Demonstrated client management expertise, including ownership of executive relationships and day-to-day account management, as well as navigating complex client and broker stakeholder environments. Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and execute with precision and strong attention to detail. What you'll be part of Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we're the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster. The result is a rare "win win" — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can. Who we want This is a role for someone who wants to work on a hard problem, deliver real impact and be pushed to be the best version of themselves. As a Consultant Relations VP, you'll be embedded in the Strategic Alliances team and report directly to the Vice President of Consultant Relations. As VP of Consultant Relations, you'll own Garner's most strategic relationships with the largest national broker and consulting firms and set how Garner shows up with advisors. You'll be a known, trusted name to practice leaders across the industry, define the business-development plan for a national portfolio, and be accountable for turning those relationships into closed distribution at scale. It's a role for someone with an existing rolodex who is seen as an educator and thought partner in the space. What you will do Own Garner's relationships with the largest, most complex national broker and consulting firms, becoming the trusted, go-to name for practice leaders and SMEs and setting how Garner shows up with top distributors. Define and drive the business-development plan for a national portfolio, consistently converting consultant relationships into closed distribution and firm-level data-licensing deals. Orchestrate cross-functional resources at scale — Sales, Product, Marketing, Client Success, Operations — behind the biggest partnerships, and channel consultant insight into Garner's go-to-market strategy. Design the data-driven approach for the whole portfolio — contracting targets, timing, and closure rates — and use it to steer where the team invests. Bring deep, current expertise across the major firms and the broader benefits ecosystem, reframing Garner's value to each firm's priorities as a credible educator and thought partner in the market. What we're looking for 8+ years in employee-benefits consulting / broker or channel-alliances roles with national-firm scope, and an existing senior rolodex across the major firms — you build and own trusted relationships end-to-end and set how Garner shows up with top distributors. You operate with data rigor at portfolio scale: you design the goals, metrics, and tooling that track contracting targets, timing, and closure rates and steer where to invest. You know the benefits-consulting and broker landscape cold — deep, current expertise across the major firms and the broader ecosystem — and are seen as an educator and thought partner to sophisticated buyers. You orchestrate cross-functional resources at scale (Sales, Product, Marketing, Client Success, Ops) behind the biggest partnerships and channel partner insight into go-to-market strategy. You drive national business development — targeting the right firms, generating and advancing pipeline across the portfolio, and closing distribution with little hand-holding, accountable for the number. You influence at the executive level, synthesizing a market point of view and securing buy-in from senior external and internal leaders for cross-functional bets. You bring hunger and a roll-up-your-sleeves bias at scale in a fast-moving environment, operating with accountability and authentic feedback. A desire to do work that matters: and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions. You engage with AI tools as part of how you do your best work, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes that matter beyond your team's metrics. What you'll get here You'll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. About Juniper Square Private markets are one of the largest, most complex, and most underserved corners of global finance. Our mission at Juniper Square is to unlock their full potential. We're the Operations Partner trusted by 2,300+ GPs, unifying technology, data, and fund administration services into a single platform that helps GPs move faster, make better decisions, and scale with precision. With $300B+ under administration and 700,000+ LPs on platform, we've built the scale to match our ambition. And with JunieAI, our purpose-built AI platform, we're reimagining how private markets operate, embedding intelligence across every workflow. Founder-led since 2014, backed by $350M+ in funding, and now 1,000+ employees strong, we're building a company designed to shape the future of private markets for decades to come. Our culture is built for people who want to do ambitious, meaningful work alongside exceptionally talented teammates. We think like owners, move with urgency, and take pride in solving hard problems that truly matter to our customers and the future of private markets. We believe the best ideas come from open debate, deep collaboration, and diverse perspectives, which is why we believe transparency is the default and feedback makes us stronger. If you're energized by high standards, rapid growth, and the opportunity to help define a category at a pivotal moment, come join us! Juniper Square offers employees a variety of ways to work, ranging from a fully remote experience to working full-time in one of our physical offices. We invest heavily in digital-first operations, allowing our teams to collaborate effectively across 27 U.S. states, 2 Canadian Provinces, India, Luxembourg, and England. We also have physical offices in San Francisco, New York City, Mumbai and Bangalore for employees who prefer to work in an office some or all of the time. About your role We are looking for a highly experienced and autonomous Group Product Manager to own our newest product (Dex), an intelligent AI-native data warehouse for private markets. This is a flagship zero-to-one role where you will define the vision and multi-year strategy for one of the most consequential product areas at Juniper Square, operate as the lead product voice, and drive the data foundation that powers both our external products and our internal fund administration operations. This product is how Juniper Square turns the fragmented, document-heavy reality of private markets data into a clean, structured, trustworthy foundation. It touches some of the hardest problems in the domain: ingesting and parsing ware documents and data feeds from dozens of source systems, classifying and extracting structured data, mapping and enriching it against a private-markets data model, validating it to a standard our customers can rely on, and distributing it to the apps, agents, and people who depend on it. You will own this entire pipeline and define how this product serves as the data backbone for Juniper Square's apps, AI agents, and managed services. AI fluency is a baseline expectation. PMs at this level should be comfortable using the full range of modern tools (e.g. LLMs, Cursor, Claude) to move faster and make sharper decisions. That might mean orchestrating AI agents to synthesize customer feedback into working hypotheses, building functional prototypes before writing requirements, or using coding agents to submit pull requests for engineering. The expectation is sound judgment about what will get to the best outcome for the customer and the team. This role would benefit from in-person collaboration in San Francisco, where many of our product management, design, and engineering personnel are based, although we also welcome exceptional candidates from elsewhere in the United States and Canada. What you'll do Take a new product zero-to-one: Transform Dex from an idea into a reality. Bring the entrepreneurial craft, energy, and spirit that a new product requires. Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap: Define the multi-year vision and strategy for Dex as both an external product and the internal backbone for Juniper Square's fund administration operations. Sequence the roadmap optimally for Dex to scale across new use cases and customer profiles. Talk to customers: Spend meaningful time with the GPs who depend on clean, aggregated data, as well as with our internal fund administration team. Use customer insights to challenge and ultimately sharpen strategic direction. Lead cross-functionally: Partner with engineering, design, fund administration, customer success, sales, forward-deployed AI development teams, and executive stakeholders to align on strategy and ensure execution serves both the business and the customer. Dex is a shared foundation, so alignment across stakeholder groups is critical. Ship end-to-end: Take problems from discovery through delivery. Plan projects, define requirements, and motivate those building solutions with an understanding of the "why" and the "what" to inspire their ownership of the "how." Work with our go-to-market and fund administration teams to drive adoption of new capabilities and ultimately realize their business value. Harness the power of AI: Dex enables customers to use AI to derive value from previously scattered and unstructured data. Own the product direction for AI-powered capabilities across the pipeline - agentic document ingestion, automated classification and extraction, intelligent mapping and enrichment, human-in-the-loop review, search and retrieval, and AI-driven data insights. Simplify complexity: Private markets data is genuinely hard - inconsistent formats across administrators, unstructured documents, complex fund structures, and a high bar for accuracy because everything downstream depends on it. Take on the hardest problems in the domain and deliver solutions that feel simple. Be a leader: Set direction across multiple workstreams and engineering teams. Provide mentorship and product leadership to other PMs working in and adjacent to the domain, and raise the bar for product craft across the organization. Qualifications 10+ years of product management experience in B2B or Enterprise SaaS, with a significant portfolio of shipped work across the full development lifecycle. Proven experience owning a complex product area end-to-end, from strategy and roadmap through execution and iteration, ideally in a zero-to-one context. Background in data warehousing, data modeling, document ingestion and extraction, ETL/ELT pipelines, data quality and validation. Experience building agentic workflows or production LLM features with real evaluation and monitoring discipline. Fluency with LLMs and common AI tools (e.g. Claude, Cursor) - you should be able to run your own prototypes and use AI to get work done faster than a traditional PM workflow would allow. Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to articulate product decisions clearly to engineers, designers, executives, and customers alike. Track record of leading through influence - ideally mentoring or managing other product managers - and setting strategy that multiple teams execute against. Compensation Compensation for this position includes a base salary, equity, and a variety of benefits. The U.S. salary range for this role is $230,000 - $300,000 USD and the Canadian salary range is $200,000 - $250,000 CAD. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable. Benefits include: Health, dental, and vision care for you and your family Life insurance Mental wellness coverage Fertility and growing family support Flex Time Off in addition to company-paid holidays Paid family leave, medical leave, and bereavement leave policies Retirement saving plans Allowance to customize your work and technology setup at home Annual professional development stipend #LI-AD1
