About Anthropic Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role As a Podcast Media Manager at Anthropic, you will own how Claude shows up in podcasts, one of our most important channels for reaching professionals and knowledge workers. This is not a traditional media buying role. We're looking for someone to build a refreshed, proactive podcast strategy: securing the right shows before they're obvious, going beyond standard ad reads, and creating unique partnerships that fully integrate our product into shows in ways no other brand is doing. In this role, you'll own our podcast program end to end, from annual strategy and show selection through network buys, scripts, pacing, and reporting across 100+ shows. You'll sit on the influencer marketing team and partner closely with growth marketing on performance goals and in-house campaigns, brand marketing on major campaign flights, enterprise marketing on B2B buys and scripts, creative and copy teams on reads and refreshes, comms teams on messaging and media buying teams/agencies on execution. Key responsibilities Own podcast strategy for Anthropic, setting where we show up instead of reacting to inbound pitches Lead podcast strategy flights for major campaigns end to end, from planning through reporting Manage network buys across major audio publishers including Spotify, Amazon, NYT, and others Develop year-long buys with top shows and media outlets, identifying and pitching partners before they come to us Build partnership packages that go beyond ad reads to include bonus episodes, video, live events, and social Partner with creative and copy teams as their main point of contact on podcast work, establishing a repeatable process for scripts and copy points Manage voice-actor reads and QA spots before they air Develop a refresh cadence for reads so messaging stays current across 100+ shows, tailored to each show's audience Manage agency relationships, pushing partners to deliver the best rates, placements, and ideas Track pacing across buys and shift budget as performance data comes in Present results and learnings back to the team on a regular basis Partner with growth, brand, and enterprise marketing to align podcast plans with performance goals, campaign flights, and B2B objectives Minimum qualifications Have deep experience in podcast media buying at a tech or consumer company with a substantial podcast budget Have managed podcast programs in-house directly, not only through an agency Have run both agency partnerships and in-house podcast programs, and know how to get the best work out of each Are skilled at managing and pushing media agencies to secure strong rates, placements, and ideas Can spot up-and-coming shows before they're obvious and back your picks with a clear rationale Bring creative ideas that go beyond the standard ad read, from bonus episodes to live events to product integrations Are comfortable owning the details of execution, including scripts, QA, pacing, and reporting, alongside long-range strategy Work well across many partner teams and can build repeatable processes that scale Enjoy shaping a program from the ground up rather than maintaining an existing playbook Are excited about Anthropic's mission to develop AI that is safe and beneficial Preferred qualifications Experience negotiating year-long or multi-format partnerships with top shows or networks A background in copywriting or close collaboration with creative teams on host-read scripts Familiarity with B2B audiences and enterprise-focused podcast buys Experience with podcast measurement, attribution, and incrementality testing Relationships with major audio publishers, networks, and independent hosts Experience extending podcast partnerships into video, social, or live formats Familiarity with AI products or the broader developer and knowledge worker audience The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.  For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $200,000 — $255,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study:  A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship:  We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed.  Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. Head of Programmatic Customer Success
AnthropicNew York City, United States (Hybrid)23 days ago

About Anthropic Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Anthropic's Customer Success organization covers our most strategic enterprise accounts through dedicated Customer Success resources, but the majority of our customers will never be reached that way. Programmatic Customer Success is how we close that gap: scalable digital journeys, AI-built engagement plays, and partner-delivered activation motions that drive habitual Claude adoption across a much broader customer base.   This is a new function, and you'd be its first leader. You'll report to the Head of Strategic Deployments & Success and work closely with Product, Partnerships, Growth Marketing, and Strategy to design and operate the system that moves customers from signed contract to deeply embedded, outcome centric usage.   The right person for this role has built something like this before, at real scale, and is genuinely excited to build it again from the ground up with better tools. We anticipate using Claude as a core part of how the team operates, but will supplement with best of breed SaaS products where appropriate.  Key responsibilities Define the customer journey and moments that matter along the journey that lead to daily usage of Claude in a way that delivers outcomes for Claude users Define and own the programmatic CS strategy: how we tier accounts, what motion each tier receives, and how customers move between them as their needs evolve Design and ship digital success programs, including lifecycle communications, in-product nudges and self-serve onboarding in a way that drives activation and habitual usage without human-touch coverage Build and run AI-powered engagement plays that extend the team's reach; work with Product to clarify what this team builds versus what lives in the product itself Set the quality bar and requirements for partner-led activation, and maintain a tight feedback loop with our Partnerships team who owns the partner ecosystem Establish the metrics framework for programmatic success: define what "activated" means at each tier, identify leading indicators, and build the instrumentation to track them Run a rigorous experimentation program to understand which motions actually change customer behavior Hire and lead a small, high-leverage team while bringing cross-functional partners along on the vision and the operating model Minimum qualifications Proven experience leading and building programmatic, digital success, lifecycle, or PLG motions at significant scale — with direct ownership of an adoption or activation outcome Track record of building scalable systems and programs, not just managing existing ones; you've started from a blank page before Strong cross-functional instincts — comfortable writing briefs that other teams execute against, resolving handoff ambiguity, and influencing roadmaps without direct authority Data-driven approach to decision-making, including experience designing experiments that distinguish real behavior change from activity metrics Experience managing and developing teams Preferred qualifications Experience spanning more than one of: digital/PLG, partner ecosystems, lifecycle marketing, or scaled CS — ideally combined into a single integrated motion Hands-on familiarity with AI-powered workflows or automation as a force multiplier for a small team Background working at a fast-growing technology company where the playbook was still being written Experience with tiered coverage models and designing the handoffs between high-touch and low-touch The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.  For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $365,000 — $435,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study:  A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. Cybersecurity Sales Specialist

concretearchitectureprocurementsalesoutboundaccount executive+6

About Anthropic Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role AI is changing what security teams can do. Claude can find and help fix vulnerabilities in code at a pace that wasn't possible a year ago, and we want defenders to have that advantage first. As a Cybersecurity Sales Specialist, you'll own Anthropic's security business across the accounts in one of our business units, such as financial services, healthcare and life sciences, or technology. You'll lead the security strategy with CISOs, partnering with the Account Executives who own the accounts in your industry to drive opportunities and put Claude to work on their hardest security problems. You'll help decide how we sell security, what we learn from customers, and how that shapes our products. The work matters to our mission: a safe transition through transformative AI depends on the people who defend critical systems being able to use it well. Technical Lead, AI Engineering (Sales, Service & Supply Chain)
ContractFully RemoteMid$2,080 - $1,456,000 / Year

About Lucid At Lucid, we are creating exceptional mobility experiences through innovation to drive the world forward. Built on Lucid's proprietary technology and software-defined vehicle architecture, our award-winning vehicles bring our "Compromise Nothing™" approach to the global automotive market. That means refusing to choose between performance and sustainability, design and engineering, ambition and integrity. In Lucid Air and Lucid Gravity, we have designed and built vehicles that have redefined their segments, combining exceptional range, performance, design, and expansive space in a single experience.   We achieve this through deep vertical integration, with design, engineering, and production happening in-house across our global offices and manufacturing facilities. Our teams come from industries around the world, united by a shared commitment to excellence. By refusing to settle, you can help redefine what's possible and shape the future of mobility. About the role   Lucid is putting an AI layer over the systems that run our commercial and industrial operations, how we sell vehicles, how we service them, and how we move parts through a global supply chain. This role sets the technical direction for that work and is accountable for what reaches production.   You will sit close to the business. Sales, Service and Supply Chain leaders will bring you problems, and you will decide what is worth building, design it, build the hard parts yourself, and lead a distributed engineering team to deliver the rest. This is a hands-on lead role, architecture and code, not a management track.   What you'll do   Own the architecture for LLM-based and agentic systems across Sales, Service and Supply Chain: assistants over enterprise knowledge, agents that act against internal APIs, document and data extraction pipelines, and the platform pieces they share.   Deliver those systems into the channels our customers and employees already use: web and in-app chat, email and SMS. Own the conversational contract across them, including threading, context carry-over, handoff to a human, and tone appropriate to the channel.   Turn business problems into engineering plans. Work directly with stakeholders to define the outcome, then sequence the work so value lands early and often.   Build the parts that make AI safe to run in the enterprise: input and output guardrails, identity-aware access to tools and data, prompt governance, and clear trust boundaries between internal and external-facing surfaces.   Own the tool layer, including MCP servers and internal tool interfaces, so agents reach business systems through contracts that are versioned, permissioned and testable.   Define how quality is measured, including evaluation datasets, regression suites, tracing and production telemetry, and make it the default gate for prompt and model changes.   Own the unit economics. Set targets for cost and latency per conversation and per resolution, and hold them through model routing, context trimming, caching, batching and right-sized retrieval.   Integrate with systems of record: ERP, supplier portals, service and CRM platforms, logistics and planning systems. The interesting problems here are data, integration and correctness more than model choice.   Set standards the wider team builds on , such as shared services, reusable patterns and review expectations, and make sure they hold up outside your own code.   Lead technically across time zones, including close partnership with our engineering team in India. Mentor engineers, review designs, and be the person others bring their hardest problem to.   Be honest about where AI helps and where it does not. Part of the job is preventing expensive detours.   What you'll bring   10+ years building and operating production software, with 3+ years owning the technical direction of a team or a significant platform.   Strong Python and solid distributed systems fundamentals. Comfortable owning services end to end, including what happens after they ship.   Real production experience with LLM applications: retrieval-augmented generation, agent and tool-calling patterns, structured output, streaming, prompt design and iteration under load.   Strong hands-on experience with LLM engineering tooling such as Langfuse or LangSmith , used for tracing, prompt versioning, evaluation runs and production monitoring, not only local experiments.   Good working experience with MCP: building and consuming MCP servers, designing tool schemas, and handling authentication and permissions at the tool boundary.   Practical command of LLM cost optimization: model routing and tiering, context and prompt compression, prompt caching, batching, token budgeting, and knowing which lever to pull when spend moves the wrong way.   Experience delivering AI over customer and employee communication channels such as chat, email and SMS, and the integrations behind them.   Judgment on the model landscape, across hosted models, managed services and fine-tuning, enough to make a defensible choice on cost, latency and accuracy and move forward.   Strong AWS engineering (or equivalent): serverless and container workloads, event-driven design, IAM, networking basics, and a working sense of what things cost at scale.   Experience with the data layer behind AI systems, relational, document and vector, and with keeping retrieval accurate as content and users grow.   A concrete point of view on evaluating AI systems, and the discipline to build the harness before scaling the feature.   Experience working with non-technical stakeholders and translating between business intent and system design.   Nice to have   Automotive, manufacturing, logistics or another operations-heavy domain background.   Exposure to SAP, supply chain execution, EDI, or field service and CRM platforms.   Hands-on work with messaging and contact center platforms such as Twilio, Amazon SES or Pinpoint, Salesforce Service Cloud, or similar.   Security-sensitive AI work: prompt injection defense, tenant or supplier data isolation, red-teaming.   Multi-agent orchestration, or experience running an evaluation program at scale.   Experience leading distributed teams across US and India time zones.   How we work   Small teams with direct ownership and a short path from a business problem to a running system. We prefer working software and measured results over decks, and we expect engineers at this level to have opinions and defend them with evidence.   Salary Range : The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.   Base Pay Range (Annual) $216,600 — $317,680 USD Compensation & Benefits:   Lucid offers a comprehensive and competitive  benefits package  including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off; paid holidays, paid sick leave; and a 401(k) retirement plan. Staff Product Operations Manager, Platform
SamsaraRemote - MA (Fully Remote)23 days ago
InternshipFully RemotePrincipal$126,000 - $126,000 / Year
rmanufacturingcompliancecompliancesalescustomer success+2

Who we are Samsara (NYSE: IOT) is the pioneer of the Connected Operations™ Cloud, which is a platform that enables organizations that depend on physical operations to harness Internet of Things (IoT) data to develop actionable insights and improve their operations. At Samsara, we are helping improve the safety, efficiency and sustainability of the physical operations that power our global economy. Representing more than 40% of global GDP, these industries are the infrastructure of our planet, including agriculture, construction, field services, transportation, and manufacturing — and we are excited to help digitally transform their operations at scale. Working at Samsara means you'll help define the future of physical operations and be on a team that's shaping an exciting array of product solutions, including Video-Based Safety, Vehicle Telematics, Apps and Driver Workflows, and Equipment Monitoring. As part of a recently public company, you'll have the autonomy and support to make an impact as we build for the long term. About the role: Samsara's Product Operations team is looking for a hands-on builder to join our Platform team and help accelerate our enterprise-ready roadmap. You will support the Billing, Org & Auth, and Security product teams, working closely with R&D leaders to turn ambiguous questions into rigorous analyses, repeatable workflows, and internal tools used across our Product and Engineering organization. You move ARR. Not "contribute to." Revenue (or an equivalent business result) grows because of decisions you made . You might investigate why enterprise customers stall on a security or permissions requirement, combine signals from thousands of support tickets and customer conversations to find what's blocking expansion, or build a dashboard that helps hundreds of product managers and engineers see how platform gaps translate into pipeline and retention risk. This is an individual-contributor role for someone who has already shown they can build and ship. You do not need a technical background. However, you do need to use modern AI and development tools to move beyond a prototype: work with data, write and debug code using AI, validate the results, put a useful tool in front of users, and improve it until people trust and rely on it. This is a remote position open to candidates based in the United States and Canada. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this role. You should apply if: You want to impact the industries that run our world: Your efforts will help keep the lights on, get food into grocery stores, reduce emissions, and, most importantly, ensure workers return home safely. You are the architect of your own career: If you put in the work, this role won't be your last at Samsara. We set you up for success and have built a culture of rapid career development, with countless opportunities to experiment and master your craft in a hyper-growth environment. You're energized by our opportunity: Our vision to digitize large sectors of the global economy requires your full focus and best efforts to bring forth creative, ambitious ideas for our customers. You want to be with the best: At Samsara, we win together, celebrate together, and support each other. You will be surrounded by a high-caliber team that encourages you to do your best. You measure yourself by revenue outcomes: You want your work tied directly to ARR, and you're accountable for the result, not just the activity. In this role, you will:   Drive ARR through platform decisions. Identify the enterprise-readiness gaps that most limit new business, expansion, and retention, and shape prioritization so that fixing them measurably moves ARR. Accelerate enterprise-ready delivery by partnering with the Billing, Org & Auth, and Security product teams to define priorities, remove blockers, and track progress against the commitments customers and Sales are waiting on. Build and ship internal data and AI products that help Product and Engineering teams understand platform usage, customer friction, and the highest-impact opportunities to improve. Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data, including product telemetry, support tickets, customer conversations, feature requests, surveys, and product metadata, to find patterns that would be difficult to see manually. Turn one-time analyses into reliable, repeatable tools and workflows with clear data definitions, quality checks, documentation, and feedback loops. Translate complex findings into clear, decision-ready recommendations for R&D leadership, while preserving the evidence and methodology behind them. Quantify the revenue impact of platform investments and report on it, so every roadmap bet has a clear, defensible ARR case before and after launch. Own projects end to end: scope the problem, identify and connect the right data, build the first version, launch it, measure adoption and business impact, and continue improving it. Use AI-assisted development tools thoughtfully, checking outputs, debugging failures, and applying sound judgment rather than treating generated work as automatically correct. Champion, role model, and embed Samsara's cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices. Minimum requirements for the role: 8+ years of professional experience in a role such as product operations, data or product analytics, business operations, consulting, technical product management, or another environment where you solved ambiguous problems with data and technology. A demonstrated record of building and shipping something useful for real users, such as an internal tool, application, dashboard, automation, data product, or repeatable analytical workflow. A track record of connecting your work to revenue or an equivalent business result (ARR, retention, expansion, cost), and the ability to show how your decisions caused it. Experience structuring and analyzing messy or large datasets, validating the results, and explaining what the analysis does and does not prove. Strong product and customer judgment: you start with the user problem and business outcome, not the technology. Clear written and verbal communication. You can explain technical or analytical work to non-technical partners and executives without losing the important details. High ownership, curiosity, and attention to detail. You are comfortable learning quickly, asking sharp questions, forming a point of view, and iterating through ambiguity. An ideal candidate also has: Experience in a B2B technology company or working closely with Product and Engineering teams. Experience in Product Operations functions: defining and tracking product roadmaps and feature requests, and bringing the voice of the customer to every product conversation. Familiarity with enterprise platform domains such as billing and monetization, identity, access, and org management, or security and compliance, and with what enterprise buyers require in each.   The compensation range shown spans approved pay zones for this role. Your primary work location determines the range applicable to you, which may be narrower than the full range displayed. The range of annual base salary for full-time employees for this position is below. Please note that base pay offered may vary depending on factors including your city of residence, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is also eligible for an initial RSU grant with no vesting cliff, and ongoing refresh opportunities tied to performance, subject to plan terms and conditions. Learn more about our total rewards and benefits below. Annual Base Salary $126,000 — $202,500 USD Total Rewards At Samsara, we build for the people who keep the global economy moving. We want owners, not passengers, which is why our rewards are designed to fuel high-impact builders. Our compensation program delivers above-market total compensation through a combination of base salary, performance-based bonus/variable pay, and equity (for eligible roles) in a high-growth public company. We meaningfully differentiate pay for our top performers, who have the opportunity to earn above-market compensation that can outpace the broader market over time. Beyond compensation, we provide the foundations that enable long-term success: a flexible, employee-led remote model, a professional development stipend, comprehensive health and parental leave plans, and more. If you're ready to build for the long term and own the outcome, your journey starts here. Flexible Working  At Samsara, we embrace a flexible working model that caters to the diverse needs of our teams. Our offices are open for those who prefer to work in-person and we also support remote work where it aligns with our operational requirements. For certain positions, being close to one of our offices or within a specific geographic area is important to facilitate collaboration, access to resources, or alignment with our service regions.
