Our Mission You call. You wait. You call again. In every other part of your life, you book in seconds. In healthcare, you're blocked. We're here to give power to the patient. For nearly 20 years, we've built the leading healthcare marketplace - helping tens of millions of people find and book the care they need. Now, we're going further: building our infrastructure beyond Zocdoc's marketplace to power access to care wherever patients search, from provider websites and insurance directories to search engines, AI platforms, and more. Healthcare still lacks something every other major consumer industry takes for granted: a seamless way to go from seeking to getting . We don't want to own the front door to care; there isn't one. We want to make sure all of those doors open when patients are knocking. Fixing healthcare starts with fixing access to it. And we're still just getting started. Your Impact on our Mission: Zocdoc is looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to make our distributed production systems more observable, reliable, and safe to change. Our platform connects patients, providers, and many interconnected services and integrations, so reliability depends on understanding the full path of a request—not just whether an individual service is running. You'll help build the observability foundations, automation, and engineering practices that allow Zocdoc to move quickly without sacrificing safety. You'll work across cloud infrastructure, microservices, APIs, and integration points in AWS, partnering closely with product engineering teams to identify risks, improve operational visibility, and make the right behavior easier to build and operate. You'll enjoy this role if you are… Passionate about observability and believe that teams can't reliably operate what they can't see Experienced in integration-rich environments where APIs, third-party dependencies, asynchronous workflows, and distributed services create complex failure modes Excited by the challenge of helping a fast-moving engineering organization ship quickly while keeping systems safe, diagnosable, and resilient Motivated to turn operational knowledge into reusable platforms, automation, telemetry standards, and paved paths for engineering teams Comfortable leading or supporting incident response, communicating clearly under pressure, and using blameless post-mortems to drive meaningful improvements Curious about how systems behave in production and willing to investigate across application code, infrastructure, networking, and external dependencies Collaborative, pragmatic, and able to build trust with engineers across numerous product development teams Autonomous, individually accountable, and always looking for ways to reduce toil and improve the developer and operator experience Your day to day is… Designing, building, and operating observability for distributed services and integrations, including metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, alerts, service-level indicators, and service-level objectives Improving end-to-end visibility across critical patient and provider workflows, including identifying gaps in instrumentation and making dependency health and integration failures easier to understand Creating reliable, repeatable tooling and infrastructure through infrastructure as code, automation, CI/CD, and self-service patterns Partnering with product engineering teams on reliability, scaling, performance, capacity, and failure-mode analysis for services and integrations Helping teams establish actionable alerts and operational ownership so that on-call signals are timely, meaningful, and connected to a clear response path Participating in the on-call rotation and incident response process, including serving as an incident commander when appropriate and driving follow-up work through completion Analyzing and tuning systems, code, cloud resources, and networking for resilience, performance, and efficient operation Strengthening deployment and change-management practices so teams can release frequently with appropriate safeguards, rollback paths, and feedback loops Contributing to platform standards and reusable patterns for containerized workloads, service communication, secrets, routing, and production readiness You'll be successful in this role if you have… 5+ years of experience supporting consumer-facing web applications, APIs, or distributed production environments in a Site Reliability Engineering, Production Engineering, Platform Engineering, or closely related role 2+ years of on-call experience in a 24/7 cloud-based production environment, with a track record of participating in incident response and delivering durable remediation Deep experience operating systems with many integrations, services, dependencies, or external APIs, and a practical understanding of how those relationships affect reliability Demonstrated experience building or improving observability practices, including metrics, structured logging, distributed tracing, dashboards, alerting, SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets 2+ years of experience managing and supporting modern cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS, along with technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or similar container platforms Proficiency in Python, Go, Ruby, Java, or a comparable language, and the ability to read and troubleshoot application code Experience with infrastructure as code and automated delivery practices, such as Terraform, OpenTofu, CloudFormation, GitHub Actions, GitOps, or equivalent tools Experience with edge and service networking technologies such as load balancers, reverse proxies, ingress controllers, web application firewalls, routing, rate limiting, or circuit breaking A deep understanding of protocols and foundational networking concepts such as TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, DNS, and NTP Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain operational risk, incident findings, and technical tradeoffs to both engineers and partners Experience working with sensitive data, privacy or compliance requirements, or regulated production environments is a plus, but not required. Benefits: Flexible work environment based in NYC Unlimited Vacation 100% paid employee health benefit options (including medical, dental, and vision) 401(k) with employer funded match Corporate wellness program with Wellhub Sabbatical leave (for employees with 5+ years of service) Competitive paid parental leave and fertility/family planning reimbursement Cell phone reimbursement Employee Resource Groups and ZocClubs to promote shared community and belonging Zocdoc is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Salary ranges are determined through alignment with market data. Base salary offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and skills. Certain positions are also eligible for variable pay and/or equity; your recruiter will discuss the full compensation package details. Available Locations San Francisco, US We are only considering locally based candidates OR candidates looking to move to the Bay Area. Senior Customer Engineer - (AI & Start-Ups) For San Francisco based hires: Estimated annual salary of $213,500 – $335,500 OTE, Base + Commissions. About the Role Digital Native SEs at Cloudflare work with the most innovative and cutting-edge companies on the planet — the startups and high-growth, cloud-native businesses that are building the next generation of Internet products. These are companies where the developers are the decision makers, and where the CTO is often personally responsible for shipping new products and getting the company's AI initiatives off the ground. This role is for a technologist who genuinely enjoys being in the room with builders. You'll be equally comfortable jumping into a Slack channel with a founding engineer, whiteboarding an architecture with a lead developer, and stepping into a strategic conversation with a CTO about their platform and AI roadmap. You speak the language of engineers fluently and can hold a credible, detailed technical conversation — but this is not a software developer role, and you won't be writing production code every day. Your superpower is technical discovery, translation, and evangelism: understanding what a builder is trying to accomplish, mapping it to the full breadth of the Cloudflare Developer Platform, and inspiring teams to build on Cloudflare rather than just consume a single service. The Digital Native segment leans heavily on Solutions Engineering to lead technical discovery within the cloud-developer vertical. You'll be expected to go deep on the Cloudflare Developer Platform — Workers, Durable Objects, Workers AI, R2, KV, D1, Vectorize, Queues, Pages, and the broader developer ecosystem — far beyond basic storage, and to make the case for Cloudflare as the place to build. This role covers both the acquisition of new Digital Native accounts and the expansion of existing ones. The ideal candidate is a "builder" personality with a strong mix of pre-sales/technical customer-facing experience who thrives in an agile, fast-moving environment. What you'll do as a Senior Solutions Engineer The Pre-Sales Solution Engineering organization owns the technical sales of the Cloudflare solution portfolio, ensuring maximal business value, fit-for-purpose solution design and adoption roadmap for our customers. Solution Engineering is made up of individuals from a wide range of backgrounds including but not limited to Sales Consultants, Technical Consultants, Technical Support and Program Managers. You are a customer-facing technologist within the Cloudflare Solutions Engineering team, focused on the developer-first, digital-native segment. You have experience in a pre-sales or other technical customer-facing role, and you're at your best when engaging directly with engineering teams and technical founders. In this role you'll partner closely with the sales team from the very start of the cycle — joining early discovery calls, qualifying opportunities from the get-go, and embedding yourself in customer Slack channels and working sessions. You'll lead technical discovery, deliver compelling demos and architecture discussions, run proof-of-concept builds, and evangelize the Cloudflare Developer Platform as the foundation for our customers' next products and AI initiatives. Responsibilities Specifically, we are looking for you to: Lead technical discovery within the cloud-developer vertical — asking the right questions to uncover how a customer builds, what they're trying to ship, and where Cloudflare fits. Engage early and often: join sales-led discovery calls from the outset, help qualify deals from the get-go, and stay embedded with customer teams (including in their Slack channels and working sessions) throughout the cycle. Identify and map customer initiatives and business problems — especially around new product development and AI initiatives — to the Cloudflare platform. Build relationships and technical champions within customer accounts, from founding engineers and developers up to the CTO. Develop and present tailored technical content and demos for both hands-on developer audiences and senior technical leadership. Lead demo and proof-of-concept / build activities for Cloudflare prospects and customers. Evangelize the Cloudflare Developer Platform (Workers, Workers AI, Durable Objects, R2, D1, KV, Vectorize, Queues, Pages and more) — making the case for customers to build on Cloudflare, not just use it for storage or CDN. Demonstrate your expertise with your peers through the creation of professional content, including reference architectures, demos, blog posts and other knowledge-sharing activities. Represent and evangelize Cloudflare externally at Developer, Community, Technology and Industry events with thought leadership and expertise. Apply in-depth vertical knowledge or domain expertise. Advise on best practices. Desirable Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Previous experience as a Solutions Engineer or other customer-facing technical role, ideally selling to or working with developer-led, cloud-native, or startup organizations. A genuine "builder" mindset and the personality to match: you enjoy talking to developers, you're curious, and you naturally gravitate toward technical problem-solving conversations. The ability to speak engineers' language credibly — you can hold your own on architecture, APIs, and platform design — without this being a hands-on, code-every-day developer role. Strong technical discovery instincts: you know how to draw out requirements, qualify fit early, and separate real needs from noise. A good mix of pre-sales / technical sales experience and comfort operating in an agile, fast-moving environment (joining Slack channels, iterating quickly, engaging in early-stage calls, and qualifying deals from the start). Solid communication, written and presentation skills, with the range to talk to both a hands-on developer and a CTO in the same day. Ability to work on several projects and activities concurrently. Highly driven, curious, team-oriented, and able to work with a sense of urgency. You've built web applications before, or contributed to existing web applications in a meaningful way — enough to have real empathy for how developers work. Polished communication and executive presentation skills with the ability to drive a discussion with a broad range of stakeholders (from the web developer to the CTO/CISO). Relationship building: a proven track record of building deep technical relationships with engineers and technical founders. Experience managing various stakeholder relationships to build consensus on technical solutions/projects. Experience managing technical sales within accounts, including developing champion-style relationships, driving technical wins, and assisting with technical validation. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience. The role requires up to 50% travel to attend meetings with prospects or customers, attend conferences and other industry events, and to collaborate with your Cloudflare teammates. A deep understanding of the Cloudflare Developer Platform and core industry components (and a desire to learn more): The Cloudflare Developer Platform — serverless compute and application development with Workers, Durable Objects, Workers AI, R2, KV, D1, Vectorize, Queues, and Pages. Familiarity with building or architecting applications on a serverless/edge platform is a strong plus. AI/GenAI application patterns — inference at the edge, RAG, vector databases, and how startups are operationalizing AI initiatives. HTTP technologies including reverse proxy (e.g., WAF and CDN), forward proxy (secure web gateway), and serverless application development. Internet security technologies including DDoS and DDoS mitigation, Firewalls, TLS, VPN, DLP. Networking technologies including TCP, UDP, DNS, IPv4 + IPv6, BGP routing, GRE, SD-WAN, MPLS, Global Traffic Management. Zero-trust network access (ZTNA & SASE) concepts including identity management and authentication. Cloud computing technologies such as AWS, GCP, Azure and others. Some scripting or programming familiarity with one or more of JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Golang, BASH — enough to read code, build a demo, and converse with engineers (not to ship production software). Understanding of, or experience with, regulatory requirements such as FedRAMP, GDPR, PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOC-2, ISO/IEC. An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. Reminder: this is not a strict requirement at all. Candidates from all walks of life are welcome. You can translate technical concepts and jargon for a wide variety of audiences: from systems engineers, to front-end developers, through to technical founders and C-levels. You want to be constantly learning new things and teaching what you've learned to the broader team through internal and external blog posts, team demos, and product training sessions. You have a knack for understanding problems and finding creative ways to solve them. Our product suite is ever-growing, and knowing how to identify which parts will solve a customer's particular problem is important. You understand how to manage a project, work to deadlines, and prioritize between competing demands. Compensation Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location. For San Francisco based hires: Estimated annual salary of $213,500 – $335,500 OTE, Base + Commissions. Equity This role is eligible to participate in Cloudflare's equity plan. About Gusto At Gusto, we're on a mission to grow the small business economy. We handle the hard stuff — payroll, health insurance, 401(k)s, and HR — so owners can focus on their craft and their customers. With teams in Denver, San Francisco, and New York, we support more than 500,000 small businesses nationwide and are building a workplace that reflects the people we serve. All full-time employees receive competitive base pay, benefits, and equity (RSUs) — because everyone who helps build Gusto should share in its success. Offer amounts are determined by role, level, and location. Learn more about our Total Rewards philosophy . AI is a fundamental part of how work gets done at Gusto. We expect all team members to actively engage with AI tools relevant to their role and grow their fluency as the technology evolves. AI experience requirements vary by role and will be assessed during the interview process. About the Role: As a Finance Intern on Gusto's Finance, BizOps & Strategy (FBOS) team, you'll spend 12 weeks working on real projects that shape how we run the business. You'll support leaders in Customer Experience, EPD, and Corporate Development, helping turn financial data into decisions about margin, cost to serve, and resourcing. Day to day, that means building financial reports, analyzing costs to find savings, and partnering with teams across Gusto on projects that move the team's roadmap forward. Along the way, you'll use AI tools and automation to work faster and go deeper than a traditional finance internship allows. You'll be paired with a dedicated mentor and a team manager who will support you from onboarding through your final presentation. By the end of the summer, you'll have seen firsthand how finance works as a true partner to the business. Please note: We'll be offering only one cohort start and end date (Cohort 1: May 17, 2027 - August 6, 2027). Deadline to Apply: Monday, October 26th at 4:00 pm PST About the Team: You'll join Gusto's Finance, BizOps & Strategy (FBOS) team, which provides financial, operational, and strategic support at the corporate, department, and product level as we scale to serve even more customers. Our partners sit directly inside business orgs like Customer Experience, EPD, and Corporate Development, translating financial data into operating decisions on margin, cost to serve, and resourcing. As Gusto evolves into an AI native company, we're using automation, predictive insights, and smarter data systems to define and defend our business model while accelerating growth. As a Finance Intern, you'll see firsthand how finance works as a true partner to the business rather than a back office function. Here's what you'll do day-to-day: Work cross-functionally on high-impact projects that use data, automation, and AI-powered tools Build and maintain recurring financial/operational reporting for your partner org Analyze cost or margin drivers and summarize findings for non-finance stakeholders Support a defined roadmap project end-to-end alongside your mentor Partner with CX/EPD/Corp Dev counterparts on data requests and ad hoc analysis Here's what we're looking for: Rising junior or senior (entering your 3rd or 4th year after this internship) Demonstrates genuine interest in financial trends, technology innovation, and applying classroom knowledge to real business challenges Comfortable working in Excel/Google Sheets; curious about how AI tools can speed up analysis work Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate findings clearly to non-finance stakeholders Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment Our cash compensation amount for this role is $32.70/hr for undergraduate students in Denver and $42.07/hr for undergraduate students in New York. At Gusto, we don't use titles the traditional way, as a signal of rank or hierarchy. Instead, our titles describe two things at once — your craft (what you do, e.g. Engineering, Design) and your scope of ownership (what you're accountable for) — which is why you'll see something like "Head of X" instead of a rank word like "Director" that tells you neither. Because of this, the title on this posting may look different from what you'd expect based on the scope and seniority of the role, and from how similar roles are typically titled elsewhere. If you have questions about how this role compares to your current title or level, your recruiter can help translate. Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role). The same office expectations apply to all Symmetry roles, Gusto's subsidiary, whose physical office is in Scottsdale. Note: The San Francisco office expectations encompass both the San Francisco and San Jose metro areas. When approved to work from a location other than a Gusto office, a secure, reliable, and consistent internet connection is required. This includes non-office days for hybrid employees. Reliable, consistent presence: We expect regular and predictable attendance, whether you're working in-office, hybrid, or fully remote, so that you stay closely connected to your team, customers, and stakeholders in real time and ensure colleagues and customers receive the timely support and responsiveness they deserve. Our customers come from all walks of life and so do we. We hire great people from a wide variety of backgrounds, not just because it's the right thing to do, but because it makes our company stronger. If you share our values and our enthusiasm for small businesses, you will find a home at Gusto. Gusto is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristic. Gusto considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. Gusto is also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures. We want to see our candidates perform to the best of their ability. If you require a medical or religious accommodation at any time throughout your candidate journey, please fill out this form and a member of our team will get in touch with you. Gusto takes security and protection of your personal information very seriously. Please review our Fraudulent Activity Disclaimer . Personal information collected and processed as part of your Gusto application will be subject to Gusto's Applicant Privacy Notice .

About Us At Cloudflare, we are on a mission to help build a better Internet. Today the company runs one of the world's largest networks that powers millions of websites and other Internet properties for customers ranging from individual bloggers to SMBs to Fortune 500 companies. Cloudflare protects and accelerates any Internet application online without adding hardware, installing software, or changing a line of code. Internet properties powered by Cloudflare all have web traffic routed through its intelligent global network, which gets smarter with every request. As a result, they see significant improvement in performance and a decrease in spam and other attacks. Cloudflare was named to Entrepreneur Magazine's Top Company Cultures list and ranked among the World's Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company. At Cloudflare, we're not looking for people who wait for a polished roadmap; we're looking for the builders who see the cracks in the Internet that everyone else has simply learned to live with. We value candidates who have the instinct to spot a "normalized" problem and the AI-native curiosity to create a solution using the latest tools. Our culture is built on iteration, leveraging AI to ship faster today to make it better tomorrow, while ensuring that every improvement, no matter how small, is shared across the team to lift everyone up. If you're the type of person who values curiosity over bureaucracy, and that AI is a partner in solving tough problems to keep the Internet moving forward, you'll fit right in. Available Locations: Austin, TX | Seattle, WA | London, UK About the Role Cloudflare's Developer Platform powers stateful, data-intensive applications across our network. We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to work across the database stack, from query planning and execution to transaction processing and durable storage. You'll make decisions that shape the consistency, durability, and latency guarantees that customer applications rely on. Correctness under concurrency and failure is central to the role. You'll define and implement how queries read and modify data, how concurrent transactions become visible, and how durable state is recovered. You'll validate these systems using deterministic simulation, workload testing, and evidence from production. Responsibilities Improve query planning and execution, including index selection, row reads and writes, and performance as data volumes and access patterns change. Build transaction and storage paths that make writes durable and reads consistent. Define when changes become visible, how commits survive failure, and how recovery restores a correct view of the data. Design deterministic simulations that make rare event orderings and failures reproducible. Plan stateful upgrades that cannot be reversed by rolling back software. Carry them through staged rollout, failover, and recovery without putting existing data at risk. Participate in the service's on-call rotation and incident response. Own major changes from design through production. Coordinate implementation across teams when a change spans multiple parts of the service, and help trace failures across those parts. Mentor other engineers through design reviews, debugging, and incident analysis involving concurrency, durability, and recovery. Desirable Skills, Knowledge & Experience You have owned a database, storage engine, transaction system, or similarly correctness-sensitive stateful system from architecture through production. You can make architecture and implementation decisions when requirements or system boundaries are incomplete. You understand how query execution, indexing, transaction processing, and durable state shape what developers and operators observe. You understand how concurrency control, isolation, replication, and snapshots shape consistency, durability, and recovery. You can apply those concepts when operations arrive out of order, components fail independently, or the network partitions. You write and debug concurrent production software in Rust, Go, C++, or another systems language. You can trace failures across process, network, and durable-state boundaries. You have operated stateful systems through rollouts, scaling events, incidents, and recovery. You know the difference between transient unavailability and incomplete or incorrect recovery, and when a system is safe to return to service. You have led investigations where failures crossed systems owned by several teams. Bonus Points You've worked on the internals of PostgreSQL, MySQL, Amazon Aurora, or another relational database and can trace a SQL operation from planning through commit. Your work on transaction processing or concurrency control has included defining snapshot visibility and recovery behavior. You've profiled database workloads and traced performance bottlenecks from query execution through durable storage. You've used deterministic simulation or another systematic method to uncover distributed-systems bugs that conventional tests missed. What Makes Cloudflare Special? From Fivetran's founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We're proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven. About Us Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we're delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we're building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It's an exciting time to join us: we're creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites. About the Role We're looking for a Partner Solutions Architect to own the global technical relationship with Snowflake and Databricks. Snowflake and Databricks are two of Fivetran + dbt Labs' largest platform alliances. This is a global role scoped to those two partners. For each, you will own the technical alliance plan worldwide, the joint technical narrative, and our joint integration and roadmap priorities with each partner to drive cosell revenue. You will also own our technical presence at major milestones such as Snowflake Summit and Databricks Data + AI Summit, our two largest partner events. Functionally, the role sits at the intersection of field engineering, product management, partnerships, and partner marketing. Your closest counterparts are the global alliance managers for Snowflake and Databricks, the regional partner sales managers who run the Snowflake and Databricks motions in AMER, EMEA and APJ, the geo partner solutions architects, and product managers across both product lines. You will report to the global head of partner solutions architecture. This is a full-time position, which can be either remote (US) or hybrid depending on location. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team. What You'll Do Own the global technical alliance plans for Snowflake and Databricks. Build each plan with the partner's alliance and product leadership, agree it with our own, and drive it through both field organizations. Own the joint technical narrative and the capability messaging for the combined dbt + Fivetran platform on Snowflake and Databricks, including reference architectures, integration patterns, and the joint value story that partners and sellers use with customers. Build reusable collateral, playbooks and enablement assets for the broader partner solutions architecture team and for the partners delivering on Snowflake and Databricks. Maintain a single, current view of integration state, gaps and opportunities across the combined platform on Snowflake and Databricks, covering ingestion, transformation, Fusion, the semantic layer, catalog and metadata, open table formats, and agent and MCP interfaces, and collaborate with our Product organization to drive the right outcomes. Serve as the primary technical counterpart to the partner engineering and partner product teams at Snowflake and Databricks, and run the standing technical cadence with each. Own our technical presence at Snowflake Summit and Databricks Data + AI Summit, including hands-on labs, sessions, demos, and the technical readiness of the team who staff each event. Partner with the regional Partner Solutions Architects and Partnerships organization so global alliance strategy turns into regional execution, and so they can run the motion without you in the room. Travel approximately 30% for alliance planning, technical workshops, executive meetings and partner events, including international travel. Hands-on knowledge of Snowflake and/or Databricks, plus strong SQL and data modeling fundamentals, with genuine technical credibility in front of partner engineers. Sound product and strategic judgment and reasoning Strong presentation and facilitation skills for workshops, hands-on labs, keynote-adjacent sessions and large partner technical audiences. Proven ability to drive outcomes in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with multiple stakeholders Bonus Skills Experience owning a technical alliance, with a track record of shaping what a partner built and how the two products fit together Experience with partner-facing APIs, SDKs, drivers, or integration certification programs Background in product management or technical product marketing alongside a field engineering career Familiarity with cloud marketplace motions and co-sell programs The compensation range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire compensation for the target position and level, and may include sales incentives or target bonuses depending on the role.
