About the role Scality is looking for an experienced Demand Generation Campaign Manager to own our global campaign program. You plan, launch, and optimize the campaigns that generate qualified leads and opportunities across our enterprise and mid-market go to market in the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific. This is a hands-on role for a marketer who thinks strategically. You take a pipeline target, decide how to reach it, and run the campaigns that get there. You hold yourself to the numbers: leads and opportunities generated, conversion by stage, cost per lead and per opportunity, and channel efficiency. Most of the work is digital. You also run the campaigns around our webinars, trade shows, and partner programs, from promotion to lead follow up. The main challenge is generating demand in a market that is changing fast. Buyers increasingly get their information from AI tools rather than the channels marketers have relied on, and gated content and volume downloads are losing their effect. This role needs the creativity to build demand where the old playbooks no longer work. You own the campaign function in an international marketing team. You work closely with the Head of Growth, who runs paid media, SEO, and web, and with marketing operations and nurture. You work with the AMER field marketing manager and the EMEA regional marketing team on campaigns for their events and partner programs, and with product marketing on messaging and assets. You also work with sales, SDR, and partner teams in every region. What you will be doing Own the global campaign plan and calendar, translating pipeline targets into integrated campaigns across paid social, paid search, email, webinars, content syndication, and account-based marketing Take each campaign from brief to launch: audience and targeting, offer, messaging with product marketing, landing pages and forms, promotion, lead routing, and reporting Run campaigns for webinars, trade shows, field events, and partner programs, from promotion before the event to lead follow up after Run the thought leadership and customer webinar program, from topic and speakers to registration, delivery, and follow up Work with the Head of Growth on paid media strategy, spend allocation, and experimentation across LinkedIn, Google, and new channels Build campaigns with marketing operations in HubSpot and Salesforce, and own campaign structure, naming, and attribution in Salesforce Own weekly and monthly lead generation reporting to marketing and executive leadership: leads and opportunities against goal, conversion by stage, cost per lead and per opportunity, and spend by channel and region Align with sales and SDR teams across regions on lead handoff, follow up, and pipeline acceleration Manage campaign budgets and agencies, and prioritize spend against pipeline impact Run experiments across audiences, offers, and channels to improve conversion and lower acquisition cost What you bring to the table Ten years or more of experience in lead generation, demand generation, or digital marketing, running integrated campaigns end to end International experience: you have run campaigns across several regions, ideally including the US, and understand how buyers and channels differ by market Experience in B2B enterprise software, ideally in storage, data management, backup, or adjacent data infrastructure markets A track record of campaigns that produced measurable pipeline, with the numbers to back it up Hands-on experience with paid social and paid search, and with webinar and event campaigns Strong command of HubSpot and Salesforce and of campaign analytics The ability to shape a plan from a pipeline target while staying hands on in execution The creativity to generate demand where buyers rely on AI over traditional channels and gated content no longer carries the funnel Native or near-native English, written and spoken. You write campaign copy for US and international audiences Comfort working with colleagues across time zones, with regular overlap with the US team in the afternoon Life at Scality We offer careers with an opportunity to bridge international borders, an intensely fun environment with smart people. We encourage promotion and elevation through training and development programs. We care for our employees through company supported programs such as sports and wellness programs, social responsibility programs, and generous benefits packages. Role Description Dropbox is hiring a Head of Field & Partner Marketing to lead our global field and partner marketing organization and drive pipeline growth across our Sales-Led Growth (SLG) business and strategic partner ecosystem.  This executive Go-To-Market (GTM) leader will own the regional marketing strategy, account-based execution, mid-to-bottom funnel demand engines, and partner marketing required to scale business-to-business revenue globally.  While our PLG team focuses on the frictionless, self-serve transactional customer lifecycle, this leader owns the end-to-end marketing journey for sales-engaged and partner-led motions.  This role requires an exceptional strategic operator who can orchestrate targeted account-based marketing (ABM) and regional demand generation alongside localized partner programs—including managing co-marketing initiatives with strategic AI technology ecosystems (ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini) and supporting our distribution networks. Partnering closely with regional Sales and Channel leaders, this executive will oversee integrated campaigns, joint partner value propositions, content strategies, and comprehensive PLG to SLG customer lifecycle initiatives. Responsibilities SLG & Partner Pipeline Accountability: Own the strategic vision and performance metrics (creation, coverage, and acceleration) for both direct field pipeline and indirect partner-led business globally. Integrated Demand Generation: Lead the Integrated Marketing team to design and deploy highly optimized mid- and bottom-funnel acquisition campaigns that move prospects effectively through the sales pipeline. Content & Customer Campaigns: Oversee the upstream Campaigns team to deliver compelling content frameworks and high-impact customer marketing initiatives that drive post-sale engagement, adoption, brand advocacy, and net revenue retention (NRR). Partner Alliance & Co-Marketing: Develop and execute high-impact joint marketing programs with strategic AI and productivity ecosystem partners (including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini). Build compelling value propositions that position Dropbox as the core content layer for modern workflows. Distribution & Channel Support: Oversee marketing strategies to and through Dropbox's distribution networks and cloud marketplaces to support our incremental channel revenue stream. Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Strategy: Build, scale, and institutionalize Dropbox's ABM framework. Define account selection, tiering, multi-channel orchestration, and tailored campaigns for high-value corporate and mid-market accounts. PLG-to-SLG Monetization: Partner closely with the PLG Digital Marketing and Product teams to identify accounts with high existing self-serve usage, triggering targeted field and partner campaigns to convert them into larger team or corporate agreements. Sales & Partner Architecture Interlock: Establish trusted partnerships with regional Sales VPs and the Alliance organization to align on territory strategies, partner incentives, target account lists, and quarterly outbound cadences. Experiential & Executive Engagement: Oversee the global portfolio of regional field events, proprietary customer advisory boards (CABs), executive roundtable programs, and major industry tech activations. Team Leadership & Org Design: Manage, mentor, and scale a multi-disciplinary, globally distributed team spanning four core functions: Integrated Marketing (mid/bottom funnel demand), Regional Field Marketing , Partner/Channel Marketing , and Campaigns (Content & Customer Marketing). Foster a high-performance culture tied directly to pipeline health and business outcomes. Requirements 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with increasing leadership responsibility spanning field marketing, partner/channel marketing, and demand generation. 5+ years of experience leading, scaling, and managing multi-disciplinary marketing teams, including direct oversight of demand generation, content/creative production, or customer marketing functions. Ecosystem & Tech Alliance Experience: Proven track record of managing joint marketing programs with major technology platforms, SaaS alliances, or AI ecosystems. Sales Alignment: Experience partnering directly with Sales VPs, directors, and external partner leadership in a multi-tiered GTM environment. B2B Funnel Mastery: Deep understanding of multi-month B2B sales cycles, buying committees, account progression, and revenue attribution models. Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical orientation with hands-on experience using pipeline metrics, win rates, funnel velocity, and ROI modeling to drive investment decisions. Preferred Qualifications Hybrid GTM Experience: Proven success working within a hybrid B2B model, specifically leveraging product-led metrics (PQLs, active usage) to fuel sales pipelines and partner co-selling. Global Scale: Experience supporting multi-region sales and partner organizations, with a strong ability to balance global consistency with local market nuances. MarTech/SalesTech Fluency: Familiarity with modern business tech stacks (PRM/Partner Relationship Management systems, CRM, MAP, and ABM/intent data platforms). AI & Cloud Market Fluency: Strong understanding of the modern AI landscape, developer tool ecosystems, and cloud productivity paradigms. Executive Presence: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently command attention and influence internal leadership and external clients/partners.
