Moonfare delivers what few others can: the highly sought-after funds and hidden-gem investments that go beyond what most private banks offer. Every opportunity is subjected to a ruthless vetting process; the bar is unforgivingly high. The result? Institutional-quality portfolios for investors who demand more. Our team combines finance veterans with talent from tech, consulting, law and industries you'd never expect. Headquartered in Berlin, we operate from eight offices across Europe, the US and Asia. If you're ready to build what's next in private markets, let's talk. (Senior) Brand Designer Moonfare is at an inflection point. We are 10 years in the making, with almost €4 billion in AUM and a new CMO recently in place, and the brand now carries more weight than it ever has. We are looking for a designer to make every surface we put in front of an investor look as though it was made on purpose. The person you are designing for is a partner at Freshfields, a Goldman MD, the principal of a small family office. They read curated material every day and they notice slippage immediately. Our reference points are Loro Piana, Aman, Cartier and Hauser & Wirth — houses that wear their authority quietly and let the object carry the brand. We are a gallery rather than a supermarket, and the craft has to hold at that standard across a fund brochure, a thirty-two word invitation, a billboard at WEF and a single slide in a sales deck. The Brand Designer joins Moonfare's Marketing team — a high-output team responsible for building the brand, setting standards of excellence, generating demand, and driving investor acquisition across global markets. You will work daily with Fund Marketing, Investor Relations and Compliance, and you will own the craft rather than coordinate it. This role reports to the CMO. AI tooling is business as usual in this team — Claude and Figma in the daily stack. The gain we want is not speed for its own sake. It is your hours moving from the mechanical end of production to the thinking. You Will: Own the craft on every investor-facing surface — fund brochures, the annual letter, invitations, event environments, sales decks, web pages, paid assets — and hold the line on quality when the deadline argues otherwise. Tighten and maintain the design system: type, grid, colour, photography, motion and templates that let non-designers produce work which still looks like us. Design the fund marketing design system alongside Fund Marketing, so that each launch is assembled rather than reinvented, and the material reads like an LP memo rather than a brochure. Take long-form and content design seriously — due diligence summaries, research, the annual letter — where the job is clarity and restraint rather than decoration. Design for physical objects and rooms as fluently as for screens: printed matter, direct mail, gifts, signage and event environments, GTM launches and private dinners. Work inside compliance rather than around it, treating risk warnings and disclosures as a design problem to be solved properly. Bring an AI-first mindset to the production stack — concepting, variation, retouching, resizing and versioning — so that more of your time goes to the thinking and less to the mechanical. Art-direct external partners including photographers, illustrators, agencies and printers, and brief them well enough that the output needs little rescuing. The Next Moonfarian: You bring six or more years of design experience, with a portfolio that shows editorial and brand craft rather than campaign volume. You have designed for a luxury house, a gallery or museum, a serious publication or a premium consumer brand — or you can show that you understand that register and want to work in it. You bring an AI-native mindset — you use AI tools in your day-to-day and you have views on where they sharpen the work and where they flatten it. You are equally fluent in print and digital, and you have shipped physical work: something printed, bound, packaged or installed. You bring hands-on command of Figma and the Adobe suite You give feedback as well as take it, and you can explain a design decision to a non-designer without defensiveness or jargon. You can work at pace inside a regulated industry and you see compliance as a design constraint rather than a blocker. This role is unlikely to be a good match if you: Need a fully written brief before you can start. A good deal of this work begins as a conversation and a deadline. Prefer to direct rather than make. This is a hands-on role and the person in it designs every day. Are happiest producing high volumes of performance creative. Our channel mix is deliberately narrow, and quality of execution matters more here than volume of message. Find restraint frustrating rather than freeing. Our brand is built on hairline rules, whitespace and type weight rather than colour and ornament. Prefer to work at arm's length from the business. You will sit with Fund Marketing, Investor Relations and Compliance constantly. Invest in Yourself: Ownership and Impact: You are empowered to bring ideas, make decisions, and see your work directly contribute to Moonfare's success. Transparent Environment: We believe in open communication. You will receive regular updates on company strategy, performance against our KPIs, and key business decisions. Personal Growth: We support your development with an individual growth budget of £1,500 or 2% of your base salary (whichever is higher). Invest in Your Future: We support your long-term financial goals with a workplace pension via SmartPension, where Moonfare contributes 3% and combined employer and employee contributions reach at least 8%. Relax and Recharge: You start with 25 vacation days and you'll receive one additional day for each year of tenure, up to a maximum of 30 days. Moonfare gifts two days during our annual end of year company shutdown. Daily Lunch: Enjoy a £12 daily lunch allowance via Deliveroo on the days you're in the London office, delivered or ready to pick up nearby. Fitness and Wellbeing: Stay active with a subsidised FitnessFirst membership, with £30 covered by Moonfare each month and no joining fee, plus a monthly guest pass and company wellness events. Health Cover: Look after your health with private medical and dental cover through Bupa, including Select Complete Healthcare across 600 partner facilities and Dental Plan Level 2, with dependants covered up to age 24. Cycle to Work: Ride in tax-efficiently through our salary-sacrifice scheme via Forest, available for an eBike or eMoped. A Culture of Excellence: Join a team of ambitious, smart, and committed professionals who are passionate about revolutionising private market investing. Performance Reward: As a performance-first company, we reward strong performance twice a year, so your impact translates directly into how your pay grows — through potential base salary increases and/or bonuses. Our Values: Our clients come first, Moonfare comes second, and we prioritise ourselves third — Client-Centric Focus. Putting clients first means creating value for them is essential. Placing Moonfare second signifies that our individual professional future at Moonfare depends on the company's commercial success. Prioritising ourselves third reflects our humility in putting clients and Moonfare before personal interests. We pursue excellence and honor our promises — Commitment to Excellence. We hold ourselves to the highest standards, taking responsibility for our failures, and celebrating our successes. We commit to deadlines and stick to them and we learn from our mistakes. We are here to win and to celebrate our collective achievements — Win together. We are mission-focused and think and act like owners. We exemplify the attitude we expect and each of us commits to do what it takes to succeed. We foster personal growth but each of us earns our place as a Moonfarian through merit — Growth and Merit. We hire, retain, and develop exceptional people and invest in empowering them to excel. We must all earn our place at the table every day. Company Description We're Checkout.com . You might not know our name, but companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony do, because we're behind many of the digital experiences you use every day. We are where the world checks out, enabling over 10 billion transactions yearly for more than one billion global shoppers. Whether you want to book a holiday, order food, renew a subscription, or check out online, there's a good chance our tech powers the payments behind the scenes. Our platform helps the most ambitious businesses deliver effortless digital experiences, at scale. If you want to do career-defining work, you've come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact. With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we're shaping the future of fintech – and we're just getting started. About the team You'll join a Design org of over 30 specialists spanning Product Design, Research, Content, and Technical Writing. Design at Checkout is an AI-native organization — AI is baked into our end-to-end process, and we've led transformational AI work in the recent past. This role sits within Product Design, dedicated to a new, high-growth product area we're building from the ground up. Reporting to a Senior Director of Product Design, you'll work from our London office 3 days a week in a hybrid capacity. The role You'll be the individual contributor design lead for a nascent product area — a near zero-to-one space where you define the direction, not follow a roadmap. You'll lead through craft rather than hierarchy, thrive with few guardrails, and also pick up high-priority work across adjacent domains while the new area matures. What you'll do Own design vision, strategy and execution for a new product area, from discovery to launch. Partner as an equal with Product and Engineering leadership, and advocate for users in senior forums. Ship high-craft, mobile-first experiences on native iOS and Android, grounded in research and data. Set the quality bar, mentor others, and contribute to our global design system. What success looks like A clear design vision and strategy is set for the area, trusted by Product and Engineering leadership. Foundational, mobile-first experiences ship from zero-to-one — with at least one major initiative delivered end-to-end and measurable impact. You're the go-to design expert for the area, and peers treat your craft as the bar. What you'll bring Research shows that some people are less likely to apply for a role unless they meet every requirement. If you're excited about this role and meet most of what's below, we'd love to hear from you — we're most interested in how you think, build, and navigate relationships and ambiguity. Staff- or Principal-level design craft, delivered autonomously and end-to-end. A track record of taking products from zero-to-one in ambiguous, fast-moving spaces. Ownership of complex domains, partnering closely with Product and Engineering. Experience shipping native mobile (iOS and Android) experiences. Decisions grounded in research and data, with advanced Figma and design-systems fluency. Strategic presence with senior stakeholders, and fluency bringing AI into your design workflow. Nice to have Experience in payments, fintech, SaaS or e-commerce, ideally B2B. Exposure to high-growth startups or incubator / accelerator programs. Interest in moving into people leadership as the area scales. Additional Information Bring all of you to work We create the conditions for high performers to thrive, through real ownership, fewer blockers, and work that makes a difference from day one. Here, you'll move fast, take on meaningful challenges, and be recognized for the impact you deliver. It's a place where ambition gets met with opportunity, and where your growth is in your hands. We work as one team, and we back each other to succeed. So whatever your background or identity, if you're ready to grow and make a difference, you'll be right at home here. It's important we set you up for success and make our process as accessible as possible. So let us know in your application, or tell your recruiter directly, if you need anything to make your experience or working environment more comfortable. Life at Checkout.com We understand that work is just one part of your life. Our hybrid working model offers flexibility, with three days per week in the office to support collaboration and connection. Curious about what it's like to be part of our team? At Sanity.io , we're building the future of AI-powered Content Operations. Our AI Content Operating System gives teams the freedom to model, create, and automate content the way their business works, accelerating digital development and supercharging content operations efficiency. Companies like SKIMS , Figma , Riot Games , Anthropic , Spotify and Puma are using Sanity to power and automate their content operations. We're looking for a German speaker who's built and closed net-new enterprise deals in complex technical products, who blows past growth targets more often than they hit them, and who can turn what they learn about a customer into an account plan the whole team can act on. We care less about a perfect résumé match than clear communication, an entrepreneurial streak, and real curiosity about where your customers' industries are headed. What you would do Grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, mostly through net-new business: new teams, new use cases, business units that haven't bought Sanity yet. Build your own pipeline instead of waiting for one, and be the advisor customers call before they've even decided to make a move. Run consultative sales cycles start to finish and create expansion inside accounts you already own. Treat renewals as one chapter in a bigger growth story, not the finish line. Prove ROI to the exec who signs the contract and to the editor who lives in Studio every day. Keep account plans current, with next steps tied to what the customer and the company actually need. Partner with Product and other teams to surface opportunities and kill problems before they escalate. Watch customer health and usage data, and act on it early, not at renewal time. Follow your customers' industries closely enough to have a real point of view. About you Sold net-new into enterprise organizations where a deal means procurement, security review, and half a dozen people who all need convincing, and built that pipeline yourself. Can point to real numbers on revenue, expansion, and account growth. Know how to find the actual decision-maker, earn executive buy-in, and build relationships that outlast any single deal. Consultative, not pushy: read usage data and turn it into a business conversation, talking architecture with a technical lead in one meeting and ROI with a CFO in the next. Ideally some CMS background, or experience selling API-based products in SaaS, CPaaS, or PaaS. Clear, direct written and verbal communication. Comfort working in Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Looker, and G-Suite. Fluency in German and English. Entrepreneurial mindset: hands-on, creative, team-oriented, happier building a process than waiting for one. What we can offer: A highly-skilled, inspiring, and supportive team Positive, flexible, and trust-based work environment that encourages long-term professional and personal growth A global, multi-culturally diverse group of colleagues and customers Comprehensive health plans and perks A healthy work-life balance that accommodates individual and family needs Competitive salary and stock options program Who we are: Sanity.io is a modern, flexible content operating system that replaces rigid legacy content management systems. One of our big differentiators is treating content as data so that it can be stored in a single source of truth, but seamlessly adapted and personalized for any channel without extra effort. Forward-thinking companies choose Sanity because they can create tailored content authoring experiences, customized workflows, and content models that reflect their business. Sanity recently raised a $85m Series C led by GP Bullhound and is also backed by leading investors like ICONIQ Growth, Threshold Ventures, Heavybit and Shopify, as well as founders of companies like Vercel, WPEngine, Twitter, Mux, Netlify and Heroku. This funding round has put Sanity in a strong position for accelerated growth in the coming years. You can only build a great company with a great culture. Sanity is a 200+ person company with highly committed and ambitious people. We are pioneers , we exist for our customers , we are hel ved , and we love type two fun ! Read more about our values here ! Sanity.io pledges to be an organization that reflects the globally diverse audience that our product serves. We believe that in addition to hiring the best talent, a diversity of perspectives, ideas, and cultures leads to the creation of better products and services. We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, marital status, disability, or gender identity. You'll work closely with designers, product managers, researchers and engineers, and collaborate across Technical Writing, Creative Brand, Support, Legal and other teams. The role may also contribute to other product areas as priorities evolve. What you'll do Bring content design into early product thinking, helping teams clarify problems, concepts and priorities. Design and refine end-to-end journeys, using research, insight and testing to improve comprehension and usability. Create practical guidance, terminology and reusable patterns that help teams deliver consistently as the product evolves. Explain decisions clearly, build alignment across functions and contribute to ways of working across the Design organisation. What success looks like Content foundations are clear, adopted and used consistently across the domain. Key journeys are easier to understand and use, with stronger comprehension and usability. Content design has a visible influence on product decisions and ways of working across the domain, with useful contributions to the wider Design organisation. If you're excited about this role and think you might be a fit, but your experience doesn't line up perfectly with everything below, we encourage you to still apply. We're most interested in how you think, build, and navigate relationships and ambiguity. Hands-on experience in content design or UX writing for digital products, including ownership of end-to-end product journeys. Experience defining reusable UX content patterns and systems, not only writing individual screens. Ability to simplify complex or regulated topics in plain language, without relying on jargon. Experience bringing clarity to ambiguous or early-stage product problems and helping teams move from ideas to usable experiences. Evidence of using research, insight, analytics or testing to inform, validate and improve product decisions. Clear communication, sound product and content judgement, and hands-on collaboration with cross-functional teams using tools such as Figma and other evolving product workflows. Nice to have Experience in payments, fintech or complex B2B SaaS environments. Experience building content foundations or ways of working for a new or developing product area. Experience using AI-assisted tools in product design or content workflows, with the judgement to evaluate and improve their outputs. About Voodoo Voodoo is a consumer tech company founded in Paris in 2013, with one mission: entertain the world. Today we are 1,000 people, generating $1b+ in annual revenue, profitably. Our games and apps have passed 7 billion downloads and reach 200 million+ active users every month, making Voodoo the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in downloads, after Google and Meta. We were backed by Goldman Sachs, Tencent and GBL along the way. Team Our Gaming team is made up of hybrid-casual, casual and mid-core experts. Our 'Core' games team supports internal and external studios worldwide in creating, developing and launching new hit games, whilst our 'Live' games team focuses on delivering higher engagement on our existing and successful games. You'll join the Portfolio Games Team (PGT) within Live: a small, tech-first and AI-first team that manages and grows a catalogue of 40+ live mobile games played by millions of users worldwide, with many more titles being onboarded. We own the full lifecycle, from game health monitoring and A/B testing to ASO, release management and live operations. To do this at portfolio scale we are building Sophia , our in-house AI agent that already manages games, runs A/B tests and automates store work across dozens of games. Our goal is simple: take humans out of the repetitive loop so the team can focus on making the product better. Role We are looking for a freelance Technical Artist to bridge art and engineering in an AI-first studio. Our development side already moves fast with Sophia; art production is now the bottleneck. Your mission is to set up the conventions, tools and pipelines that let AI generate, check and integrate 2D and 3D assets across our portfolio with minimal human intervention. By Q1 2027 we want Sophia running full art and 3D flows end to end, and you will be key to getting there. You will work day to day with our dev lead and the engineer who owns our AI/Figma/Unity art workflows, and with the art team. Define art conventions and standards (naming, structure, layout rules for UI, banners and store assets) so that assets can be produced and validated automatically, not hand-polished one by one Build tools and scripts in art software (Maya, plus Photoshop/Illustrator where useful) that check and fix assets automatically, e.g. validating that 3D meshes are watertight, within poly budgets and correctly set up, so an AI agent can run them as part of a pipeline Optimise 3D models and meshes (topology, polygon count, UVs, LODs) and textures (compression, sizes, atlases) for mobile, without sacrificing visual quality Own the Unity import pipeline: import settings, asset post-processors and automation so assets land in our games correctly and consistently Integrate AI generation tools (image, 3D, animation) into production workflows and evaluate new ones as they appear Help scale animated assets (e.g. animated store banners and promo visuals) across many games through templates and automation rather than manual work Debug and fix graphical and performance issues across mobile devices; support shaders, VFX and particles where needed Document everything so the pipelines keep running and improving after setup Profile 5+ years as a Technical Artist, ideally in mobile games Hands-on experience using AI in art production (e.g. Scenario, Flux, 3D generation tools, ComfyUI or similar), and a mindset of automating rather than perfecting by hand Strong understanding of 3D models and meshes and how to optimise them; you don't need to be a 3D modeller, but you know what makes a mesh production-ready Strong Unity skills: asset import and optimisation, C# scripting for editor tools; Shader Graph/HLSL, VFX and particles are a plus Experience building tooling for art software, in particular Maya (Python and/or MEL) Solid grounding in Photoshop and Illustrator: the "art" in technical art matters to us Good understanding of mobile constraints (performance, memory, draw calls, batching) Autonomous, pragmatic and deadline-driven: you know when an asset is good enough and move on Fluent written and spoken English Nice to have Python scripting outside art tools (pipelines, batch processing, APIs) Experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) and LLM-based agents Figma, and experience with UI/store assets for mobile games (ASO) Substance or similar texturing tools; GPU profiling Find more English Speaking Jobs in France on Arbeitnow
Warum LPE Immobilien? Was wir dir bieten Eine seltene Ausgangslage. Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
About BlaBlaCar BlaBlaCar is the world's leading community-based travel app enabling 27 million members a year to carpool or travel by bus in 21 countries. Our team of 800 employees counts over 50 nationalities and is spread across our 5 global offices, 30% working fully remotely. Your Mission We're looking for a Brand Designer who lives and breathes design. Someone who evolves a brand with taste and restraint, obsesses over craft and detail, and never loses the idea underneath. You'll own brand design work end to end, from concept to pixel to motion, keeping BlaBlaCar's identity coherent, distinctive and alive as it scales. This isn't a ticket-executor role. It's for a designer with an ownable point of view, someone who can defend a creative decision in a room full of stakeholders and make the brand better every time they touch it. The Team You'll join our lean, senior, craft-obsessed in-house Brand Design team, reporting to the Brand Design Lead. We own the brand across every touchpoint, from the refresh being deployed at scale to campaigns and video. We don't separate strategy from craft: for us they're the same act. Internal stakeholders: Growth Team, Local Markets (FR & BR), Product Design, Brand strategy, plus a pool of specialist freelancers. Your Responsibilities Own brand projects end to end: from brief and concept through to polished, production-ready craft, across campaigns and the brand refresh system. Evolve the brand system tastefully: extend and refine our visual language (type, colour, layout, illustration and motion) so it stays consistent and distinctive as it scales. Turn strategy into craft: make work where concept and execution speak the same language, and sweat every detail: typography, composition, grid, consistency. Design in motion: bring the system to life with animation and motion design across social, video and digital surfaces, thinking in movement and pacing, in service of clarity rather than decoration. Design at the forefront of technology: bring AI and emerging tools into the craft tastefully and with purpose, using them to help evolve the brand and serve the work, never letting the tool drive the idea. Partner across stakeholders: collaborate with Marketing, Local Markets and Product, presenting, defending and aligning your work with people at all levels. Keep the source of truth current: maintain guidelines, components and assets, and push new formats and references rather than only running the existing playbook. Who You Are Experience: 5 to 8 years in brand or creative design, in-house or agency, with a concept-led, systems-driven portfolio and a strong visual point of view carried through to finished execution. Design obsession: you follow the studios, designers and trends, and you can say why work is good, with the taste to know when to add and when to restrain. Craft: expert in Figma and strong across the Adobe suite, including After Effects and motion design. Strong command of typography, layout systems, colour, illustration and motion (composition, colour and pacing). AI and emerging tools: fluent with AI-assisted design workflows and curious about what's next, with the judgment to put them in service of the brand rather than the other way around. Autonomy: runs work from concept to production independently, on projects of increasing complexity. Languages: full fluency in English is mandatory. If you don't meet 100% of the qualifications outlined above, tell us why you'd still be a great fit for this role in your application! What we have to offer Hybrid position 4 additional weeks on top of legal maternity/paternity leaves 50% healthcare coverage (Alan) Financial support for home office equipment Minimum 25 days holiday per year Local meal plan policy (Swile card) 50% transportation paid (Forfait Mobilité Durable) Free unlimited carpooling & bus rides Personal growth via trainings, mentorship, and internal mobility programs Employee Stock ownership plan Regular team building events 1 day off per year to test our product Interested in joining the ride? Here's what your hiring journey will look like: A 45-min video call with Talent Acquisition. A 45-min video call with the Brand Design Team. Remote portfolio and design exercise, followed by a 45-min presentation to a cross-functional panel. Final validation call with the Growth VP. BlaBlaCar is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. Find Jobs in France on Arbeitnow
