QA Engineer (Web, App & Payments) Hybrid Amsterdam, Noord-Holland, Netherlands Technology Job description About Us Creative Clicks is a leading global marketing agency with offices worldwide and 200+ professionals. Since 2009, we've been empowering brands, publishers, and marketers to attract and engage customers at scale with cutting-edge technology and creativity. We live by our Triple E philosophy: Energetic, Entrepreneurial, Experts. And our motto: One team. One dream. The Role We're looking for a QA Engineer to own quality across our web funnels, mobile app, and payment flows. In this role, you are the last line of defence before every release: you decide whether we ship, and you make sure fast iteration never comes at the cost of a broken checkout or a stuck subscription. You'll work hand in hand with our backend, frontend, and Flutter developers, as well as the Funnel Ops team, to validate critical user journeys, reproduce the edge cases nobody else can, and steadily replace manual checks with automation. This is an AI-enabled role: you'll use AI tooling to generate test cases, speed up bug reproduction, and write automation scripts, so you spend more time on the hard problems and less on repetition. Key Responsibilities Own release QA: build test plans and regression suites, and make the go/no-go call for every release. Validate our critical flows end to end: onboarding, paywalls, checkout, payments, and subscription state transitions. Reproduce and document bugs clearly, coordinate fixes with engineering, and verify resolutions before they ship. Grow our automation coverage: automate repetitive tests, maintain release checklists, and drive down escaped defects. Classify bug severity and set the escalation path within QA's scope. Document QA processes and playbooks in Confluence so quality practices scale with the team. Use AI-enabled tooling to accelerate test coverage, bug reproduction, and scripting. Job requirements What We're Looking For You are structured but pragmatic. You like breaking things on purpose, you don't sign off on something you haven't seen work, and you stay calm when a release is on the line. Must-haves: 3+ years of experience in QA or test engineering for web and/or mobile products. Hands-on experience testing payment and subscription flows with modern providers (Stripe, Adyen, PayPal, or similar): checkout, card and wallet payments, 3DS, trials, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and working with test modes and webhooks. Experience building automated UI tests with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar, in JavaScript/TypeScript. Able to investigate unstable runs, fix flaky tests, and tell a broken test from a broken product. Experience testing mobile applications (including Flutter) and web applications in browsers and in-app browsers, using real device clouds such as BrowserStack or LambdaTest. Comfortable working with APIs and verifying behaviour through data: REST and GraphQL, querying services and admin tools, and checking analytics events. Strong bug reporting skills: clear reproduction steps, severity assessment, and root-cause thinking. Comfortable making and defending release readiness decisions with engineering and product stakeholders; experience in cross-functional teams with frequent releases. Professional working proficiency in English, written and spoken. Nice-to-haves: Analytics and event verification: Mixpanel, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel. Familiarity with products where a web funnel sells a subscription plus upsells, with content delivered via mobile and web apps. Experience with quiz-based funnels and performance marketing traffic. CI and reporting: Jenkins or GitHub Actions, Allure, or similar. Experience running load tests. Experience using AI assistants for test generation, debugging, and QA workflows. What Makes You Successful Here At Creative Clicks, our top performers: Take initiative and ownership. Focus on solutions, not obstacles. Stay grounded, even under pressure. Collaborate closely with their teams. Continuously deepen their expertise to inspire others. What We Offer A highly dynamic and fast-growing working environment. An international company with more than 25 nationalities. Competitive salary and fully paid commuting expenses. 25 days of annual leave (plus the option to buy 10 more), with a healthy work-life balance and hybrid work setup. A place to learn, discover, and develop yourself. Warm daily lunch in the office. A fun, ambitious, and young team of colleagues. A recently renovated, beautiful office just 2 minutes from Leidseplein in Amsterdam. Creative Clicks is proud to be a diverse and equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law. Selection decisions are solely based on job-related factors. Apply Now Ready to be the reason our releases ship with confidence? Apply now and join us at Creative Clicks. We've scaled to $200M+ in ARR , with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI, Graceview, Cadastral, and Wexler. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you're driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. What you'll be doing Let's get the tricky part out of the way: this role doesn't fit neatly into a traditional box. It combines tax or audit expertise, product knowledge, client relationships and practical implementation. As a Legal Engineer in our Paris team, you'll help tax and audit professionals put AI to work in their day-to-day practice. You'll work with clients from the first demonstration through pilots, onboarding and wider adoption, understanding what they need and building workflows that hold up in real engagements. Some of what you'll be doing: Understand the work. Work with tax partners, audit leaders and their teams to identify where Legora can make a meaningful difference, from tax research and advisory to evidence review and audit documentation. Build and test workflows. Translate client needs into working use cases, check outputs against source material and professional standards, and refine the approach with the people using it. Run demonstrations and training. Lead clear, practical sessions grounded in the client's own work, adapting your approach for practitioners, partners and innovation teams. Own pilots and rollouts. Agree what success looks like, keep stakeholders and timelines aligned, and help teams move from initial experimentation to regular use. Support commercial conversations. Work alongside Go-to-Market and Customer Success colleagues to demonstrate value, address objections and identify opportunities to expand adoption across teams and service lines. Help improve the product. Bring client needs and product gaps back to Product and Engineering with clear examples and enough evidence to act on. Make good work reusable. Turn successful engagements into templates, guides and playbooks that colleagues and clients can use again. What you bring You come from tax, audit, assurance or a closely related advisory practice. You may have trained at a Big Four firm, worked at another professional services firm, or built your experience in an in-house function. Perhaps you've already moved into innovation, technology implementation or consulting. You understand the pressure of client deadlines, the importance of defensible conclusions and how much work sits behind a finished report or piece of advice. You also have ideas about how that work could be done better. You'll thrive in this role if you: Have practical experience in tax or audit and can discuss the work credibly with experienced practitioners. You don't need to be a specialist in both. Are genuinely curious about generative AI and enjoy learning new tools. You don't need to be a software engineer or have held a Legal Engineering role before. Communicate clearly, whether you're explaining a technical concept, leading a workshop or handling a difficult question from a partner. Can organize a engagement, keep commitments, and flag problems early Understand the commercial realities of professional services, including engagement economics, client expectations and the balance between speed and quality. Take initiative, respond well to feedback and learn quickly when faced with an unfamiliar problem. Communicate fluently in French and English. Are based in Paris, or willing to relocate, and able to work from the office five days per week. A few more things You'll join a growing Tax & Audit team with room to shape how we work. There is real autonomy and responsibility, alongside colleagues who will challenge your thinking and help you develop. We're hiring across seniority levels. Whether you're earlier in your career or bring substantial experience, we'd like to hear from you. Your title and scope will reflect your experience and what you demonstrate during the hiring process. If you know tax or audit and want to help build how technology is used in the profession, we'd like to meet you. Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work. We welcome people of all backgrounds and don't discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. You don't need a perfect background to join our team. If you're driven and curious, there's a path for you. We back our people to grow into new domains and take on challenges beyond their previous experience. Role Summary The Senior AI Engineer (Agents & Applications) will design, build, and operate production-grade agentic systems that coordinate, optimize, and automate decision-making across the design-build-operate lifecycle of AI factories. The role is a core contributor to the AI & Applications team's Model-to-Grid product, connecting models, inference endpoints, benchmark intelligence, validated workload recipes, job-scheduler decisions, infrastructure telemetry, AI-factory operations, and grid-related constraints into safe, explainable, and measurable workflows. The role will build more than conversational co-pilots. It will create agentic applications that ingest and reason over time-series telemetry, logs, traces, events, scheduler state, benchmark results, configuration data, operational documentation, incident records, and multimodal sources where appropriate. These applications will help engineers, operators, and customers move from observation to diagnosis, recommendation, planning, simulation, controlled execution, verification, and continuous improvement. The engineer will define and implement the underlying agent architecture and engineering framework: orchestration, state and memory management, retrieval, tool use, specialized sub-agents, evaluation, safety controls, human approvals, observability, and deployment. The role will use fit-for-purpose self-hosted and external model endpoints, with close integration to the team's inference platform. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and operate agentic applications supporting AI-factory planning, commissioning, validation, workload onboarding, benchmark analysis, model and recipe optimisation, scheduling, operations, maintenance, incident response, and continuous improvement. Define reference architectures for single-agent, multi-agent, workflow-based, eventdriven, and human-in-the-loop agentic systems. Build orchestration workflows using appropriate agent frameworks and libraries, such as LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Microsoft AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, PydanticAI, Haystack, DSPy, or equivalent custom-built frameworks. Select the appropriate architecture for each use case rather than applying multi-agent patterns by default: Deterministic workflow and state-machine architectures for repeatable, high-confidence operational processes. Planner-executor architectures for decomposing complex investigation, planning, and remediation tasks. Supervisor-worker or manager-worker architectures for coordinating specialist domain agents. Router architectures for selecting the right model, tool, knowledge source, workflow, or specialist agent. Reflection, critic, verifier, or judge patterns for quality assurance, validation, and safety checks. Event-driven architectures for responding to telemetry anomalies, workload failures, scheduler events, benchmark regressions, and operational alerts. Human-in-the-loop architectures for high-impact recommendations, privileged actions, or changes to production environments. Build specialist agents for relevant Model-to-Grid and AI-factory domains, such as: Benchmark-analysis and performance-diagnosis agents. Workload recipe and runtime-configuration recommendation agents. Inference-endpoint selection, capacity, and optimization agents. Kubernetes and job-scheduler diagnostic agents. GPU-topology, network, RDMA, storage, and utilization-analysis agents. AI-factory health, capacity, maintenance, and operational-triage agents. Documentation, knowledge, incident-review, and runbook-execution assistants. Thermal domain specific monitoring and optimization agents. Power domain specific monitoring and optimization agents. Grid-integration specific monitoring and optimization agents. Develop the intelligent coordination layer for Model-to-Grid, enabling agents to reason across model characteristics, inference and training configuration, validated recipes, GPU resources, topology, scheduling policies, network and storage performance, capacity, power, thermal conditions, health signals, and operational constraints. Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using a combination of vector retrieval, hybrid search, metadata filtering, reranking, structured-data queries, graphbased retrieval where valuable, source attribution, and permission-aware access controls. Use tools such as pgvector, OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, Milvus, Weaviate, Pinecone, Qdrant, Neo4j, or equivalent data and retrieval platforms as appropriate to the product architecture and deployment environment. Design knowledge-ingestion pipelines for documentation, runbooks, ticketing systems, configuration repositories, benchmark reports, experiment records, cluster state, telemetry catalogues, incident reports, and approved internal knowledge sources. Build data and context pipelines that combine unstructured knowledge with structured operational data, including metrics, logs, traces, events, time-series databases, scheduler queues, job states, resource inventories, and configuration-management data. Integrate agents with governed tools and APIs, including Kubernetes, proprietary scheduler services, observability platforms, benchmark services, inference endpoints, configuration repositories, CI/CD pipelines, ticketing systems, workflow engines, databases, and operational tooling. Define tool contracts using structured input and output schemas, typed interfaces, validation, retries, idempotency controls, rate limits, timeouts, circuit breakers, approval requirements, and detailed audit logging. Build robust agent harnesses that provide context assembly, model routing, prompt and policy versioning, structured output handling, memory management, state persistence, retries, failure handling, task recovery, escalation, and end-to-end tracing. Implement short-term task memory, long-term user or operational memory where permitted, episodic memory for prior investigations or incidents, and semantic memory based on approved knowledge stores; apply retention, access-control, and datagovernance requirements to each. Implement model-routing and fallback strategies across self-hosted inference endpoints and approved external models, selecting models according to task complexity, latency, cost, context-window requirement, tool-use capability, privacy needs, and reliability targets. Partner with the Self-Hosted Inference Platform & Optimization team to ensure that agentic applications have suitable endpoint profiles for planning, reasoning, embeddings, reranking, summarization, classification, tool use, multimodal analysis, and high-throughput operational workflows. Build agent workflows for detection, diagnosis, recommendation, planning, action simulation, controlled execution, verification, and learning loops. Develop offline replay, simulation, shadow-mode, and what-if evaluation capabilities to validate recommendations before allowing actions in production—especially for scheduler policies, workload placement, runtime changes, capacity decisions, and operational remediation. Design human approval and policy enforcement workflows that clearly present an agent's evidence, recommendation, expected impact, proposed action, confidence, risk classification, authorization scope, and rollback option. Work with the Security Engineer to implement defense-in-depth controls against direct and indirect prompt injection, insecure output handling, excessive agency, unsafe tool use, data leakage, cross-tenant exposure, privilege escalation, credential misuse, unauthorized actions, and insufficient auditability. Use policy engines, guardrail frameworks, structured output validation, content and tool filters, permission checks, sandboxing, and allowlisted action patterns to ensure that agent behavior remains bounded and trustworthy. Implement agent observability using tracing, metrics, logs, prompt and model version tracking, tool-call records, evaluation results, token and cost tracking, user feedback, incident evidence, and action audit trails. Build and maintain evaluation frameworks using automated tests, curated test sets, simulation, replay, benchmark tasks, regression suites, model-based evaluators, human review, and operational-outcome measures. Evaluate agents on task completion, factuality, groundedness, retrieval quality, diagnostic accuracy, recommendation quality, tool-selection accuracy, tool-execution correctness, policy compliance, latency, cost, safety, and user or operator satisfaction. Partner with the Kubernetes and custom scheduler team to consume and explain queue state, placement rationale, topology information, capacity signals, workload lifecycle events, policy outcomes, and performance data. Partner with the Model-to-Grid product, inference, Platform, SDI, Security, UX, and global operations teams to turn agent capabilities into clear product workflows, production releases, runbooks, and measurable user and operational outcomes. About Atira Atira builds the commercial brain for industrials. Our agents 10x the sales engineers of today by offering the complete toolbox of tasks needed in complex environments. They handle everything from extracting and classifying requirements from incoming RFQs, to orchestrating communication and information retrieval across multiple stakeholders and systems, to generating outcomes like documentation, production system inputs, or configuration recommendations. CRM. Atira. ERP. We are one of the fastest growing teams in Munich and are looking for you to join us! Why Product is the only role that sees the whole thing "If I had asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses." - Henry Ford Our FDEs go deeper into a single customer than anyone else at Atira. What nobody can see from inside one account is the shape that all the accounts share. You hold the version of the problem that is bigger than any single customer's description of it, and you break it into steps small enough to ship every month. Then you defend it. Every deployment produces requests: A few are the next platform feature, most are a customer-specific detour that should never be touched. You are the person who cares the most about consolidating solutions and has the technical depth to do something about it, which means you decide what comes in and what does not. As Atira scales we build industry-specific pods: FDE, AE, BDR and Product Marketer, led by a GTM Engineer. Pods go deep. Product goes wide. Everything a pod learns has to end up in one platform, and you are the reason it does. Make sure we do not chase faster horses. What you will do Own the problem, not the request. You understand which customer's ask is part of which bigger problem and you hold the maximum version of where this goes. Then you do the more challenging half: turning it into opinionated steps that ship, each one compounding into the next, so what we build becomes a staircase instead of a pile of features Decide what scales and what doesn't. You sit at the boundary between customer work and the core engineering team. You turn recurring patterns into features and you kill the rest. In an ideal world you are opinioonated on every FDE PR that touches shared code or introduces a customer-specific path Build the agents that make Atira work. You go deep on each customer's technical sales process, understanding it in all its details. You extend our harness to solve the most complex job functions of our users: how to configure machines according to the engineering experts, how to price large service agreements for billion dollar infrastructure projects, or how to automate the multi-stakeholder internal communication. And you can translate that into code Ship the platform end to end. Full-stack feature conceptualization and execution, from the harness through the UI a sales engineer actually uses Collect Feedback in front of the users that ultimately are your sounding board What we are looking for Taste, ownership, and systems thinking. You can build almost anything now, which makes judgment about what to build the bottleneck. You see the problem behind the request, you decide in the absence of a brief, you say no to founders and to customers with reasoning that survives the room, and you own the outcome including the downside. Your profile Systems thinking, in both directions. Upward: you find the problem behind the request and can hold a version of it bigger than what any single customer describes. Downward: you see the second-order effects, that one per-customer config field means a migration on every future deployment and one more thing every FDE explains in onboarding. Taste you can point at. You can show us things you have built and shipped that you are proud of, and a clear opinion on what you deliberately left out. Deep software engineering fundamentals underneath a native use of agents. Strong Python, TypeScript or a related language. You judge and ship production-grade code, and you can review someone else's. Practical exposure to AI engineering (agents, harnesses, evals, RAG), deeper system design understanding or infra knowledge Demonstrated ownership and initiative: a company you started, a leading role in a student initiative, an open-source project, a serious side build, or a role where you owned an outcome others would have delegated You get excited by complex hardware. You can explain in your own words why an agentic sales engineer at an ETO manufacturer is a business worth building, and what Atira is trying to become What you'll get Real ownership: you'll be one of the early team members and shape both product and architecture as well as work closely with customers Strong peers: work with people who have built and shipped AI systems in industrial environments at scale before, and the chance to learn directly from them Impactful work: your code is deployed all across Europe's and US industrial backbone, affecting how complex products and services are sold and configured worldwide Competitive salary & equity package and additional benefits including Wellpass, JobRad and company dinners Most importantly: collaborate & thrive in a high-performing but caring culture. We will own the industrial sales function, but we will do so with modesty and integrity What success looks like after a few months Someone new can hear you describe what we are building and walk away with the same picture the founders have, plus a clear view of which step comes next You have contributed your own thoughts to our general product vision and conceptualized a clear path forward to implement high prio features You have shipped full-stack features and agents into production that are used across multiple accounts, and every one of them came from a request that showed up at more than one customer The FDEs say the platform got easier to deploy, not harder Your no's carry as much weight as your yes's, with the founders and with customers Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
