The Role.. We are starting a labour optimisation programme with our Operations team, alongside FP&A and Data Science. The aim is to improve our wage percentage to sales while improving service standards at the same time. We are not interested in an approach that delivers one at the expense of the other. We are currently selecting an advanced scheduling platform to support this. The analytical foundation underneath it,how we measure productivity, what our labour standards are, how good our demand forecasts need to be - is what this role owns. You will sit in the Data team and work in close partnership with FP&A. Analysis alone will not move the number; changes stick when a Finance Business Partner and a General Manager can see the opportunity in their own House, agree the size of it and hold it in their forecast. Your job is to give them that, in a form they can act on. Key Responsibilities.. Labour productivity analysis, identifying site-by-site opportunities for efficiency gains and sizing each one Work with Operations and Finance to trial changes to scheduling and measure their impact Build improved labour reporting, so Business Partners and GMs can see productivity, schedule changes and shift adherence on a daily and weekly cadence Support Finance translate demand forecasts into labour requirements, helping to build the models that turn covers, check-ins, treatments and occupancy into hours by role Partner with our Data Science and Operations teams to understand forecast accuracy and recommend improvements Connect labour deployment to member experience, so that productivity gains are demonstrably not coming out of the House What we are looking for.. Proven experience in labour optimisation. You have personally delivered measurable improvement in wage percentage or sales per labour hour in a multi-site operation, and can talk us through the levers you pulled, how you sized them and how you proved the result A track record of partnering finance and operational stakeholders to land change, not just report on it Several years in an analytics role, with genuine multi-site operational exposure — hospitality, retail, leisure or QSR Advanced SQL, and comfort in a modelled data warehouse (experience with dbt an advantage) BI development experience (Omni, Looker, Tableau or Power BI), building tools operators actually use Experience with rota, time and attendance and payroll data, and a realistic view of its challenges Able to evaluate a demand forecast critically — accuracy, bias, seasonality — without needing to build one Desirable.. Experience with a workforce management or scheduling platform — Unifocus, HotSchedules, Dayforce, Fourth, S4 Labour, UKG, Quinyx or similar Strong financial modelling and fluency in P&L mechanics — wage percentage, flow-through, contribution An understanding of how labour regulation constrains labour models internationally, particularly the US — predictive scheduling and fair workweek rules, overtime and break requirements Labour standards or time-and-motion experience Python for data analysis and modelling, and/or use of AI tooling such as Claude Code to accelerate it Experience linking labour deployment to customer experience outcomes Benefits.. Soho House offers competitive compensation packages that feature global benefits and perks. Whether you're seeking entry-level employment or a new opportunity to expand your profession, we offer training to develop the technical and managerial skills necessary to grow your career. Celonis is the trusted platform to industrialize Enterprise AI. At our core is the Celonis Context Model — which combines process data, business knowledge, and intelligence into a living digital twin of the enterprise that AI can actually understand, turning AI's operational blind spots into operational clarity. World's leading companies trust Celonis and its global ecosystem of partners to make their AI agents, people, systems, and processes work together, achieving transformational outcomes. We believe there's a massive opportunity to unlock global productivity and sustainability by giving AI the context to understand how every business process really works. Join our mission to make processes work for people, companies, and the planet. The Team Celonis Services is the delivery engine of our Celonis Customer Organization, responsible for turning the Celonis platform into measurable, business-critical outcomes for our customers. In the AI era, our role has elevated: as AI agents like our own Apollo take on more of the technical build, our people focus on the work that drives real impact—understanding our customers' business-critical problems, designing the solutions that solve them, and quantifying the value delivered. Our Deployment Engineers and Deployment Architects pair deep domain and industry expertise with serious platform mastery and AI-augmented delivery, directing agentic systems while owning the judgment, architecture, and customer relationships that AI cannot replace. We deliver faster and smarter than ever, and we own the outcome: initial value realization, adoption, and the long-term success of our customers. The Role As a Lead Deployment Architect - AI (known internally Lead Deployment Architect) you are the technical authority for our strategic accounts within Celonis delivery. You shape how Celonis solutions are designed, architected, and delivered across your portfolio of strategic customer engagements. You define what good delivery looks like - setting architectural standards, designing end-to-end solution strategies, and ensuring that AI-augmented and agentic workflows are deployed effectively at scale. You operate at the intersection of deep platform expertise, domain knowledge, and customer strategy. You are equally comfortable leading a technical design review with Celonis engineers and presenting a transformation roadmap to a customer's C-suite. You bridge the gap between pre-sales and post-sales, ensuring that what was promised can be delivered - and often shaping the promise itself. This role carries significant organizational leverage. You set delivery patterns that other teams follow. You define how AI agents should be orchestrated for complex, multi-workstream engagements. You work in close collaboration with Deployment Engineers and raise the bar for the entire practice. The Work You'll Do Solution Architecture & Design Support Services scoping in pre-sales, ensuring the right Services are positioned in line with the Celonis solution architecture proposed Design end-to-end Celonis solution architectures for complex enterprise deployments, spanning multiple process areas, business units, and geographies Define the technical blueprint for how the Celonis platform integrates with customer systems, data strategies, and transformation goals Designing secure, scalable architectures tailored to complex enterprise requirements, optimizing for long-term usage growth and high concurrency. Make architectural trade-off decisions: build vs. configure, custom vs. standard, phased vs. big-bang - with clear rationale tied to customer outcomes Own solution quality & outcome delivery across engagements, conducting design reviews, and ensuring delivery teams follow architectural standards AI Orchestration & Delivery Innovation Design how AI deployment agents (Apollo) should be used across complex, multi-workstream engagements, defining agent workflows, validation checkpoints, and quality gates Develop reusable specifications, templates, and patterns that enable Deployment Engineers to direct AI agents more effectively Pioneer new delivery approaches that leverage AI to compress timelines, improve quality, or unlock use cases that were previously impractical Set standards for AI output validation, ensuring the organization maintains quality as delivery accelerates Customer Strategy & Advisory Serve as the senior technical advisor to strategic customers, building trusted relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders Translate customer business challenges into Celonis platform strategies, identifying high-impact use cases and defining success metrics Support pre-sales by providing technical credibility in complex deals, validating solution feasibility, and shaping project scope Guide customers through their Process Intelligence maturity journey, advising on platform expansion, AI readiness, and organizational change Leverage the broader ecosystem of Celonis experts to remove potential blockers in customer engagements Establish deep, technical advisor relationships with customer stakeholders (Lead Data Engineers and Architects, Head of Data Intelligence, Head of Business Transformation) to provide technical reassurance and maintain "Expert-to-Expert" alignment during the course of the deployment Successful Implementation Work together with Deployment Engineers on delivery projects to implement the most complex and cutting edge use cases for our customers Stay on top of the newest technologies Celonis has to offer and own the implementation of early stage products for our customers, ensuring close feedback cycles with Product & Engineering Review Solution(s) Blueprint to ensure quality, scalability and production readiness of business critical and operational use cases Domain & Industry Depth Develop and maintain deep expertise in one or more process domains (e.g., Supply Chain, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, IT Service Management) or industry verticals Translate domain knowledge into scalable solution patterns, reference architectures, and best practices that the broader team can leverage Proactively identify and standardize high-value use cases within your domain in collaboration with the Deployment Engineer, collaborating with Product and Business Apps teams to shape the platform roadmap Practice Development Contribute to hiring: define what great looks like for the Deployment job family, conduct interviews, and calibrate candidate assessments Share knowledge across the organization through internal enablement sessions, documentation, and community of practice leadership Ensure the link with Product & Engineering to feed customer insights and field experience back into platform development, and to influence the platform roadmap What Distinguishes This Role from Deployment Engineer Scope: You work across multiple engagements and shape solutions across a portfolio/cluster/industry vertical (4+ concurrent clients) Influence & Practice Development: your Scope allows you to identify and set standards that other teams follow - for solution architecture, AI orchestration patterns, and delivery quality Bridge: You span pre-sales and post-sales, ensuring continuity between what's sold and what's delivered Force multiplier: Your work multiplies the effectiveness of Deployment Engineers rather than substituting for it The Qualifications You Need Experience: 8+ years in technical consulting, solution architecture, or delivery leadership within enterprise software, consulting firms, or system integrators. At least 3 years in a senior or lead technical role with multi-stakeholder responsibility in large-scale projects at tier-1 organizations (e.g. digital twin implementations, global AI transformations, near-real-time data pipelines, etc.) Architecture skills: Proven ability to design complex, multi-component solutions that span data integration, process intelligence, automation, and AI, while remaining grounded in the "so-what" of a customer's process. Deep understanding of enterprise architecture patterns and trade-offs. Platform mastery: Expert-level knowledge of the Celonis platform, including the Process Intelligence Graph, data modeling, advanced PQL, automation and orchestration engine, and AI modules. Ability to push the platform's boundaries via a working knowledge of Python. AI & agent orchestration: Demonstrated ability to design AI-augmented delivery workflows leveraging frontier tooling (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, etc.). Experience with context engineering, multi-agent system design, or AI validation at scale. Ability to define how AI should be used, not just use it. Domain expertise: Deep knowledge in at least one major process domain or industry vertical. Ability to translate domain expertise into scalable solution patterns and credible customer advisory. Customer executive presence: Track record of building trusted advisor relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders. Ability to present transformation strategies, defend architectural decisions, and navigate complex organizational dynamics. Demonstrated experience navigating complex IT landscapes and communicating technical trade-offs to senior leadership. Consulting & communication: Exceptional ability to translate between technical and business audiences. Experience leading workshops, design sessions, and strategic reviews with senior stakeholders. Leadership & mentoring: Demonstrated ability to raise the performance of teams around you. Experience mentoring technical staff, setting quality standards, and contributing to organizational capability development. Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology Management, Business Informatics, or a comparable field. Languages: Fluency in English and German required. What Celonis can offer you: Pioneer Innovation: Work with the global leader in Process Mining and the Process Intelligence Graph to shape the future of AI-driven business operations. As a Customer Success Engineer at vCluster, you aren't just managing accounts — you are the primary architect of customer outcomes after the deal closes. Sitting at the intersection of technical depth and customer strategy, you ensure our customers — from hyper-growth AI Clouds to Global Fortune 500 enterprises — realize the full value of their investment and keep expanding it. You are not a reactive support resource. You are a proactive partner who drives adoption, identifies expansion opportunities, and spots churn before it becomes visible. You build deep relationships with Platform Engineering leaders, DevOps teams, and executive buyers alike — and you can talk credibly with all of them. Your Role and Impact: Onboarding Ownership: Lead end-to-end customer onboardings — from the sales handoff through to project close. You coordinate architecture workshops, platform installation, access setup, integration configuration, and operational readiness reviews. You set the tone for how customers experience vCluster from day one. Success Planning: Build and maintain customer success plans that document business objectives, KPIs, adoption milestones, and a forward plan. You treat the success plan as a living document that drives every customer conversation, not a one-time deliverable that sits in a folder. Value Articulation: Translate platform adoption into business outcomes. You connect Tenant Cluster growth, provisioning time savings, and developer self-service enablement to the metrics your customers care about — cost efficiency, engineering velocity, risk reduction, and platform ROI. When it's time to renew or expand, the business case is already built. Proactive Engagement: Own the customer relationship cadence — regular check-ins, Quarterly Business Reviews, and Executive Business Reviews. You do not wait for the customer and you run executive reviews that reinforce strategic partnership, not just feature updates. Technical Credibility: Hold credible technical conversations with platform engineers, DevOps leads, and architects. You understand the vCluster architecture well enough to discuss Tenant Cluster deployment patterns, RBAC, Tenant Isolation, integrations, and Day 2 operations. You can independently assist the customer with their technical challenges and design optimal deployment architectures. Renewal and Expansion: Own the renewal motion for your accounts — starting 90+ days out. You recognise expansion triggers — new use cases, AI/GPU workloads, additional Tenant Clusters, tier upgrades — and you work with the Account Executive and Solutions Engineer to convert them into growth that solves real customer problems. Customer Advocacy: Serve as the internal voice of your customers. You represent their feature requests, escalate blockers, and provide actionable feedback to Product and Engineering grounded in real account context — not anecdote. This Role is a Fit for You If: Proven Post-Sales Experience: You have experience in a technical post-sales role — customer success, technical account management, or professional services — with a track record of driving adoption and measurable business outcomes across a portfolio of technical customers. Technical Credibility: You have hands-on familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies. You can engage with platform engineers on architecture questions, discuss RBAC and Tenant Isolation patterns, and hold your ground in a conversation about cloud infrastructure without bluffing. You know when to bring in deeper technical resources. Stakeholder Range: You can run an executive business review with a Head of Technology in the morning and troubleshoot an onboarding question with a platform engineer in the afternoon. You adapt your communication without losing depth or credibility in either direction. Structured and Proactive: You operate with a clear framework — success plans, adoption milestones, renewal timelines — and you don't need to be reminded to use them. You identify risk before the customer tells you about it. Commercial Awareness: You understand what drives renewal and expansion in a SaaS or platform business. You surface growth opportunities that solve real customer problems, not just opportunities that look good on a pipeline report. Bonus Points For: Kubernetes certification (CKA or CKAD) or equivalent demonstrated technical depth in cloud-native infrastructure. Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, GPU compute environments, or customers building internal developer platforms at scale. Background working with regulated industries — financial services, healthcare, or public sector -- where compliance and governance add complexity to technical decisions. Contributions to the Kubernetes or open-source ecosystem. Experience at a Series B-D startup where you've operated with autonomy and helped build a repeatable post-sales motion from the ground up. About vCluster Labs We're the #1 platform for AI infrastructure, trusted by the world's fastest-growing AI cloud builders. We're a venture-backed startup that's raised over $28M from top-tier investors including Khosla Ventures (first investor in OpenAI, GitLab, Stripe, and DoorDash), and we're in a hyper-growth phase looking for motivated people to join our team. Our headquarters are in San Francisco (Salesforce Tower), but our team is distributed around the globe with a remote-first culture. We give AI Cloud providers and AI factories a hyperscaler-like experience on their own GPU infrastructure. Our platform runs the full stack an operator needs, from bare metal provisioning and node lifecycle management up through managed Kubernetes, Slurm, Ray, and inference clusters, so they can turn raw GPUs into cluster products they can sell in days instead of spending 12+ months building it themselves. Today we power over 100,000 GPUs and 1 million CPUs across 50+ AI clouds and Fortune 500 companies, backed by a team of 40+ infrastructure engineers who build alongside our customers rather than just shipping them software. We're the company behind vCluster, the open source technology for tenant isolation on Kubernetes, with 11,000+ GitHub stars and 40M+ tenant clusters created since 2021. Open source is part of our DNA. At KubeCon North America 2025, we launched our Infrastructure Tenancy Platform for AI, a Kubernetes-native framework built for running AI, ML, and GPU-intensive workloads anywhere, with an NVIDIA-validated reference architecture for DGX systems. Benefits We offer the following benefits: Competitive Salary : We offer a competitive compensation package, including equity. Premium Insurance : Health, dental, vision, and life Insurance, including plans for you and eligible dependents (benefits vary depending on country). Flexible Working Schedule: You have a doctor's appointment or need to head to the supermarket to get groceries at 2pm? We won't have an issue with that. To us, results matter more than clocking in and out at the same time every day. Workplace Flexibility: We're very flexible about where you work. We know things can change in life and we're happy to adjust the work environment for you along the way. Culture & Values At vCluster Labs, we value and stand for: Make it Happen: We have a relentless bias for action and the grit to push through obstacles. We do whatever it takes to figure it out, put in the work, and ruthlessly prioritize the actions that drive measurable impact for the business. Own the Outcome: We understand that our responsibility doesn't end when a task is checked off; it ends when the value is delivered. We connect our daily individual actions to the broader success of the company and our customers. Create Wow: We measure success by the experience we generate, both inside and outside the company. For our customers, this means impressive speed and intuitive experiences. For our team, this means going the extra mile to support one another and to continuously drive each other to new heights. Open Source, Open Mind: We are actively contributing to and maintaining open-source projects. Internally, we foster meritocracy — the strongest ideas win, no matter who or where they come from. Build Tomorrow's Standards, Intentionally: We don't just ship software; we define the state-of-the-art of tomorrow. We are fearless in tearing down old approaches to build something better, but we are disciplined in how we do it because we know our users rely on our technology to run mission-critical infrastructure platforms.
