Implementation Specialist
HawkMunich, Germany24 days ago

About Us Hawk is the leading provider of AI-supported anti-money laundering and fraud detection technology. Banks and payment providers globally are using Hawk's powerful combination of traditional rules and explainable AI to improve the effectiveness of their AML compliance and fraud prevention by identifying more crime while maximizing efficiency by reducing false positives. With our solution, we are playing a vital role in the global fight against Money Laundering, Fraud, or the financing of terrorism. We offer a culture of mutual trust, support and passion – while providing individuals with opportunities to grow professionally and make a difference in the world. Your Mission As an Implementation Specialist at Hawk, your responsibility is to transform customer requirements into a functioning solution that helps them achieve their business objectives around transaction monitoring, customer screening and fraud detection, alongside cutting-edge AI technologies. You start with a signed contract and support the customer until go-live. This includes translating policies, regulatory obligations and risk factors into Hawk's setup, data mapping, workflow configuration, UAT support and ensuring that key project timelines and milestones are met. You support our customers in realising true value by detecting more financial crime, allowing investigators to focus on what matters instead of drowning in false positives, and adopting state-of-the-art AI technologies. Key Responsibilities Requirements and needs assessment: gather and analyse the customer's AML, fraud and screening requirements and advise on best-practice configuration. Configuration: translate policies, screening algorithms, regulatory requirements and risk factors into Hawk's setup, covering rules, screening, customer risk rating and workflows. Data mapping and integration: lead the technical deployment and integration with the customer's systems, via API or batch mechanisms. Testing and go-live: support the customer through testing, UAT and sign-off, troubleshoot issues, and support a successful transition to a production environment. Training and enablement: deliver training to the customer's teams from a functional as well as technical standpoint. Project management: plan and run the implementation from signature to go-live on time and within scope, with documentation and regular stakeholder updates, combining hands-on work with project leadership. Primary contact: be the first point of contact for implementation questions and issues. Collaboration and feedback: work closely with Customer Value Partners for a smooth implementation, and bring actionable customer feedback and gaps to Product, Development and Hawk's GTM organisation. Document every configuration decision and the reasoning behind it, so the setup holds up when the customer's auditor or regulator asks why a rule was set the way it was. Manage each implementation task and the implementation success as an outcome you own, as directed by our Customer Value Partner, resulting in activity completion and a go-live on the dates you committed to. Your Profile 6+ years in implementation consulting or solution consulting, with at least 3 of those years hands-on implementing AML, fraud or screening solutions. Subject matter expertise in AML and compliance. You are familiar with key typologies and patterns, the regulatory expectations behind them, and how monitoring programmes as well as AI get examined. You can confidently stand in front of an MLRO and discuss and defend a rule set. This is a must-have, not a nice-to-have. Hands-on data skills: SQL, APIs, CSV and JSON, and data modelling. You're familiar with standardised payment message formats, including SWIFT MT and ISO 20022, SEPA and card data. Integration literacy. You don't write production code, but you're at home with APIs, JSON payloads, SFTP configurations as well as SSO. Proven track record of taking complex implementations to go-live on time, ideally several in parallel, with banking customers or other financial institutions. Stakeholder alignment. You ensure that internal and external parties both have the information they need, keep them aligned and manage expectations. Able to explain complexity simply. Imagine data models for compliance leads, fraud typologies for data engineers. You do it clearly in writing and in the room, in fluent English. A degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, finance or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Bonus Business-fluent German, for working with our DACH customers. CAMS (or equivalent) certification, or time spent in a second-line compliance or MLRO team. Builds constructive relationships with customers and stays calm and under pressure Builder mentality: works independently and brings structure to ambiguity where no established process exists, taking the initiative to define one. Is a resourceful problem-solver who investigates unknowns and tests system behaviour. Knows when and whom to escalate. Manages expectations proactively. Flags timeline and scope risks early, quantifies them, offers phased options and aligns Sales and Customer Success. Handles product gaps transparently. Clarifies the underlying (regulatory) requirement, offers workarounds with their trade-offs, feeds back to Product and doesn't commit to unconfirmed dates . You use AI tools such as Claude in your daily workflow to speed up mapping, documentation and analysis, and you have opinions about where they help and where they don't. Forward Deployed AI Engineer
TechtorchEU + UK, Germany24 days ago
Full TimeOn-siteMid
pythonnext.jsfastapiawsazureci/cd+22

Forward Deployed AI Engineer Build end-to-end products on a solid data foundation, with AI as a force multiplier. Data Practice | Remote (Poland) | Senior About TechTorch At TechTorch , we're building the future of intelligent work. Our mission is to help companies design, build, and deploy AI agents that automate complex, real-world workflows — delivering reliability, measurable ROI, and massive efficiency gains. Here, you won't just be playing with prompts or running endless proofs of concept. You'll ship production-grade AI systems that solve real problems across industries. You'll join a hands-on, fast-moving, ownership-driven team that thrives on building quickly, iterating fast, and seeing results in days — not months. About the Practice TechTorch's Data Practice sits at the intersection of enterprise data and applied AI. We design and build AI-native systems that don't just analyze the past — they actively drive decisions. Our work spans data infrastructure and pipelines, intelligent automation, and full-stack AI applications across industries. We work the way the best client-delivery teams now operate: small teams, deep ownership, no hand-offs at boundaries. We take problems from a client whiteboard to production, and we let AI do the heavy lifting wherever it earns its place. The Role We're looking for an engineer who builds across the full stack and owns the data underneath it. You can sit in a client session, shape the architecture, design the data foundation, and ship the application that runs on top of it — without handing off at the boundaries. The work spans client delivery and internal accelerator development. You map the problem, structure the solution, and own the outcome from end to end. AI coding agents are central to how we build — not a novelty, but the daily layer that lets a small team cover a lot of ground. What You'll Do Own work end to end — from discovery and solution shaping through system design, build, and production deployment. Design and build the data foundation: data models, schema design, dimensional modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and slowly changing dimensions (SCD) that hold up in production. Build full-stack applications on top of that foundation — Python/FastAPI services and Next.js frontends that make data and AI workflows usable. Use AI coding agents (Claude Code or equivalent) as a primary build accelerator to move from spec to working software quickly, without sacrificing judgment or quality. Design and build AI capabilities where they fit — RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and LLM-in-the-loop processing — and compose them via MCP servers, Skills, and Plugins. Orchestrate pipelines and automation with tools like Airflow, Dagster/Prefect, Celery, or Temporal — choosing the right tool for the job. Stand up and own CI/CD and cloud deployments on AWS and Azure. Translate ambiguous client requirements into clear designs and communicate trade-offs to both technical and business audiences. Contribute reusable accelerators and technical assets back to the Data Practice. Must Have We're looking for genuine production depth across data engineering and full-stack development — not surface familiarity with either. Data Engineering Foundation Data modeling and schema design — dimensional modeling, normalization trade-offs, and EDW/warehouse schema design you can defend. Hands-on data pipeline experience — ETL/ELT design across batch and incremental loads, built and maintained in production (not just SQL scripts on a schedule). Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD) and change-data handling — knows the patterns and when each applies. dbt Experience— modular SQL transformations, tests, documentation, and incremental strategies. Advanced SQL and at least one modern data platform in depth (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, or a comparable cloud warehouse/lakehouse). Data quality thinking — testing, validation, and lineage treated as first-class, not afterthoughts. Full-Stack AI Product Development Python as a primary language — services, automation, and data work alike. FastAPI — async REST API design, dependency injection, testing. A modern frontend, ideally Next.js — component architecture, SSR, state management, and real UX sensibility. PostgreSQL — schema design, query optimization, indexing. System design — can architect from a blank page: services, boundaries, trade-offs, and scale. AI-paired engineering — uses an agentic coding tool (Claude Code, Cursor, or comparable) as a genuine daily workflow accelerator, and can speak concretely to how. CI/CD and cloud deployment ownership on AWS or Azure, without heavy support. Ways of Working Comfortable in client-facing delivery — can represent TechTorch technically and translate between business and engineering. Customer-first mindset — anchors decisions in what the stakeholder is actually trying to accomplish, and can move fluidly between the engineer's view and the business owner's in the same conversation. End-to-end ownership instinct — takes a problem from discovery to production and owns the outcome, rather than passing it along at each handoff. Nice to Have Not required to apply — but these are the things that make a candidate stand out. Standout differentiator — Commercial data fluency: Experience evaluating how commercial data flows across CRM (ideally Salesforce) and ERP (ideally NetSuite) from opportunity to order to invoice, with the ability to diagnose, document, and resolve inconsistencies. Agentic AI depth — LangGraph or comparable: multi-agent coordination, tool use, memory, and state management. RAG engineering — retrieval strategies, vector stores, chunking, re-ranking, and evaluation. Experience in a consulting or client-delivery environment, or a forward-deployed / embedded engineering role. Workflow orchestration breadth across multiple tools (Airflow, Dagster, Prefect, Temporal, ADF, Databricks Workflows). Streaming data patterns — Kafka, Spark Streaming, or Flink. Vector databases — Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, or pgvector. Experiment tracking — MLflow, Weights & Biases, or similar. Contributions to open-source AI or data tooling, or to internal accelerators and frameworks. Multi-cloud or hybrid cloud architecture exposure. You Might Be a Fit If... You're comfortable designing a data model in the morning and shipping a FastAPI + Next.js feature on top of it in the afternoon. You treat an AI coding agent as a force multiplier — you've genuinely changed how you build, not just turned on autocomplete. You can explain an SCD strategy to an engineer and a data-quality risk to a business stakeholder in the same conversation. You've shipped real things in production — not just demos or PoCs. You're opinionated about system and data design, and can back it up. What We Offer Fully remote — work from anywhere, globally. Semi-annual team offsites — we come together in person at least twice a year to connect, recharge, and do the work that's better face-to-face. High-autonomy, high-ownership work across the full arc of real client problems — not toy datasets or boxed-in tickets. A team that takes AI tooling seriously and expects you to use it, not just name-drop it. Access to the full modern data and AI stack — no one-tool shops. Room to grow toward data architecture, platform leadership, or AI engineering depth, depending on where you want to take it. Find more English Speaking Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow

Data Practice | Remote (Global) | Senior About the Practice TechTorch's Data Practice sits at the intersection of enterprise data and applied AI. We design and build AI-native systems that don't just analyze the past — they actively drive decisions. Staff Data Engineer - GTM
IntercomLondon, Germany24 days ago
Full TimeOn-sitePrincipal

Fin , now part of Salesforce, is on a mission to help businesses provide perfect customer experiences. Our AI Agent Fin is the highest-performing AI Customer Agent on the market today, enabling businesses to deliver impeccable, always-on customer support across the customer journey, from service, to sales, to ecommerce. Powered by our own AI models, Fin resolves complex customer issues end-to-end across every channel, with minimal set-up and integration. Fin can also be combined with our natively integrated Intercom help desk, giving modern support teams one single system. Together with Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success, we're building the future of customer experience. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI. Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce. What is the opportunity? Every go-to-market decision at Intercom, who we target, who owns the account, what we know about them, what we should say next - rests on a foundation of account and contact data. Getting that foundation right is one of the highest-leverage engineering problems in the company: a single account hierarchy fix can re-route territory, pipeline credit and forecast for thousands of accounts at once. This role owns that foundation. You will build and run the systems that decide what an account is , resolving duplicates, stitching subsidiaries into corporate hierarchies, sourcing new accounts and contacts into our CRM, and enriching them with firmographic, technographic and intent signals. Increasingly using LLMs and web research rather than off-the-shelf vendors. Your work is used daily by Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Sales Ops and Finance, and directly shapes how efficiently Intercom grows. You will sit in the Data group and partner extremely closely with GTM Systems, RevOps and the frontline teams. This is a role for an engineer who wants to be in the business, not adjacent to it. Someone who gets energy from a rep saying "this list is exactly right" and from watching a pipeline they built turn into revenue. What will I be doing? Owning account identity. Building and improving the entity-resolution layer that decides when two records are the same company: domain and firmographic matching, confidence scoring, and the merge/dedupe pipelines that keep Salesforce clean at scale. Modelling account hierarchy. Designing the organisation spine that links accounts to their parent, top operating parent and ultimate corporate parent. Building account sourcing pipelines. Turning market definitions into ranked, deduplicated, CRM-ready account lists: sourcing from third-party and internal signals, scoring fit, and pushing accounts into Salesforce with the right owner and the right metadata. Building contact sourcing and enrichment pipelines. Finding the right people at target accounts, verifying and enriching them, respecting privacy and consent requirements, and delivering them into the tools reps and marketers actually work in. Building LLM-powered enrichment. Extending our enrichment framework — LLM jobs with web search and crawling tools across multiple providers, to answer questions no vendor sells: what support channels does this company run, are they hiring CS or sales roles, do they ship an AI product, how ready are they for Fin. Making the data usable. Landing everything in well-modelled, well-tested dbt models in Snowflake orchestrated in Airflow, and syncing it out to Salesforce, Marketo, Clay and the rest of the GTM stack. Owning quality and trust. Instrumenting your pipelines with tests, alerts and reconciliation so problems surface before a rep finds them, and being the person GTM comes to when a number looks wrong. Partnering on the problem, not the ticket. Sitting with Sales, Marketing and Ops to understand what they are actually trying to do, then proposing the data foundation that unlocks it. What skills do I need? A genuine interest in growing the business and a real affinity for GTM teams. You are curious about how sales and marketing work, comfortable in a room full of reps, and motivated by commercial outcomes rather than only technical ones. Experience with the modern data stack: dbt, a cloud warehouse (we use Snowflake), and a DAG orchestrator (we use Airflow). Experience building with LLMs in production: prompt design and evaluation, tool/function calling, web search and crawling, cost and latency control. Experience with entity resolution, identity or deduplication problems — matching messy real-world records, and reasoning about precision/recall trade-offs where a false merge has a real business cost. Hands-on experience integrating with SaaS APIs and business systems, especially Salesforce: reading from them, writing back to them. Strong communication: you can explain a hierarchy change to a CRO and a merge heuristic to an engineer, on the same day. A growth mindset and eagerness to learn — the tooling in this space is changing fast. Nice to haves Experience with GTM data vendors and tooling — ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clearbit, Clay, Crossbeam, Marketo, Census/Fivetran, Gong. Experience with territory design, account scoring, propensity models or ICP definition. Exposure to privacy and compliance considerations around contact data (GDPR, CCPA, consent management). #LI-Hybrid Unleash Your Potential When you join Salesforce, you'll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we'll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future — but to redefine what's possible — for yourself, for AI, and the world.
