Visionary in 2025 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Business Orchestration and Automation Technologies. ranked 3rd in Flexa's 2026 Most Flexible Companies , We're growing fast and looking for top talent to join our team. If you want meaningful work, visible impact and put something genuinely rare on your CV, keep reading. About the Role: Hi there! We're hiring an Enterprise Account Executive III to join our Sales team. Our sales team is tenured, technically curious, and genuinely invested in doing right by the customer, not just closing the deal in front of them. We partner closely across the business, and we operate with a lot of trust: you're given real ownership over your territory, and you're expected to bring your own judgment to how you build it. This role carries real weight. You'll be responsible for a book of enterprise accounts where the deals are complex, the buying committees are large, and the technical bar is high. There's meaningful room here to shape how your territory gets built, not just execute against someone else's plan. As an Enterprise Account Executive III, you'll own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from first conversation through negotiation and close, working alongside sales engineering, customer success, and leadership to get complex deals across the line. This role matters because enterprise wins are how Camunda grows its footprint in large, strategic accounts, and how we prove the platform works at scale. What You Will Do Own and execute the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from prospecting through negotiation and close. Build and drive strategic account plans that identify whitespace, map stakeholders, and set a realistic path to close. Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying committees, including technical, business, and executive buyers. Partner with sales engineering and customer success to build technical credibility and ensure smooth handoff after close. Represent Camunda's value to senior leaders and technical buyers, tailoring the pitch to what each audience actually cares about. Forecast accurately and manage pipeline health with discipline, not optimism. What You Will Bring to the Role Significant experience closing enterprise software deals end-to-end, ideally six figures or more, with a track record across multiple full sales cycles. You know what it takes to move a deal from first meeting to signature without losing momentum. Comfort navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments. You've worked deals with C-suite, IT, legal, and procurement in the room at the same time, and you know how to keep everyone moving in the same direction. Strong territory and account planning instincts. You can build a plan independently, not just work from a list handed to you, and you know how to prioritize where your time actually pays off. The ability to sell technical products credibly. Experience with process automation, integration platforms, middleware, or similar technical software is a real advantage here, since you'll regularly be in the room with engineering and IT buyers. Negotiation experience under genuine pressure. You know where to hold firm and where to flex, and you can explain your reasoning either way. A relationship-building style that goes beyond the transaction. You've had customers treat you as an advisor, not just a vendor, and you know what it took to earn that. This role is an existing vacancy #LI-YW1 #LI-Remote #USEAST#USWEST What We Have to Offer: Compensation We offer competitive, fair, and transparent compensation. Salary ranges are location-based, with Standard and Major markets (global tech hubs) reflecting local competition. In Person Connection: We invest in meaningful face time through our Annual Kickoff (Vienna in 2025, Madrid in 2026!), team offsites, and Camundi Connection Budgets , including contributing to meetups while travelling,, and local gatherings with fellow Camundi. Health & Wellbeing: Access locally tailored healthcare, Modern Health for global mental wellbeing, and our Live Well Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA), a flexible, global benefit that puts you in control of your whole life, not just work, from: staying active, to caring for family, exploring personal passions, meaningful experiences, and investing in your financial wellbeing. Account Executive - Enterprise - DACH Munich or Berlin Language requirement: Fluency in both German & English Wordsmith Wordsmith is building the legal operations platform for in-house teams, and we are growing fast. We believe in-house legal is becoming one of the most important functions in the AI era. Every business is moving faster, but legal work is still too often scattered across inboxes, chats, documents, and disconnected systems. Wordsmith brings that work into one system. Requests come in from across the business, AI agents handle the routine, lawyers stay in control where judgment matters, and every step is captured as work happens. We are built for in-house legal, not law firms. Our goal is to help legal teams move faster, reduce unnecessary external counsel spend, and become a function the business can run with. More than 500 companies, including Financial Times, Safelite, Trip.com, Canva, Starling, and Sage, use Wordsmith. Backed by $100M from Index Ventures, General Catalyst, Highland Europe, and others, we are building one of the defining companies in legal AI. The Role We're hiring an Enterprise Account Executive - DACH to lead complex, high-value deals across large organisations across the DACH region. You'll be responsible for building and progressing a focused set of strategic opportunities. We work together because it makes us faster, sharper, and more effective. You should expect to be in the office our out visiting clients as your default. This is a high performance environment. We set a high bar, move quickly, and expect people to take ownership of real problems. There isn't always a clear path. The people who do well here figure things out, stay close to the work, and keep pushing until they get to the right outcome. This role requires patience, structure, and strong judgement. You'll be trusted to run complex deals with a high degree of autonomy. Why Wordsmith We're in a period of strong momentum — growing quickly, winning new customers, and expanding into larger accounts. About Qorelo Almost every company running SAP faces the same task: the transformation to S/4HANA. These programmes run for years, cost millions, and regularly stall at the same point — nobody fully understands the legacy landscape that has grown over decades. That is where Qorelo comes in. Qorelo is an AI agent platform that integrates natively into your SAP landscape and deeply understands your business processes and workflows. Its agents read code, processes and documentation, surface requirements, map scope, and deliver the fit-to-standard analysis in weeks instead of months. We take a target-architecture-first approach — decide what the end state should look like before touching the system, then get there in a fraction of the time a traditional programme takes. Most of the market treats greenfield as the risky option, the one you talk clients out of. We treat it as the fastest route to a clean core, and we run the same discipline on brownfield programmes. We've raised $3.5M from HPI Ventures, the fund tied to the institute of SAP co-founder Hasso Plattner, along with other strong backers. We already work with Fortune 500 and DAX 40 companies, including Mercedes-Benz, and we sell to enterprise customers across DACH as well as to selected SAP consultancies who use Qorelo in their own client projects. The role You will be one of the first sellers on the team, and you own your accounts end to end — from first touch to signature. We have a product with a clear business case, a defined target market, a pricing model that holds up, and a sales playbook you can run from day one. What we need is someone who turns that into pipeline and revenue. You will work closely with the Head of Sales, as well as with product and our engineers, and you will have a direct line to the people who build what you sell. What you'll own The full sales cycle. You build your own pipeline, qualify, run discovery and demos, drive the Proof of Value and negotiate the close — no SDR teeing it up for you, no handover to a closing team. Selling to decision makers. CIOs, Heads of SAP, transformation leads and procurement — you get them into the same room. MEDDICC as your sales motion. You quantify the business case in the customer's own numbers (Metrics), get to the Economic buyer instead of stopping at the sponsor, understand the Decision criteria and the Decision process including procurement, security and works council, map the Paper process early, qualify the Identified pain hard enough to know whether the deal is real, build a Champion who sells internally when you are not in the room, and position against the Competition — including the customer's option to do nothing. Honest qualification. MEDDICC is how we forecast, not paperwork. Gaps in your deal are visible in the CRM, and walking away from a deal that will not close is a good outcome, not a failure. Technical sales cycles. You steer fit-to-standard Proof of Value engagements, security and data protection reviews, and questions around on-premise and cloud deployment together with our team. Negotiating and closing. Multi-year agreements, framework contracts, ramp deals, procurement rounds — you hold the line on value instead of discounting your way to a signature. A forecast we can plan on. You keep Attio, our CRM, clean and current, and your forecast holds up. What you need Several years of SaaS sales experience selling to enterprise customers with multi-month sales cycles A demonstrable track record of not just hitting but exceeding ambitious revenue targets — you can walk us through your numbers for the past few years Ownership mentality: you run the full sales cycle from first outreach to signed contract Confident negotiation at executive level in German and English (German at native level) Experience selling AI products and the ability to translate technical value into a business case that survives a CFO review You use AI tools in your day-to-day sales work — research, prep, outreach, follow-up — and you are curious about what they can take off your plate next Self-driven pipeline generation: outbound, network, events — you do not wait for leads Willingness to travel within DACH for on-site customer meetings You might be a fit if You have worked with MEDDICC or another structured qualification framework, and you can tell us not only where it helped you close a deal, but where it helped you drop one early You know the SAP ecosystem — or you have sold into complex, technical evaluation processes and learned the domain fast You have been an early sales hire at a fast-growing startup and want that again, with more ownership You have an existing network among IT decision makers in DACH What we offer Real ownership. Meaningful equity and a direct hand in the company's direction, not just your quota. We're looking for people who want to shape a company, not join one. Competitive salary with uncapped commission — your ceiling is set by your pipeline, not by a plan. A market with a deadline. Moving to S/4HANA is not optional for thousands of companies, and the product you sell solves a problem enterprises cannot solve on their own — with Mercedes-Benz already proving it in production. The team. Short paths, fast decisions, real influence on product and go-to-market, and a direct line to the engineers who build what you sell. 25 days paid vacation + region-specific public holidays. Company offsites with the whole team. An office at the Wasserturm in Prenzlauer Berg — and the flexibility to work where you are most effective. The fridge is stocked. Wellhub Gold membership, top-tier equipment and access to the latest AI tools. Hiring process Intro call with Reza (30 min) Deep dive on your track record and sales methodology with Marcel, our Head of Sales (60 min) Practical case: discovery and pitch simulation with Marcel and Louis, our CEO Offer How to apply Send us your CV at ----- — no cover letter needed, but we would love two or three sentences about your strongest deal of the past two years. Qorelo is an equal opportunity employer. We make our decisions regardless of gender, age, origin, religion, disability or sexual identity. Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow

About Tailscale Tailscale is making safe connection effortless by delivering software that makes it easy to securely interconnect people and their devices, no matter where they are. From hobbyists to multinational corporations, teams of every size use Tailscale each day to protect their networks, share access to internal tools, and more. About the Role You will be a regional leader, seller, coach, and builder. You will own the EMEA sales strategy and lead teams across multiple customer segments, while personally helping advance the region's most important opportunities and executive relationships. You will define regional priorities, territory and segment strategy, hiring plans, outbound and expansion motions, and the operating cadence for the business. You will also help spearhead partnerships across the region, including channel, cloud, technology, and strategic alliance relationships that can accelerate customer acquisition and expansion. Initially, you will lead a focused team of Account Executives across multiple segments and work closely with Customer Engineering, RevOps, Marketing, GTM Engineering, and Executive Leadership. As the business grows, you will play a central role in scaling the team, developing frontline leaders, and building the regional organization. This UK-based role reports directly to the President and offers the opportunity to build Tailscale's EMEA sales organization from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Build the EMEA Business Lead the current team and build the EMEA sales organization and go-to-market motion. Develop the regional strategy, operating model, territory design, account segmentation, and coverage plan across multiple sales segments. Coach teams on discovery, qualification, account strategy, executive engagement, negotiation, and deal execution. Navigate technical, commercial, legal, procurement, and executive stakeholders to drive successful customer outcomes. Lead and Scale Multiple Segments Lead Account Executives serving multiple customer segments, from commercial and mid-market organizations through enterprise and accounts. Create differentiated motions, coverage models, and performance expectations appropriate to each segment. Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop exceptional sales talent across the region. Build a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, curiosity, customer value, and continuous learning. Develop future leaders and create the management structure required as the EMEA organization scales. Build Regional Partnerships Help define and execute the EMEA partnership strategy alongside the Partnerships organization and Executive Leadership. Identify markets and customer segments where partners can accelerate awareness, pipeline creation, implementation, and expansion. Create clear rules of engagement, joint account plans, and co-selling motions with priority partners. Establish a rigorous operating cadence across forecast reviews, pipeline creation, deal inspection, account planning, and talent development. Use data to identify trends, improve execution, allocate resources, and communicate regional performance to leadership. Partner closely with Product and Engineering to provide structured customer and market feedback from EMEA. Build the metrics, processes, and cross-functional relationships required to scale the organization effectively. What We Are Looking For An experienced sales leader who has built or materially scaled a high-growth SaaS business in EMEA. A proven leader of teams spanning multiple customer segments, with the judgment to adapt the sales motion by segment and market. A builder who is comfortable operating with ambiguity, limited infrastructure, and significant ownership. A strong seller and coach with a consistent record of winning complex new-business and expansion opportunities. Experienced in recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing Account Executives and sales leaders. Demonstrated success building outbound pipeline and establishing repeatable regional go-to-market motions. Experienced developing channel, technology, cloud, reseller, or strategic partnership relationships in EMEA. Executive presence and credibility with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, and senior business leaders. Strong business acumen and experience navigating complex buying committees, procurement processes, and enterprise sales cycles. Deep familiarity with the UK and broader EMEA technology market; additional European language skills are valuable but not required. This role is based in London and is hybrid (2-3 days/week in-office) with ability to travel throughout EMEA as needed. #LI-Hybrid You'll Thrive Here If You... Want to build a region rather than inherit a mature organization. Enjoy leading from the front while creating leverage through managers, teams, and partners. Can balance strategic planning with hands-on customer and deal leadership. Are energized by developing different sales motions for commercial, mid-market, enterprise, and strategic customers. See partnerships as a core growth lever rather than a separate or secondary function. Want to leave a lasting impact on how a category-leading company expands internationally. At Poka, we're changing how the world's industrial teams work — capturing the knowledge of their best people and putting it in every operator's hands. Our connected worker platform is purpose-built for manufacturing and the wider industrial world, with industrial AI inside the shift, not on top of it. The result: frontline performance that becomes compounding knowledge and measurable impact — every shift, every site, every region. We're proud to support global leaders like Nestlé, Bosch, Mars, and Danone across 3,000+ sites in 70+ countries. And as a fast-growing part of the IFS family, you'll join a team whose daily work directly shapes the platform behind how modern manufacturing gets done. Most enterprise SaaS gets sold to people in offices. You'll be selling something that lives on the factory floor, across a continent of different markets, languages, and ways of working. You'll need to be as credible with a plant manager in Southampton as with a CIO in Munich. Role overview As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll bring Poka to some of Europe's best-known manufacturers. You'll help them solve real operational problems, move their digital transformation forward, and show measurable impact across their frontline operations. You'll own new business from the first conversation to signature. That means finding the right accounts, running discovery that gets to the heart of how a plant actually works, and building business cases that both operations and finance believe in. It also means closing multi-site, often multi-country deals with many stakeholders. You'll work alongside Sales Development, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success and our IFS partners, and you'll have a real say in how Poka grows its European business. This is a high-impact role for someone who pairs sharp commercial instincts with a real understanding of manufacturing and of how European enterprises buy software. What you'll be doing Find and develop new business across your European territory through market research, outbound prospecting and close work with the Sales Development team Own the full sales cycle: discovery and needs analysis, product demos, proposals, negotiation and close Build tailored business cases that tie Poka's platform to each prospect's operational priorities and show clear value Handle cross-border deals where group-level decisions have to work for local sites, works councils and regional IT Partner closely with Customer Success and other teams so customers move smoothly from signature to long-term value Keep opportunities, forecasts and account activity accurate and up to date in Salesforce Put AI to work in your day-to-day, from research and account planning to conversation intelligence, drafting and CRM copilots, so you sell smarter and spend more time with customers Bring customer insights and market feedback to leadership to help shape go-to-market strategy and product direction Represent Poka at trade shows, industry events and virtual conferences across Europe What you bring 5+ years of new business experience, in B2B sales or a similar Account Executive role Proven experience selling SaaS, ideally into manufacturing, industrial technology or digital transformation Confidence leading complex sales conversations with many stakeholders, from the plant floor to the C-suite Experience selling across more than one European market, and an understanding of how buying differs between them Strong negotiation, relationship-building and problem-solving skills A results-driven mindset and a track record of meeting or beating sales targets A hands-on, curious approach to AI and modern sales tools. You already use them to work smarter and want to keep learning Fluent written and spoken English, with strong presentation skills (another language, such as German or French, is an advantage) Based in the UK or Ireland and willing to travel up to 40% We know great sellers come from varied paths. If you don't tick every box but you've consistently landed complex new business and can quickly earn the trust of operations leaders, we'd love to hear from you. Why Poka Manufacturers are under pressure on three fronts: capturing what a retiring workforce knows getting new people productive faster getting AI onto the floor in a way operators actually use Poka is one of very few platforms that does all three, and it's already trusted at 3,000+ sites. Many of the world's biggest manufacturers are headquartered in Europe, so you'll be selling close to where the big decisions get made. You'll have the reach of IFS behind you and the pace and ownership of a growth-stage company. #LI-TK What we offer: Generous vacation policy , additional paid days, and charity day. Scale-up energy with huge backing and a global yet close-knit team. A truly flexible schedule and remote-friendly working - including up to 8 weeks a year working from abroad. Company Description Givebutter is the most-loved nonprofit fundraising and CRM platform, empowering millions of changemakers to raise more, pay less, and give better. Nonprofits use Givebutter to replace multiple tools so they can launch fundraisers and events, use donation forms and donor management (CRM), send emails and text blasts—all in one place. Use of the Givebutter platform is completely free with a 100% transparent tip-or-fee model. Givebutter has been certified as a Great Place to Work® every year since 2021, and is the #1 rated nonprofit software company on G2 across multiple categories. Our mission is to empower the changemaker in all of us. We believe giving should be fun, so you'll want to do it again, and we also believe that work should be fun, so that you'll have the greatest impact. We are excited to hear from talented people who want to work with other talented people in making the world a butter place—and have fun along the way. Role Description Givebutter is hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Integrations, to join our Growth pod. Nonprofits live inside dozens of tools they already love: CRMs, accounting, volunteer platforms, AI assistants. This role decides how well Givebutter meets them there. You'll shape our public API into something builders and their AI agents actually want to reach for, and hold the partner surfaces we care about most as they grow with us. Most of this work happens in the space between two systems: reading partner docs, spiking to see what breaks, sitting on calls with external engineers, closing the ambiguity that turns "maybe we could" into "here's how." Why join the Givebutter Engineering team? Democracy of code. We value equal contributions from all engineers and foster an environment of open discussion on architecture and ideas. Autonomy in work. We keep meetings to a minimum. Engineers have the freedom to manage their own calendars and block out uninterrupted time for focused work. Automated CI/CD. Our build and deployment processes are fully automated and hands-off, allowing engineers to focus on problem-solving through code. Mission-driven, full stop. You'll be working with inspiring nonprofits, charities, and organizations that are making a positive impact around the world. Peer ownership of production surfaces. You'll take an integration or an API surface and hold it, cycle over cycle, as sales, success, and product shape it further. AI-native workflow. We use terminal-based agents (Claude Code and similar) daily. We review what they hand us. You'll have opinions about your setup, and we'll want to hear them. We Want To Hear From People Who… Read someone else's API docs carefully, and know why the choices in them matter Care as much about the person calling the API as the person writing it Know that a good integration keeps a nonprofit inside the tools they already love, instead of dragging them into ours Spike, learn what breaks, and turn that into an engineering conversation without needing a project manager to translate Get on a call with a partner engineer and come out with less ambiguity than you started Take your development setup seriously (terminal, editor, agent) and have probably built one or two custom skills to make them work harder Responsibilities Own one or more of our partner integration surfaces end-to-end, and hold them coherent as sales, success, and product shape them further Shape our public API as its audience grows to include AI agents building on behalf of nonprofits who don't code themselves Spike, prototype, and de-risk new partnerships, including the ones we don't yet know how to build, and the ones that only ship because someone had an aha moment Design and defend API contracts, webhook shapes, and data flows that other engineers (and other agents) will build against for years Partner with an existing integrations lead on the surfaces they hold today, and grow into shared ownership over time Partner with Product, Growth, Marketing, and occasionally an external partner engineer, as a natural translator between what each group needs Requirements 4+ years shipping production backend services, ideally on a modern web framework Strong proficiency in PHP / Laravel, or the kind of adjacent framework fluency that ramps quickly (we won't rule you out for having lived in Rails, Django, or Spring) Deep familiarity with REST API design, HTTP semantics, and the patterns that make an API worth building against Solid SQL, MySQL specifically or comfortable enough with another relational database to speak to the trade-offs you've made Experience building against real-world third-party APIs, not just the pristine documented examples Comfortable designing async job workflows, queued work, and observable failure paths Strong instincts around OAuth, webhooks, and the trust-boundary decisions that keep a public API safe and honest Active use of terminal-based AI development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) with a clear review discipline for what the agent produces Experience contributing to on-call rotation for production services Comfortable navigating an existing monorepo (ours is real, and PHP / Laravel is most of the backend) Nice to have Contributions to a public API you helped design (bonus if it survived a v2) You've built your own AI tooling, custom skills, or agent workflows, not just used the defaults Familiarity with the emerging surface where AI agents consume APIs on behalf of end users, and opinions about what a legible API looks like to a non-human caller You have opinions about the difference between a specification and an implementation (OAuth 1 vs 2, JSON:API vs REST, GraphQL and what came after: any of it, all of it) Nonprofit or mission-driven experience More about Givebutter Benefits Remote Work: Work remotely from one of our 10 hubs (Austin, Denver, Indianapolis, Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Salt Lake City, Minneapolis, Seattle, and Nashville).
