Caylent is an AI-first cloud services company that helps organizations turn ambitious ideas into meaningful business impact. As an AWS Premier Tier Services Partner and a charter member of Anthropic's Claude Partner Network, we combine deep expertise in AWS, artificial intelligence, and Anthropic's Claude platform to help customers modernize their technology, build intelligent products, and move AI from experimentation into production. Our capabilities span generative and agentic AI, cloud migration and modernization, cloud-native application development, data and analytics, DevOps, managed services, security and compliance, and customer experience transformation. At Caylent, our people always come first. We are a fully remote global company with employees in Canada, the United States and Latin America. We celebrate the culture of each of our team members and foster a community of technological curiosity. Come talk to us to learn more about what it means to be a Caylien! The Mission We are looking for a sharp, analytical, and highly proactive Operations Analyst to join our Service Delivery Operations team. This role operates at the intersection of workforce planning, staffing, capacity management, delivery operations, and operational intelligence. The Operations Analyst will help translate business demand into workforce and operational decisions by analyzing capacity, skills, utilization, pipeline, delivery needs, and operational risk. You will partner across Delivery, Sales, Talent, Finance, and other business functions to identify constraints, surface risks, recommend actions, and drive decisions through execution. This role will increasingly focus on exception management, analytical judgment, workforce optimization, and decision support rather than transactional coordination and manual reporting. The ideal candidate is a strong critical thinker who can operate independently in ambiguity, connect information across multiple parts of the business, challenge assumptions when appropriate, and turn data into clear recommendations and action. Your Assignment Manage day-to-day operational activities for an assigned area of the business, developing a strong understanding of its demand, workforce, capacity, staffing needs, delivery risks, and business priorities. Analyze demand, capacity, skills, utilization, availability, pipeline, bench, and delivery requirements to identify risks, constraints, opportunities, and recommended actions. Manage staffing and resource-allocation workflows from demand identification through assignment, applying established governance while balancing customer needs, skills alignment, utilization, and enterprise capacity. Partner with Delivery, Sales, Talent, Finance, and other stakeholders to translate business demand into workforce plans and provide data-driven staffing, capacity, and hiring recommendations. Identify and proactively escalate capacity constraints, staffing conflicts, bench risk, skills gaps, forecast variance, and other operational exceptions with recommended actions—not simply status updates. Develop and maintain workforce and operational intelligence that enables leadership to understand trends, risks, tradeoffs, and decisions required across the business. Use AI, automation, analytics, and operational systems to reduce manual work, improve data quality, identify patterns, and increase the speed and quality of operational decision-making. Identify, design, and implement process and workflow improvements that increase scalability, accountability, and operational effectiveness. Maintain strong operational governance and data integrity across staffing, capacity, forecasting, project lifecycle, and delivery systems. Support end-to-end delivery operations, including Sales-to-Delivery transitions, resource planning, staffing assignments, project setup and closeout, and engagement data integrity. Own recurring capacity, staffing, and forecasting reviews for assigned business areas, ensuring leadership receives decision-ready insights rather than transactional reporting. Work independently within established operating frameworks, proactively resolving issues and escalating exceptions that require broader business tradeoffs or leadership decisions. Your Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. 3–5 years of experience in an operations, resource management, workforce planning, staffing, or capacity planning role within a consulting or professional services environment. Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze business problems, identify root causes, evaluate tradeoffs, and recommend appropriate actions. Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting utilization, capacity, availability, demand, pipeline, forecasting, and other operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Demonstrated ability to work independently, operate effectively in ambiguity, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, and proactively drive work through resolution. Strong business judgment and communication skills, with the ability to connect information across functions and translate data and findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders and leadership. Experience with professional services and resource management systems such as Certinia PSA and Salesforce, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and tools. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with AWS, cloud consulting, or technology professional services environments. Familiarity with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI. Exposure to GenAI and automation tools used to improve operational workflows, analysis, or decision-making. Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel. We celebrate the culture of each of our team members and foster a community of technological curiosity. Come talk to us to learn more about what it means to be a Caylien! The Mission This role is a Functional Consultant - Contact Center focused on contact center modernization, responsible for leading discovery workshops with customer stakeholders and translating business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Amazon Connect implementations. They use call listening and interaction analysis as a core discovery method, mining recorded voice and chat data to surface undocumented processes, score quality, and root-cause self-service containment failures, then convert those findings into AI agent scripts, process maps, and prioritized improvement recommendations. Serving as the primary liaison between customer stakeholders and Caylent's delivery team, they own BRDs, traceability matrices, and UAT facilitation while also mentoring junior BAs and contributing reusable discovery assets to strengthen the CXE practice. Requirements & Discovery Leads structured elicitation workshops with client stakeholders (contact center operations, IT, compliance) to document current-state processes, pain points, and target-state workflows, then breaks business requirements into discrete, ID-tagged functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria before design work is scheduled. Maps legacy contact center processes (e.g. Avaya, Genesys, NICE) to Amazon Connect capabilities, identifying gaps, configuration options, and where custom development is required - favoring configuration over customization. Builds and maintains the live link between every requirement ID, the design decision addressing it, the epic/story implementing it, and the test case validating it. Runs the review gate before design starts and the verification gate before release (i.e. no ticket enters a sprint, and no story closes, without a traced requirement ID) Owns the intake of requirement changes, logs impact to the RTM, and hands schedule/budget impact to the technical PM rather than letting scope drift silently.. Runs requirement walkthroughs with architects and engineers before design starts, and with QA before test design - catching ambiguity before it becomes code. Process & Data Analysis Analyze contact center KPIs (AHT, containment rate, CSAT/NPS, Retention) to baseline current performance and define measurable success criteria for engagements Partner with engineering to define data models for Customer Profiles, Cases, and the Connect analytics data lake (Glue, Athena, QuickSight), ensuring reporting requirements are captured up front Document AI agent and self-service requirements: call/chat intents, escalation paths, containment targets, and guardrail/compliance needs for AI-driven interactions Call Quality & Interaction Analysis Conduct structured call listening and quality assurance reviews across recorded voice and chat interactions, scoring them against defined quality criteria - compliance adherence, process accuracy, soft skills, and resolution quality and packaging findings into QA reports and trend summaries for customer stakeholders Use call listening as a process-discovery method: mine recorded interactions to surface undocumented business processes, decision points, exception paths, and agent workarounds, then codify what agents actually do into current-state process maps that validate or correct stakeholder-described workflows Translate documented business processes into structured AI agent scripts and call guides, greetings, identity verification, decision trees, objection and exception handling, required compliance language, and closing sequences that standardize agent behavior and feed training materials, knowledge bases, and agent-assist tooling (e.g., Amazon Q in Connect) Perform formal evaluations of calls, chats, and cases using evaluation forms and scorecards (e.g., Amazon Connect Evaluations with Contact Lens), and synthesize results into performance-trend reporting for operations leadership Analyze interactions that escaped self-service to root-cause containment failures, misrecognized intents, missing self-service capabilities, authentication friction, confusing prompts, or premature zero-outs and convert findings into prioritized, evidence-backed recommendations for IVR and AI improvements that measurably raise containment rates Stakeholder Collaboration & Documentation Serve as the day-to-day liaison between customer business stakeholders and the Caylent delivery team, managing scope clarifications and change requests Produce clear, well-organized documentation: business requirements documents (BRDs), process flow diagrams, current/future-state maps, and UAT test plans Facilitate UAT sessions, triage defects and enhancement requests with stakeholders, and prioritize backlog items against business value and delivery timelines Support project governance: status reporting, RAID logs, and steering committee materials for contact center modernization programs Practice Contribution Contribute reusable discovery templates, requirement checklists, and process maps back to the CXE practice so future engagements start further ahead Support pre-sales: participate in discovery calls, help scope SOWs, and provide business-analysis input on estimates for contact center engagements Mentor junior Functional Consultants on contact center domain concepts and Caylent's discovery methodology Your Qualifications 5+ years of business analysis experience, including 1+ years supporting contact center, CCaaS, or customer experience technology implementations 5+ years experience in analyzing call center interactions as a process discovery methodology for mining patterns in call center interactions. Working knowledge of using Amazon Connect or a comparable CCaaS platform (Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, NICE) for finding, evaluating, and mining call center interactions. Demonstrated ability to write clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineering teams can build directly against Familiarity with contact center KPIs and operations concepts (AHT, containment, CSAT/NPS, SLA, Retention) Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills; comfortable running workshops with both business and technical audiences Proficiency with requirements and diagramming tools (i.e. Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart/Visio, Figma) and basic SQL or reporting-tool literacy Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) Preferred Qualifications Exposure to conversational AI / self-service requirements (Amazon Lex, Amazon Q in Connect, or comparable IVR/chatbot platforms) Experience in regulated verticals: government/public sector, healthcare (HIPAA), or financial services Consulting or client-delivery background Experience with data visualization tools (QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI) Experience in Python Experience with AI tools Benefits 100% remote work Generous holidays and flexible PTO Competitive phantom equity Paid for exams and certifications Peer bonus awards State of the art laptop and tools Equipment & Office Stipend Individual professional development plan Annual stipend for Learning and Development Work with an amazing worldwide team and in an incredible corporate culture NOTE: This position requires current legal authorization to work in the country where this position is located. Enterprise Solutions Consultant, ANZ

NashAustralia, New Zealand (Fully Remote)2 days ago
Full TimeFully RemoteDirector
gosqldentalarchitectureinsurancesales+5

ABOUT NASH Nash is last-mile delivery infrastructure. We help the world's largest retailers and commerce companies orchestrate, optimize, and manage their delivery operations. Founded in San Francisco in 2021, backed by Andreessen Horowitz and Y Combinator, Nash works with enterprise customers across North America, Europe, APAC, and the Middle East. Our platform sits at the center of complex delivery operations: connecting carriers, optimizing routes, managing fleets, and giving operators the visibility and control they need to run delivery at scale. We're not a marketplace. We're the infrastructure layer that makes the whole system work. Every enterprise customer presents a different operational reality. A grocery chain running same-day delivery from hundreds of stores has different constraints than a retailer consolidating three carrier networks into one. Nash doesn't sell a fixed product off a price sheet. We design and configure the system around how each customer actually operates, then deploy with dedicated engineering and product support. THE OPPORTUNITY Nash's ANZ business is anchored by some of the region's largest retail and grocery brands: multi-product, multi-year partnerships in which delivery is core infrastructure. This role owns a small number of those relationships in full. In International, customer success and solutions consulting are one seat. The person who designs the technical approach in a deal runs the launch that follows, then manages the account through adoption, performance, and renewal. You'll carry two to three enterprise accounts and the launches that come with them, from the sales cycle through go-live to the multi-year account work after it. This is one of two seats we're opening now in an established ANZ team, alongside two colleagues already in the role. The accounts are large, the operations are complex, and the customer expects the person across the table to know their delivery operation as well as they do. WHAT YOU'LL DO LEAD TECHNICAL DISCOVERY AND DESIGN Own the technical and operational depth in enterprise sales cycles for your accounts. Run discovery with the customer's engineering and operations teams, define the integration approach, configure the demonstrations and pilots that validate it, and resolve questions on architecture, data, and scale before they reach contract. The designs you produce become the launches you run, so they need to be correct at the point of proposal. RUN LAUNCHES FROM SIGNATURE TO STEADY STATE Own implementations for your accounts: requirements, configuration, integration, cutover, operator training, go-live, and the stabilization period that follows. Coordinate the customer's stakeholders and Nash's central engineering and specialist teams where a build requires them, and remain accountable for delivery performance until the operation runs without intervention. MANAGE THE BOOK Build durable relationships across your accounts, from the operators running stores and fleets to the executives funding the roadmap. Run the operating rhythm: business reviews, success plans, escalation paths. Track adoption, delivery performance, and platform health, and use them to identify what is underused, what is underperforming, and where the next workstream should be. This role carries no quota. Commercial expansion is owned by sales; this role owns the relationship, the adoption that justifies expansion, and the renewal. FEED THE ROADMAP Represent your customers inside Nash. Identify which gaps recur, which requests reflect one account's configuration versus a regional pattern, and what would change a customer's cost structure if Nash built it. Turn account knowledge into specific, prioritized product requests. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE First 6 months: Full ownership of your accounts, with operating rhythms running and stakeholder maps built At least one launch run from signature to steady state Your technical designs in the proposals for every active deal on your accounts Account health reporting that internal teams use First 12 months: Measurable adoption and delivery performance gains across your accounts Renewals delivered and expansions landed in partnership with sales Improvements to how ANZ runs accounts, adopted across the team WHO YOU ARE You have 5+ years in customer success, solutions consulting, implementation, or product roles in SaaS or logistics, and you've managed large, complex customer relationships with commercial outcomes attached: renewals, renegotiations, expansions, or major implementations delivered. You are technically capable of running the design half of this role. You can lead discovery with an engineering team, define an integration approach, write basic SQL, and troubleshoot a configuration issue before escalating it. You may have started as an engineer or product manager; either way, you're comfortable in the technical detail. You understand delivery operations. You know why completion rate, cost per order, and ETA accuracy move the way they do, and you can explain it to an executive in a sentence. You communicate quickly, clearly, and concisely, and you're as comfortable with an engineering team as with a C-suite. You handle ambiguity well. The team has an established way of running accounts, but the accounts are large, the product moves quickly, and you will regularly do things for the first time. This role is probably not right for: Customer success managers whose job has been renewals and quarterly reviews, with a separate technical team doing the design and implementation. Here that work is yours. HOW THIS ROLE WORKS You join Nash's ANZ team alongside two colleagues already in the role, the regional sales lead, and the regional sales team, with direct access to Nash's product and engineering teams. The role reports to the VP & GM, International. Nash is a startup. The team is lean. You'll have significant autonomy and direct access to Nash's founders, product leaders, and engineering team, and you'll be in product discussions regularly, shaping what Nash builds based on what you learn in your accounts. The role is based in Sydney, hybrid, with travel to customer sites across Australia and New Zealand. Scope grows with the book: more accounts, larger launches, and regional responsibility over time. Posted by NASH DELIVERY TECHNOLOGIES AUSTRALIA PTY LTD ABN: 86 662 959 766 More about Nash Nash is the platform that powers modern logistics. Commerce has inverted. For decades, customers came to where products and services were. Now products and services come to them, on their terms, in real time. That shift has turned every company into a logistics company, even though almost none of them were built to be one. Couriers, fleets, gig workers, parcel carriers, in-store labor, and increasingly autonomous systems all have to be coordinated in real time, against tighter windows and rising expectations, with hard-fought customer trust on the line. Nash unifies decisioning, execution, and capacity into a single programmable platform. Real-time, AI-native intelligence determines what should happen, operational control executes it, and the platform dynamically orchestrates capacity from any source: a company's own fleets, partners, or the Nash delivery network. Whether a job involves a courier, a gig driver, an internal fleet, a store employee, a technician, or an autonomous vehicle, Nash selects the right resource and manages execution through completion. We power delivery and logistics for some of the most recognizable brands in commerce, including Walmart, Urban Outfitters, 7-Eleven, and Woolworths, alongside platforms like Shopify and Toast. Over the next decade, logistics will become as foundational to commerce as payments, cloud, and connectivity. Nash is the platform that powers it. Nash was founded in 2021 by Mahmoud Ghulman (2x Founder, MIT) and Aziz Alghunaim (2x Founder, 2x YC, Ex-Palantir, MIT) and is backed by Y Combinator, a16z, and other top investors. We are headquartered in San Francisco. What You'll Love About Us ✅ Early-stage, well-funded startup – directly impact the company and grow your career! ✅ Quarterly broader team on-sites to bond with teammates ✅ Competitive compensation and opportunity for equity ✅ Flexible paid time off ✅ Health, dental, and vision insurance for US employees

This role operates in an AI-native environment, and we expect TAMs at this level to use AI tools as a daily multiplier across account preparation, workflow analysis, solution design, follow-through, and customer enablement. TAMs at this level manage a defined book of business and own day-to-day execution for their accounts, while working closely with more senior TAMs and cross-functional partners on complex initiatives. You'll use established frameworks, playbooks, and templates to guide onboarding and adoption, monitor account health, and help ensure stakeholders see continuous value throughout their lifecycle. At the L04 level, success means not just understanding AI-enabled features, but showing sound judgment in when and how to use AI to improve execution quality, speed, and customer outcomes. Technical Account Managers are responsible for delivering measurable value and driving meaningful business outcomes across their customer portfolio by focusing on: Customer Enablement & Onboarding: Supporting customers through onboarding and implementation for assigned customers, following established discovery frameworks and implementation plans. Core Responsibilities: New Customer Onboarding Support end-to-end onboarding and implementation of ClickUp for assigned customers using established discovery frameworks, templates, and project plans. Translate functional and technical requirements into ClickUp solutions for standard use cases under the guidance of more senior TAMs when needed. Guide customers through setup, integrations, and change management fundamentals, escalating complex scenarios appropriately. Use AI-assisted workflows where appropriate to prepare for discovery, summarize implementation decisions, and improve the speed and quality of customer follow-up. Account Health Management Monitor health for your book of business, including utilization, key feature adoption, and champion/stakeholder engagement. Execute standard adoption plays and account review cadences to maintain or improve health, leveraging existing playbooks and frameworks. Identify risks early and partner with senior TAMs and account teams to build and execute recovery plans. Run recurring meetings with your accounts, sharing usage summaries, recommended next steps, and capturing follow-ups. Connect AI adoption, automation usage, and workflow improvements to measurable customer outcomes such as efficiency gains, stakeholder adoption, and expansion signals. Workflow Mapping (IER Framework) Conduct Intake → Execution → Reporting (IER) cycles for core customer workflows using established discovery guides and templates. Recommend optimizations based on documented best practices and apply workflow templates to support scale and consistency. Maintain clear documentation of customer workflows, data models, and configuration decisions following team standards. Use AI to help analyze repetitive workflow patterns, identify process friction, and sharpen recommendations — while validating outputs before using them with customers.
