Strategic Business Development Lead

About Anthropic Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role We're seeking a business development lead to own Anthropic's BD partnership footprint with a small number of the world's largest and most consequential technology companies. These are not single-threaded accounts. Each relationship spans many businesses at once — consumer products, devices and operating systems, productivity and collaboration software, cloud and developer platforms, commerce, and enterprise distribution. Your job is to see the whole board, decide where Anthropic should lean in and where it shouldn't, and turn that judgment into signed deals. The center of gravity for this role is product and distribution partnerships: co-developing opportunities with partners, and structuring the commercial, technical, and go-to-market terms that make those partnerships durable. You'll typically be running several deal streams inside the same partner in parallel — at different stages, with different counterparts, and with terms that interact with one another — and you'll be the person responsible for keeping them coherent. This is an individual contributor role for a seasoned dealmaker who is comfortable as the primary counterpart to senior executives at very large companies, who brings strong judgment to ambiguous, high-stakes situations, and who can carry a complex, multi-party negotiation from first conversation through signature and into execution. Key responsibilities Manage a small number of large, multi-faceted partner relationships end to end: set the strategy for each relationship, decide which opportunities to pursue and in what order, and stay accountable for the overall health and commercial output of the partnership across every surface it touches Lead product partnerships: identify and structure opportunities to embed Claude in partners' consumer and enterprise products, co-develop new products and features, and define the product, technical, data, and brand terms that come with them, working closely with Anthropic's product and engineering leaders Run multiple deal streams in parallel: manage several concurrent negotiations within the same partner — product integrations, distribution and go-to-market, commercial and consumption agreements, and infrastructure — and sequence and connect them so terms in one stream reinforce rather than undercut the others Negotiate complex, first-of-kind agreements: lead end-to-end negotiations involving novel commercial structures, revenue and economics sharing, product and roadmap commitments, exclusivity and competitive provisions, data terms, and multi-year, multi-component value exchanges Act as an executive counterpart: build and manage relationships with senior executives and their teams on the partner side, serve as Anthropic's primary voice into the partnership, and prepare and steer Anthropic's own executives through partner-level engagements Exercise judgment on behalf of Anthropic: weigh commercial upside against strategic, competitive, product, and mission considerations; know when to say no; and make clear, well-reasoned recommendations to Anthropic leadership on trade-offs that don't have a playbook Drive cross-functional execution: coordinate Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Policy across the life of a partnership, from initial structuring through negotiation, launch, and ongoing governance, ensuring what we sign is something Anthropic can deliver Minimum qualifications Direct experience owning a large, multi-business partner relationship, where you were responsible for the whole relationship rather than a single deal or product line Track record of structuring and closing product partnerships — embedding technology into partner products, co-developed products, distribution through partner surfaces, or similar — in addition to conventional commercial agreements Experience personally leading complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations with senior executives, including deals with interlocking terms, competitive sensitivities, and multi-year commitments Demonstrated ability to manage several significant negotiations at the same time without losing the thread on any of them Experience coordinating cross-functional execution (e.g., Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance) to bring a complex agreement from structuring through signature and delivery Preferred qualifications 10+ years in strategic business development, strategic partnerships, or corporate development at technology companies, with meaningful time spent managing relationships with very large technology partners Experience on either side of a partnership between a foundation model or AI platform provider and a large technology company Experience working inside one of the very large technology companies, with a practical understanding of how decisions get made, who holds budget and roadmap authority, and how to navigate them Experience with partnerships that span both consumer and enterprise businesses, or that combine product, distribution, and infrastructure components in a single relationship Understanding of foundation model capabilities and how they translate into partner products, with enough technical fluency to work credibly with product and engineering leaders on both sides Background in corporate development, strategy, or a legal or finance discipline involving structuring and papering unusually complex agreements The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.  For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $300,000 — $365,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study:  A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship:  We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed.  Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit  anthropic.com/careers  directly for confirmed position openings. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. Staff Research Engineer, Multi-Agent Scaling

About the role: Large teams of agents are starting to solve problems no single agent can, from rewriting major codebases to formalizing landmark mathematics. Our team studies how these teams scale: what happens to performance, cost and coordination as the number of agents, the compute budget and the length of the task grow, and what has to change to keep getting returns from that scale. We build the platform and evaluations Anthropic uses to run and measure large agent teams, and other research teams build on them. This role lives at the boundary between research and engineering. It is a generalist role on a small team: you'll design and run large experiments, build the systems they run on, and get to the bottom of surprising results. We often need to go from a vague question to a running experiment quickly. Responsibilities: Design, run and interpret large-scale experiments on agent teams, reasoning rigorously about what the data does and doesn't show Investigate how performance and efficiency change as team size, compute and task horizon grow, and find the bottlenecks that limit them Build and scale the systems that run very large agent teams reliably, and debug the failures that only appear at scale Design evaluations for long-horizon problems, and keep their results trustworthy Build the tooling and metrics that let researchers see what a large agent team is doing and why Partner with research teams across Anthropic so they can run their own experiments on the platform, and communicate findings clearly You may be a good fit if you: Have significant software engineering, ML or research engineering experience Have owned something substantial end to end, such as a large system, an evaluation or benchmark, an agent product, or a research project Genuinely enjoy both research and engineering work Think quantitatively about complex systems, and think twice before trusting a number Can work from a vague question rather than a spec Are results-oriented, with a bias towards flexibility and impact Have clear written and verbal communication Care about the societal impacts of your work Strong candidates may also have: Experience building or operating large-scale distributed systems, such as schedulers, sandboxed code execution, or inference and RL infrastructure Built evaluations, benchmarks or harnesses for LLMs or agents Experience building complex agentic systems that use LLMs Experience with scaling laws or other large-scale empirical research A background in operations research, statistics, economics, physics, quantitative finance, or another field that models and optimizes complex systems Strong candidates need not have: Formal certifications or education credentials Academic research experience or publication history Prior experience with multi-agent systems or reinforcement learning Representative projects: Measure how performance scales with the number of agents on a hard problem, and explain where the curve bends and why Prepare our largest-ever agent run: find what breaks as team size and task length grow together, and fix it before launch Work out how to allocate a fixed compute budget across a team of agents to solve a problem fastest Build tooling that turns the activity of a large agent team into something a researcher can read in minutes Design a novel eval that distinguishes real gains in teamwork from artifacts of the evaluation setup The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.  For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $500,000 — $850,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study:  A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. Security Audit & Controls, Security GRC

About the team Anthropic's Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team is the connective tissue that holds the company accountable to its security commitments. We translate regulatory, customer, and voluntary obligations into controls that teams act on, and give leadership a bird's-eye view of how well we're meeting them. We're building toward a fundamentally different kind of GRC: one that directs Claude, with the right humans in the loop, to challenge and evidence the performance of controls continuously rather than through periodic audits. Within Security GRC, Compliance & Audit Programs runs the integrated audit across our frameworks and maintains the Common Control Framework, the single set of controls that the whole program is built on. This role sits in Audit & Assurance and owns the framework and the assurance view across every control domain. About the role As part of the Security Audit & Controls team,  you will own the CCF across every control domain, from access and change management to logging, encryption, and people controls: which controls we have, what each one says, how each maps to the frameworks and commitments we hold, and whether each one is actually working. You'll work with control owners and GRC Partners to draft and validate control descriptions and activities that describe reality rather than policy intent, build the monitoring that shows operating effectiveness continuously instead of once a year, and drive what monitoring finds to closure with control owners. Building with Claude is a normal part of the job: drafting and mapping controls, testing evidence, and monitoring control health, with you deciding where human judgment stays in the loop. This is an individual contributor role for someone who works well independently, writes clearly, and gets satisfaction from a control set that is accurate, tested, and trusted by auditors and engineers alike. Key responsibilities Own the Common Control Framework: the canonical control set, its mappings to SOC 2, ISO 27001/42001, HIPAA, FedRAMP, and customer commitments, and the change process for adding, retiring, or rewording controls Draft and validate control descriptions and control activities with control owners, so each control states who does what, how often, in which system, and what evidence proves it Design and run continuous monitoring of control efficacy: define the metrics and automated tests that show operating effectiveness, tune out false positives, surface failures to owners before an auditor does, and build the controls maturity model that shows where each control domain stands and what it takes to move up a level Verify remediation and carry it into steady state: GRC Partners lead remediation in their domains and control owners implement the fixes. This role advises on control design and implementation, confirms fixes against what the auditor actually asked for, and keeps one source of truth for control and finding status. Once a fix holds, it works with the partner to standardize the evidence pull and, where appropriate, automate it or build continuous Map new frameworks and commitments onto the CCF as we commit to them, and support gap assessments when a new framework, certification, product, or entity comes into scope, using the CCF as the baseline and writing the requirements for each delta Support the integrated audit and customer audits: readiness checks, walkthrough preparation, evidence request lists, and the readout of external findings back to GRC Evaluate evidence reliability, including the completeness and accuracy of system-generated reports and AI-generated evidence, and set the standard for what audit-ready evidence looks like here Build with Claude: automate control mapping, evidence testing, and monitoring, and verify machine-drafted control language before it becomes the record Minimum qualifications Several years in IT audit, security compliance, or controls assurance, including hands-on ownership of a control framework or control library across more than one framework (for example SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, HIPAA) Working command of audit mechanics: scoping, walkthroughs, sampling, design versus operating effectiveness, deficiency evaluation, and evidence reliability Experience writing control descriptions, control activities, and test procedures that other teams and external auditors relied on Experience with continuous controls monitoring or automated evidence collection, whether you built it, ran it, or audited it Enough technical fluency to read a runbook, a configuration, or a pipeline definition and judge whether it enforces what the written control claims Clear writing, because your control language and status reports are what auditors, engineers, and leadership work from Ability to get control owners and partner teams to prioritize and close work without having authority over them Preferred qualifications Have designed or rebuilt a common controls framework and led the remapping of existing frameworks onto it Have stood up continuous controls monitoring or automated evidence programs and can speak to coverage, false-positive rates, and what changed as a result Have applied LLMs to assurance work, such as control drafting, framework mapping, evidence testing, or monitoring Have defined or assessed controls for AI systems or agents operating in production, or for home-built internal systems Have provided requirements for a homegrown GRC platform and worked with the engineers who build it You don't need to Have done everything on this list. The scarce combination this role exists for is framework ownership plus the judgment to tell whether a control actually works Write production code. The bar is fluency sufficient to read, query, and challenge Hold every certification. CISA, CISSP, or similar are welcome and not required Have prior AI-industry experience Logistics Education requirements: We require at least a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. About the role Anthropic's Safeguards organization builds the policies, evaluations, and detection and enforcement systems that define and hold the limits on how Claude can be used. Within Safeguards, our Policy, Enforcement, and Threat Intelligence teams work as one org: Policy Design defines what is and isn't allowed across harm areas, Enforcement detects and acts on violations, and Threat Intelligence investigates sophisticated misuse and emerging threats. That work runs across a lot of teams and moves fast. A single decision can touch model training, detection systems, product launches, legal review, and external communications. As the org's program manager, you'll keep all of it moving: tracking the portfolio across all three teams, running the processes that connect their work to each other and to the rest of the company, and making sure the right people are aligned before decisions land. Your work will include the operating rhythm (planning, priorities, status, and decision tracking), launch and release readiness across policy, enforcement, and threat intelligence workstreams, and the processes that support how we share our work externally, including blog posts, threat reports, and other publications. You'll work closely with the org's leadership to spot risks early, clear blockers, and keep everyone pointed in the same direction. This role is a good fit for someone who brings structure to ambiguous, fast-moving work without adding overhead, and who can earn the trust of policy experts, researchers, and engineers alike. Important context for this role: some of the work may involve exposure to explicit content, including material of a sexual, violent, or psychologically disturbing nature. It also may require late nights or weekend work. Key responsibilities Own cross-functional program management for the Policy Design, Enforcement and Threat Intel teams, keeping workstreams across harm areas on track and visible to leadership Run the team's operating rhythm: quarterly planning, priority setting, status tracking, and a clear record of decisions, who made them, and why Coordinate policy work with partner teams across research, product, engineering, legal, and communications, so dependencies are surfaced early and nothing lands on a partner as a surprise Drive readiness for policy, enforcement, and threat intelligence work tied to model launches and product releases, including timelines, reviews, and sign-offs Own the process for the org's external publications, including blog posts and threat reports, from idea through drafting, review, approvals, and publication Identify risks, blockers, and resourcing gaps across the portfolio, and escalate them with a proposed path forward Build lightweight processes and tools that make the team faster, and retire the ones that stop earning their keep Minimum qualifications Experience running cross-functional programs in a fast-moving technical environment, with a track record of shipping on time across teams you don't manage Ability to bring structure to ambiguous work: breaking big goals into plans, owners, and milestones, and keeping them current as priorities shift Strong written communication, including clear status updates, decision records, and summaries for executive audiences Experience managing review and approval processes with multiple stakeholders, such as publications, launches, or policy releases Judgment about when a process helps and when it's overhead, and a bias toward the lightest process that works Comfort working on sensitive topics and holding high standards for confidentiality Preferred qualifications Program management experience in trust & safety, product policy, enforcement operations, threat intelligence, or AI safety Familiarity with how AI models are developed and launched, and how policy, enforcement, and threat intelligence work plug into that cycle Experience coordinating external publications, research releases, or public communications Experience using AI tools, including agentic tools, to automate tracking, reporting, and other recurring program work The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.  For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $285,000 — $330,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study:  A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. Partner Account Manager - DACH
AnthropicMunich, Germany (Hybrid)31 days ago
InternshipHybridMid
concretemanufacturingprocurementinsurancesalesforcesales+10

About Anthropic Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. As Partner Account Manager you will help manage and execute the partnerships that accelerate Claude adoption, unlock new capabilities and drive outcomes for our joint customers across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will own a defined set of named partners end to end — a mix of (a) in-country DACH practices of our global system integrators (e.g. Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, PwC, BCG), where you work hand in hand with the GSI alliance owners who hold the global relationships, and (b) regional system integrators, consultancies and AI-native boutiques that DACH enterprises and the Mittelstand actually buy from. The DACH partner book is split between you and the Head of Partnerships DACH and CEE; for every partner assigned to you, you own the plan, the enablement path, the co-sell motion with our DACH sales team and the partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline that results from it. This is a builder role: partner-sourced pipeline in DACH is still a small fraction of our open pipeline, and there is a first playbook but no established machine. We need someone who has taken partnerships from zero to a repeatable revenue engine in this market before, not someone who has inherited and administered an existing partner book. Key responsibilities  Partner development and execution: Run each partner as a structured pursuit: stakeholder map (country lead, AI/data practice lead, alliance lead, key account partners), joint account plan, agreed target accounts and a quarterly cadence. For your assigned GSI country practices: activate the DACH teams against the global frameworks and translate them into concrete joint accounts. For your assigned regional SIs / boutiques: build the relationship from scratch (selection, onboarding into the Claude Partner Network, enablement, first joint deals). Guide partners in building repeatable Claude offerings (agentic engineering rollouts, agentic use cases, enterprise adoption programs) for the priority DACH industries: automotive and manufacturing, financial services and insurance, public sector, telco, pharma and chemicals. Drive co-selling with the DACH AEs, Applied AI and Technical Success teams: introduce partners into the right accounts, bring partner-sourced opportunities to sales, and make sure every partner-attached deal is tagged correctly in Salesforce. Performance and KPI ownership: Own and drive the KPIs for your portfolio: Partner delivered use-cases, partner-sourced pipeline, partner-influenced pipeline and revenue, consultants enabled and certified, partners progressing through CPN tiers, joint proposals submitted. Establish clear success metrics with each partner and drive regular business reviews against targets Report on partnership health, progress, and commercial outcomes with data-driven insights Every deal that runs through your partners must be set up for customer success and expansion: agree success criteria for joint accounts, make sure the partner delivers implementation and adoption support, and feed what you learn back into our partner program and the DACH sales team. Market development and brand building Represent Anthropic in the DACH partner ecosystem — partner events, joint customer events, and partner-led marketing in German. Adapt the global partner playbook to DACH buying behaviour (Mittelstand vs. DAX/SMI enterprises, long procurement cycles, works councils, preference for local delivery partners) and decide deliberately what not to copy. Navigate the regulatory and sovereignty topics that come up in almost every DACH deal (GDPR, EU AI Act, data residency, regulated industries such as banking and insurance) together with the partner and our internal experts. Build differentiated joint value propositions with partners so that Claude is the default recommendation of the DACH consulting ecosystem. You may be a good fit if you have: Builder mentality — comfortable starting from a small base and turning it into a scaled partner business; you enjoy doing the work yourself. 8+ years of partner / alliances / channel experience with system integrators and consultancies in DACH, ideally at a cloud, data or AI platform company. Existing relationships in the DACH practices of the large SIs and/or with the regional consultancies and boutiques — you know who runs the AI and data practices in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Data-driven, KPI-oriented and comfortable being measured on partner-sourced pipeline; a track record of driving incremental revenue through partners in DACH. History of protecting the customer experience and the brand through partners — you say no to partners that cannot deliver. Competitive drive — obsessed with winning and creating differentiation Collaborative — you work as an extension of the DACH sales team and with Applied AI, Technical Success, partner marketing and the global GSI alliance owners. Business-fluent German (C1+ / native) and English; able to run partner executive conversations and enablement sessions in German. Based in Germany and willing to travel regularly within DE / AT / CH and occasionally to London and San Francisco. Passion for AI and alignment with Anthropic's mission of beneficial AI development Working Relationships You will formally report to the International Partnerships leader, while your day-to-day work will be led by our DACH and CEE Partnerships leader who is based in Munich. You will also partner closely with Anthropic's regional sales leader and their Account Executives, as well as the in-region Customer Success and Technical Account Management teams. Location and Travel Based in Germany, ideally Munich; Berlin or Frankfurt are possible with regular time in Munich and with the sales team. Regular travel to partners and customers across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, plus occasional travel to London (partner leadership) and San Francisco (onboarding). The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.  For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: €160.000 — €220.000 EUR Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study:  A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. About the role Anthropic's Communications, Brand, and Marketing teams shape how people inside the company and around the world understand AI, its risks, and its benefits. They move fast, often through moments that make headlines. We're looking for a recruiting leader to run the team that hires for them. In this role you will lead a team of experienced recruiters and be the main recruiting partner to the leaders of these functions and their operations partners. The team is seasoned, and each recruiter brings deep context on the business. From day one you have two first priorities: the team you manage and the leaders you support. You might spend one hour coaching a recruiter through a hard search and the next working with a senior leader on how their organization needs to grow. Key responsibilities Lead, coach, and retain a team of senior recruiters, with a focus on fast and timely feedback Build deep trust with the leaders of Communications, Brand, and Marketing. Learn what they need, raise hiring risks early, and push back when the plan and the market don't match. Run a tight operation. Own headcount plans, pipeline data, and reporting, and keep them accurate enough that leaders and operations partners can plan from them. Use data to show where each search stands, where it is stuck, and what it will take to close. Work with the operations partners for these teams on headcount, planning, and priorities, and treat them as true partners. Set one consistent process across the team: how a search runs, how interviews are structured, how data stays clean, and how recruiters use our systems and Claude workflows. Hire recruiters onto your own team, including specialists in communications and brand hiring. Partner with Compensation, Finance, People Partners, and Recruiting Operations so that candidates and hiring teams get a clear, fair process. You may be a good fit if: You have managed recruiters, including senior recruiters, and maintained a strong team culture You have been the trusted recruiting partner to senior executives, and you can explain how you earned that trust. You run recruiting operations with rigor. You know your numbers, and your headcount and pipeline data hold up when someone checks them. You stay steady at a high pace for long stretches, and you keep your team steady too. You give and take direct feedback, and you handle hard conversations with care. You keep sensitive information confidential and use good judgment on sensitive searches. Strong candidates may also have: 10+ years of recruiting experience, including 5+ years managing recruiters or recruiting managers. Experience leading an executive search function, or owning a recruiting portfolio for Communications, Brand, Corporate Affairs, or Marketing. Experience supporting leaders whose work is public and high-stakes. Experience scaling a recruiting team at a fast-growing company. Fluency with recruiting systems and AI tools, and a record of teaching recruiters to use them well.
