About Anthropic Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role We are hiring our first Sydney-based Product Support Specialists, who will grow our global presence as a team and serve as champions of our unique support brand. You'll be at the front lines of safely delivering AI to the world by responding to, investigating, and tracking user needs in your day-to-day. Additionally, you'll help us identify and close gaps in our team's technical knowledge, provide high-touch support to strategic customers, and demonstrate deep care for how we systematically support customers at scale. Note: Specialists in Sydney will work 12pm to 8pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities Become an expert in all Anthropic products Respond to user support cases with a variety of complexity, from simple billing or account questions for individuals to complex API debugging for large businesses Clearly and empathetically communicate with a wide range of user personas, context-switching between guiding executives in a high-touch model and assisting consumer users at a rapid pace Manage on-call tasks for high-urgency user issues with extreme ownership. This includes being on critical "pager duty" during APAC hours to ensure 24/7 support for critical queries Prioritize critically and comfortably adapt to an ever-evolving product landscape Operate in ambiguity, making informed decisions even in never-before-seen situations Partner with engineers, teammates, and other internal stakeholders to diagnose and resolve user issues, both individually and at scale Suggest and drive improvements to increase user satisfaction through support processes, as well as own initiatives that increase efficiency and drive down contact rates Uplevel our team's technical knowledge by scoping gaps, working with cross-functional partners to deeply understand relevant nuances, and building resources that grow with our products You may be a good fit if you Have experience in providing technical product support within a second-tier, escalated, or priority support team Are familiar with APIs and technical SaaS products and can deeply understand technical docs with ease Have demonstrated an ability to thrive in fast-paced, reactive situations while meeting core support metrics targets (e.g., CSAT, SLA, etc.) Possess strong user empathy and are expert in the lifecycle of a support case; you can read between the lines of a user's question, put yourself in their shoes, and get at the heart of their needs for a speedy, satisfying resolution Have crisp but kind written communication skills and a deep care for the details Enjoy helping others learn about new features and complex concepts Are persistent and curious; you delight in the hunt of tracking down a bug or issue, and are energized by fixing this for all similar users going forward Have experience contributing to the foundations of a support team. This is essential, highly valuable, but often unglamorous work, and it is particularly key for this role due to it being among the first Support hires in APAC/ANZ Are proficient at working in a technical environment and are interested in Anthropic's products Possess a deep sense of ownership, and are excited to help us build our team! Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study:  A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship:  We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed.  Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit  anthropic.com/careers  directly for confirmed position openings. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. Product Manager (Technical), Product Support Experience

About the role As a Product Manager, Technical, you will own and be responsible for building a world class support experience for Anthropic's customers and the Product Support team. You will partner with Product Support Operations, AI Support, Billing, Fraud, and Product Engineering teams to build the systems that decide how Anthropic's users get unblocked when something goes wrong, and how what they report turns into product fixes, in partnership with the product teams that own the experience. Claude will be the primary operator of that support experience. Partner with Product Support Operations, AI Support, and product engineering teams to own the systems behind the support experience end to end: the path from a recurring support driver to a shipped product fix, the Claude-based AI support layer that handles most inbound volume, and the tooling that helps human agents resolve what's left quickly and accurately. . Your north star is fewer support cases per user, and whole categories of cases eliminated, even as the product grows. The best outcome is a case that never gets opened because the product problem behind it was found and fixed. Everything in the support experience is in scope. You decide where to start. You'll define the end-to-end experience Claude delivers: diagnosing a billing failure, resolving it or escalating it, recognizing when the same failure is showing up across many customers, filing the bug with repro steps and a proposed fix, getting that to the engineering team that owns the driver, following up with the customer to confirm the issue was actually resolved, and confirming the category actually goes away once the fix ships. You will define and own the strategy and roadmap for the support-to-product feedback loop, including the escalation paths for billing, fraud, and high-visibility cases, and the metrics that show whether contact rate is falling. Responsibilities Deeply understand the needs of Product Support Operations, AI Support, Billing, Fraud, and the product engineering teams that own support drivers, from specialists handling enterprise escalations to engineers who need a support case turned into a reproducible bug they can fix. Define and iterate on the support-to-product loop: how a case is classified, how recurring drivers are surfaced in near real time with case examples and recommended fixes, how each driver gets a named owner, and how we confirm the fix decreased case volume. Own the metrics behind it:  inbound case volume by driver, drivers fixed at the root, and time from first case to shipped fix, alongside the response-time and CSAT targets Product Support Operations already runs on. Own the customer's experience of getting unblocked: how quickly a user reaches a resolution and how little friction they hit on the way, whether Claude resolves the case or hands it to a specialist. Minimize the blast radius of novel issues. New models and product changes will keep creating new drivers no one can predict; catch each one at its first reports, assess impact, and get the fix prioritized while the affected group is still small. Partner with engineering and data science to build the systems that scale with Anthropic's growth: Claude as the first responder, the data pipeline behind driver detection, and the tooling that lets Claude hand a diagnosed case to the right team. Drive product strategy and roadmap for the in-house Claude support layer, including what Claude resolves on its own, what it escalates and to whom, and how far it goes toward filing and fixing the underlying product issue itself. Own the trade-off framework between intake reduction, response time, cost, and quality, making transparent prioritization decisions about which drivers get fixed first and communicating them clearly to Product Support and senior leadership. Build conviction about what support looks like when Claude is the primary operator, and translate that into a roadmap that gets Anthropic there ahead of the volume curve. You may be a good fit if you have 7+ years of product management experience, with deep exposure to support systems, customer operations tooling, billing or payments, or internal platforms that serve operations teams Experience taking technical platform products from infancy to scale: you've built something from the ground up and grown it to serve demanding internal or external engineering customers Track record of building products that balance the needs of multiple personas, and of making prioritization trade-offs between them and communicating them clearly Ability to internalize complex technical systems (case routing, billing and payments flows, LLM-based agents, data pipelines) and translate that understanding into a comprehensive product vision Fluent across functions: you're equally credible reading a failed-payment trace with engineers, walking a specialist through why a driver got deprioritized, and explaining intake trends to leadership A strong thesis on how AI changes support: you've thought deeply about what happens when the agent that answers the case can also diagnose, file, and fix what caused it, and you want to build that Experience scaling an LLM-based product or experience from prototype to real volume, and a clear view of what breaks on the way: quality drift, cost, latency, and user trust Scrappy and resourceful: you do what it takes to get things done in a fast-moving environment Strong candidates may have: Built or scaled the systems behind a high-volume support operation for consumer or developer products: case data pipelines, driver analytics, or LLM-based support agents. Shipped an LLM-based support or operations agent in production and understand the trust, escalation, and quality-measurement problems that come with it. Defined and operationalized contact-rate or case-deflection metrics, and a point of view on how those metrics change when the fix ships in the product instead of the help center. Scaled through hypergrowth in support-heavy environments (consumer subscriptions, developer platforms, or fintech). Experience getting product and engineering teams to own support drivers, with proven evidence of driving ownership through clear evidence and product quality. The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.  For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. More than 13,000 customers , including Duracell, McDonald's, Shell, DHL and Volvo, use MaintainX to cut unplanned downtime and run better operations, across 13.9 million managed assets and 79.5 million completed work orders. In August 2026 MaintainX became part of Autodesk, joining Autodesk Operations Solutions , the organization unifying Autodesk's operations platform alongside Tandem, FlexSim and Fusion Operations. Autodesk's strategy is to converge design, make and operate into one continuous lifecycle: design an asset, build it, run it, then feed what you learn running it back into the next design. Autodesk had design and make. Operate is the phase that tells you what actually happened, and it is ours. We're hiring Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) to join a high-impact team driving growth in strategic accounts. This is an entry point into full-cycle Enterprise SaaS sales for candidates with some closing experience—whether as a junior Account Executive (AE), Account Manager (AM), or Inside Sales Representative (ISR)—and ready to expand their ownership. You'll close transactional deals under a set threshold while supporting a group of Field Account Executives with outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, renewals, and field event support. This is a full-cycle role with real revenue ownership—ideal for someone looking to progress into strategic enterprise sales in a fast-growing environment. What You'll Do: Run the full sales cycle for transactional deals under a defined amount. Partner with 3–4 Field Account Executives to drive outbound prospecting and support account plans. Manage and execute renewals across signed accounts in your territory. Follow up on inbound leads quickly and effectively. Drive attendance and follow-up for marketing and field events. Maintain accurate CRM data, forecast precisely, and stay aligned with your territory team. About You: 2–4 years of SaaS or tech sales experience including some closing responsibilities (AE, AM, ISR, or equivalent). Proven success running a sales process from qualification to close in a commercial or transactional context. Exposure to sales processes, CRM systems, and account-based workflows. Excellent written and verbal communication skills—clear, concise, and confident. Hunger to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in enterprise sales. Proactive and organized—you manage your time and priorities with precision. A collaborative, team-first attitude with a desire to help shape a new function from the ground up. This role is responsible for managing and supporting a customer portfolio based primarily in English-speaking markets (US/English Canada), requiring daily verbal and written communication in English with those customers. Bonus Points For: Experience managing renewals or expansion within existing accounts. Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Gong, etc. Experience selling to manufacturing, industrial, or maintenance audiences. Success working closely with field sales or supporting account executives. Our mission is to keep the physical world running. Factories, fleets, hospitals and campuses stay up because the people who maintain them have tools worth using. That is what we build. Compensation and benefits. Base pay is one part of the package. Depending on the role, compensation may also include commission, an annual bonus and equity. Benefits differ by country. For roles in the United States, Autodesk's benefits are described at benefits.autodesk.com . For roles in Canada and other countries, the plan differs on health coverage, retirement and leave, and your recruiter will walk you through it. Belonging. We take pride in a culture where everyone can thrive. More at autodesk.com/company/global-belonging . More on where this is going: Autodesk CEO Andrew Anagnost on building the future of connected operations, and AOS SVP Stephen Hooper on welcoming MaintainX to Autodesk.

About Lucid At Lucid, we are creating exceptional mobility experiences through innovation to drive the world forward. Built on Lucid's proprietary technology and software-defined vehicle architecture, our award-winning vehicles bring our "Compromise Nothing™" approach to the global automotive market. That means refusing to choose between performance and sustainability, design and engineering, ambition and integrity. In Lucid Air and Lucid Gravity, we have designed and built vehicles that have redefined their segments, combining exceptional range, performance, design, and expansive space in a single experience.   We achieve this through deep vertical integration, with design, engineering, and production happening in-house across our global offices and manufacturing facilities. Our teams come from industries around the world, united by a shared commitment to excellence. By refusing to settle, you can help redefine what's possible and shape the future of mobility. Join Lucid's Autonomous Driving and ADAS organization to help develop and integrate next-generation autonomy features into Lucid vehicles. Help turn advanced driving technology into safe, dependable vehicle behavior. You will own features from concept and requirements through integration and production readiness. Your primary focus will be supervised point to point driving (L2++) and development work that also contributes to L4 automated driving.   This is a hands-on individual-contributor role at the intersection of vehicle systems, autonomy software, safety, and validation. You will translate product goals into implementable specifications, investigate real-world behavior, and drive technical decisions across teams.    The Role: Own the systems definition and delivery of assigned driving features: use cases, operating conditions, operational design domain (ODD), behavioral requirements, limitations, and measurable acceptance criteria.   Decompose vehicle-level objectives into functional, performance, and safety requirements. Allocate performance budgets and maintain traceability from stakeholder needs through implementation and verification evidence.   Develop functional architectures, state machines, interface specifications, and clear hardware/software ownership boundaries. Evaluate trade-offs involving sensors, compute, latency, vehicle interfaces, and algorithm capability.   Specify activation, availability, mode transitions, driver interaction, fault response, and degraded behavior. Distinguish L2 driver-supervision responsibilities from L4 system responsibilities, including fallback and minimal-risk behavior where applicable.   Partner with perception, localization, prediction, planning, controls, embedded software, vehicle integration, and HMI teams to resolve dependencies and deliver coherent end-to-end behavior.   Define scenario-based verification and validation strategies across simulation, software-/hardware-in-the-loop, proving-ground, and on-road testing. Connect each requirement to a test method and objective pass/fail criteria.   Work with data and test teams to establish feature metrics, logging needs, scenario coverage, and dataset representativeness. Use fleet and test data to identify gaps and prioritize improvements.   Investigate failures and performance limitations using vehicle logs, software behavior, and targeted experiments. Drive root-cause resolution, regression coverage, and assessment of changes across releases.   Collaborate with functional safety and SOTIF engineers on hazard analysis, foreseeable misuse, triggering conditions, safety mechanisms, and supporting evidence; incorporate relevant standards and regulatory requirements.   Lead technical reviews within your feature scope, communicate risks and trade-offs, and coordinate with program teams, suppliers, and technology partners to support integration and evidence-based release decisions.     Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, automotive, aerospace, or computer engineering, computer science, robotics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.   6+ years of relevant engineering experience, including hands-on systems ownership for ADAS, automated driving, or similarly complex safety-critical vehicle or robotics systems.   Experience taking a feature through requirements, architecture, integration, and verification, with clear examples of technical decisions and issues you personally resolved.   Working knowledge of the autonomy stack and its vehicle-level interactions, including sensor and compute limitations, perception/planning/control interfaces, timing, diagnostics, and degraded operation.   Ability to write testable requirements, define interfaces and acceptance criteria, manage traceability, and use scenario-based testing and quantitative analysis to assess system behavior.   Practical programming and data-analysis skills in Python or C++, and confidence interpreting logs, Vector tools (CANalyzer) navigating software, and debugging integrated systems.   Working knowledge of functional safety (ISO 26262) and safety of the intended functionality (ISO 21448/SOTIF), with the ability to collaborate effectively with safety specialists.   Strong technical communication and cross-functional problem-solving skills; comfortable owning a defined scope, documenting assumptions, and driving alignment without direct authority.     Preferred: Experience working on supervised point to point driving (L2++) OR L3/L4 autonomy    Experience with learned or end-to-end driving approaches and modular autonomy stacks, including how their limitations and trade-offs affect requirements, observability, and validation.   Hands-on vehicle integration, automotive networks such as CAN and Ethernet, and sensor/compute integration, synchronization, diagnostics, or redundancy.   Large-scale scenario mining, simulation evaluation, fleet-data analytics, SQL, or statistical methods for evaluating rare events and coverage.   Requirements and architecture tools such as Jama, DOORS, or SysML/MBSE, plus experience with supplier interfaces, release readiness, or applicable NCAP and UNECE requirements.       At Lucid, we don't just welcome diversity - we celebrate it! Guidance on Candidates' AI Usage:  Learn about  our policy for using AI in our application process.
