Apaleo is the world's most open, API-first property management platform powering the next generation of hospitality operations. Its modular, AI-powered infrastructure enables hoteliers to customise their tech stack, automate routine work, and deliver seamless, personalised guest experiences, powered by best-in-class apps and autonomous AI agents that adapt to every stay. Why this role You are the technical voice in front of strategic customers, at a moment when hospitality is being rebuilt around AI. We are launching our own AI agent platform, and we need architects who can show operators what comes next. High trust. You own the technical answer in front of strategic customers and deals. High visibility. Your work shows up in deals, key accounts and customer stories, and it reaches Product. High freedom. You decide how to solve a problem, which tools to use and what to prototype. Fast iteration. We test ideas within days, try new technology early and share what works. Your mission Win and grow strategic accounts with technical credibility, and turn what you learn in the field into input for the product. You look at a customer's current architecture and show how an Apaleo-centred setup delivers their goals. You also help them put AI agents to work, deciding what should be an agent, what it costs and how to set it up. Sales and Account Management own the relationship and the commercial terms. You own the technical answer. What you will do Technical discovery and solution scoping. Lead discovery where a standard demo is not enough. Write clear scopes covering what Apaleo delivers natively, what needs a short-term solution and what is out of scope. Proofs of concept. Build fast, working proofs of concept (quick demos that show technical fit). Agree scope in writing first, and build in a safe test environment, never with live guest data. Agents and automations. Design and build agents and automations for customer use cases, using n8n or Make today and Apaleo's own AI agent platform as it launches. Write code where agents need deterministic steps. Hands-on delivery and short-term solutions. Work alongside the customer, building only where it unblocks a named deal, removes an adoption risk or fills a product gap. Agree an exit plan (an end date, a replacement and a named owner) before you start. Post-sale health checks and expansions. Diagnose gaps against the go-live specification, run proactive checks (for example 90 days after go-live) and scope integrations for expanding customers. Reusable assets. Turn every engagement into a reference architecture, pattern or template that the next twenty customers can use. Thought leadership. Join prospect and customer conversations on how AI will change hospitality over the next two to three years. Product feedback. Test new technology on real customer problems. Share prototypes and field evidence with Product, ending every experiment with a clear decision: adopt, hand over or drop. How you work You decide the approach, the stack and the order of work. You protect three guardrails: written scope before a proof of concept, an exit plan before a custom build and no commercial promises. You go from idea to prototype in days and show it early. You think in systems and build for reuse, not one-off projects. You share findings openly with Sales, Account Management and Product. Who you work with Sales/BD and Account Management (they call you in at defined deal triggers), Customer Success, Product, Security, Partnerships, RevOps and Senior Leadership. What you bring Must have Multiple years in solution architecture, solution engineering or technical consulting in B2B SaaS, ideally with complex software such as ERP or enterprise platforms Strong API skills: REST, authentication, webhooks and events, and data-flow design Hands-on workflow automation (n8n preferred) and practical experience building with LLM agents A systems thinker with real AI curiosity, who uses AI tools day to day Stakeholder management experience and credibility with executives and IT teams Self-direction, an ownership mindset and the discipline to say no to scope that does not advance a deal Curiosity that ends in working prototypes, not just opinions Clear, structured documentation habits Fluent English and German skills Willingness to travel, including regularly to France and the UK Strong plus Hospitality or travel experience, including hotel operations and PMS concepts (reservations, folios, rate plans, night audit) Experience with another cloud PMS, channel manager or payments integrations Enterprise architecture experience on large, multi-site projects Applied AI or ML background, or experience with MCP and agent platforms SQL and BI fundamentals How we measure success Architecture engagements and blueprints delivered each quarter Customer satisfaction with your contribution Adoption of recommended apps, integrations and agents Share of engagements served by an existing reusable pattern Revenue impact e.g. deal unblocked, AI adoption, or churn averted Your first 90 days Days 1 to 30: Learn the platform and ways of working, shadow discovery and proof of concept work, and take over open customer projects. Technical Product Manager – Integrations & Connectors (m/f/d)
Full TimeOn-siteMid
gollmrestoauthprocurementsap+5

Your mission Construction companies run their tenders across many tools. Your mission is to make Cosuno the place where it all comes together. Tenders should flow into Cosuno automatically from the systems our customers already use, and results should flow back out without anyone lifting a finger. The deeper Cosuno sits in our customers' processes, the more value we create for them. At the same time, AI assistants like Claude and Gemini are becoming how people work. You'll launch our first MCP server so that our customers can analyze their data and operate Cosuno straight from their AI assistant. How you'll get there: Get to know our customers. Your first weeks are all about listening. You'll talk to customers and find out what it takes for our REST API and connectors to become part of their daily work. Together with Engineering, Customer Success and Sales, you'll turn those insights into a clear roadmap. You'll also set up the tracking that shows how much of our customers' work flows in through integrations. Launch the first API improvements and our first MCP server. You'll shape both, write the engineering tickets and roll them out to our first pilot customers, all within your first few months. Decide what comes next. Once real usage data and pilot feedback come in, you'll make clear recommendations on what to build and decide on the way forward together with our CTO and Head of Product. Make integrations the norm. By the end of your first year, far more of our customers will run Cosuno connected to the tools they rely on, and you'll be the one who made it happen. It's an ambitious plan, and that's what makes it fun: you'll see the impact of your work directly in our customers' day-to-day. How we work: Full ownership: You own integrations end to end, from the first customer conversation to the shipped feature. Engineering takes care of the implementation. Close to the customer: You'll talk to customers constantly, mostly remotely, sometimes on-site across Germany. Technical by nature: You'll read API docs, test endpoints yourself and discuss data models with engineers. You don't write production code. AI-first: We use AI deeply in our product and in our daily work, and we expect you to do the same. What you bring: You've shaped an API from the product side. You've defined, together with customers and engineering, what a public API or integration of a SaaS product exposes: endpoints, data models, auth, permissions. You're technical enough to go deep with engineers. Webhooks vs. polling, pagination, rate limits, OAuth: you can discuss trade-offs, and you test APIs yourself. You find the real need. You've worked directly with customers, separated what they ask for from what they really need, and found what it takes for them to use an integration. You write tickets engineers love. Clear scope, clear acceptance criteria, and a clear line on what's out of scope. You prioritize by impact, not by who shouts loudest. You're fast. You ship in weeks, not quarters, and you build, learn and iterate in parallel. You explain complex things simply , to a construction company's project manager as well as to internal stakeholders like our commercial teams or our management. You live AI. You use LLM assistants and MCPs every day, and you've built your own automations. You keep growing. You actively build your skills, and you seek and act on feedback. Fluent German and English. Our customers are German construction companies who work in German. Our engineering team works in English. Based in Germany and open to traveling to customers across the country. Bonus points if you've helped build an MCP server that customers use, or if you know construction tech, ERP or estimating systems (e.g. RIB iTWO, SAP, Nevaris). Why us? Real impact: You'll shape how an entire industry connects its software and how AI agents work with it. Competitive compensation: A salary above the market average. Work-life balance: Work fully remotely from anywhere in Germany, or from our office in Berlin Kreuzberg, with flexible working hours. Top-notch equipment: A new MacBook Pro. A great team: Regular company off-sites and team events. Job security: A permanent contract in a stable, well-funded company. Growth & feedback: An open feedback culture with regular 1:1s and development conversations with our Head of Product. About us Cosuno – Revolutionizing construction through technology. We are Cosuno – a fast-growing tech startup that is making the construction industry more efficient and transparent with our digital platform for tenders and procurement processes. Our goal: to solve the most complex challenges in the industry with innovation and simplicity. Artificial intelligence is the key to our solution: it analyzes millions of price data points and helps construction companies create precise and efficient bids. This not only saves our customers time but also helps them avoid unnecessary costs. But for us, it's not just about technology – it's about the people who drive it. At Cosuno, you will work with creative minds who are reshaping the construction industry. We believe in diversity because we know that the best ideas come from different perspectives. An inclusive work environment is a given for us. Join us – Build the future of construction. Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
