About Abacum Abacum is the leading Business Planning solution for finance teams to drive performance . By automating reporting, enabling collaboration, and simplifying planning and forecasting, we help finance teams shift from number crunching to driving strategic decisions. Founded in 2020 by two former CFOs, we've grown into a global team of 100+ people across 30+ nationalities . Headquartered in New York , we have offices in Toronto and Barcelona. We're trusted by industry leaders such as Dish Networks, Strava, BetterUp, Kajabi, JG Wentworth, Abridge, Cortex , and hundreds more. We have raised over $100m, closing in June 2025 our $60M Series B, led by Scale Venture Partners , with the strong participation of Cathay Innovation, Y Combinator , Atomico, Creandum, and angel operators from Adyen, Zapier, and Twitch. Our mission is ambitious and we can't do it alone - join Abacum as we build the future of Business Planning! We are looking for... An enterprise seller who already knows the Office of the CFO. You've carried a number selling planning, EPM, FP&A or finance software. You know how a CFO buys, how a steering committee stalls, and how to get a multi-stakeholder deal signed. At Abacum you'll own a named territory of enterprise and upper mid-market accounts across EMEA. Many of them run legacy planning tools or spreadsheets that can't keep up with the business. Your job is to show them a better foundation, and win. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will... - Own the full sales cycle for a named book of enterprise accounts, from first meeting to signed contract - Build and run your own pipeline through targeted outbound, events, and partner co-selling with ERP vendors and implementation partners - Sell to CFOs, VPs of Finance and Heads of FP&A, and bring IT, procurement, security and legal along the way - Run complex evaluations: discovery, business cases, proofs of concept, and competitive displacements - Forecast with discipline and keep a clean pipeline in CRM - Work with Solutions Engineering, Product and Leadership to shape deals, and feed what you hear in the market back into the roadmap What we need... - 6+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3 years closing enterprise deals - Experience selling EPM, FP&A, planning, or other Office-of-the-CFO software (finance, ERP, spend, or data platforms) - A track record of closing six-figure ARR deals with 3–6 month cycles and hitting or beating quota - Comfort leading multi-stakeholder deals with finance, IT, procurement and security at the table - Experience displacing an incumbent, whether a legacy system or a spreadsheet-based process - A consultative, value-based approach: you build a business case in a CFO's language - The drive to build your own pipeline, not wait for inbound - Clear, sharp written and verbal communication, including running demos with senior buyers - Based in EMEA, with the ability to travel to customers and events Bonus points if you have... - Sold with or through ERP ecosystems (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics) or implementation partners - Worked in finance, or you're comfortable talking models, drivers and variances with an FP&A team - Used a structured sales method (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar) - Been an early seller at a scaling company and helped build the enterprise playbook Why sell Abacum You know the category. Here's why this is the product you want in your bag. 1. A market ready to switch. Finance teams are stuck between rigid legacy planning tools that need a rebuild every time the business changes, and spreadsheets and AI tools no one can trust. Abacum is the governed, AI-native foundation that fixes both. That's a displacement story you can tell in every account. 2. AI that stands up to a CFO. Plenty of vendors claim AI. Ours runs on a governed financial model, so the AI reasons and the math stays exact. CFOs and IT teams can trust the output, and that wins technical evaluations. 3. Faster time to value than legacy EPM. 700+ integrations and self-service data pipelines mean customers see value in weeks, not after a long implementation. That shortens your cycle and makes the business case easy to sign. 4. Channels that bring you deals. Abacum is the only FP&A platform to pass NetSuite's SuiteCloud Developer Network review, is listed on the Sage Intacct Marketplace, and is a verified Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner. Those ecosystems and our implementation partners mean co-sell pipeline, not just cold outbound. 5. A product that keeps getting stronger. New AI skills ship every week. Abacum works where finance already works: Excel, Slack, Claude and ChatGPT, through MCP-native infrastructure. You'll have something new to show every quarter. 6. Funded to win enterprise. Abacum raised a $60M Series B to scale into larger customers. You'll join as we build the enterprise motion, with the room to shape it and grow with it. What you get - Competitive base, uncapped commission, and equity - Remote in EMEA, with hubs in New York, Toronto and Barcelona - Direct access to leadership and a real say in how we sell to enterprise Benefits Competitive compensation including equity package Competitive vacation policy Medical Insurance L&D budget Access to Meditopia (wellbeing platform) Language courses (English / Spanish) Our Values Customer Obsession: We share the understanding that Abacum's sole purpose is to create value for customers and relentlessly deploy all creativity and energy to that end. Audacious Ambition: We dream big and embrace discomfort. We assume risks, make on-time mistakes and learn how to methodically accomplish our goals. Good People: We are self-reflective and praise diversity of thought. We don't justify the end with the means and know where to draw the line. We have fun every day. Tough Love: We truly care for everyone in the team and embrace honest feedback and radical candor as ways to genuinely help each other. Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender perception or identity, national origin, age, marital status, protected veteran status, or disability status. SingleStore is looking for an accomplished sales professional to join our Sales Team. AI is moving from experimentation into production, and this role is an opportunity to break into AI while doing meaningful enterprise selling. As an Account Executive, AI Hunter, your job is simple: create new SingleStore customers. You will find companies building AI applications where data access, real-time context, memory, retrieval, or operational scale is becoming a constraint—and turn those challenges into new SingleStore customers. You will own a broad territory, build a majority self-sourced pipeline, create demand in an emerging category, and close greenfield enterprise opportunities. This is a true hunting role. You will engage customers before they have a defined project, develop customer-specific points of view, create urgency around business and technical problems, work with technical experts to land first production workloads, and build a measurable new-logo business with broad ownership. The ideal candidate is a measurable enterprise hunter who is competitive, curious, technically credible, resilient, and able to sell business outcomes. Direct AI sales experience is valuable, but proven selling ability and technical curiosity matter more than a narrow "AI seller" title. Role and Responsibilities Build and execute a territory strategy for net-new customer acquisition. Prospect fearlessly across a broad account universe using proactive, persistent outbound, account-based, partner, and market-education motions; stay resilient and effective through rejection and ambiguity. Form account hypotheses, map the buying center, and earn first meetings with relevant points of view tailored to the customer. Engage executive, business, technical, security, and procurement stakeholders. Lead great business-first discovery, connect AI and data challenges to fundable goals, and build quantified ROI, TCO, or operational-impact cases. Build and develop champions, multi-thread the buying group, earn executive and economic-buyer access, and maintain stakeholder alignment; own the stakeholder plan, mutual action plan, close plan, value case, stage gates, forecast, and commercial outcome. Lead complex sales cycles through technical validation, security, legal, procurement, negotiation, and close. Partner with Solutions and Forward Deployment Engineers and cross-functional teams to validate technical fit and establish the first production workload. Navigate competitive displacement and maintain disciplined activity management, CRM hygiene, reporting, qualification, forecasting, and opportunity management; showcase clear metrics such as pipeline created, meetings, conversion, quota attainment, and new-logo performance. Be AI fluent: use AI and research tools productively and responsibly while applying judgment, validating outputs, and separating facts from hypotheses. Travel within the assigned territory as required. Required Skills and Experience 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B enterprise software sales experience, ideally selling to large or technically sophisticated organizations; experience in data, cloud, analytics, AI, or adjacent technical domains is a plus. Repeated, quantified quota success with clear ownership of new-logo wins and self-sourced pipeline. Experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals involving executives, technical evaluators, security, legal, finance, procurement, and partners. Ability to sell measurable business outcomes and build ROI, TCO, or operational-impact cases. Technical fluency in an adjacent domain such as databases, data infrastructure, analytics, AI/ML, cloud, Kubernetes, developer tools, cybersecurity, observability, or open-source software. Strong qualification, account planning, forecasting, CRM, negotiation, and deal-management skills. Learning velocity and coachability, demonstrated through specific behavior change after feedback; ability to explain technical concepts clearly to technical and executive audiences. Executive presence, customer trust, resilience, intellectual honesty, and excellent communication skills. B.A., B.S. degree or equivalent in a related field. Experience with Fortune 500 or security-sensitive organizations, cloud ecosystems, open-source or consumption-based products, or emerging categories is preferred. Intro At carbmee, we're building the environmental intelligence platform the world's largest industrial companies use to measure, manage, and reduce their carbon emissions. We work with companies like Maersk, Lufthansa, and Zeiss, and we're growing fast. As Account Executive , you'll own the full sales cycle for our largest enterprise prospects, from first conversation to signed contract. You'll have real ownership from day one, on deals that actually move the needle for us. Why this seat is different Our deals are long-cycle, technical, and multi-stakeholder: you'll be selling into procurement, sustainability, and engineering teams at the same time, often against the inertia of "we'll just use a spreadsheet." Your tasks Own the entire sales cycle end-to-end: prospecting, qualification, negotiation, close Build and run your own outbound strategy: LinkedIn, phone, email, your own network, to build pipeline in your target accounts Lead demos and presentations that translate technical product value into business and compliance urgency for enterprise buyers Navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise deals (procurement, sustainability, technical) without losing momentum Keep your pipeline clean and current in our CRM: no last-minute pipeline archaeology Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to keep what we sell aligned with what we can deliver Bring market and competitor intel back to the team to sharpen our positioning Your profile Proven track record running full-cycle enterprise B2B SaaS sales Comfortable managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with technical and non-technical buyers Experience selling into industrial or regulated sectors (automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, logistics, chemicals, or similar) is a strong plus, but we're just as interested in strong operators from adjacent complex B2B environments Fluent in German and English : most of our enterprise buyers are German-speaking Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce or HubSpot) Genuinely curious about the climate/carbon space , or ready to get fluent fast: prior climate tech experience is a plus, not a requirement Based in or willing to relocate to Munich , with regular travel to costumers Benefits Unique & Powerful Mission: join a fast-growing and ambitious tech company that is shaping the future of carbon management and fighting climate change Compensation & Rewards: a steep learning curve and ownership from day one.
