Director, Talent Acquisition
Rockbot
RockbotUSA (Fully Remote)29 days ago
Full TimeFully RemoteDirector$160,000 - $160,000 / Year
schedulingcoachingsalesenterprise salespartnershipsrecruiting+3

Rockbot is building a People & Talent organization capable of operating at the same high standard on both halves of the function. The People side already has that leadership in place; Talent Acquisition is the remaining gap. Today, recruiting runs through a strong technical recruiter and a senior GTM recruiting consultant — a structure that has served us well, but wasn't built for permanent leadership, strategic senior-level search, or the operational maturity a high-performance company requires. We're hiring a Director, Talent Acquisition (Head of TA): a player-coach leader who will build the playbooks, training, and operating discipline that turn recruiting into a modern, AI-powered function, develop our hiring managers, and personally run our highest-impact searches. This is fundamentally a leadership hire — Rockbot hires roughly 25–30 people a year, more than half of them strategic, senior-level roles, and that mix is what demands dedicated leadership, not just more recruiters. What's missing is someone who can multiply the effectiveness of the people already here, modernize how we recruit, and raise the caliber of every hire Rockbot makes. Rockbot is 100% remote — one of our biggest advantages, and honestly one of our hardest things to get right. Recruiting, coaching hiring managers, and building team culture all take more intention without an office to fall back on. This role has to make remote hiring and remote leadership genuinely work, which takes real self-direction and energy, not just comfort with a laptop. Beyond building Talent Acquisition into a modern, high-performing function, this role has real room to grow. As the operating rhythms mature and TA proves out, there's an opportunity to expand influence into broader People strategy alongside the Director, People and VP, People & Talent — not just execute within TA's lane. What You'll Own: Build and continuously improve a best-in-class Talent Acquisition function — the playbooks, systems, and operating rhythms recruiting runs on day to day. Bring AI and automation deep into the recruiting workflow — sourcing, screening, scheduling, candidate communication, and reporting — in partnership with the technical recruiter leading the Ashby rollout, so the new tooling actually changes how the team works, not just what system it logs into. Build and maintain leadership-level recruiting dashboards and reporting that give executives real visibility into pipeline health, hiring velocity, and hiring quality — not just activity counts. Coach and develop hiring managers into stronger interviewers and talent assessors; raise interview quality and consistency across the company. Lead and grow the recruiting team while staying personally hands-on with the company's highest-impact searches. Personally run a focused portfolio of Rockbot's most critical searches: executive leadership, Director-level roles, Enterprise Sales/GTM leadership, and other business-critical or hard-to-fill positions. Build trusted, consultative partnerships with executives and hiring managers across the business. Use recruiting metrics and data to drive continuous improvement and organizational learning. What Success Looks Like: A recruiting function operating at the same level as Rockbot's People organization. Scalable systems, playbooks, and operating rhythms that don't depend on any one person. AI genuinely embedded in day-to-day recruiting workflows — sourcing, screening, scheduling, reporting — not just discussed in theory. Executives have real-time visibility into recruiting health through dashboards and reporting this person built or upgraded. Hiring managers who have measurably become better interviewers and talent assessors. Higher, more consistent hiring quality across the organization. A recruiting team that's led well, and a leader who stays connected to the market through their own active search load. Trusted partnerships with executives and hiring managers. A culture of using metrics — not gut feel — to keep improving. Reporting & Team Structure: Reports to the VP, People & Talent, who owns org design, workforce planning, employer brand, and hiring philosophy. This role owns execution: leading the recruiting team, building Recruiting Operations, coaching hiring managers, and personally leading the highest-stakes searches — the same operating model already in place on the People side (VP / Director partnership). Leads Rockbot's in-house recruiting team, setting the day-to-day standard for how the company recruits. Rockbot's senior technical recruiter is leading our transition to Ashby, our new ATS. This role doesn't own that migration — it owns what comes next: the playbooks, training, and operating rhythms that turn Ashby into a fully modern, AI-augmented recruiting workflow the whole team runs on. Collaborates with Marketing and People on employer branding initiatives — brings recruiting's perspective and helps activate campaigns, without owning employer brand strategy itself (that stays with the VP, People & Talent). What We're Looking For: High judgment — required, not a nice-to-have. This person will run executive-level searches, coach hiring managers on high-stakes calls, and sit close to sensitive people decisions; Rockbot needs to trust their calls without checking their work. Experience across both technical and GTM/Sales recruiting — real depth in one with strong exposure to the other is fine; this is not a checklist hire. Demonstrated operational capability, not just interest in it — you've built leadership-facing dashboards, reporting, and metrics that translated into real business decisions. Extra credit if you're already building and modernizing recruiting workflows with AI tooling today, not just planning to. A track record building or scaling Recruiting Operations: process, tooling such as Ashby, Claude AI, JuiceBox, LinkedIn Recruiter or other AI sourcing tools, analytics, and vendor evaluation. Executive search experience — you've personally led senior/executive-level searches, not just supported them. Strong operational rigor paired with genuine intellectual curiosity — this role is as much systems-builder as recruiter. A player-coach mentality: comfortable leading a small team while staying personally in the work. The credibility to be a trusted advisor to executives and hiring managers, not an intake order-taker. Comfort operating in a lean organization, where every Director leads through both strategy and execution. Background at a high-bar, fast-moving company — tech, media, SaaS, or similar — where you've seen firsthand what modern, high-caliber Talent Acquisition looks like and can bring that standard to Rockbot. Remote, with a preference for candidates based on the West Coast; open to the right person outside that footprint. Self-driven, with real energy and initiative — Rockbot's fully remote model is one of our biggest advantages and one of our biggest challenges. This role needs someone who creates their own momentum and structure without an office around them, not someone who needs one. Note on fit: This isn't a checklist hire. Rockbot would rather have exceptional recruiting judgment, demonstrated operational and AI-forward chops, and executive partnership skills than a candidate who checks every box. A deep technical recruiter with outstanding Ops and AI leadership, or an exceptional GTM/executive recruiter with strong operational rigor, could each be the stronger long-term fit. We're looking for whoever is best equipped to build the next generation of Talent Acquisition at Rockbot. About Rockbot: Rockbot is an omnichannel media platform committed to elevating customer and employee experiences while fostering stronger connections in real-world spaces. Our Values: Drive: We pursue our mission with relentless tenacity, passion, and optimism and inspire those around us to do the same. We love the journey and are on offense all the time. Yesterday was good enough for yesterday, but today we have to do even better. Accountability: We take ownership of our promises, responsibilities, behaviors, and products, and we expect the same of others. Standing behind our mistakes, communicating honestly, and making things right creates trust and strong relationships. Curiosity : We are hungry to learn and continually deepen our knowledge, skills, and understandings. We have a growth mindset and are intellectually curious. We challenge our beliefs and seek feedback and insights from others. The "Why" and "How" always matters. Empathy: We embrace that no two people or businesses are the same. We strive to understand others as deeply as possible and feel their pains and passions. Ingenuity: We work hard but we think smart. We bring creativity, technology, and practicality together to solve tough challenges. Integrity: We say what we mean, and do what we say, simply, clearly, honestly. Senior Trader, SeatGeek IQ
SeatGeekUSA (Fully Remote)29 days ago

dentalconcretetradinginsurancesalespartnerships+2

SeatGeek believes live events are powerful experiences that unite humans. With our technological savvy and fan-first attitude we're simplifying and modernizing the ticketing industry. SeatGeekIQ works alongside major sports and entertainment rightsholders to build and run a collaborative pricing and inventory strategy, operating as an extension of their commercial teams and accountable to the same outcomes they are. The Senior Trader is the senior owner on a subset of our largest partnerships: the pricing calls, the inventory position, and the relationship with the people on the other side of them. Reporting to Kevin Shelton, Director of SeatGeekIQ, they work across live pricing, inventory strategy, partner management, and research, and help build what the team offers next. The team leans hard on automation and AI to keep analytical overhead off traders' plates, so the job stays about judgment rather than assembly. At this level, you're accountable for the commercial health of the relationship, not just the pricing execution. That means owning renewal posture and escalations and being the person a partner's leadership calls first. You'll also be a pricing reference point for traders earlier in their careers, reviewing their work on high-stakes events and setting the standard for how the team operates. What you'll do Serve as senior owner on a set of our largest sports and entertainment partnerships, setting pricing strategy with each partner, defending it, and revising it as the market moves Own the commercial health of those relationships, including renewal posture, escalations, and regular engagement with partner leadership Set and move prices across the event lifecycle, from presale through day-of, against sell-through targets, price realization, and spoilage risk Decide what inventory to hold, what to release, how to distribute it across channels, and when a position needs to be worked down rather than defended Manage the ongoing partner relationship through weekly and event-level reporting, regular strategy check-ins, and candid conversations when the market disagrees with the plan Mentor traders earlier in their careers and review their pricing work on high-stakes events Answer partner research questions on marketplace behavior, demand drivers, and season or event projections, then turn one-off requests into repeatable outputs the whole team can run Spot gaps in what we offer, such as services partners keep asking for, manual workflows that should be automated, or places AI tooling could sharpen a call, and lead pilots and builds of the solutions, including shaping our internal pricing and market intelligence products Close the loop after events with analysis of what pricing decisions actually produced, and carry it into the next cycle Travel roughly 20% of the year or more, concentrated in season and carrying a larger share of the team's on-site load, for partner site visits and business reviews, live events alongside partner teams (including evenings and weekends), industry conferences, and team offsites What you have Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, statistics, sports management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 5+ years of experience in ticket pricing, revenue management, trading, or a comparable analytical commercial role, including at least 2 years as the owner of client or partner relationships, preferably in sports, live entertainment, or another dynamic-pricing industry Real sports knowledge: you understand how standings, schedules, rivalries, star players, and playoff races move demand, and can talk shop credibly with people who've worked in sports their whole careers. Genuine awareness of live entertainment, including how touring, on-sales, and routing shape demand Significant experience in ticket pricing, revenue management, trading, or a comparable analytical commercial role, including ownership of pricing decisions with real money attached A track record as the senior owner of a significant commercial relationship, having carried a book rather than just executed within one Experience being accountable when a partnership is under strain, not only when it's performing Experience bringing others along through mentoring, reviewing work, or setting the standard others followed Fluency with sell-through, price realization, ATP, GTV, and inventory aging, and the judgment to know when the model is telling you something and when it isn't. Comfort in spreadsheets and BI tooling, including reading and questioning data you didn't produce A concrete example of turning a one-off analysis into something reusable so nobody had to answer it from scratch again Nice to have: experience on the rightsholder side (club, league, venue, or promoter) or with a secondary marketplace, exposure to commercial deal structuring, and familiarity with data analytics concepts and workflows Perks Equity stake Discretionary annual bonus Flexible work environment, allowing you to work as many days a week in the office as you'd like or 100% remotely A WFH stipend to support your home office setup Unlimited PTO Up to 16 weeks of fully-paid family leave 401(k) matching Student loan matching program Health, vision, dental, and life insurance Up to $25k towards family building, reproductive health services and Gender-affirming care $500 per year for wellness expenses Subscriptions to Headspace (meditation), Headspace Care (therapy), and One Medical $360 per quarter to spend on tickets to live events Annual subscription to Spotify, Apple Music, or Amazon music The salary range for this role is $112,000 - $162,000 USD. This role is equity eligible. In addition, you may receive a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location. SeatGeek is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment regardless of race, color, religion, creed, age, national origin or ancestry, ethnicity, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, military or veteran status, or any other category protected by federal, state, or local law. Principal Dark Web Collection Analyst
Full TimeFully RemoteDirector$152,000 - $228,500 / Year
pythongodentalinsurancecompliancecompliance+5

With 1,000+ intelligence professionals serving over 1,900 clients worldwide, Recorded Future is the world's most advanced, and largest, intelligence company! Recorded Future is expanding its dark web collection capability with a focus on underground community intelligence — criminal forums, illicit marketplaces, and covert messaging channels where threat actors recruit, collaborate, and transact. You will be Recorded Future's internal authority on the dark web ecosystem — the person other teams turn to when they need to understand how underground communities operate, what's worth collecting, and where not to invest. This means making real strategic decisions: which forums warrant access efforts, which intelligence areas to prioritize, and which sources don't merit the operational cost. You will own that judgment and defend it across the organization. At the same time, this is a hands-on role.
