The Associate Creative Director will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the visual and creative direction of marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and product communication for a leading global B2B SaaS company. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on design expertise, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality creative assets that resonate with both business clients and internal stakeholders. This role also plays a key part in reimagining what our web and digital experiences can be in an AI-first world — moving beyond conventional page-building toward more interactive, memorable digital experiences for our customers. This is a remote role open to candidates based in Canada. You should apply if: You want to impact the industries that run our world: Your efforts will result in real-world impact—helping to keep the lights on, get food into grocery stores, reduce emissions, and most importantly, ensure workers return home safely. You are the architect of your own career: If you put in the work, this role won't be your last at Samsara. We set up our employees for success and have built a culture that encourages rapid career development, countless opportunities to experiment and master your craft in a hyper growth environment. You're energized by our opportunity: The vision we have to digitize large sectors of the global economy requires your full focus and best efforts to bring forth creative, ambitious ideas for our customers. You want to be with the best: At Samsara, we win together, celebrate together and support each other. You will be surrounded by a high-calibre team that will encourage you to do your best. In this role, you will: Lead the development and execution of creative concepts for digital, print, and multimedia marketing materials. Own our tokenized digital web design system in Figma, with components mapped one-to-one to our codebase so that a single change cascades consistently across the entire site—coordinating with the Brand Creative team to ensure we show up in a consistent, evocative manner, and keeping the system structured for both designers and AI-assisted tools to build from. Prototype and build directly using AI-assisted design and development tools, moving fluidly from concept toward a near-shippable experience rather than relying solely on a traditional design-to-engineering handoff. Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to create compelling visual narratives that align with brand strategy and business goals—including bringing an e-commerce and growth-oriented mindset to our web store, a fast-scaling, revenue-driving part of the business run more like a product than a typical marketing site. Manage a team of digital designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback to ensure high standards of creative excellence. Oversee the production process from ideation through to final delivery, ensuring projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations. Contribute to the creation of brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all creative outputs. Stay current on industry trends and emerging design tools—including AI-powered ones—integrating innovative techniques into the creative process. Work closely with UX to ensure that our user insights are being delivered upon. Analyze and optimize creative assets for performance across various digital channels, ensuring that designs drive engagement, conversions, and customer retention. Champion, role model, and embed Samsara's cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices. Hire, develop and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high performing team. Minimum requirements for the role: 8+ years of experience in a creative role with 2+ years of experience as a direct people manager within a B2B SaaS or high-tech environment. Expertise in design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). Experience and curiosity around AI models and tools for how they augment design workflows and condense time between design and development. Hands-on experience working within a componentized or tokenized design system in Figma, ideally one connected to a live codebase. Genuine, hands-on fluency with AI-assisted design or prototyping tools—you don't need to be a deep technologist, but you should already be building with these tools as part of your process, not just aware of them. Strong understanding of brand strategy, UX/UI design principles, and digital marketing best practices. Ability to translate user insights into compelling digital experiences. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, heatmaps, or A/B testing to understand how creative assets perform and optimize them accordingly. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, which can be helpful for collaborating with developers and understanding web-based project requirements. Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects, collaborating with various teams, and delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to non-design stakeholders. A portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, including B2B marketing campaigns, digital experiences, and branding projects. An ideal candidate also has: Experience designing for or partnering closely with an e-commerce or product-led-growth (PLG) motion, in addition to traditional marketing/brand work. In-house experience at a fast-scaling company, in addition to or instead of agency experience. Experience preparing or structuring a design system so it can be consumed by AI or MCP-based tooling, or tying a design system directly to a live codebase. Proficiency in motion design tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro for creating dynamic content, video assets, and animations that complement creative campaigns. Experience with 3D design software like Cinema 4D or Blender, adding depth and sophistication to projects. The range of annual base salary for full-time employees for this position is below. Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma's platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us! We're looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to build and run the program operating system for Figma's growing Internal AI Tooling portfolio. Reporting into the CIO PMO and embedded within the team driving this work, you'll partner closely with Product and Engineering leaders to translate an emerging roadmap into coordinated, secure, and scalable capabilities used across Figma — bringing together Engineering, Security, Legal, Procurement, Data Engineering, Business Systems, IT, Enablement, and business teams. You'll create clarity across this system by establishing lightweight planning and governance, aligning teams around shared milestones and decisions, and ensuring initiatives move from intake through release and operational handoff with clear ownership and measurable outcomes — shaping not only what gets delivered, but also how Figma evaluates, builds, releases, and operates internal AI capabilities as the portfolio grows. The ideal candidate can bring structure to an ambiguous, fast-moving environment without introducing unnecessary process, and can lead complex work through influence rather than direct authority. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States. What you'll do at Figma: Translate the Product Manager's roadmap and prioritized outcomes into integrated program plans, milestones, release schedules, decision points, and clear ownership Manage execution of the Internal AI Tooling roadmap across technical teams and business stakeholders Operationalize a transparent intake and routing process so requests have a defined problem, expected business outcome, delivery path, risk profile, and accountable owner before work begins Establish and facilitate lightweight planning and execution cadences, including program reviews, dependency reviews, decision forums, release-readiness reviews, and stakeholder updates Maintain an integrated view of dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions, driving timely resolution or escalation when work is blocked Coordinate security reviews, legal and procurement milestones, data dependencies, vendor commitments, and business-system integrations so these workstreams are engaged at the appropriate stage of delivery Ensure releases have appropriate acceptance criteria, operational ownership, support processes, runbooks, escalation paths, and feedback loops before handoff Partner with Product and stakeholders to define measurable outcomes and provide clear reporting on delivery health, adoption readiness, operational performance, and realized impact We'd love to hear from you if you have: 5+ years of technical program management, or technical delivery experience in a cloud, SaaS, enterprise-technology, or internal-tools environment Demonstrated experience leading complex programs across Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, Data, Business Systems, Operations, and business stakeholders A track record of translating product roadmaps into integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, decision points, release schedules, and measurable outcomes while maintaining clear ownership boundaries between Product, Program, and Engineering Technical fluency with enterprise systems, APIs, integrations, data flows, platform dependencies, identity and access, and software-delivery lifecycles. You do not need to be an engineer, but you should be able to engage credibly in technical planning and tradeoff conversations Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, with the ability to establish lightweight governance, present concise decisions and risks, and create accountability without relying on direct authority While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have: Direct experience delivering internal AI tooling, platform, or product programs in a rapidly evolving technology environment Experience with responsible AI, model governance, security, privacy, compliance, or AI risk-management frameworks Familiarity with enterprise SaaS, middleware, low-code or no-code automation, identity platforms, data platforms, vendor evaluation, or procurement processes Experience with change management, enablement, enterprise adoption, Product Operations, or establishing a new program-management practice in an emerging organization At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you're excited about this role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles. Pay Transparency Disclosure Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career. About The Team The Dashboard Product team is committed to providing world-class user experiences for Stripe merchants. We focus on perfecting the Dashboard Stripe's main interface for merchants - by infusing meticulous attention to detail and craft. We take immense pride in our work and deeply care about the quality of the products we deliver. We're dedicated to building a team with an acute focus on detail, nurturing a level of craftsmanship that makes us proud to share our work with the world. We serve two core user groups. First, is real merchants using the Dashboard. We own the most critical, first-touch surfaces, such as the homepage, which we drive to set the benchmark for intuitive, reliable software. This work directly informs our second set of users, internal product teams. We distill our front-line insights into shared components and paradigms, empowering the entire organization to build a consistent, holistic Dashboard experience. We're a mentorship-forward team where staff engineers work directly alongside early-career engineers to raise the quality bar across everything we ship. We're also actively exploring how AI agents can unlock new creative possibilities for how merchants interact with their products, and we're excited to bring that same spirit of invention to the frontend craft. What you'll do As a Frontend Engineer on the Dashboard Product team, you'll collaborate with skilled designers and engineers to drive UX excellence in the Stripe Dashboard. You'll craft experiences that simplify complex tasks for merchants, ensuring high performance, seamless information architecture, and intuitive discoverability. You'll work on inventing new paradigms and elevating existing ones, with an eye toward broader use cases on the Dashboard. Working closely with designers and cross-functional groups, you'll craft experiences that help merchants understand their business and execute essential tasks with surprising levels of ease and delight. You'll also mentor early-career engineers to raise our collective quality bar, all while exploring how emerging AI agents can unlock new, creative ways for merchants to interact with their business. Responsibilities Own the frontend quality, consistency, and visual craft of the Stripe Dashboard's highest-traffic pages, with particular focus on core logged-in surfaces Identify and execute opportunities to improve consistency, performance, and polish across the Dashboard Partner closely with Design and Product,, serving as the technical voice on frontend feasibility, quality standards, and implementation approach Contribute to and advocate for the Stripe design system, ensuring components and patterns work well across the Dashboard and other product surfaces Establish frontend quality standards for the team, including patterns, code review practices, and implementation guidance for junior engineers Prototype and explore AI-powered experiences that change how merchants discover and interact with Stripe products Collaborate with backend engineers on integration points while keeping frontend craft as your core focus Who you are We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement. Minimum Requirements This is a Staff-level role - that typically means 10+ years of experience building and shipping complex, user-facing web applications at large scale Deep expertise in modern frontend development, with strong opinions on UI quality and the ability to execute to a high level of visual precision Track record of driving measurable improvements to UI consistency and polish across large, distributed products Experience working closely with Design teams and translating design intent into high-quality production implementation Demonstrated ability to work across a large codebase and bring coherence to high-traffic product surfaces Preferred Qualifications Passion for crafting beautiful experiences on the web, demonstrated through a design portfolio and frontend code showcasing engaging microsites, Figma plugins, creative code, design systems, or other similar endeavors Familiarity with frontend performance engineering, including profiling, instrumentation, and optimization Interest in AI-driven user experiences, with experience prototyping or shipping AI-powered features Experience mentoring early-career engineers and contributing to team-wide quality standards Comfort working across the full stack when needed, with a clear preference and passion for frontend craft Advanced proficiency with React, with an emphasis on interactions, animation, performance, and refinement Experience with A/B testing, synthetic monitoring, or accessibility testing Hybrid work at Stripe This role is available either in an office or a remote location (35+ miles or 56+ km from a Stripe office). In-office expectations Office-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for individuals and their teams. Working remotely at Stripe A remote location is defined as being 35 miles (56 kilometers) or more from one of our offices. While you would be welcome to come into the office for team/business meetings, on-sites, meet-ups, and events, our expectation is you would regularly work from home rather than a Stripe office. Stripe does not cover the cost of relocating to a remote location. We encourage you to apply for roles that match the location where you currently live or plan to live. Pay and benefits The annual US base salary range for this role is $190,400 - $285,600. For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process. Additional benefits for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; 401(k) plan; medical, dental, and vision benefits; and wellness stipends. We look forward to hearing from you. At Stripe, we're looking for people with passion, grit, and integrity. You're encouraged to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. Your skills and passion will stand out—and set you apart—especially if your career has taken some extraordinary twists and turns. At Stripe, we welcome diverse perspectives and people who think rigorously and aren't afraid to challenge assumptions. Join us. Apply now Please find our California applicant personal information notice here. The application window will remain open for 100 days after the Job Post is published. However, this opportunity will remain open based on the needs of the business, which may cause the application window to close before or after the 100-day mark.
