of the go to market organization. Our Industries customers in France, Iberia and Italy include many of the region's largest enterprises across financial services, healthcare and life sciences, manufacturing, telecom, retail, energy, and other sectors. You'll leverage your experience building and leading technical sales teams to drive positive AI transformation that addresses our customers' business needs, meets their technical and regulatory requirements, and provides a high degree of reliability and safety. Have worked across multiple industries, such as financial services, healthcare and life sciences, manufacturing, telecom, retail, and energy. Think highly strategically about complex industry accounts, and turn that thinking into plans your team and sales counterparts can execute. Have deep technical proficiency with enterprise AI use cases, API integrations, and LLM deployments. Thrive in building and rapidly scaling teams and processes within ambiguous and fast-moving environments. Have excellent communication, collaboration, and coaching abilities. Strong executive presence and ability to foster deep relationships with business and technical leaders at the region's largest companies. Have at least a high level familiarity with the architecture and operation of LLMs. Have a passion for making powerful technology safe and societally beneficial. About Anthropic Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role The Endpoint team (Client Platform Engineering) manages the devices Anthropic's people work on, plus the infrastructure underneath them. We treat the fleet as a distributed platform, not a collection of devices, and configuration ships as code through pull requests, CI, staging, and a canary group. Today the fleet is mostly macOS, with a growing mobile footprint. Anthropic also works with vendor and business process outsourcing (BPO) partners whose teams need access to Anthropic systems. Those programs are growing, in more countries and with more vendors. Anthropic-owned Chromebooks issued to vendor staff are becoming the default device for vendor teams. This role exists to make ChromeOS a supported platform with a dedicated owner. You will own ChromeOS end to end, from how devices are bought and enrolled to how they are locked down, monitored, and retired, and help bring Android in as a second platform. The team is deliberately lean and runs with high autonomy. You'll define what ChromeOS looks like at Anthropic and own the platform decisions that get it there. Responsibilities Own ChromeOS as a platform at Anthropic: device standards, Google Admin console and Chrome Enterprise setup, organizational unit design, and policy Manage ChromeOS policy as code through the Chrome Policy API, GAM, and Terraform, in the team's config-as-code pipeline, so changes are reviewed, tested, and progressively rolled out like the rest of the fleet Build zero touch enrollment through resellers, so a Chromebook arrives enrolled and works the first time in every country our vendor partners work from Work with IT Operations and procurement partners on buying and shipping devices internationally, including regions our current partners don't reach Design device models for vendor teams (kiosk, managed guest sessions, shared devices, and assigned devices) and pick the right one for each program Lock devices down to what the work needs: copy and paste, downloads, printing, USB, and app and extension controls Own the device lifecycle for vendor fleets, from enrollment to wipe, lock, and retrieval when an engagement ends Feed ChromeOS device data into our fleet telemetry, tracking which devices are checking in, OS version, and drift between expected and actual state Partner with Corporate Security on hardware standards (such as Verified Access attestation and minimum AUE date), device trust signals, and access decisions Work with Security on the contractor access model and on keeping Anthropic data off vendor devices Run data loss controls through Chrome Enterprise Premium Work with Security on the vendor identity model: which accounts vendor staff use and in which tenant Support Android as a second platform, working with the corporate mobile program on Android Enterprise and zero-touch enrollment Write the runbooks IT Operations and vendor partners use to stand up a new program You may be a good fit if you Have owned ChromeOS as a platform for a fleet of thousands of devices Know the Google Admin console and Chrome Enterprise well: OU design, device and user policy, enrollment, and reporting Have automated ChromeOS policy through the Chrome Policy API or GAM Have run kiosk, managed guest, or shared device programs for frontline, contact center, or outsourced teams Have set up zero touch enrollment with resellers and shipped devices across several countries Have worked with Android device management and can hold your own in a mixed fleet Excel at ambiguous problems that touch several teams at once Communicate technical concepts clearly to any audience, including vendor partners View IT Engineering as requiring product engineering rigor Write clear documentation as a natural part of your workflow Strong candidates may also Manage device configuration as code (pull requests, CI, staged rollout) instead of clicking in consoles Have managed ChromeOS alongside macOS or mobile fleets Have used VDI or browser-based access to keep data off the device for outsourced teams Have supported BPO or vendor programs through fast growth into new regions Have built automated, progressive rollout systems with promotion gated on telemetry Have used LLMs to automate operational work, or are excited to make Claude a teammate Technical Skills Python and shell scripting ChromeOS management through the Google Admin console and Chrome Enterprise Google Admin SDK, Chrome Policy API, and GAM for automating policy and reporting Android Enterprise management (working knowledge) Querying live device state at fleet scale GitOps and CI for configuration management Endpoint security fundamentals Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis. The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the Role Anthropic's GTM Programs team turns our most strategic go-to-market priorities into structured, measurable programs. The team is a core strategic business partner to the GTM organization, driving growth and operational excellence and accelerating the safe adoption of frontier AI across the world's leading enterprises. As Head of GTM Programs, EMEA, you will bring that function to Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), partnering directly with executive sales leaders, frontline managers, and sellers to understand their needs, then design, launch, and measure the programs that meet them. This is a high-visibility leadership role that combines quantitative rigor with hands-on program execution. You'll work across a diverse group of cross-functional partners, including sales, marketing, enablement, and strategy, to build a connected system of programs that drives measurable pipeline and revenue impact across the region, then adapt those programs as the business evolves. EMEA spans many countries, languages, and buying cultures, so you will also decide what runs once for the region, what is localized, and what is left to country teams. GTM Programs is a new function, and this is an opportunity to build it, not just join it. Every organization is deciding its AI strategy right now, and the programs this team builds shape how our field meets that moment. You'll help define what a well-run program looks like at Anthropic, with high autonomy. Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor to EMEA Sales Leadership: bring data-backed insight and recommendations into their operating reviews, including program and resourcing decisions, and shape the strategic initiatives that come out of them. Analyze the health of the EMEA pipeline across volume, conversion, velocity, and efficiency, identify breakdowns in the funnel such as lead quality, routing, or segmentation, and partner with Revenue Operations to implement solutions. Shape a consolidated demand generation plan and calendar across EMEA's inbound, outbound, and partner channels, aligning to regional and global sales priorities to meet pipeline generation targets. Own GTM programs end to end in close partnership with the field: translate leadership priorities into structured programs with clear objectives, owners, and milestones, and carry them from concept through launch, operations, and iteration, with measured uplift as the outcome you're accountable for. Partner closely with Marketing, Enablement, and Sales Strategy to standardize playbooks and build a unified, end-to-end approach to pipeline generation and progression rather than disconnected initiatives. Decide what to run once for EMEA, what to localize by sub-region or language, and what to leave to country teams, including outreach and data-protection rules that differ by market. Introduce AI-driven insights into lead prioritization, forecasting, and opportunity management, partnering with analytics teams to surface predictive signals such as conversion likelihood and deal risk. Define the measurement plan before a program launches: baseline, targets, uplift metrics, and how results will be attributed to the program. Instrument every program into the GTM operating cadence, so leadership can inspect results in the same reviews where they run the business. Package what's working (industry patterns, use cases, activation motions) into repeatable plays that sellers can run without you in the room, and lead program adoption and communication as the sales organization scales. Build and lead the EMEA GTM Programs team, developing people across countries and time zones. Minimum Qualifications 10+ year experience in sales programs, sales operations, business development, sales readiness, or marketing within a technology or SaaS environment. Experience designing and running sales or GTM programs end to end, with the ability to speak to the uplift they produced, not only the activities they ran. Experience designing and leading demand generation campaigns or programs in direct partnership with field sales organizations, ideally across multiple countries. Demonstrated analytical and quantitative approach to measuring, reporting on, and optimizing program performance, including familiarity with CRM and pipeline reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce). Experience leading and developing a team, including across countries and time zones. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership. Working knowledge of how data-protection and marketing-consent rules (GDPR, ePrivacy, and national variations) shape outbound and demand generation in Europe. Track record of driving cross-functional initiatives to completion across teams without formal authority over them. Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and building where no process exists yet. Excitement about Anthropic's mission to develop AI that is safe and beneficial. Preferred Qualifications Experience combining sales programs with marketing or sales readiness/enablement functions. Experience designing measurement or attribution frameworks for GTM motions, such as pipeline sourced and influenced models, activation funnels, or experiment designs like control groups and staged rollouts. Experience working inside or alongside a sales organization's operating cadence (forecast calls, pipeline reviews, account reviews) and making program results legible within it. Track record of building and scaling operational frameworks in a fast-paced, matrixed organization. Experience introducing AI or advanced analytics into sales or revenue workflows, such as lead scoring, forecasting, or predictive deal signals. Hands-on experience creating AI workflows with Claude or similar tools, and comfort running and improving them at operational volume. Experience leading programs through periods of GTM or organizational change. Experience in a high-growth AI, ML, or other emerging technology company, and an understanding of how enterprises evaluate, adopt, and scale AI. Experience as an early hire in a new function or team, helping define how it operates. Experience with partner and marketplace-led motions. Fluency in one or more European languages. About the team Anthropic's Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team is the connective tissue that holds the company accountable to its security commitments. We translate regulatory, customer, and voluntary obligations into controls that teams act on, and give leadership a bird's-eye view of how well we're meeting them. We're building toward a fundamentally different kind of GRC: one that directs Claude, with the right humans in the loop, to challenge and evidence the performance of controls continuously rather than through periodic audits. Within Security GRC, Audit & Assurance runs the integrated audit across our frameworks and maintains the Common Control Framework the program hangs off. This role sits in Audit & Assurance and helps run that integrated audit program, plan the audits we add next, and assess the frameworks and scope changes we are considering. About the role You'll help run Anthropic's unified audit program: quarterly audits across SOC 2, HIPAA and the ISO 27000 family including ISO 42001, plus the rest of our certifications, working with our audit firms, our GRC Partners, and control owners across the company. You'll plan new audits as we expand to new frameworks, platforms and regions, and run the gap assessments that tell us what each expansion takes before we commit to it. You'll help build the audit operating model and runbook, and drive automation in the program so evidence is collected once and reused across frameworks, requests reach control owners once, and each audit cycle takes less effort than the last. Building with Claude is a normal part of the job, with you deciding where human judgment stays in the loop. This is an individual contributor role for someone with program management experience who writes clearly, stays calm under deadlines, and likes making a busy program simpler. Key responsibilities Run the audit program as a program: one integrated plan and calendar across audits and expansions, with milestones, dependencies, risks and decisions tracked, and regular status to GRC leadership and stakeholders Plan and run the quarterly audits, from scoping through report and findings closeout Run audit readiness ahead of each fieldwork window: control owner prep, evidence pre-checks and walkthrough dry runs Scope each audit's boundary with Product and Engineering: which products and deployment paths are in scope, and flag when a launch or new platform changes it Help build the audit operating model and runbook for a unified audit program, and keep both current as the program grows Drive automation in the program: evidence collected from source systems, request tracking and audit reporting, with evidence and walkthroughs reused across frameworks Coordinate audits across frameworks and firms so audit windows line up and control owners are asked for the same evidence once, and drive new ways of automated evidence generation and collection with GRC Engineering Plan new audits and audit expansions as we commit to them Run framework and scope expansion evaluations and gap assessments, with a recommendation and an effort estimate leadership can act on Work closely with control owners and GRC Partners: prepare control owners for audits, get evidence delivered and findings closed, and hand findings that need extended remediation to GRC Partners Manage day-to-day auditor relationships, and report audit status, findings and program metrics to GRC leadership Minimum qualifications Several years of program management: running multi-workstream programs with a plan, milestones, dependencies, risk tracking and status reporting to leadership Several years running external security audits (SOC 2 and ISO 27001 at minimum), on the company side or at an audit firm, including seasons with several frameworks at once Working knowledge of SOC 2, the ISO 27000 family, ISO 42001 and HIPAA, and where their requirements overlap Experience leading a gap assessment for a new framework or scope change and presenting the result to leadership Experience building or improving an audit process: calendars, request tracking, runbooks, roles and responsibilities Enough technical fluency to understand how evidence is produced in cloud environments and to judge whether a system-generated report is complete and accurate, and to build simple automations with Claude Clear writing and calm coordination under deadline pressure Ability to get control owners to deliver on time without authority over them Preferred qualifications Audit firm experience (Big 4 or a SOC 2 or ISO certification body), especially as a senior or manager on technology clients Experience adding new frameworks such as PCI DSS, ISO 27701 or 27018, CSA STAR, or international schemes (for example IRAP, ISMAP or C5) Have automated evidence collection or audit reporting, or use Claude or other LLMs day to day to plan, track and report program work Experience with a GRC platform or building lightweight internal tooling You don't need to Have done everything on this list. The combination is running a global audit calendar well, plus the instinct to make it simpler each cycle Hold every certification. CISA, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or similar are welcome but not required Have prior AI industry experience Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis. About the role Anthropic's customer-facing teams are often the first place a customer sees what Claude can do. As a Demo Engineer, you'll build the demos, reference implementations, and reusable tooling that help those teams make new capabilities tangible, relevant, and trustworthy, ideally within days of a product launch rather than weeks after. This role sits between product engineering, technical storytelling, and GTM execution. You'll own ambiguous, high-leverage problems end to end: prototyping an agentic experience for a new capability, then hardening it into something reliable that other teams can run on their own. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and our sales and solutions teams, and you'll bring what you learn from customer-facing work back to the people building the products. Because a demo is frequently someone's first impression of what our models can and can't do, accuracy and honesty matter as much as polish. Success in this role looks like customer-facing teams demonstrating new capabilities sooner and with more confidence, recurring requests becoming reusable assets rather than one-off projects, and field insights shaping product and launch-readiness decisions. Responsibilities Own demo readiness for new and priority Claude capabilities, including environments, integrations, synthetic data, evaluations, reliability checks, and fallback paths Build prototypes, agents, and reference flows that make complex capabilities concrete and tie them to clear customer outcomes Turn recurring requests into reusable accelerators such as companion apps, templates, Skills, plugins, and self-service demo packages that scale across customer-facing teams Partner with GTM colleagues on high-impact customer moments, unblock critical technical gaps, and spot the patterns worth turning into shared assets Build internal agentic systems that automate demo preparation, validation, and asset maintenance, so demos stay current as products change Translate patterns from customer-facing work into product feedback, launch-readiness priorities, and systemic improvements with Product and Engineering Define and raise the bar for demo quality across accuracy, safety, reliability, usability, and adoption Decide when a customer need calls for a bespoke build and when it should become a shared capability You may be a good fit if you have Proficiency in Python or TypeScript, with experience shipping working software end to end Hands-on experience building applications or agents on top of LLM APIs, including prompting, tool use, and retrieval Experience designing integrations with third-party APIs, data sources, and services The ability to take an ambiguous capability or customer need to a working prototype quickly, and then make it reliable Clear communication of technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including sales and solutions teams Comfort collaborating across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and GTM teams Experience in a demo engineering, solutions engineering, sales engineering, forward deployed engineering, developer relations, or product engineering role A track record of building reusable internal tools, templates, or self-service assets that other teams adopted Hands-on experience with Claude Code, the Claude Agent SDK, the Model Context Protocol (MCP), Skills, or plugins Experience building evaluation or validation harnesses for AI systems, including reliability checks and graceful fallbacks Experience building always-on or scheduled agentic systems that automate internal workflows Experience building synthetic or sanitized datasets that make demos realistic without exposing sensitive information Front-end or product design skills that help demos feel polished and intuitive Experience supporting product launches or running launch-readiness programs A history of turning field feedback into concrete product input that influenced a roadmap A passion for making powerful technology safe and beneficial, and a commitment to representing model capabilities accurately and honestly The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
