About Anthropic Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role AI is changing what security teams can do. Claude can find and help fix vulnerabilities in code at a pace that wasn't possible a year ago, and we want defenders to have that advantage first. As a Cybersecurity Sales Specialist, you'll own Anthropic's security business across the accounts in one of our business units, such as financial services, healthcare and life sciences, or technology. You'll lead the security strategy with CISOs, partnering with the Account Executives who own the accounts in your industry to drive opportunities and put Claude to work on their hardest security problems. You'll help decide how we sell security, what we learn from customers, and how that shapes our products. The work matters to our mission: a safe transition through transformative AI depends on the people who defend critical systems being able to use it well. Responsibilities: Build and close security business, from the first conversation with a CISO's team through contract and expansion, working with the Account Executive who owns each relationship Create security pipeline with the Account Executives in your industry, from their existing accounts and through outbound to security leaders, events and joint work with partners Lead with the customer's problem: finding and fixing vulnerabilities, application security, security operations, and deploying AI agents securely Partner with your Applied AI engineers on discovery, proofs of concept and architecture, and know when to bring them in Guide customers through security reviews, verification for security use cases, and procurement Teach the Account Executives in your business unit to spot and qualify security opportunities Bring what you hear from security teams back to our product, safeguards and marketing teams You may be a good fit if you: Have closed complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals where the security organization was the buyer or the deciding approver Have worked as a specialist alongside account teams while carrying your own number, and can say exactly what you did to win the deal Can hold credible conversations with a CISO, an application security lead and a security engineer about how their work gets done Have deep experience in at least one security domain, such as application security, vulnerability management, security operations, cloud, data, identity or endpoint security Build pipeline where there's no playbook yet, through outbound and partners rather than inherited accounts Lead through influence, not authority: Account Executives bring you into their accounts because you help them win Sell consultatively: you understand the problem before you propose anything, and you're honest about what a product can't do Care about making AI systems safe and beneficial Strong candidates may also have: Experience selling security in one of the industries we cover, and an understanding of how security is bought and regulated there Experience selling AI, developer or data platform products to technical buyers Hands-on experience as a security practitioner or sales engineer before moving into sales The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. About Lucid At Lucid, we are creating exceptional mobility experiences through innovation to drive the world forward. Built on Lucid's proprietary technology and software-defined vehicle architecture, our award-winning vehicles bring our "Compromise Nothing™" approach to the global automotive market. That means refusing to choose between performance and sustainability, design and engineering, ambition and integrity. In Lucid Air and Lucid Gravity, we have designed and built vehicles that have redefined their segments, combining exceptional range, performance, design, and expansive space in a single experience. We achieve this through deep vertical integration, with design, engineering, and production happening in-house across our global offices and manufacturing facilities. Our teams come from industries around the world, united by a shared commitment to excellence. By refusing to settle, you can help redefine what's possible and shape the future of mobility. About the role Lucid is putting an AI layer over the systems that run our commercial and industrial operations, how we sell vehicles, how we service them, and how we move parts through a global supply chain. This role sets the technical direction for that work and is accountable for what reaches production. You will sit close to the business. Sales, Service and Supply Chain leaders will bring you problems, and you will decide what is worth building, design it, build the hard parts yourself, and lead a distributed engineering team to deliver the rest. This is a hands-on lead role, architecture and code, not a management track. What you'll do Own the architecture for LLM-based and agentic systems across Sales, Service and Supply Chain: assistants over enterprise knowledge, agents that act against internal APIs, document and data extraction pipelines, and the platform pieces they share. Deliver those systems into the channels our customers and employees already use: web and in-app chat, email and SMS. Own the conversational contract across them, including threading, context carry-over, handoff to a human, and tone appropriate to the channel. Turn business problems into engineering plans. Work directly with stakeholders to define the outcome, then sequence the work so value lands early and often. Build the parts that make AI safe to run in the enterprise: input and output guardrails, identity-aware access to tools and data, prompt governance, and clear trust boundaries between internal and external-facing surfaces. Own the tool layer, including MCP servers and internal tool interfaces, so agents reach business systems through contracts that are versioned, permissioned and testable. Define how quality is measured, including evaluation datasets, regression suites, tracing and production telemetry, and make it the default gate for prompt and model changes. Own the unit economics. Set targets for cost and latency per conversation and per resolution, and hold them through model routing, context trimming, caching, batching and right-sized retrieval. Integrate with systems of record: ERP, supplier portals, service and CRM platforms, logistics and planning systems. The interesting problems here are data, integration and correctness more than model choice. Set standards the wider team builds on , such as shared services, reusable patterns and review expectations, and make sure they hold up outside your own code. Lead technically across time zones, including close partnership with our engineering team in India. Mentor engineers, review designs, and be the person others bring their hardest problem to. Be honest about where AI helps and where it does not. Part of the job is preventing expensive detours. What you'll bring 10+ years building and operating production software, with 3+ years owning the technical direction of a team or a significant platform. Strong Python and solid distributed systems fundamentals. Comfortable owning services end to end, including what happens after they ship. Real production experience with LLM applications: retrieval-augmented generation, agent and tool-calling patterns, structured output, streaming, prompt design and iteration under load. Strong hands-on experience with LLM engineering tooling such as Langfuse or LangSmith , used for tracing, prompt versioning, evaluation runs and production monitoring, not only local experiments. Good working experience with MCP: building and consuming MCP servers, designing tool schemas, and handling authentication and permissions at the tool boundary. Practical command of LLM cost optimization: model routing and tiering, context and prompt compression, prompt caching, batching, token budgeting, and knowing which lever to pull when spend moves the wrong way. Experience delivering AI over customer and employee communication channels such as chat, email and SMS, and the integrations behind them. Judgment on the model landscape, across hosted models, managed services and fine-tuning, enough to make a defensible choice on cost, latency and accuracy and move forward. Strong AWS engineering (or equivalent): serverless and container workloads, event-driven design, IAM, networking basics, and a working sense of what things cost at scale. Experience with the data layer behind AI systems, relational, document and vector, and with keeping retrieval accurate as content and users grow. A concrete point of view on evaluating AI systems, and the discipline to build the harness before scaling the feature. Experience working with non-technical stakeholders and translating between business intent and system design. Nice to have Automotive, manufacturing, logistics or another operations-heavy domain background. Exposure to SAP, supply chain execution, EDI, or field service and CRM platforms. Hands-on work with messaging and contact center platforms such as Twilio, Amazon SES or Pinpoint, Salesforce Service Cloud, or similar. Security-sensitive AI work: prompt injection defense, tenant or supplier data isolation, red-teaming. Multi-agent orchestration, or experience running an evaluation program at scale. Experience leading distributed teams across US and India time zones. How we work Small teams with direct ownership and a short path from a business problem to a running system. We prefer working software and measured results over decks, and we expect engineers at this level to have opinions and defend them with evidence. Who we are Samsara (NYSE: IOT) is the pioneer of the Connected Operations™ Cloud, which is a platform that enables organizations that depend on physical operations to harness Internet of Things (IoT) data to develop actionable insights and improve their operations. At Samsara, we are helping improve the safety, efficiency and sustainability of the physical operations that power our global economy. Representing more than 40% of global GDP, these industries are the infrastructure of our planet, including agriculture, construction, field services, transportation, and manufacturing — and we are excited to help digitally transform their operations at scale. Working at Samsara means you'll help define the future of physical operations and be on a team that's shaping an exciting array of product solutions, including Video-Based Safety, Vehicle Telematics, Apps and Driver Workflows, and Equipment Monitoring. As part of a recently public company, you'll have the autonomy and support to make an impact as we build for the long term. About the role: Samsara's Product Operations team is looking for a hands-on builder to join our Platform team and help accelerate our enterprise-ready roadmap. You will support the Billing, Org & Auth, and Security product teams, working closely with R&D leaders to turn ambiguous questions into rigorous analyses, repeatable workflows, and internal tools used across our Product and Engineering organization. You move ARR. Not "contribute to." Revenue (or an equivalent business result) grows because of decisions you made . You might investigate why enterprise customers stall on a security or permissions requirement, combine signals from thousands of support tickets and customer conversations to find what's blocking expansion, or build a dashboard that helps hundreds of product managers and engineers see how platform gaps translate into pipeline and retention risk. This is an individual-contributor role for someone who has already shown they can build and ship. You do not need a technical background. However, you do need to use modern AI and development tools to move beyond a prototype: work with data, write and debug code using AI, validate the results, put a useful tool in front of users, and improve it until people trust and rely on it. This is a remote position open to candidates based in the United States and Canada. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this role. You should apply if: You want to impact the industries that run our world: Your efforts will help keep the lights on, get food into grocery stores, reduce emissions, and, most importantly, ensure workers return home safely. You are the architect of your own career: If you put in the work, this role won't be your last at Samsara. We set you up for success and have built a culture of rapid career development, with countless opportunities to experiment and master your craft in a hyper-growth environment. You're energized by our opportunity: Our vision to digitize large sectors of the global economy requires your full focus and best efforts to bring forth creative, ambitious ideas for our customers. You want to be with the best: At Samsara, we win together, celebrate together, and support each other. You will be surrounded by a high-caliber team that encourages you to do your best. You measure yourself by revenue outcomes: You want your work tied directly to ARR, and you're accountable for the result, not just the activity. In this role, you will: Drive ARR through platform decisions. Identify the enterprise-readiness gaps that most limit new business, expansion, and retention, and shape prioritization so that fixing them measurably moves ARR. Accelerate enterprise-ready delivery by partnering with the Billing, Org & Auth, and Security product teams to define priorities, remove blockers, and track progress against the commitments customers and Sales are waiting on. Build and ship internal data and AI products that help Product and Engineering teams understand platform usage, customer friction, and the highest-impact opportunities to improve. Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data, including product telemetry, support tickets, customer conversations, feature requests, surveys, and product metadata, to find patterns that would be difficult to see manually. Turn one-time analyses into reliable, repeatable tools and workflows with clear data definitions, quality checks, documentation, and feedback loops. Translate complex findings into clear, decision-ready recommendations for R&D leadership, while preserving the evidence and methodology behind them. Quantify the revenue impact of platform investments and report on it, so every roadmap bet has a clear, defensible ARR case before and after launch. Own projects end to end: scope the problem, identify and connect the right data, build the first version, launch it, measure adoption and business impact, and continue improving it. Use AI-assisted development tools thoughtfully, checking outputs, debugging failures, and applying sound judgment rather than treating generated work as automatically correct. Champion, role model, and embed Samsara's cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices. Minimum requirements for the role: 8+ years of professional experience in a role such as product operations, data or product analytics, business operations, consulting, technical product management, or another environment where you solved ambiguous problems with data and technology. A demonstrated record of building and shipping something useful for real users, such as an internal tool, application, dashboard, automation, data product, or repeatable analytical workflow. A track record of connecting your work to revenue or an equivalent business result (ARR, retention, expansion, cost), and the ability to show how your decisions caused it. Experience structuring and analyzing messy or large datasets, validating the results, and explaining what the analysis does and does not prove. Strong product and customer judgment: you start with the user problem and business outcome, not the technology. Clear written and verbal communication. You can explain technical or analytical work to non-technical partners and executives without losing the important details. High ownership, curiosity, and attention to detail. You are comfortable learning quickly, asking sharp questions, forming a point of view, and iterating through ambiguity. An ideal candidate also has: Experience in a B2B technology company or working closely with Product and Engineering teams. Experience in Product Operations functions: defining and tracking product roadmaps and feature requests, and bringing the voice of the customer to every product conversation. Familiarity with enterprise platform domains such as billing and monetization, identity, access, and org management, or security and compliance, and with what enterprise buyers require in each. The compensation range shown spans approved pay zones for this role. Your primary work location determines the range applicable to you, which may be narrower than the full range displayed. The range of annual base salary for full-time employees for this position is below. Please note that base pay offered may vary depending on factors including your city of residence, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is also eligible for an initial RSU grant with no vesting cliff, and ongoing refresh opportunities tied to performance, subject to plan terms and conditions. Learn more about our total rewards and benefits below. Annual Base Salary $126,000 — $202,500 USD Total Rewards At Samsara, we build for the people who keep the global economy moving. We want owners, not passengers, which is why our rewards are designed to fuel high-impact builders. Our compensation program delivers above-market total compensation through a combination of base salary, performance-based bonus/variable pay, and equity (for eligible roles) in a high-growth public company. We meaningfully differentiate pay for our top performers, who have the opportunity to earn above-market compensation that can outpace the broader market over time. Beyond compensation, we provide the foundations that enable long-term success: a flexible, employee-led remote model, a professional development stipend, comprehensive health and parental leave plans, and more. If you're ready to build for the long term and own the outcome, your journey starts here. Flexible Working At Samsara, we embrace a flexible working model that caters to the diverse needs of our teams. Our offices are open for those who prefer to work in-person and we also support remote work where it aligns with our operational requirements. For certain positions, being close to one of our offices or within a specific geographic area is important to facilitate collaboration, access to resources, or alignment with our service regions. In these cases, the job description will clearly indicate any working location requirements. Our goal is to ensure that all members of our team can contribute effectively, whether they are working on-site, in a hybrid model, or fully remotely. All offers of employment are contingent upon an individual's ability to secure and maintain the legal right to work at the company and in the specified work location, if applicable. Through strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and cross-functional collaboration, the team helps merchants unlock new opportunities while expanding Affirm's reach across the SMB market. About the Role: Affirm is seeking an experienced, quota-carrying Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for complex, high-growth merchants across the upper SMB and Mid-Market segment. This portfolio includes merchants with up to $300M in total annual sales and requires a seller who can operate as the general manager of a territory, create demand, engage executive decision-makers, build a quantified business case, structure a compelling commercial solution, and lead the opportunity through contract and launch. The Account Executive is accountable for new merchant acquisition and the long-term quality of each partnership. Success requires strategic prospecting, strong financial and commercial judgment, fluency in technical and operational requirements, and the ability to create momentum across complex buying groups. What You'll Do: Own a defined territory and revenue plan. Operate as the general manager of a portfolio that includes complex, high-growth merchants with up to $300M in total annual sales. Develop the account strategy, prioritization model, pipeline plan, and execution cadence required to achieve signed GMV and revenue targets. Generate and develop net-new pipeline. Develop recommendations for non-standard partnerships. Use sound commercial judgment to structure and present recommendations involving custom pricing, contractual terms, product requirements, implementation investments, or other exceptions requiring internal approval. Lead cross-functional deal teams. Lead virtual teams without direct authority by establishing clear owners, operating cadence, decision points, escalation paths, and timelines across Partnerships, Risk, Legal, Implementation, and Merchant Pricing. Represent the market internally. Bring structured merchant, industry, and competitive insights to product and business partners, identify recurring barriers, and influence scalable improvements to Affirm's products and go-to-market motion. Raise team performance. Share effective account strategies, executive messaging, business cases, and deal practices. Contribute to a high-accountability culture focused on customer value, commercial discipline, and measurable outcomes. What We Look For: 4 or more years of quota-carrying, full-cycle closing experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, e-commerce, or another complex technology environment. We drive efficiency, resolve issues quickly, and scale operations as the business grows. Our goal is to deliver seamless support while maintaining high standards and reducing risk. About the role As we scale into new products, partners, geographies, and channels, we need an exceptional leader to own the strategy of how our servicing operating model evolves globally. In this role you'll set the customer operations strategy for a portfolio of complex, cross-functional expansion programs, lead a team of program and process managers, and be accountable for adapting the servicing model to new and differentiated products across markets. In addition, you will be the leader who represents operations across international business teams providing transparency into performance and partnering across product, engineering, and operations to help drive continuous improvement in service delivery for international customers. The ideal candidate pairs strong business acumen and judgment with the ability to lead teams, shape ambiguous problem spaces into clear operating plans, and influence senior partners across the company. A deep passion for growing international businesses and working to understand the localization needs for customer experience and being able to implement with scale and efficiency will be key. This role requires deep expertise in the customer/merchant servicing space and a strong grounding in financial services. You'll own a portfolio that spans a multitude of international servicing landscapes — launching, testing and learning in operations, and scaling geo expansions, new product scaling, and new channel expansion — and you'll build the standards, methods, and team that make those programs repeatable at global scale via playbooks. What You'll Do Own the strategy and roadmap for how Customer Operations scales to support global expansion — new products, merchants/partners, geo launches, and channels — translating ambiguous, undefined business direction into structured programs and clear operating plans. Establish and modify the team's operational objectives, policies, procedures, and work plans; define the methods, frameworks, and success criteria used to run initiatives across regions. Lead, coach, and develop a team spanning two or more disciplines (e.g., program management and service delivery via process/continuous improvement); oversee professionals and, where applicable, other people leaders; delegate assignments and ensure effective execution. Drive the strategy and success of large-scale, cross-area programs for operations— merchant/geo launches, automation and efficiency programs, new-product scaling — managing scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, and risk across a complex, multi-market servicing landscape. Partner in lock step with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Risk, Training, Knowledge, and Service Delivery leads to run cross-functional discovery and scoping, coordinate planning, and oversee dependencies through the full program lifecycle. Own portfolio-level governance (working groups, weekly/monthly business reviews) to drive awareness, issue resolution, and decision-making; be accountable for decisions that affect team, program, and overall business results over a medium-term (1yr+) horizon and that can carry company-wide effects. Own post-launch operational performance for the global international operations portfolio and set up rituals and roles to support global business teams with transparent performance and improvement plans across servicing and operations. Serve as a recognized subject-matter expert and thought leader on the global servicing operating model; build networks and represent Customer Operations on broader, organization-wide initiatives. Champion an analytical, data-driven culture within the team and across Product, Analytics, Engineering, and the broader business. Develop communication and change-management plans for the portfolio, and own the processes for logging and tracking risks, issues, actions, and dependencies. Strong knowledge of how shared services operate; experience in services, operations, and/or sales. Experience delivering programs across multiple geographies or markets strongly preferred; consumer lending or financial services background strongly preferred.
