we hire against. You'll have real influence over what this team becomes and who's on it. One thing to know up front: the standard product-led growth playbook doesn't apply here. We have no free tier, no trial, and no paywall, so the usual levers don't exist. We also don't have the traffic for most A/B tests to reach significance. You'll need to look at a flow and know what's wrong with it rather than wait for a test to tell you. The product management team today is 7 PMs, led by a co-founder who serves as Head of Product. You'll also work with Marketing on campaigns and with RevOps on the handoffs between self-serve and sales. What you'll do Own first touch to first reward sent. Signup, onboarding, and the first order are yours outright. On the site and landing pages, you own conversion and experiments; Marketing owns brand, content, and spend. Develop the growth roadmap, then help staff the squad that runs it (both through internal transfers and outside hires). Build the systems that let us test. Standing up a landing page, changing it, and killing it should take a day, without waiting on an engineering sprint. Run campaigns with Marketing. We'll pull a growth marketer into your team's cadence so a campaign ships end to end: audience, copy, landing page, emails, ads. Give promising acquisition channels product and engineering muscle: referrals, programmatic SEO, AI-search and chatbot referrals, interactive tools, reward recipients becoming senders. Turn incentives into a system. Today we hand out test funds and fee waivers case by case. You decide what we offer, to whom, and what it's worth. Prototype with AI in hours, and put it in front of real companies the same week. Work async. Most product work here happens in writing. If you're used to running product through meetings, this will feel different. Report to Prateek Mehta (Group PM). What you'll bring 6+ years shipping web products as a growth PM, founder, or engineer, with real time on acquisition, conversion, or activation. A founder or founding-engineer past is a strong plus. Enough technical depth to ship without a full team. You can instrument a funnel, read the data, and build a landing page when that's the fastest path. Taste in conversion flows. You can look at a signup page and say what's wrong with it, without a test telling you. Judgment about when to test. You can tell whether traffic will resolve a question, and you're comfortable deciding from other evidence when it won't. Healthy skepticism of growth playbooks. You know which parts assume a free tier, and which parts transfer. Outstanding written communication. We're a documentation-first culture. What's cool about the role Blank slate. The team doesn't exist yet. You'll write the roadmap and we'll build the team around it. And since we're profitable, growth here is pure upside. Competitive pay and equity. Base salary for this role: $240,000 to $315,000. Real benefits. 100% covered health (US), unlimited PTO, 12-16 weeks paid parental leave. Fully remote. Work from anywhere in the Americas. Great culture. Read more about how we work in our public handbook .

We offer a best-in-class legal services platform used by thousands of law firms and property management companies. Our platform enables law firms and collections parties to access efficient, transparent, and accessible legal and document delivery services, traditionally out of reach. We are on a path to double our business this year and are building a team to help us scale rapidly. We welcome individuals from all backgrounds who are eager to help build a future where legal services are readily accessible, affordable, and efficient. If you have curiosity, passion, and a collaborative spirit to drive change in an outdated industry, we want you on our team. About the Role We're looking for a motivated Account Executive to build and own a territory selling to plaintiff law firms. You'll create your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, build relationships with firm owners, attorneys, and operations leaders, and partner with our Customer Success team to turn new logos into lasting, growing accounts. This is a full-cycle sales role with real territory ownership and uncapped upside. What You'll Do You'll own your territory, building outbound pipeline through targeted outreach, referrals, and field activity. You'll win new plaintiff law firms by developing relationships with firm owners, attorneys, and operations leaders. You'll run consultative discovery to uncover workflow, reliability, and visibility problems before positioning Proof . You'll advance opportunities end to end, from first conversation through close, keeping stakeholders and next steps clear. You'll partner with Customer Success to hand off new logos and set them up for sustained revenue. What You'll Bring You have 2-4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in professional services, legal services, or legal technology. You've built your own outbound pipeline before rather than relying on inbound leads. You communicate confidently with attorneys, firm owners, and operations leaders, and build credibility quickly. You're comfortable traveling 25-30% of the time for prospect and customer visits. You bring resilience and coachability, with the discipline to keep your pipeline and forecast on track.
