About Lucid At Lucid, we are creating exceptional mobility experiences through innovation to drive the world forward. Built on Lucid's proprietary technology and software-defined vehicle architecture, our award-winning vehicles bring our "Compromise Nothing™" approach to the global automotive market. That means refusing to choose between performance and sustainability, design and engineering, ambition and integrity. In Lucid Air and Lucid Gravity, we have designed and built vehicles that have redefined their segments, combining exceptional range, performance, design, and expansive space in a single experience.   We achieve this through deep vertical integration, with design, engineering, and production happening in-house across our global offices and manufacturing facilities. Our teams come from industries around the world, united by a shared commitment to excellence. By refusing to settle, you can help redefine what's possible and shape the future of mobility. Join Lucid's Autonomous Driving and ADAS organization to help develop and integrate next-generation autonomy features into Lucid vehicles. Help turn advanced driving technology into safe, dependable vehicle behavior. You will own features from concept and requirements through integration and production readiness. Your primary focus will be supervised point to point driving (L2++) and development work that also contributes to L4 automated driving.   This is a hands-on individual-contributor role at the intersection of vehicle systems, autonomy software, safety, and validation. You will translate product goals into implementable specifications, investigate real-world behavior, and drive technical decisions across teams.    The Role: Own the systems definition and delivery of assigned driving features: use cases, operating conditions, operational design domain (ODD), behavioral requirements, limitations, and measurable acceptance criteria.   Decompose vehicle-level objectives into functional, performance, and safety requirements. Allocate performance budgets and maintain traceability from stakeholder needs through implementation and verification evidence.   Develop functional architectures, state machines, interface specifications, and clear hardware/software ownership boundaries. Evaluate trade-offs involving sensors, compute, latency, vehicle interfaces, and algorithm capability.   Specify activation, availability, mode transitions, driver interaction, fault response, and degraded behavior. Distinguish L2 driver-supervision responsibilities from L4 system responsibilities, including fallback and minimal-risk behavior where applicable.   Partner with perception, localization, prediction, planning, controls, embedded software, vehicle integration, and HMI teams to resolve dependencies and deliver coherent end-to-end behavior.   Define scenario-based verification and validation strategies across simulation, software-/hardware-in-the-loop, proving-ground, and on-road testing. Connect each requirement to a test method and objective pass/fail criteria.   Work with data and test teams to establish feature metrics, logging needs, scenario coverage, and dataset representativeness. Use fleet and test data to identify gaps and prioritize improvements.   Investigate failures and performance limitations using vehicle logs, software behavior, and targeted experiments. Drive root-cause resolution, regression coverage, and assessment of changes across releases.   Collaborate with functional safety and SOTIF engineers on hazard analysis, foreseeable misuse, triggering conditions, safety mechanisms, and supporting evidence; incorporate relevant standards and regulatory requirements.   Lead technical reviews within your feature scope, communicate risks and trade-offs, and coordinate with program teams, suppliers, and technology partners to support integration and evidence-based release decisions.     Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, automotive, aerospace, or computer engineering, computer science, robotics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.   6+ years of relevant engineering experience, including hands-on systems ownership for ADAS, automated driving, or similarly complex safety-critical vehicle or robotics systems.   Experience taking a feature through requirements, architecture, integration, and verification, with clear examples of technical decisions and issues you personally resolved.   Working knowledge of the autonomy stack and its vehicle-level interactions, including sensor and compute limitations, perception/planning/control interfaces, timing, diagnostics, and degraded operation.   Ability to write testable requirements, define interfaces and acceptance criteria, manage traceability, and use scenario-based testing and quantitative analysis to assess system behavior.   Practical programming and data-analysis skills in Python or C++, and confidence interpreting logs, Vector tools (CANalyzer) navigating software, and debugging integrated systems.   Working knowledge of functional safety (ISO 26262) and safety of the intended functionality (ISO 21448/SOTIF), with the ability to collaborate effectively with safety specialists.   Strong technical communication and cross-functional problem-solving skills; comfortable owning a defined scope, documenting assumptions, and driving alignment without direct authority.     Preferred: Experience working on supervised point to point driving (L2++) OR L3/L4 autonomy    Experience with learned or end-to-end driving approaches and modular autonomy stacks, including how their limitations and trade-offs affect requirements, observability, and validation.   Hands-on vehicle integration, automotive networks such as CAN and Ethernet, and sensor/compute integration, synchronization, diagnostics, or redundancy.   Large-scale scenario mining, simulation evaluation, fleet-data analytics, SQL, or statistical methods for evaluating rare events and coverage.   Requirements and architecture tools such as Jama, DOORS, or SysML/MBSE, plus experience with supplier interfaces, release readiness, or applicable NCAP and UNECE requirements.       At Lucid, we don't just welcome diversity - we celebrate it! Lucid Motors is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace. About Anthropic Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the Role You will run the external audit calendar for our SOX 404 program as we scale toward an IPO. That means coordinating with our external auditors across the year, aligning testing windows with control owners, educating our control owners, and keeping requests and deliverables on schedule. You will also own SOX scoping and risk assessment cycles, deficiency tracking, and status reporting, and help roll out our GRC platform so the program runs from one system of record instead of spreadsheets. You will scale the program through AI-enabled workflows that reduce manual effort and speed up our SOX program. This role reports to the Head of Business Controls and works closely with everyone on the SOX and Internal Audit team. This is an individual contributor role for someone who keeps a complex program on schedule, writes clearly, and makes the program simpler each cycle. Key responsibilities Own the annual SOX audit calendar, including interim and year-end testing windows, walkthrough schedules, and key deliverable dates agreed with external auditors. Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for external auditor requests. Triage, route, and track each request to closure, including PBC (provided-by-client) lists and evidence deliveries. Coordinate auditor walkthroughs and fieldwork with process owners, control owners, and the SOX Testing team, so each control owner is asked for the same evidence once. Track auditor findings, management responses, and deficiency follow-ups, and report status to Internal Audit leadership. Prepare control owners and process owners for auditor sessions, and get evidence delivered on time without direct authority over them. Lead the annual SOX scoping and risk assessment, including quarterly refreshes, and support the annual Fraud Risk Assessment, so the program has appropriate scope and coverage under COSO. Monitor BP and IT SOX testing and report status to leadership and share status with external auditors Lead work with the business to improve control documentation, including education of templates and SOX guidance. Find optimization and automation opportunities across the SOX lifecycle through the use of AI. Support the rollout of the GRC tool for SOX, including control libraries, workflows, evidence requests, and testing templates. Define the data and reporting requirements the platform must meet, and test that it produces what the program needs. Run the quarterly sub-certification process and report results to leadership Own SOX program status reporting: dashboards and metrics for leadership, audit calendar progress, and deficiency and remediation status. Own status reporting for the full SOX lifecycle: scoping and risk assessment, testing, deficiencies and remediation, segregation of duties (SOD), SOC 1 report reviews, the fraud risk assessment, and audit calendar progress. Minimum qualifications Big 4 audit firm experience on SOX 404 or ICFR engagements, including managing audit calendars, PBC requests, and fieldwork with external audit teams. Experience working directly with external auditor teams on requests, testing schedules, and findings, from the company side. Several years of hands-on SOX 404 experience, including scoping, risk assessment, control documentation, testing, and deficiency evaluation. Working knowledge of the COSO framework, ICFR, and PCAOB standards. Experience developing or maintaining Risk and Control Matrices and process documentation or flowcharts. Experience implementing or administering a GRC systems Experience reporting program status, metrics, and issues to senior leadership. Ability to get control owners to deliver on time without authority over them. Clear writing and calm coordination under deadline pressure. A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Preferred qualifications In-house SOX experience at a pre-IPO or newly public company. Experience running a fraud risk assessment. CPA, CISA, or similar certification. Comfort with SQL or data tools for reporting, and experience building lightweight automations, including with Claude. The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.  For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $230,000 — $300,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study:  A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship:  We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed.  Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit  anthropic.com/careers  directly for confirmed position openings. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. Financial Crimes Analyst

Flex is building the AI-native private bank for business owners . We're re-architecting the entire financial system for entrepreneurs—from the first dollar a business earns to how that value compounds, moves, and is ultimately spent in real life. Banking, credit, payments, personal finance, and financial operations—rebuilt from the ground up as a single, intelligent system. Flex is the full financial home for ambitious owners. Since launching publicly in September 2023 , Flex has scaled from zero to nine-figure annualized revenue , with a clear path to profitability by late 2026 . We move fast, ship relentlessly, and operate with extreme ownership. Our customers are affluent business owners ($3–$200M in revenue) —the backbone of the economy and one of the most underserved segments in finance. They're stuck with outdated banks and fragmented tools. We're replacing all of it. The opportunity is massive: a ~$1T+ revenue market hiding in plain sight. Our ambition is to build a $100B+ company by delivering a product that is fundamentally better—not incrementally improved. Flex has raised $100M+ in equity and $300M+ in debt. - Mission-critical problems : We build software that directly controls how money moves at scale. - High bar, low ego : Small teams, exceptional people, real ownership. - Speed over comfort : We prioritize execution, quality, clarity, and results. - Enduring impact : What we're building will define how a generation of owners runs their businesses. Team & Locations We hire exceptional people who want to build hard things and see their work matter immediately. Roles are available in: San Francisco, Miami, New York, and fully remote. Flex Fuels Ambition. About the role Flex moves real money at a serious scale, and someone has to make sure it only moves for the right reasons. We're hiring our first Financial Crimes Analysts to be that someone, and to build the function around them. This is a net-new role. You'll report directly to the Head of Financial Crimes and work side by side with the people who designed our financial crime program. Once a customer is through the door, you own what happens next: monitoring their activity, investigating what looks wrong, deciding what is suspicious, and writing the narrative that backs the decision. Your first priority will be working through our alert and case backlog and keeping the queue moving, which means a lot of hands-on investigation from day one. Our processes are still being built, so you'll also notice what's clunky, document it, and help simplify it. As the backlog comes under control, you'll have more room for bigger improvements. The scope is broader than a typical analyst role because the function is still taking shape, and the people who join first will set its standards and its reputation with our partners. This is a strong fit if you have a few years of hands-on financial crimes experience, enjoy digging into cases, and want to grow from running a process into helping design one, with a clear path into broader program responsibilities as the team grows. What you'll own You'll be a core part of financial crime detection and investigation at Flex. Post-onboarding risk. Own the question "is this customer's activity legitimate?" from the moment an alert fires to the moment it is cleared, escalated, or filed. The queue and the backlog. Your first priority is working through our alert backlog and keeping the queue current, with an eye on both quality and speed, so real risk gets the scrutiny it deserves and good customers aren't slowed down by noise. The investigation standard. Help set the bar for what a strong case narrative looks like here: clear, well supported, and defensible to a regulator or bank partner without a follow-up call. Detection coverage. Flag the typologies, patterns, and blind spots you see across cases and bring them to Risk, Operations, and Engineering, so they can become better rules and fewer false positives. The process. Document what works and flag what's clunky as you go. As the backlog comes under control, you'll have room to take on bigger improvements. Your voice. As one of the first official Financial Crimes Analysts at Flex, you'll see where the process works and where it doesn't, and you'll have a real voice in how the team grows. What you'll do Detect and decide Review and disposition transaction monitoring alerts, applying BSA/AML typologies to separate genuinely suspicious activity from false positives Investigate unusual activity across accounts, payments, and cards, including patterns that point to money laundering, fraud, account takeover, and other illicit behavior Escalate higher-risk cases to supervisory review with a clear recommendation, not just a pile of facts Support UAR and SAR filings, working alongside senior team members and building toward owning filings end to end Investigate and document Write case narratives so clear and well supported that a reviewer, examiner, or bank partner can follow your reasoning without a call Conduct enhanced due diligence on existing customers whose activity raises concerns, and refresh customer risk profiles when behavior no longer matches what we were told at onboarding Pick up cases handed over by our KYC team when a flagged account needs a deeper activity review, and hand back what you learn so onboarding decisions get sharper Keep accurate, complete records in our case management system Build the program Help flag the patterns and process gaps behind noisy alerts or missed risk, and help turn them into better detection rules and simpler procedures Partner with Risk, Operations, Support, and Engineering to close open requests and, over time, tune monitoring Support quality assurance and file reviews, including for our bank partner program Stay current on evolving AML typologies and regulatory guidance, and bring what you learn back to the team What we're looking for You're comfortable with ambiguity, you make sound calls with incomplete information, and you can work a high-volume queue without losing quality. You have 1–3 years in BSA/AML compliance, transaction monitoring, fraud operations, or a related financial crimes role Hands-on experience dispositioning transaction monitoring alerts in a platform such as Sardine, Unit21, Actimize, or similar, with a working knowledge of AML typologies Exposure to fintech, payments, card programs, or BaaS program compliance Experience tuning detection rules or working with data and SQL to investigate patterns Working knowledge of KYC/CDD requirements and BSA obligations Exposure to suspicious activity reporting, including drafting narratives or supporting UAR/SAR filings Strong written communication: you can explain why something is or isn't suspicious in plain language and summarize complex findings concisely High attention to detail, plus the ability to manage a queue and prioritize well A self-driven, growth mindset: you don't wait to be handed the next problem, and when you see a clunky step or a noisy rule, you fix it and write down the better way Bonus points CAMS or another AML certification, completed or in progress Compensation Final compensation within this range will be based on experience, qualifications, and interview performance. This position is also eligible for equity compensation. Flex offers medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled. Additional Information Why Join Us Build something generational — Capture the full lifecycle of money for ambitious business owners. Work on real money, real risk — Payments, credit, and banking at serious scale. Solve hard problems — AI, underwriting, compliance, and global finance from first principles. True ownership — Small teams, high trust, real accountability. Founder-level exposure — Direct access to leadership, customers, and investors. High bar, high taste — Move fast without cutting corners. Elite peers — People here are builders, not tourists. Real upside — Meaningful equity if you help build something big.

Who we are Samsara (NYSE: IOT) is the pioneer of the Connected Operations™ Cloud, which is a platform that enables organizations that depend on physical operations to harness Internet of Things (IoT) data to develop actionable insights and improve their operations. At Samsara, we are helping improve the safety, efficiency and sustainability of the physical operations that power our global economy. Representing more than 40% of global GDP, these industries are the infrastructure of our planet, including agriculture, construction, field services, transportation, and manufacturing — and we are excited to help digitally transform their operations at scale. Working at Samsara means you'll help define the future of physical operations and be on a team that's shaping an exciting array of product solutions, including Video-Based Safety, Vehicle Telematics, Apps and Driver Workflows, and Equipment Monitoring. As part of a recently public company, you'll have the autonomy and support to make an impact as we build for the long term. About the role: The Commercial Customer Success team supports hundreds to thousands of customers who depend on the Samsara platform daily. This team is dedicated to equipping every customer with the necessary resources to achieve rapid value, regardless of their background or expertise. To scale this impact, we are seeking a Digital Customer Success Manager, AI & Automation to be a hands-on developer responsible for designing, testing, deploying, and maintaining agentic systems to support a digital-first post-sales strategy. Key responsibilities include: Customer Journey Optimization: Pinpoint friction points in the customer experience, create proactive interventions, and turn interactions into automated, personalized journeys. End-to-End Execution: Write code, execute experimental tests, and continuously maintain production solutions. Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner across teams to ensure a cohesive experience for all users. Success is measured by key customer outcome metrics, including increased adoption, minimized churn risk, and higher NRR tied to the agents you deploy. This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the US except the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area.    You should apply if: You want to impact the industries that run our world: Every phone call you answer and every email you send can affect whether truck drivers deliver goods on time and without accidents, whether students get dropped off safely from school, or whether power gets restored quickly after a natural disaster. You thrive the most when solving problems: Our constantly expanding technology and the complexities faced by our customers provide an exciting range of challenges for our Customer Success teams. With a growth mindset and a desire to learn, you will strategically partner with our customers to find unique solutions to help keep their operations safe, efficient, and sustainable. You are a natural relationship builder: Whether the relationship is with our customers or with cross-functional teams in Samsara, you are in constant communication and collaboration with key stakeholders to win as a team. You are the architect of your own career: If you put in the work, this role won't be your last at Samsara. This Customer Success team is still shaping its future and you will have plenty of autonomy and opportunities to master your craft in a hyper growth environment. You want to be with the best: At Samsara, we win together, celebrate together and support each other. You will be surrounded by the best and brightest professionals out there. In this role, you will:   Analyze: Identify customer painpoints and areas of opportunity with an analytical mindset combined with a customer-centric lens. Build: Build the digital CS playbooks, taking advantage of the programs and resources other teams have built, design agent architectures, write prompts, integrate with external systems (Salesforce, Samsara platform, Customer Success tools), build guardrails, and write clean Python code that the team can maintain. Test: Define success criteria and evaluation frameworks before you write the first line of code. Build automated test suites that cover real-world scenarios, edge cases, and known failure modes. Deploy: Own the deployment, versioning, and rollback plan for every agent. Ensure agents are production-ready before they reach CSMs. Ensure anything we deploy makes the experience more simple, not more complex, for our customers. Monitor: Track agent performance in production — monitor accuracy, latency, failure rates, and customer outcomes. Detect drift before anyone has to tell you something's wrong. Maintain & Iterate: Update agents continuously as Samsara's product evolves, Customer Success playbooks change, and real-world data indicates what needs improvement. Champion, role model, and embed Samsara's cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices Minimum requirements for the role: Hands-on experience building and maintaining production LLM-based agents or automations, with at least 1 year working directly with LLMs or AI agents in production Ability to code rapidly with Python proficiency or skilled at using AI to code; have a track record of connecting AI to external systems: CRMs, APIs, customer data, and operational tools Experience using product usage data to spot risk and opportunity (health signals, activation milestones, usage floors) and acting on it before it surfaces in a renewal conversation Comfort running experiments and drawing sound conclusions from the data in order to improve the performance A systems mindset for managing a high-volume book of business: you build repeatable playbooks and motions, not just manage individual relationships 3+ years of experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment An ideal candidate also has: Direct experience with Anthropic Claude or similar LLM APIs Experience building programs to support NRR, retention, or expansion outcomes on a digital or long-tail book of business (100+ accounts) Experience building regression test suites or eval frameworks for non-deterministic AI systems Experience in a product-led or high-velocity customer environment WHY THIS ROLE, WHY NOW You'll be first. This function doesn't exist yet. You'll define the role, the standard, and the playbook for digital customer success at Samsara. The problem is real. A CSM managing 350+ accounts can't do everything manually. Digital and agentic motions are what make this segment sustainable at Samsara's scale. The timing is right. The models have caught up to the use cases, and Samsara has the customer data, platform context, and Customer Success team to make these systems genuinely powerful. The compensation range shown spans approved pay zones for this role. Your primary work location determines the range applicable to you, which may be narrower than the full range displayed. The range of annual base salary for full-time employees for this position is below. Our compensation program delivers above-market total compensation through a combination of base salary, performance-based bonus/variable pay, and equity (for eligible roles) in a high-growth public company. We meaningfully differentiate pay for our top performers, who have the opportunity to earn above-market compensation that can outpace the broader market over time. Beyond compensation, we provide the foundations that enable long-term success: a flexible, employee-led remote model, a professional development stipend, comprehensive health and parental leave plans, and more. If you're ready to build for the long term and own the outcome, your journey starts here. About the Role Chime is seeking a Program Manager to join our Strategic Operations and Transformation Office (SOTO) within the Operations and Member Experience (OMX) organization. Our team is responsible for leading OMX's highest-priority strategic initiatives that advance the organization's key results while supporting Chime's broader business objectives. As a Program Manager, you'll act as a "GM for hire"—partnering directly with executive program owners and cross-functional leaders to drive a rotating portfolio of mission-critical initiatives selected by senior leadership. You'll bring structure to ambiguity, connect teams around shared goals, and lead complex programs from strategy through execution, ensuring meaningful business outcomes while continuously improving how work gets done. You'll work closely with teams across OMX and collaborate with partners across Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, Analytics, Legal, and other organizations to solve complex operational challenges. Beyond delivering programs, you'll identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and scalable operating practices that reduce manual effort, increase organizational capacity, and enable teams to focus on the highest-value work. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, enjoy solving complex problems, and have a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives that create lasting business impact, you'll find a unique opportunity to help shape the future of how OMX operates and delivers for Chime's members. In this role, you can expect to Lead end-to-end ownership of OMX's highest-priority strategic initiatives, delivering measurable business impact through exceptional program leadership. Bring structure to ambiguity by developing clear execution plans, aligning stakeholders, and driving complex initiatives from strategy through delivery with minimal oversight. Anticipate risks, proactively adapt to changing business priorities, and ensure programs remain on track through thoughtful planning, governance, and operational rigor. Build compelling, data-driven narratives and executive communications that drive alignment, influence decision-making, and accelerate progress across the organization. Partner directly with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive accountability, solve complex operational challenges, and deliver scalable solutions that advance OMX's strategic priorities. Continuously observe how teams across OMX operate, identifying patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities beyond your assigned programs. Partner with SOTO to leverage AI, automation, and scalable operating practices that simplify workflows, increase organizational capacity, and improve how OMX executes at scale. Champion a culture of continuous improvement by introducing scalable operating mechanisms, strengthening program governance, and helping teams execute with greater speed, clarity, and efficiency. To thrive in this role, you have 5+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Program Management, Management Consulting, Member Experience, or a related field. Exceptional program management skills with a proven ability to design simple, scalable solutions for complex business problems and lead initiatives from strategy through execution. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing executive-level communications and presenting to senior leaders across the organization. Demonstrated success leading highly cross-functional initiatives and influencing outcomes without direct authority. An ownership mindset with the ability to independently identify challenges, proactively manage risks, and execute with minimal guidance in fast-paced environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience using Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to inform decisions and measure business outcomes. Experience identifying and implementing AI, automation, and scalable process improvements that increase operational efficiency and enable teams to focus on the work that matters most. #LI-Remote #LI-AM1 Below is the base salary offered for this role and level of experience.
