The goal is to make production more efficient, more resilient and more sustainable, and to help teams make better decisions where they matter most. We are a highly motivated team with a strong sense of ownership and passion for what we do. And if you're like us, we can offer you the ultimate career opportunity that will light a fire within you. So, what's the role all about? As Senior AI Evangelist & Developer Advocate within NiCE's Agentic AI line of business, you will bring our products and the wider agentic AI story to life in content and on stage. You work proactively and independently: you research topics yourself, align with stakeholders, and draw on internal and external sources for constant inspiration. You then produce the content yourself, from video and demos to presentations and webinars. The role sits within Product Marketing and works closely with Product, Engineering, NiCE Labs and Marketing. A large part of it is agentic building: creating AI agents, demos and prototypes with coding agents such as Claude Code, through the Cognigy plugin and with other vibe coding tools. You don't need to be a software engineer, but you need to be deeply hands-on and able to build things that work. The AI market moves faster than any market before it, and this role is built for that speed. You bring an AI-first mindset and real technical depth. You can explain sophisticated technology in a simple, compelling way, and you use AI tools throughout your own workflow to raise both speed and quality. All of it is aligned with our overall product marketing strategy and company goals. English at native or near-native level, written and spoken. German is a plus. Based in DACH, ideally Berlin or Düsseldorf. Remote within DACH is possible, with travel to events and our offices. A proven body of public work, such as YouTube videos, podcast episodes, conference talks, webinars or livestreams, that you created and presented yourself Hands-on experience with agentic building and vibe coding: you build working agents, apps and prototypes with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable or n8n, and you're comfortable with APIs, integrations and enough code to get things running Strong technical understanding of AI and SaaS products, and the ability to translate capabilities into customer value Speed and agility: you can move from idea to published, polished content within hours, with a repeatable workflow to do so consistently Excellent storytelling and visual skills, with a high standard for slides, scripts and video, and confidence presenting to technical and business audiences, live and on camera Proven ability to own initiatives end to end, from strategy through execution Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across product, marketing and sales teams How to apply Please include links to 3–5 examples of content you created and appear in, such as videos, podcast episodes, talk recordings, demos or repositories. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you're driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. Owning the end-to-end rollout program for strategic accounts, including planning, sequencing, and execution across multi-office and multi-practice launches Driving change management and stakeholder alignment across KM, innovation, IT, practice groups, and attorneys to build durable adoption Coordinating resources across Legal Engineering, Engagement, and Customer Delivery to deliver local and cross-border implementations, ensuring Legora best practices are followed for global consistency Owning success metrics and governance, defining what good looks like, establishing the reporting cadence, and making outcomes legible to executives Monitoring and analysing adoption metrics to identify friction points in the user journey and proposing strategic interventions during implementation Owning the feedback loop, turning rollout learnings and adoption signals into reusable playbooks, templates, and benchmarks that raise the bar for every future launch Acting as a connective layer across teams, helping drive clarity, prioritization, and progress Bringing a structured, execution-focused mindset to ambiguous problems and pushing work over the finish line In short: you will own the operating system that de-risks and accelerates adoption for our most strategic clients, making them faster, more impactful, more consistent, and more measurable. What You Bring You are a strategist and an operator. You've worked in environments where ambiguity is the norm, expectations are high, and outcomes matter, and you thrive in them. You'll thrive in this role if you: Have 6+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or transformation / implementation-focused roles, with a Bachelor's degree required Bring demonstrated leadership experience: you have led programs, workstreams, or teams and can point to outcomes you owned end to end Have experience within a professional services environment (Legal, Big 4, or Management Consulting), which is highly preferred Bring strong change management instincts, with a track record of driving adoption across complex stakeholder groups Are a PowerPoint power-user with high-velocity output and a proven ability to synthesise 'messy' ideas into structured, aesthetic, and boardroom-ready decks Bring strong analytical skills and can translate data into clear, actionable insights Maintain an obsession with user adoption and responding to client needs Have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Communicate clearly and confidently, with the ability to influence stakeholders across teams Take ownership naturally: you don't wait to be told, you move things forward Are a practical problem-solver with a strong bias toward execution and operational rigor Bring a relentless, hands-on, get-it-done mindset Are excited to work in person, collaborating closely with teammates in the office 5 days per week What's in it for you Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients across regions, on work that crosses every major legal market. Meaningful work: Your work shapes how the world's leading legal teams adopt AI day to day. Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and the tools to do your best work. About Us Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world's best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar. Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes. 2,100+ customers across 80+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We've scaled to $200M+ in ARR , with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI, Graceview, Cadastral, and Wexler. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you're driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. About the role The way legal work gets done is changing, and Engagement is at the center of that transformation. We're looking for an experienced, strategic Engagement Manager to join our growing team and help a large portfolio of law firms and corporate legal teams fundamentally change the way they work with Legora. This is a role for someone who has developed and executed a scaled customer motion, and who knows that transformation across a large portfolio of clients has to be designed, automated and measured. You will drive adoption, technical health and commercial outcomes of your portfolio end-to-end by leveraging systems and technology while reserving high-touch interactions for the most impactful moments. You will be critical as we continue to build a best-in-class adoption program at Legora, helping clients realize measurable ROI, expand successful use cases and transform the way their teams work. What You'll Do: You'll own the post-sale motion end-to-end for a large portfolio of law firms and corporate legal teams across our EMEA scaled portfolio. Specifically, you will: Improve the scaled adoption playbook: the tech-led onboarding, enablement, and change-management motions and target outcomes for how our scale customers adopt Legora and transform the way they work. Execute against that playbook, sequencing automated touchpoints and interventions from initial rollout to firm-wide adoption and adapting as the client's needs and Legora's capabilities evolve. Facilitate strategic touchpoints with your highest stakes accounts, while using one-to-many enablement to surface high-impact opportunities and guide the rest of the portfolio toward maximum value from Legora. Drive sustained value through a programmatic operating cadence: templated success plans, one-to-many enablement, scaled training and digital value reviews. Manage the health of the portfolio by monitoring adoption and utilization signals in our internal systems to proactively flag and act on risks and growth opportunities. Own the commercials for the scaled program end-to-end by running renewal and expansion as repeatable motions informed by exquisite portfolio hygiene, forecasting, and data utilization. Orchestrate engagement across cross-functional teams (Product, Legal Engineering, Engineering, Product Marketing, Support) to accelerate client success, maintaining end-to-end portfolio context and coordination. Translate scaled customer feedback into action by collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing to inform roadmap, positioning, and enablement, and to represent the voice of the scaled segment. What You Bring You care deeply about customer outcomes and you know that transformation at scale has to be designed, automated and measured. You're proactive, systems-minded and comfortable making tradeoffs about where to intervene and where to let technology do the work. You take pride in being the reason customers adopt, grow and succeed. We're looking for: A scaled customer success, renewal management, or customer education background, with a demonstrated track record of designing and delivering programs that serve large customer bases. Experience building repeatable adoption playbooks and educational programs and delivering them at scale across digital channels. 3+ years for Manager, 5+ years for Senior Manager, in scaled or digital customer success, customer operations, account management, or a related field, ideally with exposure to high-growth B2B AI verticals or Legal Tech. Leveling will depend on specific experience and fit for the segment. A track record of driving adoption, retention and expansion with a high-volume portfolio of clients. Ownership of a commercial number: you have carried GRR and NRR for a portfolio and run renewal and expansion yourself as repeatable motions, hitting the thresholds by leveraging data and automation. Technical fluency and systems thinking: you're comfortable configuring and deploying tooling (CS and CRM platforms, AI agents, LMS, data visualization platforms) to deliver outcomes. Data fluency and a metrics-driven approach to customer health, forecasting and portfolio strategy at scale. Exceptional program, project and prioritization skills; you keep many clients and multi-workstream initiatives moving concurrently. Excellent French and English communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal. High EQ: you know when to listen, when to advise and when to act. A love of fast-paced, early-stage environments where you help build the playbook, not just follow it. What we offer: The opportunity to join and grow within Legora's SMB post-sale engagement team in EMEA. A role with real ownership of customer outcomes and visibility across product, go-to-market, and support functions. Collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams to build systems that shape customer outcomes. A fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where excellence is rewarded, and growth is exponential. Competitive compensation, meaningful equity participation, and an office designed for focus and high performance. Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience.
