About Juniper Square Private markets are one of the largest, most complex, and most underserved corners of global finance. Our mission at Juniper Square is to unlock their full potential. We're the Operations Partner trusted by 2,300+ GPs, unifying technology, data, and fund administration services into a single platform that helps GPs move faster, make better decisions, and scale with precision. With $300B+ under administration and 700,000+ LPs on platform, we've built the scale to match our ambition. And with JunieAI, our purpose-built AI platform, we're reimagining how private markets operate, embedding intelligence across every workflow. Founder-led since 2014, backed by $350M+ in funding, and now 1,000+ employees strong, we're building a company designed to shape the future of private markets for decades to come. Our culture is built for people who want to do ambitious, meaningful work alongside exceptionally talented teammates. We think like owners, move with urgency, and take pride in solving hard problems that truly matter to our customers and the future of private markets. We believe the best ideas come from open debate, deep collaboration, and diverse perspectives, which is why we believe transparency is the default and feedback makes us stronger. If you're energized by high standards, rapid growth, and the opportunity to help define a category at a pivotal moment, come join us! Juniper Square offers employees a variety of ways to work, ranging from a fully remote experience to working full-time in one of our physical offices. We invest heavily in digital-first operations, allowing our teams to collaborate effectively across 27 U.S. states, 2 Canadian Provinces, India, Luxembourg, and England. We also have physical offices in San Francisco, New York City, Mumbai and Bangalore for employees who prefer to work in an office some or all of the time. About your role We are looking for a highly experienced and autonomous Group Product Manager to own our newest product (Dex), an intelligent AI-native data warehouse for private markets. This is a flagship zero-to-one role where you will define the vision and multi-year strategy for one of the most consequential product areas at Juniper Square, operate as the lead product voice, and drive the data foundation that powers both our external products and our internal fund administration operations. This product is how Juniper Square turns the fragmented, document-heavy reality of private markets data into a clean, structured, trustworthy foundation. It touches some of the hardest problems in the domain: ingesting and parsing ware documents and data feeds from dozens of source systems, classifying and extracting structured data, mapping and enriching it against a private-markets data model, validating it to a standard our customers can rely on, and distributing it to the apps, agents, and people who depend on it. You will own this entire pipeline and define how this product serves as the data backbone for Juniper Square's apps, AI agents, and managed services. AI fluency is a baseline expectation. PMs at this level should be comfortable using the full range of modern tools (e.g. LLMs, Cursor, Claude) to move faster and make sharper decisions. That might mean orchestrating AI agents to synthesize customer feedback into working hypotheses, building functional prototypes before writing requirements, or using coding agents to submit pull requests for engineering. The expectation is sound judgment about what will get to the best outcome for the customer and the team. This role would benefit from in-person collaboration in San Francisco, where many of our product management, design, and engineering personnel are based, although we also welcome exceptional candidates from elsewhere in the United States and Canada. What you'll do Take a new product zero-to-one: Transform Dex from an idea into a reality. Bring the entrepreneurial craft, energy, and spirit that a new product requires. Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap: Define the multi-year vision and strategy for Dex as both an external product and the internal backbone for Juniper Square's fund administration operations. Sequence the roadmap optimally for Dex to scale across new use cases and customer profiles. Talk to customers: Spend meaningful time with the GPs who depend on clean, aggregated data, as well as with our internal fund administration team. Use customer insights to challenge and ultimately sharpen strategic direction. Lead cross-functionally: Partner with engineering, design, fund administration, customer success, sales, forward-deployed AI development teams, and executive stakeholders to align on strategy and ensure execution serves both the business and the customer. Dex is a shared foundation, so alignment across stakeholder groups is critical. Ship end-to-end: Take problems from discovery through delivery. Plan projects, define requirements, and motivate those building solutions with an understanding of the "why" and the "what" to inspire their ownership of the "how." Work with our go-to-market and fund administration teams to drive adoption of new capabilities and ultimately realize their business value. Harness the power of AI: Dex enables customers to use AI to derive value from previously scattered and unstructured data. Own the product direction for AI-powered capabilities across the pipeline - agentic document ingestion, automated classification and extraction, intelligent mapping and enrichment, human-in-the-loop review, search and retrieval, and AI-driven data insights. Simplify complexity: Private markets data is genuinely hard - inconsistent formats across administrators, unstructured documents, complex fund structures, and a high bar for accuracy because everything downstream depends on it. Take on the hardest problems in the domain and deliver solutions that feel simple. Be a leader: Set direction across multiple workstreams and engineering teams. Provide mentorship and product leadership to other PMs working in and adjacent to the domain, and raise the bar for product craft across the organization. Qualifications 10+ years of product management experience in B2B or Enterprise SaaS, with a significant portfolio of shipped work across the full development lifecycle. Proven experience owning a complex product area end-to-end, from strategy and roadmap through execution and iteration, ideally in a zero-to-one context. Background in data warehousing, data modeling, document ingestion and extraction, ETL/ELT pipelines, data quality and validation. Experience building agentic workflows or production LLM features with real evaluation and monitoring discipline. Fluency with LLMs and common AI tools (e.g. Claude, Cursor) - you should be able to run your own prototypes and use AI to get work done faster than a traditional PM workflow would allow. Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to articulate product decisions clearly to engineers, designers, executives, and customers alike. Track record of leading through influence - ideally mentoring or managing other product managers - and setting strategy that multiple teams execute against. Compensation Compensation for this position includes a base salary, equity, and a variety of benefits. The U.S. salary range for this role is $230,000 - $300,000 USD and the Canadian salary range is $200,000 - $250,000 CAD. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable. Benefits include: Health, dental, and vision care for you and your family Life insurance Mental wellness coverage Fertility and growing family support Flex Time Off in addition to company-paid holidays Paid family leave, medical leave, and bereavement leave policies Retirement saving plans Allowance to customize your work and technology setup at home Annual professional development stipend #LI-AD1

The Opportunity We're looking for a Manager, Freight Audit Services to help build and run our client-facing freight audit service. You'll help clients check freight charges, resolve billing discrepancies, and understand their transportation costs. The service will focus on freight invoices. You'll build the operating processes, onboard clients, oversee audits, and hire a team as demand grows. You'll also work with Product, Engineering, and commercial teams to improve the service and its economics. This role suits someone who likes building from the ground up, works carefully with data, and earns clients' trust. You'll be expected to use AI and automation yourself and help the team put them to work. You Will Help launch the service and establish procedures, quality checks, service standards, ownership, and escalation paths. Lead client onboarding: gather contracts, invoices, shipment data, and authorizations, then confirm the audit scope and readiness to begin. Run daily audit delivery, checking invoices against contracted rates, terms, and shipment records and investigating discrepancies. Manage carrier disputes and billing corrections. Keep supporting evidence, follow issues through resolution, and distinguish potential savings from confirmed client value. Be the operational point of contact for clients. Explain findings, resolve escalations, and lead service reviews with clear reporting. Hire, train, and develop the team as demand grows. Match staffing and workloads to client needs, quality standards, and cost to serve. Work with Product and Engineering to define requirements and test improvements. Build and trial AI-assisted workflows for extracting invoice data, comparing charges with contracts, and investigating exceptions; verify accuracy before expanding their use. Support Sales and Account Management with discovery, service scoping, implementation planning, and input on pricing and proposals. Track onboarding time, audit turnaround, accuracy, dispute outcomes, client value, productivity, and profitability. Use those results to improve delivery. Success in Your First Year Initial clients receive a reliable service with repeatable onboarding, audit, dispute, and reporting processes. Clients understand the findings, dispute outcomes, and financial value the service delivers. A well-trained team grows with demand while maintaining quality and manageable workloads. Client and audit feedback leads to better product capabilities and service, with measurable gains from AI, automation, and lower cost to serve. You Should Have A record of strong results in operations, logistics, financial operations, client delivery, consulting, or a related field. The ability to make progress on an unfamiliar problem, exercise judgment with incomplete information, and finish what you start. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. You can reconcile data in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools and investigate discrepancies. Clear client communication and the judgment to handle sensitive issues, explain findings, and set realistic expectations. Leadership experience in managing people, developing colleagues, or leading cross-team projects. The ability to quickly learn freight contracts, billing practices, and audit procedures, and to work with Product and Engineering to improve them. Hands-on experience using generative AI to analyze information or improve a recurring workflow. You can explain what you built, how you tested it, and what improved. Sound judgment about AI: you check results against source data, recognize unreliable outputs, protect confidential information, and know when human review is needed. Experience in freight auditing, ocean logistics, service launches, or client implementations is helpful. We welcome strong candidates from adjacent fields who can demonstrate the ability to learn, ownership, and judgment this role requires. Commitment to Equal Opportunity At Flexport, our ability to fulfill our mission of making global commerce easy and accessible relies on having a diverse, dedicated and engaged workforce. About Anthropic Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. Note: this job post is for Fullstack Software Engineers only. If you are a Backend Engineer, please see our Backend Software Engineer post here . About the role We are looking for fullstack software engineers to help build safety and oversight mechanisms for our AI systems. As a software engineer on the Safeguards team, you will work to monitor models, prevent misuse, and ensure user well-being. This role will focus on building systems to detect unwanted model behaviors and prevent disallowed use of models. You will apply your technical skills to uphold our principles of safety, transparency, and oversight while enforcing our terms of service and acceptable use policies. We have multiple teams that are currently hiring within Safeguards. Team placement occurs after the interview process, taking into account your interests and experience alongside organizational needs. This flexible approach allows us to match talented engineers where they'll have the greatest impact and growth potential. Responsibilities: Design and build the internal review tools analysts use to investigate abuse — dashboards, case queues, and evidence viewers that make high-volume, high-stakes decisions fast and accurate. Build the interfaces where humans supervise agents: streaming output, interruption and approval flows, and clear provenance for every action an agent takes. Surface abuse patterns to our research teams through the visualizations and exploration tools that make emerging patterns legible. Own the frontend architecture for tools handling sensitive data at scale — performance under large datasets, correctness under real-time updates, and access controls enforced end to end. You may be a good fit if you have: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or comparable experience Proficiency in TypeScript and modern React; comfortable in Python for backend work The ability to work across the stack Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Strong candidates may also: 8+ years of experience in a software engineering position, not including internships or co-ops Have experience building data-dense internal tools or operator interfaces, not just marketing or consumer surfaces Have experience with integrity, spam, fraud, or abuse detection and mitigation Have experience building trust and safety detection mechanisms and intervention for AI/ML systems Have experience with prompt engineering, jailbreak attacks, and other adversarial inputs Have worked closely with operational teams to build custom internal tooling The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $405,000 — $485,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. About the role Growth at Anthropic is about helping people discover what Claude can do and make it part of how they work, from someone's first session to an entire company rolling out Claude. We're a small design team working across all of Anthropic's products, on problems that often don't have established playbooks, because the products and the capabilities behind them change so quickly. We drive growth by making the product itself better, favoring foundational changes and new product experiences over small optimizations. Our focus spans whatever most limits Anthropic's growth, and priorities can shift quickly. As a senior Product Designer on Growth, you'll own how Claude grows with people who use it for their everyday work. You'll dig into why some people make Claude a habit and others don't, find the real bottlenecks, and lead the product changes that move them. You'll set the vision for this area, partner closely with product, engineering, and data science, and raise the quality bar for the designers around you. We're looking for designers who thrive in ambiguity and pair sharp diagnostic judgment with exceptional craft. You form a clear point of view from messy signals, prototype quickly to test it, and drive alignment across teams to ship it. You use tools like Claude Code to explore ideas and push what's possible. Key responsibilities Own growth for how people use Claude in their everyday work, end to end, as your full-time focus Diagnose what drives deep, habitual use and what blocks it, combining data, research, and hands-on time in the product Set an opinionated vision for the area and turn it into a roadmap with your PM, engineering, and data science partners Redesign core parts of the product to drive growth, from onboarding and first-run experiences to the everyday workflows people rely on most Shape hypotheses and experiments, and judge results with a nuanced view of how we win, not just the topline metric Deliver exceptionally crafted interactions and set the quality bar for your area Drive alignment with partner teams whose work touches your area, connecting individual use to team and company adoption Mentor other designers, and frame problems clearly enough that others can own them Prototype and test ideas quickly with Claude Code and other AI tools Minimum qualifications A portfolio of shipped product design work that shows product vision and a high level of craft Experience owning growth for a major product area end to end, including diagnosing problems and setting direction Deep growth design experience in activation, onboarding, retention, engagement, or expansion, on a product at meaningful scale Hands-on experience designing, launching, and interpreting experiments, and using them to make product decisions Fluency with product analytics such as funnels, retention, and engagement Proficiency with design, prototyping, and AI tools, such as Figma and Claude Code, and a habit of learning new tools to push what's possible Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience driving alignment across product, engineering, and data science Preferred qualifications Experience leading growth strategy across multiple teams or product areas Experience designing enterprise/B2B SaaS, productivity, or collaboration tools Experience with product-led growth, from a single user to a team to a company-wide rollout Experience mentoring designers or shaping a design practice Comfort querying data yourself with SQL or a similar tool Experience prototyping with front-end code (e.g., HTML/CSS/JS) Experience defining AI-powered workflows for yourself or your team A clear point of view on when a product should ask for attention, and when it should stay out of the way Passion for building safe, beneficial AI that helps people do their best work Representative projects Diagnose why some people make a product part of their daily work and others drift away, then lead the changes that close the gap Redesign a core part of the product so people return to it more often and get more value each time Set the vision for a product's first-run experience and lead it through experiments to a redesigned, permanent flow Design the path from one person's daily use to their whole team adopting it The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $305,000 — $460,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
