At Hive, we're building the defining physical AI platform of the next decade. Industrial labor is one of the most acute bottlenecks in the global economy. Operators are expensive, hard to retain, and working in environments that are increasingly unsafe. The shortage is structural. The window to solve it is now. Our answer is a machine-agnostic intelligence platform that lets any machine, on any site, perceive, decide, and act autonomously. One platform. Any machine. No fleet replacement. Already live across multiple sites and customers in Europe - spanning logistics and warehousing, industrial manufacturing, and large-scale chemical production - with a US expansion underway. The vision: one operator managing hundreds of machines simultaneously. Productive machine-hour cost dropping by 80x, and unlocks the next productivity revolution in physical work. The mission is to make productivity limitless. Come and help us build it. The Role As Founding Account Executive for the UK, you will be the first dedicated heavy machinery seller in Hive's London team, covering the UK and Ireland. You inherit a pipeline of large UK customers where Hive is already deployed or deploying. Your first job is to close the open expansions and take those accounts to new sites. In parallel you land new logos, including smaller quarry operators that can be deployed quickly, through our partnership with a UK plant hire company and its customer events. The title is deliberate. You build this market from the start, and how far the role grows is decided by how you perform. What You Will Do Close and expand the flagship accounts Take over live opportunities with large UK customers and close the next sites. Own the expansion after the first contract. The real revenue is in the next twenty sites. Build the UK market Build your own pipeline through outbound and through the plant hire partnership. Land fast-deploying customers such as independent and mid-sized quarry operators alongside the large accounts. Create demand where none exists yet. Most customers are not looking for this, so you find the process where it fits and build the case with them. Own the deal end to end Run the deal from first conversation to the first machine running on the customer's site. Sell at every level at the same time: site manager, HSE, finance, group IT and the executive committee. Work with your champion as a co-author. Build the business case and the internal documentation with them, and help them drive the decision inside their company. Handle technical questions yourself. There is no pre-sales team behind you, so you learn the solution well. Write the playbook Document how Hive sells in the UK, and hand it to the people we hire after you. What We're Looking For Essential You have built something from nothing: a new market, a new region, a new product line or a business of your own. A consistent track record of hitting or beating quota, and you can show the numbers. Experience selling something conceptual rather than off the shelf. Software, software-enabled hardware, automation or systems integration, where you had to build the business case yourself. Complex deals with multiple stakeholders, C-level economic buyers and sales cycles measured in quarters. You enjoy being on site. Quarries, plants, construction sites and machines interest you. A life situation that allows heavy travel. Right to work in the UK. Strongly Preferred Experience from a structured sales playbook environment. A network in UK construction, aggregates, building materials or plant hire. Experience expanding enterprise accounts across multiple sites. This Is Probably Not the Job for You If You need a process to exist before you can work inside it. You prefer not to travel. Expect to be on the road most weeks. You have only sold machines or equipment. Selling a wheel loader and selling autonomous operation of a wheel loader are very different jobs. You hand over documentation and wait for the inbox to answer. What Success Looks Like The open expansions in the flagship accounts are signed and running. New logos are signed, including customers reached through the plant hire partnership. A pipeline of UK opportunities you built yourself. Hive has a written UK sales playbook that the next hire can use. Find Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow

About Mistral Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms. We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited. The Role As a Product Operations Manager (Design) , you will sit within Mistral's Product Operations function, with a focus on streamlining the operations of the design team. You will own how the Design team operates as a system — its cadences, its rituals, its coordination, and the connective tissue that lets designers focus on design. This role exists because a design org at our scale needs someone whose full-time job is the operating system itself: defining it, holding it, and continuously tuning it so the team runs with a heartbeat rather than on ad-hoc heroics. You will own the team's weekly and quarterly cadences — from leadership syncs to planning, retros, and share-outs — and establish how we track work, surface it outward, and make decisions. You'll design the forums where decisions get made and recorded, keep the rituals that create alignment, and aggressively cut the ones that are just overhead. Equally, you are the bridge across the org. You will coordinate the interlocks between Brand and Marketing for upcoming launches, and between Product and Product Design for the build pipeline — so interdependencies are understood and planned for, not discovered at the last minute. You will partner closely with marketing, PMs, engineering, GTM to align design work with go-to-market timing and surface what's shipping before it ships. This is a team-of-one role with a founding design-ops mentality. You will build the discipline from scratch, automate repetitive coordination with AI where it helps, and coordinate people where it matters. You report to the Head of Product Operations, working day-to-day with the Head of Design and the design team. What You Will Do Define the operating system of the design team — the cadences, forums, rituals, and source-of-truth that keep the team aligned and moving forward. Own the weekly and quarterly cadences, from leadership syncs and critiques to planning, retros, and headcount-cycle inputs. Coordinate the Brand × Marketing and Product × Product Design interlocks so design work is surfaced with enough lead time and dependencies are planned, not discovered late. Establish how the team tracks and shares out work — a single source of truth for status, and the forums where design is made legible to the rest of the org. Design and hold decision-making forums so decisions get made, recorded, and not relitigated. Separate ritual from overhead — keep the cadences that create alignment and cut the ones that are just tax. Automate repetitive coordination, reporting, and tracking with AI so the team spends time on design, not admin. Bring the wider Product Operations toolkit to the design team — data and analytics for transparent reporting, structured feedback loops and early-access programmes, and launch coordination that aligns design work with product release cycles and go-to-market timing. Partner with marketing, PMs, engineering and GTM to align design work with go-to-market timing and surface what's shipping. What We're Looking For 6–10 years of experience in design operations, product operations, program management, or a chief-of-staff role within a creative or product organization. A founding design-ops mindset — you've built operational disciplines from scratch, not just maintained inherited ones. Comfortable automating with AI tools to remove repetitive overhead, while equally skilled at coordinating people and building coalitions without authority. Strong systems thinking — you design repeatable rhythms and processes, not just run meetings. Design literacy — enough background to have felt the pain designers feel and to be credible with the team. A make-it-happen attitude: positive, bias to action, unblocks rather than escalates. Excellent communication and synthesis skills — you turn scattered signals into a shared source of truth. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and define your own scope in a role with no playbook and no team to delegate to. What We Offer We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks. UFORCE exists to make aggression unaffordable. Founded in Ukraine and headquartered in London, UFORCE is a defence-technology company with operations across Europe, the United States and Asia. UFORCE builds uncrewed vessels, ground robotics and aircraft, autonomy software, and the command-and-control layer that operates them together. Each platform is deployable on its own, and stronger as part of the system. Its product lines include the MAGURA family of uncrewed surface vessels, the NEMESIS family of strike platforms, the LIUT family of ground robotic platforms, and counter-UAS systems. About the Role UFORCE is running a major, multi-country ERP implementation to build a single, compliant, group-wide system of record across finance and supply chain. This is a build-from-zero program: there's no dedicated owner today to map requirements, run vendor and integrator selection, design the manufacturing finance model, and see it through to go-live. You'll own the program end-to-end — from requirements and vendor evaluation through manufacturing finance design, master data governance, controls, and cutover — giving leadership, auditors, and investors reliable, consolidated data for the first time. This is a sole-focus mandate, UK-based or UK-hours remote with regular travel to our international sites. You'll report into Finance leadership, work within group program governance, and partner closely with Finance, Manufacturing, IT, Legal, and international subsidiaries, alongside an external systems integrator. There are no direct reports at launch — you'll coordinate integrator workstream leads and functional stakeholders directly rather than manage through a team, and the role calls for sound judgment operating across regulated and sensitive markets. Responsibilities Own the ERP program end-to-end — requirements gathering, budget scoping, vendor evaluation, and integrator selection and management — from business case through go-live and stabilization. Design and validate the manufacturing finance data model: costing, multi-level BOMs, inventory valuation, and supply-chain integration, consolidating site-level systems into a single group system of record. Build an export-control-aware, compliant chart of accounts and controls framework, and establish single-source-of-truth master data governance across all sites. Run structured program governance, aligning Finance, IT, Manufacturing, and Legal, while managing the external integrator relationship and holding it accountable for delivery. Own audit and controls readiness for the program, targeting a clean external review ahead of cutover. Deliver go-live wave-by-wave, on schedule and within budget; complete training and updated processes for every impacted function; and hand Finance a documented, ongoing operating rhythm. Requirements Must-have: Full-lifecycle Tier 1 ERP delivery — led a Tier 1 ERP implementation (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, or similar) end-to-end across 2+ countries/entities as the named business owner, from business case through go-live and stabilization. Manufacturing finance depth — hands-on ownership of costing, multi-level BOMs, inventory valuation, and supply-chain/MRP integration inside a manufacturing ERP build. Regulated-industry fluency — experience with export-control regimes and government/defense contract accounting. Scale-up builder mindset — has designed finance/ERP processes and controls from a blank page, not just administered an already-mature system. Audit-ready controls track record — built a controls framework and close process that passed external audit or investor due diligence with no material findings. Program and stakeholder leadership — has managed a systems integrator/vendor relationship and cross-functional governance on a comparable program. Master data governance experience — designed and enforced a master data governance model across multiple entities or sites. Sound judgment operating in sensitive or regulated markets, with a track record of discretion. Nice-to-have: Big 4 or systems integrator advisory background before moving client-side. Experience in a PE-backed or post-fundraise scale-up with investor reporting requirements. PMP, Prince2, or equivalent program management certification. The nature of combat has changed. Tomorrow's battlefield success depends on autonomy, speed, and adaptability. And UFORCE is ready. Are You? Find Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow
