About Wolt At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we're building the delivery of (almost) everything and you'll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe. Working at Wolt isn't always easy, but it's definitely exciting. Here you'll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You'll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you're a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life. Senior Sales Regional Enterprise Manager At Wolt, we create technology that brings local communities, merchants and customers closer together. What started with restaurant delivery has grown into a broader local commerce platform, helping customers discover and access more of what their cities have to offer. As our Retail business continues to grow, we're looking for a Senior Sales Regional Enterprise Manager to expand our selection of high-value regional retail partners. You'll join our Sales team and take ownership of some of the most important regional acquisition opportunities across priority retail verticals, helping shape what customers can find on Wolt in their cities. This role can be based in Berlin, Cologne, Frankfurt, Hamburg or Munich . What you'll be doing In this role, you'll own the acquisition and development of high-value regional Enterprise retail partners in Germany, from identifying and engaging the right prospects through commercial negotiations, signing and initial rollout. You'll combine strong commercial execution with a strategic view on which partners can have the greatest impact on Wolt's selection, coverage and long-term growth. Day-to-day in this role you'll: Own the end-to-end sales cycle for regional Enterprise retail opportunities, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, contracting and signing. Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of larger regional retailers and multi-location partners across priority verticals such as grocery, convenience, pet, pharmacy and beauty. Develop a deep understanding of prospective partners' businesses and create compelling commercial propositions that demonstrate the value of partnering with Wolt. Lead complex commercial negotiations, balancing partner needs with sustainable economics and Wolt's long-term business objectives. Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers and act as a trusted commercial partner throughout the sales process. Work closely with internal teams including Operations, Account Management, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Product to structure partnerships and enable successful launches. Take ownership beyond the signature, ensuring a strong handover and initial rollout so that newly acquired partners can successfully go live and scale. Use market insights, pipeline data and commercial learnings to identify opportunities, prioritize the highest-impact accounts and continuously improve our regional Enterprise sales approach. Contribute to sharing best practices and raising the bar for Enterprise sales execution across the wider team. Our humble expectations You have significant experience in B2B sales, business development or strategic partnerships, ideally working with Enterprise or other complex, multi-stakeholder customers. You have a strong track record of independently managing and closing complex commercial opportunities from initial outreach through contract signature. You're an excellent negotiator and understand how to build partnerships that create sustainable value for both sides. You're comfortable engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, both externally and across cross-functional internal teams. You combine a hands-on, results-oriented sales mindset with strong commercial judgment and the ability to prioritize opportunities based on their strategic impact. You're highly structured and comfortable managing multiple opportunities and stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail. You're comfortable working with data and commercial metrics to evaluate opportunities, build business cases and inform decisions. You communicate clearly and persuasively and are fluent in German and English. What we offer This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in the next phase of Wolt's Retail growth. You'll have direct ownership of high-impact regional partnerships and the autonomy to take opportunities from first conversation all the way through to launch. You'll work at the intersection of sales, strategy and operations, collaborating with experienced colleagues across Wolt while building relationships with some of the most important retailers in the market. The role offers substantial commercial ownership and exposure while giving you the opportunity to develop further in Enterprise sales and contribute to how we scale our Retail business. You'll also join a fast-moving international environment where good ideas can quickly turn into action, with the tools, support and trust to take ownership of your work and make a visible impact. Next steps If this sounds like an opportunity you'd be excited about, we'd love to hear from you. After you apply, our Talent Acquisition team will review your application and get in touch with selected candidates for an initial conversation. The process will typically include interviews with the hiring team and relevant stakeholders, giving you the opportunity to learn more about the role, team and business while we get to know your experience and approach. Depending on the role and location, the process may also include a practical case or commercial exercise. We'll share the exact interview steps and expectations with you as you progress through the process. Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion We're committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That's why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We challenge the status quo to solve problems and find smarter solutions Build the best technology in-house : we use new data sources, machine learning and AI to make machines do the heavy lifting About the role We're entering a once-in-a-company moment: a major step-change in our D2C marketing investment, a full rebrand of the company and product under the Zable brand, and a marketing function being built out at pace. This is one of the most exciting marketing builds in UK fintech right now, with the financial strength, customer base, and product depth to back it up. Direct Marketing is one of our highest-potential channels and we're hiring a leader to turn it into a scaled, precise, and defensible growth engine. We're looking for a Head of Direct Marketing to own the channel end-to-end: creative, sends, logistics, offers, and reporting, sourcing the data pipeline and user-data enrichment that let us target the right customer, with the right offer, at the right moment. Addressed direct mail is the core today, and you'll have the scope to extend into other formats. You'll lead the channel's dedicated analysts and work with our creative team. Your job is to set the direction: decide who we mail, with what offer and when, commission and challenge the selection and response models, and hold every campaign to CAC and LTV targets. Standalone direct marketing roles with this kind of budget and autonomy are rare. If you've got significant experience in acquisition mail and want to build and extend a channel your own way, at a profitable business with the product range and analytical capabilities to make it work, this is the role. What we're looking for: Essential: 5+ years in direct marketing, including at least 2–3 years owning an acquisition DM programme end to end: strategy, budget, data, production and results. A track record of mailing cold prospects at meaningful scale. You'll be able to talk through the volumes, budgets, response rates and CPAs you've been accountable for. Commercial ownership: you build the business case, forecast volumes and returns, and judge results on a marginal CAC basis rather than vanity metrics. Experience procuring data: working with data suppliers on list selection, screening, enrichment and cost. Deep knowledge of the DM supply chain: print, lettershop, Royal Mail products (Advertising Mail, Mailmark, partially addressed, door drops) and suppression (MPS, goneaways, deceased). A strongly commercial approach. You build the business case, forecast volumes and returns, own the channel P&L, and measure spend on CAC, ROI and payback rather than pieces mailed. Strong analytical judgement. You design test cells and holdouts, read results critically, and understand response and propensity modelling well enough to brief analysts, challenge their work and turn it into mailing decisions. Experience managing suppliers: tendering, negotiating, setting SLAs and keeping several partners to schedule. The ability to run a multi-drop campaign calendar across products, segments, creative, compliance sign-off, production and mail dates. Experience leading analysts and working closely with creative teams. A clear communicator who earns the trust of finance, risk, compliance and data teams. Demonstrable use of AI in your workflow. Desirable: Experience in acquisition mail in financial services, especially credit cards or loans, including prescreened or pre-approved offers and risk-based targeting. Experience standing up a data pipeline or enrichment stack (first-party + third-party / bureau data) Experience building a channel or function from scratch Background hiring and developing an analytics or design team You're a good fit if you're: Acquisition-minded: you're energised by finding new customers, not re-contacting existing ones. Commercially driven: you measure success in incremental LTV and payback, not response rate alone. A first-principles thinker: you argue from data and clean experiments, not received wisdom Organised: you can run several drops across multiple suppliers and still hit mailing deadlines. Energised by greenfield: you'd rather build the engine than tune someone else's What you'll be doing Strategy and commercials Own the direct marketing strategy and set volume, response and payback targets anchored to LTV. Own the channel P&L: forecasting, budget and CAC/LTV discipline. Decide how far and how fast to scale, based on the economics. Data and targeting Source and buy prospect data from bureaus and brokers, and combine it with our first-party data. Direct the analysts building the response and propensity models that decide who we mail, with what offer and when. Work with risk analysts to shape offers around eligibility and lifetime value. Campaigns and supplier management Plan and run the campaign calendar, from data selection to the mail landing on doormats. Select, negotiate with and manage print and postal suppliers on cost, quality and turnaround. Brief the creative team on packs, copy and offers, and take them through compliance sign-off. Reporting & Team Build the reporting that ties sends to funnel, revenue and LTV and report on channel performance Partner with data, product, risk, finance and the creative team to unlock targeting and offers Hire and develop the team as the channel scales, and use AI to let a small team punch above its weight Life at Lendable Winning team: the opportunity to scale up one of the world's most successful fintech companies Flexible working: flexible approach tailored to each role. About Zego 🚀 At Zego, we're on a mission to do the good thing, not the insurance thing. Insurance hasn't changed much in over a century. The way we live, work and travel has. We're building the real-time, AI-driven infrastructure that powers innovative insurance, so good drivers get cover that works the way they actually drive. We're not just updating insurance; We're leading the AI evolution in insurance 🤖 For us, AI isn't a line on a roadmap or a buzzword on a slide. It's our operating reality, and it's how we build products that back drivers instead of the old insurance playbook. We don't do things slowly, and we don't do bureaucracy. We back high-performance builders who want ownership, early responsibility and the chance to do the most career-defining work of their lives. You'll get the space to try things, the tools to move fast, and the room to see your ideas reach millions of drivers. Do not take our word for it. Read what Zegons say about us on Glassdoor . If you're ready to build the future of insurance, we're hiring. Purpose of the role As Head of Pricing - Insurance at Zego, you will lead the insurer's technical view of the models that drive our pricing. That covers the actuarial risk models behind our net rates, the demand and market models, and any other predictive model used for pricing and underwriting decisions. The models are built by the MGA pricing teams using a mix of traditional techniques (GLM, GAM, GBM) as well as new AI driven approaches. Your role is to make sure that we, as the insurer, can form an actuarial view on all of them, validate what sits underneath, and stand behind the rates it carries. On the actuarial risk models you will go further still, joining those projects from the start and owning the independent validation end to end. You will do this as the senior technical voice in a small actuarial team, which brings real breadth alongside the depth. Alongside the models you will review pricing and underwriting proposals across both personal and commercial motor in close collaboration with our underwriting team, and you will bring the modelling view into portfolio management. You will work directly with the MGA pricing teams, with underwriting and with our co-insurance partners, with access to senior leadership and to decision making from the first week. What you will be working on Lead the insurer's technical view across the full model landscape: the actuarial risk models, the demand models, the market and optimisation models. For each one the questions are the same: is the approach sound, can the output be trusted, and are we using it the way we intend to. Bring an actuarial view to all modelling approaches including AI driven models. Methods move quickly, you need to keep up. Go deeper on the actuarial risk models that set our net rates: join each project, independently validate the modelling decisions, the rating factor choices and the assumptions applied, and evidence the basis for each. Review, validate and challenge pricing and underwriting proposals across personal and commercial lines, working closely with our underwriting team: tactical pricing changes, full model updates, optimisation algorithms, new underwriting rules and renewal capping. Contribute to portfolio management and portfolio insight: what the KPIs are telling us, what is driving the movements, and what the modelling view says about where performance is heading. Support the insurer's position with our co-insurance partners on the net rates, the quality of the models behind them and the validation we have carried out. Mentor and coach junior actuarial colleagues. Help build the processes, the governance and the tooling, including AI, that allow a small and senior team to work faster and more robustly. What you will need to be successful in the role A qualified actuary, or an equivalent track record inside an actuarial pricing team, with at least ten years of hands-on modelling experience. Deep experience of classic actuarial risk modelling: GLMs built in Emblem, Akur8 or equivalent, with Python used in practice rather than in principle. Real exposure to the newer modelling approaches alongside the classic ones, such as GBMs and other machine learning methods, and the confidence to form an actuarial view on a method you have not built yourself. Experience with UK motor pricing. Experience with other lines of business is an advantage. Experience with newly launched portfolios, or portfolios with limited history. Experience with telematics products and their pricing. The judgement to say whether a model can be trusted, backed by having seen models work and seen them fail. Comfort in a small team with high influence and direct access to decision making, and a genuine interest in developing a less experienced colleague. The Zego ways of working 🏡 Teams work better with time to collaborate and space to get things done. We call it Zego Hybrid: some of us are in our office (central London or Halifax) weekly, others monthly or quarterly. It's about finding the balance between face time and focus that produces great work and a healthy life around it. We also make a point of getting everyone in the same room.
