Perks: Beautiful office in Seefeld, Zurich. You'll have real responsibility and influence - and a team that has your back. If you see something that could be improved, speak up - we're listening. Flexible hours and a flat hierarchy - we're results-oriented and don't micromanage. A multicultural team that learns together, including daily hands-on work with AI tools like Claude. 25 days holiday plus public holidays. Fair compensation and profit participation. Personal development opportunities, e.g. in 2026 we sent 10 people to Tony Robbins' UPW event. Du nutzt KI-Werkzeuge selbstverständlich in deiner Arbeit. Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
