Headquarters: United States (Remote) Tines is the intelligent workflow company that powers some of the world's most important workflows. Tines has been supporting IT and security teams from a diverse range of customers, including Canva, Reddit, SAP, Coinbase, Mars, Fin (Intercom), and McKesson. Tines 3B, launched in 2026, is the next generation of Tines – a single, secure environment for every team's apps, agents and automations. As an integrator across the entire tech stack, Tines is vendor-agnostic integrating with any API-enabled service. This flexibility enables our customers to achieve their highest-priority goals faster. Tines has security woven into its DNA, and our platform is secure and private by design. At Tines, we're driven by our values of Simplicity, Speed, and Soundness. We're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences while fostering a company culture that nurtures individual curiosity, growth, and integrity. We're excited about what's next, and we're looking for others to join us on our journey. Tines is investing in its quote-to-cash platform and process. This role contributes to how that platform is built and administered. You will be the systems owner for our quote-to-cash configuration in DealHub and Salesforce, inputting to the design direction, and technical build and administration. What you'll do Own DealHub build-out, configuration and day-to-day admin. Be the accountable owner of the platform: product catalog and SKU architecture, pricing and discounting rules, playbooks and quote flows, approval workflows, document and template management, and the Salesforce integration. Contribute to the platform roadmap. Working with Senior team members, translate where the business is going into a sequenced buildout plan as our products and commercial models evolve, and make the design calls that keep the configuration extensible rather than accumulating rework with every pricing change. Support our implementation partners. Scope and prioritise third-party services work, translate their the specifications and execute the builds, review and test what comes back, and hold quality and timeline. Set standards and governance. Define how change gets made: intake and prioritisation, sandbox and release practice, testing expectations, documentation standards, and the data-quality rules that stop bad data being created at the point of entry. Own the wider GTM stack in your scope. Maintain Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, flows, validation rules, permission sets, reporting) and the adjacent GTM tools that integrate with quote-to-cash. Be the systems partner to the business. Run requirements discovery with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal, push back when an ask will not scale, and turn ambiguous business problems into specs people can build from. Maintain standards. Create the documentation and delivery standards for GTM Systems, mentor more junior analysts as the team grows What you'll bring 3+ years in GTM systems, business systems analysis, revenue systems, or sales operations in a B2B SaaS environment, including ownership of a revenue-critical platform. Hands-on DealHub administration experience. You have configured, not just used, DealHub: product catalog, pricing and discount rules, playbooks, approval workflows, templates, and the CRM integration. This is a requirement for this role. Strong Salesforce administration fluency: objects, fields, flows, validation rules, permission sets, reports and dashboards. Extensive knowledge of quote-to-cash: quoting, approvals, order forms, amendments, renewals, and the downstream handoffs into billing and compensation. Demonstrated solution design, not just configuration: you can take an ambiguous business problem, choose an approach, and defend the trade-offs behind it. Experience scoping and managing external implementation partners or contractors, and holding them to a standard. Confidence advising and influencing senior stakeholders, including saying no to a request that will not scale, and settling disagreements across Sales, Finance, and Legal. Clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences, and a service mindset toward the reps who depend on the platform. Bonus points Exposure to a second enterprise CPQ platform alongside DealHub. Experience configuring CPQ through a pricing or packaging change Experience working alongside external implementation partners or systems integrators. Exposure to CaptivateIQ, NetSuite, or comparable ICM and ERP integrations. Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification. Experience working in an agile or sprint-based delivery model. Compensation: $126k- 150k OTE + equity #LI-SW1 At Tines, we're all about trying new things and taking the leap. If you're second-guessing your application, we hope you'll trust your gut and take the leap too! Applying for a new job isn't always easy, especially if you're thinking of a career pivot – but we're big believers in learning and growth here at Tines, so you've nothing to worry about. A variety of experience, perspectives, and voices makes us the company we are . We'd love to hear from you. Senior Pre- & Post-Sales Customer Engineer, Enterprise
Full TimeFully RemoteSenior$193,393 - $193,393 / Year
javascriptswiftreactmachine learningrestreact native+10

Headquarters: San Francisco, CA / Seattle, WA / Denver, CO / Remote The Team + The Role Pendo's Customer Engineering team is the technical backbone of the pre- and post-sales customer motion. The team brings together work that has historically sat across Customer Success, Technical Account Management, and Solutions Engineering into one full-lifecycle technical owner. Customer Engineering helps customers connect technical execution to business outcomes and realize the value of their investment in Pendo. As a Senior Customer Engineer, you own strategic and complex Enterprise accounts across acquisition, implementation, adoption, expansion, and escalation. You lead technical strategy for complex deployments, resolve ambiguous customer challenges, and partner closely with account teams to drive retention, expansion, and customer value. Your impact extends beyond your own accounts through playbooks, coaching, repeatable fixes, and workflow improvements that raise the capability of the broader Customer Engineering team. This is a remote role supporting a West Coast territory. What this looks like day-to-day New customer acquisition and selling: Partner with Account Directors on pre-sales motions for new customer acquisition, product expansion, and expansion across lines of business. You identify customer pain, craft and deliver tailored demos, and lead technical evaluations through requirements gathering, success criteria, installation guidance, and hands-on workshops. Complex implementations and value realization: Lead onboarding for strategic customers, including planning, implementation, integrations, and training. You build customer-specific implementation playbooks, guide complex deployments with executive visibility, and ensure customers realize value during onboarding and over time. Adoption, expansion, and growth: Identify opportunities to expand adoption across underutilized features, untapped products, and new lines of business. When adoption stalls, you diagnose root causes, design a path forward, and connect technical work to measurable business outcomes. Technical escalation: Serve as an escalation point for complex technical challenges raised by other Customer Engineers. You resolve ambiguous problems with multiple variables and tradeoffs, involving Product or Engineering only when truly needed. Team capability building: Build playbooks, document repeatable fixes, coach peers, and improve how Customer Engineering work gets done across the team. You use AI tools to accelerate content creation, surface patterns across accounts, and share practical workflow findings with the broader team. Early account impact: Assess account health, risks, stakeholder relationships, and the highest-priority problems to solve within your portfolio. You establish trust with Account Directors and customer stakeholders, then independently lead complex customer interactions that move accounts forward. Quarterly business outcomes: Drive measurable improvement in customer health, retention, expansion, and technical resolution across strategic accounts. You contribute reusable frameworks, playbooks, or processes that other Customer Engineers use and become a trusted advisor to Account Directors on account health and technical strategy. Who You Are Beyond the qualifications, we hire through a specific lens. These aren't buzzwords; they're the things we'll actually look for in how you talk about your work. You're a builder, not a maintainer. You're most energized when there isn't a clear path yet, and you get to define it. You don't wait for direction; you identify gaps, shape solutions, and drive them forward. At Pendo, great Senior Customer Engineers don't just follow instructions; they operate as strategic advisors, influencing decisions, guiding stakeholders, and elevating how we work. You're AI-curious - genuinely. You're not using AI tools occasionally. You're rewiring how you work around them. You're faster, sharper, and more prolific because of it, and you bring that energy to everything — how you approach your work, how you prep, how you communicate, how you think. We want someone who sees AI as a multiplier, not a shortcut. Must-haves 5 to 8 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Customer Engineering, implementation, professional services, or solutions architecture. Deep hands-on experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs, with the ability to architect and troubleshoot complex front-end implementations. Proven experience managing strategic Enterprise accounts with executive-level stakeholders, competing priorities, and complex technical or business requirements. Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems involving multiple variables, constraints, and tradeoffs. Experience connecting technical execution to business outcomes such as retention, expansion, ROI, and value realization. Hands-on use of AI tools for account research, content creation, or workflow automation, with demonstrated integration into day-to-day work rather than light experimentation. Experience mentoring or coaching more junior technical team members. Nice-to-haves Experience with Pendo, digital adoption platforms, product analytics, or in-app experience tooling in an enterprise environment. Hands-on experience with mobile app development, including Swift, Android, or React Native. Familiarity with data architecture, AI or machine learning concepts, or advanced analytics instrumentation. Track record of building reusable frameworks, playbooks, or processes that were adopted by a broader team. About Pendo Pendo was founded in 2013 by former product managers, who combined their heads and hearts to build something they wanted but never had as product managers: a simple way to understand and attack what truly drives product success. Our mission is to improve society's experience with software. Come join one of the fastest-growing startups, supported by best-in-class institutions like Battery Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, Spark Capital and Meritech. Pendo Core Values: Bias to Act, Hone Your Craft, The Team is Pendo, and Maniacal Focus. Location: Remote Compensation: The expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for this role is $193,393 - $241,742, with a 70/30 base-to-variable compensation split. Benefits: Pendo offers highly competitive United States benefits, including employer-heavy coverage with $0 premium options, strong 401(k) match, equity, and flexible time off. Customer Success Associate (Denver, CO)
NetlifyRemote (Fully Remote)22 days ago
ContractFully RemoteJunior$69,000 - $80,000 / Year
netlifysalesaccount managementcustomer successtalent acquisitiononboarding

Headquarters: Remote About the Team Netlify's Customer Success team is responsible for making sure customers get real, lasting value from the platform - from onboarding through renewal and beyond. The team works closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to help customers grow their usage, see clear outcomes, and stay engaged over time. Every motion the team runs - whether it's a renewal conversation, a feature adoption push or customer escalation - is designed to build trust and relationships that compound. This role exists because we have a growing book of SMB accounts that need a dedicated, consistent point of contact. As our Customer Success Associate, you'll drive broad-stroke outreach and build the workflows to manage them well. You'll carry a book of 120+ accounts with roughly $2M in ARR, and your job is to make sure those customers are engaged, getting value, and set up for renewal. This is an entry-level role with real ownership from day one, and you'll have mentorship from senior teammates as you ramp into the commercial side of the work. What You'll Do Own the day-to-day relationship for your book of accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and keeping customers informed, engaged, and successful on the platform Contribute ideas to dashboards and workflows to track your book of business - renewal timelines, health signals, engagement levels, and expansion indicators - so nothing falls through the cracks With guidance of leadership, drive outreach to customers ahead of renewal, lead those conversations, handle objections, and negotiate terms on flat renewals and smaller expansions, looping in Sales when a meaningful expansion opportunity emerges. Track and forecast your renewal book on a rolling basis, proactively surfacing risks and creating plans to address them before they become problems Use product usage data and customer outcomes to demonstrate value in renewal conversations and ongoing check-ins Identify opportunities for feature adoption and product expansion within accounts, and flag those signals to the Sales team to build expansion pipeline Gather and synthesize customer feedback and share it with Product and internal stakeholders to inform roadmap decisions and improve the customer experience Work closely with senior CS teammates and your manager to develop your skills in account management, commercial negotiation, and customer communication What You'll Bring Some experience in a customer-facing role - this could be internship work, customer service, sales support, retail, or anything that required you to build rapport and solve problems for people Comfort working with data and spreadsheets, and a genuine interest in using that data to spot trends and make decisions A track record of following through: when you commit to something, you close the loop Clear written and verbal communication - you can explain things simply, listen well, and adapt your approach to different audiences An interest in building a career in customer success, and curiosity about the commercial side of the business - including how renewals work, how contracts are structured, and how value gets communicated to customers You're based in the Denver, Colorado area and are comfortable working remotely while participating in occasional in-person meetings and engagement with Denver-based stakeholders. This Role is a Great Fit If You're energized by building relationships and want to be the person customers actually look forward to hearing from You thrive when you have ownership over a defined body of work and the freedom to figure out how to make it run better You enjoy the process of organizing complexity - tracking multiple accounts, spotting patterns, and keeping everything moving without things slipping You're drawn to roles where you learn by doing, and you're comfortable asking questions and taking feedback as you develop your skills You get excited about connecting customers to features or capabilities they didn't know they needed, and seeing that translate into real adoption You work well within a team structure and are looking for mentorship, but you also want to take real ownership rather than just support someone else's book Applying Not sure you meet 100% of our qualifications? Please apply anyway! When applying please include: A resume or short listing of your job history & skills (link to a LinkedIn profile would be fine). We appreciate a cover letter explaining why you would enjoy working in this role at Netlify to get to know you a bit better, though this is not required and will not impact your application. Our mission is to "build a better web" and that cannot be done without a diversity of skill sets, backgrounds and thoughts. Of everything we've ever built at Netlify, we are most proud of our team. Netlify is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are devoted to building a team of people with diverse backgrounds and lifestyles. Driving equality empowers our team, enables us to innovate, and helps us maintain a more inclusive environment. We don't discriminate against employees or applicants based on gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, age, race, military/veteran status, citizenship, pregnancy status, or any other differences. If we can do anything to provide a better interview, i.e. accommodate a disability, then please let us know by emailing accommodations@netlify.com . About Netlify Netlify is the most popular way to build, deploy, and scale modern web applications, empowering everyone from fast moving solo developers to enterprise teams. Millions of developers and organizations rely on Netlify as their platform of choice for composing web applications that are production ready, performant, and flexible. As a fully distributed company, we aim to create a company culture where the best idea can come from anywhere and strive to be thoughtful, compassionate, and collaborative in our work. If this sounds like something you'd like to be part of, we're excited to connect with you! At Netlify, we are committed to a compensation philosophy that prioritizes fairness and equity, positions our employee compensation competitively in the market, recognizes and rewards performance, and takes a comprehensive approach to our rewards package. We anchor our compensation philosophy on a market-based approach, therefore salary ranges may differ depending on the labor cost in a particular location. Because this role is eligible to participate in Netlify's commission plan, our hiring range for Colorado is targeted at $69,000 - $80,000 in total on-target earnings. Candidates outside the US or in premium markets should consult with their Talent Acquisition partner regarding location-based ranges, as they may be higher or lower than the average US range listed. The starting pay will be determined based on multiple factors, including expertise and skills, market demands, experience, internal equity, and applicable geographic location. Sr. Software Engineer The Team + The Role Pendo's engineering teams build the product experiences that help customers understand, improve, and act on product usage data. This team is focused on AI-powered features that turn raw usage signals into automatic, actionable suggestions, reducing the manual work customers need to do before they can get value from Pendo. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will help shape and ship intelligent product experiences from discovery through delivery. You will work full-stack with a lean toward frontend, using TypeScript, Vue.js, backend services, and AI coding tools to build high-quality features on a small, fast-moving team. This role also owns product judgment: validating problems with customers, sizing opportunities, defining success metrics, and making pragmatic tradeoffs in ambiguous spaces. This role is based in our Sheffield office. What this looks like day-to-day AI-powered feature delivery: Build and ship features that use AI to turn product usage data into actionable suggestions for customers. You will work end to end across the experience, with attention to quality, usability, and the unique failure modes of AI-backed products. Full-stack engineering: Own delivery across the frontend and backend, with a strong lean toward TypeScript, Vue.js, DOM-level work, component architecture, and in-browser data capture. You will reason about backend services and APIs while building polished, reliable customer-facing experiences. Product discovery: Help validate problems, shape scope, and test direction before and while building. You will join customer calls, test prototypes, and use real feedback to make sure the team is solving meaningful problems. Success metrics and iteration: Define what success looks like for the features you build and use product usage data to guide iteration. You will not just close tickets; you will measure whether the work is creating the intended customer impact. AI-enabled development: Use AI coding tools such as Cursor and Claude Code as a core part of your daily workflow. You will apply strong engineering judgment, review rigor, and accountability to AI-generated code just as you would to your own. AI product quality: Ship AI-backed features with careful attention to latency, hallucination, inconsistent output, and user trust. You will help ensure intelligent experiences are useful, understandable, and reliable for customers. Cross-functional collaboration: Work directly with product, design, and fellow engineers in a small team where ownership and leverage matter. You will help make pragmatic tradeoffs against ambiguous, fast-moving requirements instead of waiting for a fully defined spec. Engineering standards: Raise the quality of the team through code review, mentorship, and unblocking teammates. You will communicate clearly, share context, and help others grow while keeping delivery moving. At Pendo, great Senior Software Engineers don't just follow instructions; they operate as strategic advisors, influencing decisions, guiding stakeholders, and elevating how we work. Must-haves Hands-on experience building with LLMs and AI agents, whether through production work or personal projects. You have built something with these technologies, not just used them as tools. Full-stack engineering experience with a frontend lean, including strong TypeScript skills, comfort working with the DOM, and the ability to reason about backend services. 3+ years of experience building and scaling web applications. Strong product judgment, including comfort owning ambiguous problems, shaping scope, and making decisions without a fully specified brief. Experience defining success metrics for a feature and iterating based on real usage data. Experience engaging directly with customers or end users to validate problems and assess impact after launch. Forward Deployed Engineer
Monday.comLondon, Germany22 days ago
Full TimeOn-siteMid

monday.com is the AI work platform powering the most ambitious teams. 250,000+ customers across departments use us to bring people, workflows, and AI agents together on one flexible platform where AI doesn't just assist, it executes. We move fast, build things that matter, and foster an ownership-driven culture where you're empowered to shape how organizations work and outpace their competition. About the Role We are looking for a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to join our Professional Services team in London. You will own the technical delivery of solutions that embed the monday.com AI Work Platform into a customer's enterprise tech stack through integration, custom application development, and agentic AI engineering. You will work directly with customers to turn business problems into production systems their businesses depend on. As a senior member of the team, you will set the technical direction of our most complex EMEA engagements, including outcome-based engagements where monday.com delivers a working business result. You will also raise the technical bar of the London team and help shape the global Services tooling roadmap. Please note that this is a hybrid position with three days/week in our London office. Responsibilities Own the end-to-end technical design of complex, multi-workstream engagements: architecture, integration approach, security and governance, and the path from pilot to scale. Lead technical scoping before and after the sale: break a business problem into a deliverable solution, estimate effort and risk, and shape the delivery plan and the commercial model with account and deployment strategy teams. Deliver outcome-based engagements, where success is measured by the business result in production (throughput, cycle time, manual effort removed), not hours delivered. Define the success metrics, the operating model after go-live, and how the solution keeps improving. Engineer complex and agentic AI solutions using our developer tools, including the monday.com API, MCP, and apps framework, to deliver data migrations, integrations with core enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, ITSM, data platforms), and custom applications. Lead technical consulting engagements for customers, applying industry knowledge in the areas of AI transformation, system scale, security, user governance, and data architecture. Navigate both complex engagements, where you execute defined technical scope within a delivery team, and standalone engagements, carrying customer communication, sequencing, and delivery yourself. Mentor and review the work of other engineers. Set standards for code quality, testing, documentation, and AI reliability across the team's builds. Produce the documentation, walkthroughs, and exit artifacts that let customers operate, maintain, and extend what you build. Advocate for customers with Product and R&D when their needs are not met, and help extend monday.com 's product capabilities. Contribute to the global Services tooling roadmap and shared asset library: internal utilities, reusable components, and reference implementations that make each engagement faster than the last. Requirements 5+ years as a forward deployed engineer, software engineer, solutions engineer, or technical consultant in enterprise software, with a track record of leading hands-on technical delivery for external customers in complex enterprise environments. Breadth over specialisation: a strong engineer with AI depth who is comfortable across the stack, rather than a pure frontend or backend specialist. Fluency in Generative and Agentic AI development: LLM-based workflows, agent orchestration and tool use, context and retrieval design, with AI-assisted editors such as Cursor or Claude Code in daily use. Experience keeping AI reliable in production: evaluation harnesses, guardrails, human-in-the-loop review, tracing, and the failure modes that only show up once a system is live. Strong working knowledge of APIs (REST, GraphQL), webhooks, MCP, identity management (SCIM), and authentication protocols (SAML 2.0 / OAuth 2.0). Software development experience in TypeScript and JavaScript, with depth in React or Node.js; full-stack experience preferred. Hands-on experience in enterprise data mobility and integrations: the SQL, scripts, and n8n or Workato automations that migrate and transform customer data into target systems. Production engineering practice: version control, automated testing, CI/CD, and deployment to AWS, GCP, or Azure. Experience scoping and estimating technical work, and owning delivery against an agreed outcome, timeline, or commercial commitment. Consultative range and communication skills to understand a business problem, frame a solution for senior client stakeholders, and explain technical topics clearly to a non-technical audience. Adaptability across customers, technology stacks, and unfamiliar domains, with the resilience to absorb a change of direction mid-engagement. Comfortable running several engagements at once, with strong project management habits. Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy; takes initiative and learns new technology to go where the work is. Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time. BS or BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience also considered. Find more English Speaking Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow
