System Software Engineer (gn) Cloud & Simulation
Full TimeOn-siteMid
pythongorustkubernetesci/cddevops+12

Your mission At Wandelbots, we are building NOVA, a platform that makes industrial robot programming accessible to everyone. Our Simulation team develops the technologies that allow partners, customers, and internal teams to work with photorealistic digital twins of real production environments. This includes a pipeline that transforms real-world scans into usable 3D scenes through Gaussian Splatting, as well as a browser-based streaming platform built on NVIDIA Omniverse and Isaac Sim. Both technologies work today, but neither is yet operated as a product. Your mission is to change that. The first step is internal standardization. We want to replace individually maintained environments and hand-crafted deployments with one reproducible, documented solution that teams can use independently: scene in, session out, without requiring the Simulation team to operate every setup. The second step is external productization. The same capabilities need to be packaged so that partners and customers can operate them in their own environments. E.g. with versioned releases, stable interfaces, tenant isolation, diagnostics, upgrade paths, and documentation. You will join the Simulation team and focus on the infrastructure and operational foundations of these systems. You will not be building them in isolation: Wandelbots has an established infrastructure team responsible for shared infrastructure and platform capabilities. You will work closely with that team while owning the simulation-specific workloads, deployment patterns, and operational requirements. This is a hands-on engineering role with room to shape architecture and make technical decisions in collaboration with the teams involved. What you will work on Build and operate the GPU infrastructure required by our simulation workloads, including NVIDIA GPU Operator, device plugins, driver lifecycle, and GPU sharing through MIG or time slicing Work with the infrastructure team to integrate simulation workloads into our shared Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure Make deployments declarative and reproducible using Infrastructure as Code and GitOps, and help consolidate the tooling used across today's environments Own CI/CD and the container and image lifecycle for CUDA - and NGC -based workloads Design scheduling and autoscaling for two distinct workload profiles: latency-sensitive interactive streaming sessions and compute-intensive Gaussian Splatting jobs Turn the Gaussian Splatting pipeline into a reproducible workflow, from data capture and training to OpenUSD assets Operate and extend our Omniverse and Isaac Sim streaming platform, including Kit App Streaming, session lifecycle, and tenant isolation Establish the platform as an internal standard through self-service workflows, golden paths, templates, onboarding, and documentation Prepare the solution for operation by partners and customers through packaged deployments, versioned releases, upgrade paths, and actionable diagnostics Support deployments across cloud, on-premises, and partner-managed environments Build meaningful observability using metrics, logs, GPU telemetry, and actionable alerting Define the simulation-specific security and access model, including ingress, TURN and STUN for WebRTC, RBAC , secrets management, SSO , and tenant boundaries Work closely with our robotics, product, and platform teams to ensure that the solution supports real development and customer workflows Your profile We are looking for an engineer who is interested in how complex systems are built, deployed, and operated, not only in delivering the next application feature. You should bring: Experience building or operating production systems in platform engineering, infrastructure, SRE, DevOps, or systems software Practical Kubernetes experience, including resource management, workload scheduling, and debugging distributed systems under load Experience with Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, and CI/CD, together with the ability to evaluate tools based on the problem rather than a fixed preference Solid knowledge of Linux, containers, and networking Good Python skills for automation, services, and data-processing workflows Experience with GPU workloads, or a strong technical foundation and clear interest in working with drivers, CUDA , and GPU scheduling The ability to turn working technology into a system that other teams can use independently A strong sense of operational ownership, including documentation, diagnostics, maintainability, and reproducibility Very good English; German is a plus We do not expect candidates to have prior experience with every technology in this description. A strong systems foundation, the ability to learn unfamiliar components, and an interest in this problem space are more important than matching every item. The scope and responsibilities of the role will grow with your experience. Nice to have Experience turning an internally developed system into a product that can be operated in customer-controlled environments Hands-on experience with NVIDIA Omniverse, Isaac Sim, Kit SDK, or OpenUSD Experience with Gaussian Splatting, NeRF , photogrammetry, or comparable 3D reconstruction pipelines Knowledge of WebRTC, pixel streaming, or other low-latency video technologies Python, Rust, or Go skills sufficient to contribute to existing services and infrastructure tooling Experience with robotics or simulation, such as ROS 2 or sim-to-real workflows Experience with multi-tenant platforms, air-gapped deployments, or customer environments with specific security and compliance requirements Why us? Make an impact! Work on an innovative, deep tech product that adds value to the robotics world and to society! Become a crucial part of something new, big and exciting where you can truly make an impact! Our teams inspire! Cross-functional communication is key. You'll get to know many of your 100+ colleagues. Collaborate with great people on our international teams who value knowledge sharing and unique ways of doing things! Be authentic! AI Automation Engineer – Software Engineering (Leipzig)
Full TimeOn-siteMid
pythontypescriptawsdockerci/cdsql+8

Description Legartis is a leading Legal AI company transforming how organizations manage and work on their contracts. As we scale across DACH and into new European markets, we want the way we work internally to scale with us, without adding headcount for every manual process. We are looking for an AI Automation Engineer with a solid software engineering background who finds the repetitive work across our teams and automates it: with code, with AI, and with systems that keep running long after the demo. Your mission Identify manual, repetitive workflows across Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Operations, and replace them with reliable automation. Design, build and operate internal tools, integrations and AI agents in Python: version controlled, tested, monitored and deployed through CI/CD. Integrate our internal systems (e.g. HubSpot, Younium, Google Workspace, Slack, Linear and our own product platform) via REST APIs, webhooks and event driven pipelines on our Kafka based platform. Build LLM powered workflows and agents, e.g. on AWS Bedrock, for tasks such as data enrichment, document handling, triage and reporting. Host and run what you build: deployment, monitoring, updates, backups and security patches. You build it, you run it. Own the internal tool stack and its integrations end to end, and keep it documented so others can rely on it. Your profile 3 or more years of professional software engineering experience, ideally in Python (TypeScript is fine too). You code with AI every day: you use AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor to ship faster, and you have the engineering judgement to review, test and own what they produce. A solid understanding of systems: APIs, webhooks, databases and how data flows between tools. Experience hosting and operating services: Docker, Linux, CI/CD and at least one cloud, ideally AWS. Comfortable with SQL and data modelling. Understanding of event driven architectures and messaging systems such as Kafka is a plus. Experience building with LLM APIs or agent frameworks is a plus. A structured, ownership driven way of working, comfortable in a fast moving scale up where not everything is documented yet. Fluent English, German is a plus. Why us? Legartis exists to unlock legal work at scale. Work in a Legal AI scale up with a flat hierarchy and a team that takes the work seriously without taking itself too seriously. Real ownership from day one. Competitive compensation package including participation in our Employee Stock Option Plan. Hybrid work environment with at least two days / week in our Leipzig office. Regular team events in Germany and Switzerland. Build with the newest AI tooling every day, and shape how a fast-growing AI company runs internally. Your first 90 days In your first month you map our internal workflows and tool stack and ship your first automation to production. By day 60 you have taken over hosting and operation of our existing internal tools and integrations. By day 90 you have delivered a prioritised automation roadmap and at least three automations that save the team measurable time every week. Process Send us your CV, a short note on why this role fits you is welcome. If we think that this could be a fit, we invite you to the application process: Conversation with the hiring manager to get to know each other Conversation with the line manager to understand the role better, including a technical deep dive on your engineering, automation and hosting experience. A practical engineering exercise based on a real Legartis scenario, so that you know what to expect from the job and that we understand how you work. A "meet the team" round to meet whom you would be working with. If there is a mutual fit, we welcome you to the team. Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow

Software Engineer – Revenue Operations (Leipzig)
Full TimeOn-siteMid
pythongoawsdockerkubernetesci/cd+12

Description Legartis is a leading Legal AI company transforming how organizations manage and work on their contracts. As we scale across DACH and into new European markets, our go to market engine needs an operational backbone that keeps pace with it. We are looking for a software engineer with RevOps tooling experience to own HubSpot and the integrations around it end to end, and to build our GTM stack into a reliable, well-engineered system that Sales, Marketing and Customer Success build on every day. Your mission Own HubSpot as our core GTM system: architecture, workflows, automations, custom properties and integrations across the wider tool stack, including Younium for subscription and billing data. Design, build and operate the integrations and data pipelines between HubSpot, Younium and our product platform as production software: written in Python, version controlled, tested, monitored and deployed through CI/CD. Build event driven integrations on our Kafka based platform, so that product, usage and billing events flow reliably into the GTM stack. Design and enforce a clean data foundation, with consistent lifecycle stages, lead status, deal stages, attribution logic and territory and tier structures that hold up as the team grows. Build and maintain the reporting and dashboards that give Sales, Marketing and leadership real time visibility into pipeline, forecast and rep level performance. Partner closely with Sales leadership on the metrics that matter and own the infrastructure that surfaces them reliably. Act as the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, keeping funnel definitions and handoffs consistent end to end. Support forecasting, pipeline reviews and deal desk style workflows, including approvals and pricing exceptions, alongside Sales leadership. Translate commercial priorities into system level changes: lead routing and scoring, territory design, comp structure alignment. Your profile 3 or more years as a software engineer, including hands on work with Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Marketing Operations tooling, ideally in B2B SaaS. Strong software engineering fundamentals, ideally in Python: clean, tested and maintainable code, version control, code review and CI/CD. You code with AI every day: you use AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor to ship faster, and you have the engineering judgement to review, test and own what they produce. A solid understanding of B2B sales processes and the tools around them: pipeline stages, lead routing, forecasting, quoting and billing. A track record of integrating a CRM with other business tools (e.g. billing, marketing, support) via REST APIs and webhooks, writing the integration code yourself rather than relying on no code tools. Understanding of event driven architectures and messaging systems such as Kafka: producers and consumers, idempotency, error handling and retries. Comfortable with SQL and data modelling. Nice to have: experience hosting and operating the services you build, e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure such as AWS, and monitoring. Deep hands on HubSpot expertise at admin and API level: workflows, custom properties, reporting, permissions. Experience with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus. A track record of building or cleaning up CRM data foundations at scale, not just running reports on top of someone else's setup. Strong analytical instincts and comfort turning messy data into a dashboard people actually use. Experience working cross functionally with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, and the confidence to push back when something does not add up. A structured, ownership driven way of working, comfortable in a fast moving scale up where not everything is documented yet. Fluent English, German is a plus given our DACH customer base. The chance to shape how a fast-growing GTM organization actually runs, not just report on it after the fact. Your first 90 days In your first month you audit the current HubSpot instance and ship the first version of our data foundation cleanup: lifecycle stages, lead status, attribution. By day 60 you deliver the first rep level pipeline dashboard for Sales leadership. By day 90 you have proposed a roadmap for lead routing, scoring and the next phase of GTM tooling integration. Process Send us your CV, a short note on why this role fits you is welcome. If we think that this could be a fit, we invite you to the application process: Conversation with the hiring manager to get to know each other Conversation with the line manager to understand the role better, including a technical deep dive on your engineering, integration and HubSpot experience. A practical engineering exercise based on a real Legartis scenario, so that you know what to expect from the job and that we understand how you work. Applied Research Engineer, Evaluation
Black Forest LabsFreiburg (Germany), Germany14 days ago
Full TimeOn-siteMid€150,000 - €150,000 / Year
pythonpytorchllmdata engineeringeditingresearch+1

About Black Forest Labs We're the team behind Latent Diffusion, Stable Diffusion, and FLUX — foundational technologies that changed how the world creates images and videos. Our FLUX models are among the most advanced in the world, and we're just getting started. Headquartered in Freiburg, Germany with a growing presence in San Francisco, we're scaling fast while staying true to what makes us different: research excellence, open science, and building technology that expands human creativity. Why This Role Frontier image and video models are now good enough that the hard question is no longer whether they work, but whether a new one is actually better, and how you'd know. Aesthetics, prompt following, editing fidelity, text rendering, character consistency: none of these collapse into a single number, and public benchmarks have fallen well behind the models they're meant to measure. You'll work on the system BFL uses to answer that question. Every FLUX checkpoint, every finetuning and RL run, and every competitor release goes through our evaluation stack, and you'll help build and sharpen it. Product Research relies on what it shows to decide what to fix next, and to confirm the fix worked. It gets harder from here. FLUX 3 is our first multimodal model, spanning image, video, audio and action, and each new modality needs its own way of being measured. What You'll Work On What you focus on will depend on where you're strongest and what the team needs most when you join. In scope: Building and maintaining the evaluation stack that every model checkpoint has to pass through and prove itself on, from automated benchmarking and LLM-as-judge pipelines, to human evaluation through panels (Prolific and otherwise). Designing the breadth of evaluation across the taxonomy, from prompt adherence, editing fidelity, aesthetics, text rendering, subject and character consistency, to safety. Evaluating the evaluation stack itself: checking that human and automated evals agree, that results stay stable over time, and improving them when they don't. Benchmarking FLUX against the frontier models continuously, while obtaining a meaningful perspective on where we are better or worse than competitors and what such differences really mean. Finding the ways in which the quality of the model's output falls short that are not captured by aggregate numbers. Closing the loop, ideally, with the RL and finetuning researchers, by defining target metrics for them to aim for, and verifying that a new checkpoint improved the weakness without introducing new ones. Designing how best to exploit the signals we already capture through the API and MCP, and what new signals we should capture, with help from research, data engineering and legal. Maintaining the usefulness of existing metrics as their natural lifecycle brings up concerns of gaming and overfitting, and anticipating this for new metrics. What We're Looking For You have made meaningful contributions to the evaluation of generative models already. You understand that a benchmark figure without careful consideration of sample size and judge agreement with humans is at best uninformed optimism and at worst dangerously misleading, and you have been the person that found that inconvenient regression that nobody wanted to talk about. You likely have: Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in a relevant field or demonstrated equivalent practical experience Practical experience with evaluating generative models, in a hands-on way. You may have worked with diffusion or flow-matching based image or video models already, but the capability to evaluate them in earnest transfers to other modalities too Very strong Python and software engineering skills, with pipelines that run reliably and that other people can read if needed Working knowledge of PyTorch and modern ML infrastructure and practices; you are not a pure Python developer, you know what the modern ML code looks like Strong grasp of statistics and its shortcomings in practice, and how to work with those; sample sizes, inter-annotator agreement, confidence levels, etc., and a healthy skepticism about what those numbers say about the world Practical experience with building and operating LLM-as-judge systems, and understanding their limitations Working knowledge of modern benchmarking practices and of standard datasets and benchmarks in the field already; you have an idea of which to trust and which to disregard The inclination to look at the actual outputs your system is judging, and to care about what is there beyond an aggregate score We'd be especially excited if you: Have practical experience with human evaluation, including study design and execution via panels, and analysis of disagreements and annotator performance Have worked where evaluation meets training (reward models, preference data, RLHF, DPO or similar) and know that whatever you optimize for is what the model learns Have evaluated agentic or multi-step systems and know how hard it is to attribute success or failure to a single step Have built tools that people actually want to use internally Have made public contributions to the field: papers, open source, or otherwise How We Work Together We're a distributed team with real offices that people actually use. This role is based in Freiburg, where you'll join us at least 2 days a week (or one full week every other week). We'll cover reasonable travel costs to make this possible. We think in-person time matters, and we've structured things to make it accessible to all. We'll discuss what this will look like during our interview process. Everything we do is grounded in four values: Obsessed. We are a frontier research lab. The science has to be right, the understanding deep, the product beautiful. Low Ego. The work speaks. The best idea wins, no matter who said it. Credit is shared. Nobody is above any task. Bold. We take the ambitious bet. We ship, we do not wait for conditions to be perfect. Kind. People over politics. We treat each other with genuine warmth. Agency without empathy creates chaos. If this sounds like work you'd enjoy, we'd love to hear from you. Compensation : €150K-€220K base + equity depending on experience Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow

pythontensorflowpytorchscikit-learnpandasnumpy+6

About BlockTech BlockTech is a fast-paced algorithmic trading firm trading crypto derivatives and spot across global venues, 24/7, with our own capital. Crypto is one of the few markets where a researcher can still move the edge. The data is abundant, the microstructure is novel, and the loop between an idea and live PnL is short. High-frequency options trading is where we're strongest, and we're widening our scope to include more mid-frequency work. We're looking for a senior Quantitative Researcher with a mid-frequency background to join our Amsterdam trading floor. The role You'll be in charge of developing our mid-frequency capabilities, owning the research agenda end to end, from hypothesis and dataset construction through model training and backtesting to live deployment. You'll sit with traders, researchers, and analysts, and raise the bar for research across the floor. You will: Own price-prediction, signal, execution, and anomaly-detection models across crypto derivatives and spot markets from idea to live PnL Shape our research, backtesting, and trading infrastructure together with engineers, so good ideas reach production quickly and safely Own models in production: monitor live performance, diagnose decay, and iterate on what you ship Set research direction alongside traders, deciding which trades are worth making and why Raise the research bar by mentoring colleagues, reviewing work, and setting standards for rigour What we're looking for 3+ years of quantitative research experience at a hedge fund, trading firm, or similar, with mid-frequency models you've taken live A strong academic foundation in a quantitative discipline (mathematics, physics, statistics, or computer science) Fluency in Python and the modern ML stack (PyTorch and/or TensorFlow, scikit-learn, NumPy, pandas) A deep grasp of overfitting, validation design, and feature engineering. You can explain why a model works, not just that it does Software engineering instincts: you write production-grade code that others can read, test, and run The judgment to prioritize your own research bets, and clear communication with traders and engineers Nice to have A mid-frequency track record in crypto derivatives markets Experience mentoring or leading other researchers What's in it for you? A seat on a trading floor where research, engineering, and trading happen a few meters apart, guaranteeing short feedback loops, real ownership, and direct impact on live PnL Competitive compensation consisting of a base salary combined with a very attractive bonus plan based on individual and company performance. Outstanding performance is rewarded with the opportunity to buy into the trading fund Pension plan, company laptop, and reimbursement of your internet costs at home An extensive in-house training program and an annual learning & development budget, working at the forefront of automated trading using state-of-the-art technology, in an environment that embraces AI to both accelerate productivity and advance our systems and models Gym membership reimbursement and the opportunity to engage in various sports during working hours, including kickboxing, CrossFit, fitness, and soccer, plus regular social events including weekly Friday drinks, monthly outings, quarterly sports competitions, and bi-annual trips abroad Daily breakfast and warm lunch, with snacks and drinks provided throughout the day. For internationals: all-in relocation package and Dutch classes Our culture At our core, we are a team of passionate trading and tech enthusiasts committed to revolutionizing trading through automation. Our collaborative approach ensures that everyone contributes to achieving our ambitious goals. In this role, you will be both challenged and stretched, with ample opportunities for growth and development, both within and beyond your main responsibilities. We invest in our people by offering competitive compensation and benefits, fostering innovation, and celebrating success. Our commitment to personal development transcends traditional norms; we provide an equal playing field, promote reverse leadership, and offer boundless growth opportunities for all our employees.
