Reporting to the T&I Manager, you'll work closely with QA, operations, and internal stakeholders to maintain a trustworthy, safe, and high-quality experience for every patient we serve. Unlike traditional tools, Computer unifies all your data sources, tools, and workflows into a single AI-ready platform, giving employees real-time insights, proactive suggestions, and powerful agentic actions. It extends your existing software with AI-native apps and agents that work alongside your teams and customers – updating workflows, coordinating across teams, and eliminating repetitive work. We call this Team Intelligence: human-AI collaboration that breaks down silos, brings people back together, and frees you to solve bigger problems. Backed by Khosla Ventures and Mayfield with $150M+ raised, DevRev is trusted by global companies across industries. About the role We're looking for a Channel Partner Manager with a startup mindset and a builder's instinct. You'll own the full lifecycle of partner relationships end to end — from acquisition through business outcomes — with no hand-offs and no waiting for someone else to figure it out. You'll identify and recruit high-potential partners, onboard them effectively, build joint business and channel plans, develop co-created solutions, and relentlessly measure and drive results. This isn't a maintain-the-program role. It's a build-the-program role — high-impact, high-visibility, and central to DevRev's go-to-market expansion across the United States. Location: North East (NY, PA, NJ) or Chicago only. Background and experience Currently a solo marketer covering marketing, events, SDR, and pipeline follow-up — broad, high-autonomy scope. Mentors junior field marketers and founders on event strategy. Previously partnered with Christopher Martin on ~3 sponsored events via Startup Grind, so she comes with an existing tie into DevRev's network. Business acumen Demonstrated strong judgment: turned down a misaligned Dreamforce partnership because the partner was targeting enterprise rather than her ICP — prioritizes pipeline quality over volume. Bias to action: when SDRs produced zero invites for an upcoming dinner, she personally stepped in and invited 12 guests. Frequently mistaken for the CEO at events — executive-level presence and ownership. Network Self-described "super connector" in the Bay Area startup scene. Strong relationships with Startup Grind and similar organizations, which approach her to recruit sponsors rather than the reverse. Fit for the role Comfortable with the dual scope of field marketing plus events and understands how the two connect. Bay Area based — aligns with the West Tier-1 city requirement. Strong communication and rapport; described her first call with Laura as a "tête-à-tête, not an interview." Areas to validate in later rounds Metrics rigor: how she attributes events/campaigns to sourced vs. influenced pipeline. Handoff discipline: how she passes engagements into sales/SDR follow-up and retargeting so momentum compounds. AI and tooling: where she uses AI to speed up research and personalization. What you'll do Drive partner acquisition — Identify, prospect, and recruit high-value channel partners (VARs, resellers, SIs, and technology alliances) aligned with DevRev's ICP and growth strategy. Own partner onboarding end to end — Design and execute a structured onboarding experience that gets partners productive fast — including technical readiness, sales alignment, and go-to-market activation. Build and drive business plans — Co-develop joint business plans and channel plans with each partner, setting clear revenue targets, pipeline commitments, and milestones. Measure and drive business outcomes — Define partner KPIs, track pipeline contribution, revenue attainment, and deal velocity. Hold partners accountable and course-correct when results fall short. Develop joint solutions — Work with partners and DevRev's product team to co-create integrated solutions, use cases, and offerings that differentiate in the market and accelerate customer adoption. Enable continuously — Deliver ongoing training, certifications, and enablement programs that deepen partner expertise and independence. Align with direct sales — Collaborate closely with DevRev's sales organization to coordinate on accounts, avoid channel conflict, and maximize co-sell impact. Advocate internally — Be the voice of your partners inside DevRev, working with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure partner needs are met. Represent DevRev externally — Attend partner events, QBRs, and industry conferences to strengthen relationships and build brand presence. What we're looking for 4–7 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or alliances — ideally in SaaS or enterprise software. Startup mindset — you operate with urgency, resourcefulness, and zero entitlement. You don't wait for playbooks; you write them. Builder at heart — you've created something from scratch before (a partner program, a territory, a team) and you're energized by ambiguity, not paralyzed by it. End-to-end owner — you take full accountability from strategy through execution through outcomes. No "that's not my job" in your vocabulary. Proven track record of acquiring partners and scaling those relationships into measurable revenue. Experience building joint business plans and holding partners to outcome-based metrics. Strong understanding of the SaaS go-to-market landscape and partner ecosystem dynamics. Excellent communicator — comfortable presenting to C-level stakeholders at partner organizations. Based in or willing to work from New York or Texas. Nice to have Experience co-developing joint solutions or integrations with channel partners. Background in CRM, customer support, or DevOps tooling. Existing relationships with SIs or resellers in the mid-market or enterprise space. What we offer Competitive base salary + commission structure. Equity participation. Full benefits package. Opportunity to shape DevRev's partner program from the ground up. This role can be based in NY, PA, NJ and Chicago only. How do we work? Whatever your role, our values describe what we ask of each other. Be a bridger Look beyond your own role. Ask questions, share context and help others get unstuck. That may mean bringing the right people together or picking up a problem that doesn't necessarily fit neatly into your job description. Care loudly We want your perspective, not just your agreement. Speak up when something isn't working or someone needs support. Give honest feedback with respect for the person receiving it. Don't let an uncomfortable conversation become an unspoken problem. Own the outcome Take responsibility for the result, not just your part in the process. Use AI to move the work forward, not to outsource your judgment. Make the call, check whether it worked and change course when it didn't. If something goes wrong, own it and help fix it. That's DevRev! DevRev is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, national origin, disability, age, genetic information, veteran status, marital status, pregnancy or related condition, or any other basis protected by law.

Who we are Samsara (NYSE: IOT) is the pioneer of the Connected Operations™ Cloud, which is a platform that enables organizations that depend on physical operations to harness Internet of Things (IoT) data to develop actionable insights and improve their operations. At Samsara, we are helping improve the safety, efficiency and sustainability of the physical operations that power our global economy. Representing more than 40% of global GDP, these industries are the infrastructure of our planet, including agriculture, construction, field services, transportation, and manufacturing — and we are excited to help digitally transform their operations at scale. Working at Samsara means you'll help define the future of physical operations and be on a team that's shaping an exciting array of product solutions, including Video-Based Safety, Vehicle Telematics, Apps and Driver Workflows, and Equipment Monitoring. As part of a recently public company, you'll have the autonomy and support to make an impact as we build for the long term. About the role At Samsara, we're looking for a hands-on Staff Software Engineer to help turn growing Telematics products into major businesses. Our new product bets include routing and workforce management for physical operations. The portfolio has paying customers and early traction. You'll help shape what comes next, working directly with customers to understand their operations, test ideas and build solutions they choose to use. You'll stay close to the work through production, customer adoption and scale. This is a technical leadership role with substantial hands-on engineering. You'll define important problems and make product and technical decisions alongside Product, Design and Engineering partners. You'll bring the judgement to move forward when requirements are incomplete, and the influence to align other teams around a clear direction. What you will do Work directly with customers and customer-facing teams to understand unmet needs, test assumptions and identify opportunities worth pursuing. Agree on success measures with Product and Design before investing in a solution. Lead ambiguous initiatives end to end, from discovery and prototypes through production rollout, adoption and iteration. Use customer feedback and product data to decide what to improve, expand or stop. Write and ship code on the critical path. Work across services, APIs and customer-facing experiences as the problem requires, combining technical depth with the ability to learn unfamiliar parts of the product. Set technical direction for your area and align the teams needed to deliver it. Make pragmatic architecture choices that support rapid learning today and reliable growth over time. Own the production quality of what you build. Design for correctness, reliability and performance, plan safe rollouts, and use operational evidence to address the constraints that emerge as usage grows. Increase the effectiveness of the engineers around you through design and code reviews, mentoring senior engineers, and removing recurring obstacles to delivery. Share context and decisions so others can move independently. About the role: In this role, you will: Champion, role model, and embed Samsara's cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices Hire, develop and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high performing team What you will bring A track record of shipping customer-facing products and growing them beyond their initial launch. You can explain your contribution to measurable outcomes such as adoption, revenue growth, retention, customer efficiency or cost to serve. Strong product judgement. You have worked directly with customers, clarified poorly defined problems and made decisions using evidence, including changing direction when an initial idea did not work. Deep hands-on software engineering ability, with recent experience designing, implementing and operating production systems. You can move from a prototype to maintainable software and explain the trade-offs along the way. Experience scaling products and the systems behind them. You know how to identify the next constraint, balance speed with reliability, and make technical investments that support customer and business growth. Technical leadership across team boundaries. You have built alignment without formal authority, made other engineers more effective, and communicated difficult choices clearly to technical and business partners. Experience that could be useful Experience building B2B software through an early growth stage, or working on routing, workforce management or other software for physical operations. We value evidence of learning a complex customer domain and delivering results; previous industry experience is helpful, rather than essential. What success looks like Customers adopt the capabilities you help build and can see the benefit in their day-to-day operations. The products remain dependable as usage grows. Your technical decisions support measurable business progress, and the teams around you can deliver more effectively because of your work. Total Rewards At Samsara, we build for the people who keep the global economy moving. We want owners, not passengers, which is why our rewards are designed to fuel high-impact builders. Our compensation program delivers above-market total compensation through a combination of base salary, performance-based bonus/variable pay, and equity (for eligible roles) in a high-growth public company. We meaningfully differentiate pay for our top performers, who have the opportunity to earn above-market compensation that can outpace the broader market over time. Beyond compensation, we provide the foundations that enable long-term success: a flexible, employee-led remote model, a professional development stipend, comprehensive health and parental leave plans, and more. If you're ready to build for the long term and own the outcome, your journey starts here. Flexible Working At Samsara, we embrace a flexible working model that caters to the diverse needs of our teams. Our offices are open for those who prefer to work in-person and we also support remote work where it aligns with our operational requirements. For certain positions, being close to one of our offices or within a specific geographic area is important to facilitate collaboration, access to resources, or alignment with our service regions. In these cases, the job description will clearly indicate any working location requirements. Our goal is to ensure that all members of our team can contribute effectively, whether they are working on-site, in a hybrid model, or fully remotely.
