Senior Treasury Operations Analyst
ClearbankLondon Office - Hybrid, Germany (Hybrid)27 days ago
Full TimeHybridSenior
godentalmental healthexcelcoachingsales+4

Trust unlocks our greatest potential. For decades, the clearing of payments remained unchanged and unchallenged. We asked, what if there was a better way? What if we could make banking infrastructure faster, safer, more reliable, and easier to access for all? Here is where you can think radically and responsibly to find the best solution. What happens when you know you're inherently trusted? Trust creates safety. Safety encourages you to be brave, to challenge, to fail, to try new things and to execute. At ClearBank everything revolves around trust. We're not expected to earn it, but we are expected not to break it. We're trusted to own it. To solve issues in the moment. To know a good risk when we see one, and the judgement to know that 'can' doesn't always mean you 'should'. What you can expect: ClearBank is a place where you can do things differently and challenge the status quo. We will give you a high level of autonomy and transparency, and we trust you to make the right decisions for the bank. If that excites you, how about joining our Treasury Operations team as a Senior Treasury Operations Analyst? Reporting to the Treasury Operations Lead, you will support Treasury Operations activities across ClearBank Group entities, including cash management, FX settlement, collateral and margin management and related processes. The role is responsible for executing complex operational activity with a high degree of accuracy and control, supporting day‑to‑day Treasury and contributing to the safe, resilient operation of a control‑critical function, while ensuring excellent service to internal and external stakeholders. As a senior member of the team, the role will deputise for the Treasury Operations Lead when required, providing operational leadership on shift, including coaching and direction to team members, while identifying efficiencies and continuous improvements across the function. Please note - This role operates within a shift‑based Treasury Operations environment. Specific shift arrangements are communicated separately and may vary over time. Your role includes: Execute Treasury Operations activities across multiple ClearBank Group entities and multi‑currency Nostro accounts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and strong control discipline Perform and monitor FX settlement activity with multiple FX providers, resolving issues and exceptions within agreed procedures Support cash and liquidity management processes, working closely with Treasury to manage intraday and end‑of‑day balances Manage collateral and margin activity relating to UK securities, including transfers, settlement and ongoing monitoring of asset sales Ensure all Treasury and cash management instruments, including FX swaps and money market funds, are confirmed and settled without exceptions Deputise for the Treasury Operations Shift Manager when required, leading operational activity on shift and acting as a point of escalation within established BAU and contingency procedures Exercise sound judgement during live operational issues, escalating in a timely manner where there is a high degree of certainty that existing processes or controls may fail Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance Treasury Operations processes, controls and workflows Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams and, where required, external counterparties to support smooth operational delivery Produce operational reporting and management information as required to support oversight and decision‑making Support the onboarding and operation of new Treasury instruments and products as ClearBank Group's offering evolves What you'll bring: To excel in this role, you'll also need: Experience in Treasury Operations, cash management or payments operations within a regulated financial services environment Strong working knowledge of FX settlement, Nostro account management and liquidity processes Experience managing or supporting collateral and margin activity, including securities settlement Proven ability to operate effectively in a time‑critical or shift‑based environment Sound understanding of operational risk, controls and escalation frameworks Experience producing or contributing to operational reporting and MI Strong communication skills, with the ability to work confidently across teams and with external parties Beneficial skills: Experience supporting multiple legal entities and currencies Exposure to new product or instrument launches within Treasury or Operations Knowledge of UK securities settlement processes and market infrastructure Experience contributing to process improvement or operational change initiatives Regretfully we are not able to sponsor applicants for immigration purposes at the current time. What makes a great ClearBank team member? Does this sound like you? You focus on solutions and positive outcomes, thinking radically and responsibly to find the best result for our customers, your colleagues and the bank; You actively seek feedback from others to drive your growth and development, always assuming positive intent from others and develop strong, trusting relationships you're your colleagues and customers: you really, genuinely care; You always strive for the highest quality, but you know that done is better than perfect; you welcome a challenge knowing that they learn as you go and iterate; 'I' before 'we', isn't in your vocabulary If this sounds like you then we encourage you to dust off that CV and apply! We wish you the best of luck with your application and maybe we'll be celebrating your new role at ClearBank soon! Weflow's Revenue AI Platform automates Salesforce data capture and gives full visibility into deal, pipeline, and forecast health. 300+ fast-growing companies like Retool, Abridge, and IDnow use Weflow to improve team productivity, sales performance, and revenue predictability. Weflow is backed by Gradient Ventures, Cherry Ventures, Eurazeo, and renowned angel investors, and run by repeat founders Philipp Stelzer and Janis Zech. Tasks We're rebranding and rethinking how we show up, what we stand for, and how we explain what Weflow actually does. That makes this a rare moment to join. You'd help us build our brand from the ground up, then carry it through everything buyers touch: the website, the product story, the resources that help them decide. You'd be our first and only product marketer. Which means real ownership of positioning, messaging, the website and the product narrative. Your role: Own our positioning and messaging. Shape it through the rebrand with the founders and Head of Growth, then make it real everywhere it shows up. Own our website as a product marketing surface: structure, copy, conversion, and how the story unfolds across pages. Tie brand, website and resource hub together so they compound instead of sitting in silos. Build the product marketing library that helps buyers evaluate us: how-to videos, walkthroughs, comparison pages, sales collateral. Lead go-to-market for new features and releases. Keep our positioning grounded in reality: talk to customers, run win/loss, and track what competitors are claiming. Give GTM the messaging foundations they work from, so we tell one consistent story. Work with GTM, product, and design to inject our product story. Requirements 3+ years in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company, ideally selling to technical or operations buyers. Exceptional writing. Clear, specific, no filler. You can explain a technical product without dumbing it down or hiding behind jargon. Positioning instincts. You work out what a product really is, not just what the roadmap says. You're comfortable owning a website end to end: structure, copy, shipping changes. You want to be the one who owns this, not one of five people with an opinion on it. You think Product Marketing beyond the website- Fluent English Experience in RevOps, sales tech or CRM-adjacent categories is a plus. Benefits A remote-first company Regular in-person meetups Top-of-the-line equipment An experienced, distributed and diverse team A competitive package, including stock options We look forward to hearing from you! We value diversity of perspective and seek to build an inclusive workplace that welcomes people from all backgrounds. Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow

Fragen vorher? Melde dich direkt bei Robert, Marketing Manager bei CENDAS. 📍 London - Hybrid. 2 days per week in our London office, 3 days remote / work from home (40 hour week) Goodlord's mission is to be the gold standard platform for renting, and we're looking for a Partnerships Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. This is a brand new role and our first dedicated Partner Marketing hire, so you'll have a genuine opportunity to build something from the ground up. Partnerships are already an important part of how we reach and win enterprise customers. Now we want to build a proper marketing engine around them – identifying where the biggest opportunities are, creating brilliant joint propositions and campaigns, and turning our partner network into a measurable source of pipeline and growth. Reporting to our Senior Enterprise Marketing Manager, you'll work closely with Partnerships and Sales to decide where we invest, build compelling co-marketing plans and then get stuck into delivering them. What you'll be busy doing: Building and owning our partner marketing strategy, including how we tier and prioritise partners Developing joint value propositions and co-marketing plans that resonate with our shared customers Planning and delivering campaigns across content, email, social, events and webinars Supporting partnership and integration launches with the plans, campaigns and assets needed to make them successful Owning partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline targets, tracking performance and using the results to decide where we invest Creating co-branded content and partner enablement materials, including launch packs and customer case studies Building strong relationships with our partners' marketing teams and becoming their go-to marketing contact at Goodlord Working closely with Sales, Partnerships and the wider Marketing team to turn great partner activity into commercial results The role combines strategy with hands-on delivery, so you'll need to be just as happy working out what we should do and why as you are getting on and doing it! ABOUT YOU We're looking for someone with strong B2B marketing experience, ideally within SaaS or tech, and genuine experience in partner, channel or affiliate marketing. You'll be commercially minded and comfortable talking about pipeline and revenue, not just campaigns and engagement. You'll understand that great partner marketing isn't about doing the same thing with every partner – it's about identifying where the opportunity is, creating something valuable for both sides and measuring whether it's working. This role is likely for you if: You've owned B2B partner or channel marketing campaigns end-to-end You're comfortable connecting marketing activity to pipeline and commercial outcomes You understand how to assess and prioritise different partners and where to focus time and budget You've worked closely with Sales and Partnerships teams You're comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on delivery You're confident building relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders You're proactive, curious and comfortable creating structure where there isn't already a playbook Experience in proptech would be a bonus, as would experience building or scaling a partner marketing programme from the ground up. This role is likely not for you if your experience is primarily generalist marketing, or if you've supported partner campaigns but haven't yet owned partner or channel marketing activity yourself. We need someone who brings genuine partner marketing experience and can connect that activity to commercial outcomes. Why you'll love being a Goodlordian Aside from the role, the people, our culture and our mission, we have some other things that make Goodlord a pretty awesome place to be. Here's a few favourites amongst Goodlordians (check out our careers page for more info). Grow with Goodlord: your development is important to us, that's why we are Great Place to Work - certified . Have a goal in mind? Share it with us so we can use some of our annual development fund to support it. We guarantee you'll learn loads and develop both personally and professionally! Your well-being matters: bi-weekly coaching with Sanctus to provide Goodlordians with a safe place to talk and support your mental health 25 days holiday (plus UK Bank holidays) plus 1 day per full holiday year up to 32 days: We believe regular breaks are essential for well-being and we encourage (some may say expect!) all Goodlordians to take full advantage of their annual leave entitlement. Supporting your family: we offer Goodlordians of all genders a generous 3 months of fully-paid time off to look after their new arrivals Our team: we're an energetic, sociable, and talented bunch who are super passionate about what we do and determined to make a difference. We're all in it together, we learn from each other, we're genuine and we don't have time for politics What's next? If you're ready to help us on our mission to be the gold standard platform for renting, then click apply (2-3 minutes)! A full job spec is available on request. Goodlord wants applicants from all backgrounds and walks of life; we are an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive environment. Creating a space where everyone feels included is central to who we are. Because we're an open book and we learn from each other, we actively champion diverse perspectives and unique life experiences. If there is anything you need to participate fully in the interview process, we'd love to hear about that too - please include it in your application. ** Please note, as we are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, all Goodlordians are required to pass a thorough referencing check via Experian before joining the team. We will only ask for references at the point of making an offer. No agencies please - we have tried and trusted partners we would turn to should we require support.
