Luxury Presence is building the AI growth platform for real estate. Backed by Bessemer Venture Partners and other top investors, we're a Series C company that has hit $100M in annual recurring revenue. More than 90,000 real estate professionals, including over 30% of the WSJ Real Trends top 100 agents in the United States, use us to run and grow their business. Role Overview We're looking for a Staff Product Manager to own how our clients get found in search and AI: more than 20,000 real estate websites, each competing in its own market, with a real business depending on the outcome. This is a platform product, where one good product decision reaches thousands of businesses at once. Search is being rebuilt in real time. Our clients are evaluated by Google, by ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini, and by every prospective seller who asks an assistant which agent they should call. The best people in this job design for three constituencies at once: the people who visit these sites, the crawlers and AI agents that read them, and the real estate business whose revenue depends on both. This is a product leadership role. You'll run this area like a business: set the strategy, ship with your own engineering team, and work across design, client success, and sales to make it land. It is not a job for someone who runs audits and hands recommendations to other people. Most real estate professionals will never hire a technical SEO of their own. Our platform is how they get one. What You'll Do Own the product strategy, roadmap, and results for organic discovery and AI visibility across every site on the platform, including what clients can see, control, and get credit for Spend real time with clients and the teams who serve them, and turn what you learn into a clear point of view on what to build next Build the business case for your roadmap and tie it to retention, revenue, and client outcomes Make our clients' brands, listings, and expertise legible to AI assistants, and define how we measure citations and visibility across answer engines Own the technical foundations every client site depends on, partnering with engineering and the team building our next-generation website platform so recurring problems get solved once through better defaults, automation, or safeguards Prove changes on representative groups of sites, establish real impact, then scale what works Ship with your own engineering and design partners, writing requirements clear enough that the team moves without waiting on you Partner with client success, sales, and marketing so launches land and clients understand the value we deliver Who You Are 7+ years of product management, including owning a product line end to end where you were accountable for adoption, client outcomes, and revenue You run your area like a business. You build the case before you build the product, tie your roadmap to retention and revenue, and own the result Close to your customers. You talk to them often, understand their business, and can explain why something matters in their terms, not just in rankings You create momentum in ambiguity. You narrow the problem, make a call, and move before every question is answered Strong opinions, honestly tested. You form a point of view, go looking for the counterargument, and change your mind when the evidence says so You make complex things simple for non-technical users, favoring smart defaults and guardrails over configuration A communicator who can get a room excited, from engineers to executives to client success, and who earns trust across teams you don't manage Hands-on experience with SEO or organic growth and a current point of view on AI search, with enough technical depth to be credible with engineers and to know which details actually move results Rigorous about measurement. You test before you scale and can tell a result from a coincidence Fluent with AI as a working tool, using it to investigate, prototype, and unblock yourself Preferred Qualifications Product experience at a company serving small businesses or solo operators, where customers are busy, non-technical, and judge you on results, such as Shopify, Squarespace, Mailchimp, Square, Yelp, or Thumbtack You've owned a marketing product that customers use to grow their own business, such as websites, email, local listings, reviews, or social You've made slow or uncertain results visible and credible to customers, in a category like SEO or advertising where impact takes months to show up You've worked on a platform where a single change reaches many customers' sites or accounts at once You've shipped LLM-powered products to production, especially ones that generate content A background in content, editorial, or brand work, and a feel for how a business's voice should change depending on who it's trying to reach Founder, GM, or P&L experience Compensation Additional Information Join us in shaping the future of real estate The real estate industry is in the midst of a seismic shift, and the future belongs to those who break new ground. As one of the fastest-growing companies in the proptech and marketing sectors, Luxury Presence challenges the status quo of what technology can do for real estate agents, leaders, and brokerages. We're a team of agile and tenacious innovators working collaboratively to drive the industry forward. Together, we build game-changing products that empower modern real estate entrepreneurs to dominate their markets. From award-winning web design to agile SEO solutions to cutting-edge AI tools, we deliver tech that anticipates market shifts and keeps our clients ahead of their competition. Founded in 2016 by Stanford Business School alum Malte Kramer, Luxury Presence has grown to a global team ranked on the Inc. 5000 fastest-growing companies list three years in a row. We're backed by world-class investors, including Bessemer Venture Partners, NextEquity Partners, Toba Capital, and Switch Ventures, and have raised $89 million to date. About DevRev At DevRev, we're building the future of work with Computer – your AI teammate. Unlike traditional tools, Computer unifies all your data sources, tools, and workflows into a single AI-ready platform, giving employees real-time insights, proactive suggestions, and powerful agentic actions. It extends your existing software with AI-native apps and agents that work alongside your teams and customers – updating workflows, coordinating across teams, and eliminating repetitive work. We call this Team Intelligence: human-AI collaboration that breaks down silos, brings people back together, and frees you to solve bigger problems. Backed by Khosla Ventures and Mayfield with $150M+ raised, DevRev is trusted by global companies across industries. About the role We're looking for a Channel Partner Manager with a startup mindset and a builder's instinct. You'll own the full lifecycle of partner relationships end to end — from acquisition through business outcomes — with no hand-offs and no waiting for someone else to figure it out. You'll identify and recruit high-potential partners, onboard them effectively, build joint business and channel plans, develop co-created solutions, and relentlessly measure and drive results. This isn't a maintain-the-program role. It's a build-the-program role — high-impact, high-visibility, and central to DevRev's go-to-market expansion across the United States. Location: North East (NY, PA, NJ) or Chicago only. Background and experience Currently a solo marketer covering marketing, events, SDR, and pipeline follow-up — broad, high-autonomy scope. Mentors junior field marketers and founders on event strategy. Previously partnered with Christopher Martin on ~3 sponsored events via Startup Grind, so she comes with an existing tie into DevRev's network. Business acumen Demonstrated strong judgment: turned down a misaligned Dreamforce partnership because the partner was targeting enterprise rather than her ICP — prioritizes pipeline quality over volume. Bias to action: when SDRs produced zero invites for an upcoming dinner, she personally stepped in and invited 12 guests. Frequently mistaken for the CEO at events — executive-level presence and ownership. Network Self-described "super connector" in the Bay Area startup scene. Strong relationships with Startup Grind and similar organizations, which approach her to recruit sponsors rather than the reverse. Fit for the role Comfortable with the dual scope of field marketing plus events and understands how the two connect. Bay Area based — aligns with the West Tier-1 city requirement. Strong communication and rapport; described her first call with Laura as a "tête-à-tête, not an interview." Areas to validate in later rounds Metrics rigor: how she attributes events/campaigns to sourced vs. influenced pipeline. Handoff discipline: how she passes engagements into sales/SDR follow-up and retargeting so momentum compounds. AI and tooling: where she uses AI to speed up research and personalization. What you'll do Drive partner acquisition — Identify, prospect, and recruit high-value channel partners (VARs, resellers, SIs, and technology alliances) aligned with DevRev's ICP and growth strategy. Own partner onboarding end to end — Design and execute a structured onboarding experience that gets partners productive fast — including technical readiness, sales alignment, and go-to-market activation. Build and drive business plans — Co-develop joint business plans and channel plans with each partner, setting clear revenue targets, pipeline commitments, and milestones. Measure and drive business outcomes — Define partner KPIs, track pipeline contribution, revenue attainment, and deal velocity. Hold partners accountable and course-correct when results fall short. Develop joint solutions — Work with partners and DevRev's product team to co-create integrated solutions, use cases, and offerings that differentiate in the market and accelerate customer adoption. Enable continuously — Deliver ongoing training, certifications, and enablement programs that deepen partner expertise and independence. Align with direct sales — Collaborate closely with DevRev's sales organization to coordinate on accounts, avoid channel conflict, and maximize co-sell impact. Advocate internally — Be the voice of your partners inside DevRev, working with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure partner needs are met. Represent DevRev externally — Attend partner events, QBRs, and industry conferences to strengthen relationships and build brand presence. What we're looking for 4–7 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or alliances — ideally in SaaS or enterprise software. Startup mindset — you operate with urgency, resourcefulness, and zero entitlement. You don't wait for playbooks; you write them. Builder at heart — you've created something from scratch before (a partner program, a territory, a team) and you're energized by ambiguity, not paralyzed by it. End-to-end owner — you take full accountability from strategy through execution through outcomes. No "that's not my job" in your vocabulary. Proven track record of acquiring partners and scaling those relationships into measurable revenue. Experience building joint business plans and holding partners to outcome-based metrics. Strong understanding of the SaaS go-to-market landscape and partner ecosystem dynamics. Excellent communicator — comfortable presenting to C-level stakeholders at partner organizations. Based in or willing to work from New York or Texas. Nice to have Experience co-developing joint solutions or integrations with channel partners. Background in CRM, customer support, or DevOps tooling. Existing relationships with SIs or resellers in the mid-market or enterprise space. What we offer Competitive base salary + commission structure. Equity participation. Full benefits package. Opportunity to shape DevRev's partner program from the ground up. This role can be based in NY, PA, NJ and Chicago only. How do we work? Whatever your role, our values describe what we ask of each other. Be a bridger Look beyond your own role. Ask questions, share context and help others get unstuck. That may mean bringing the right people together or picking up a problem that doesn't necessarily fit neatly into your job description. Care loudly We want your perspective, not just your agreement. Speak up when something isn't working or someone needs support. Give honest feedback with respect for the person receiving it. Don't let an uncomfortable conversation become an unspoken problem. Own the outcome Take responsibility for the result, not just your part in the process. Use AI to move the work forward, not to outsource your judgment. Make the call, check whether it worked and change course when it didn't. If something goes wrong, own it and help fix it. That's DevRev! DevRev is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, national origin, disability, age, genetic information, veteran status, marital status, pregnancy or related condition, or any other basis protected by law.
