(Intern) Videographer & Creative Mind
InternshipOn-siteMid
gofigmarestmanufacturingprocurementexcel+9

Your Impact Procurement is the single biggest cost position for industrial companies, often over 50% of revenue. Tacto brings AI to strategic procurement so teams can move faster and unlock savings at scale. But great technology alone isn't enough; the way we show up visually defines how the market perceives us. As (Intern) Videographer & Creative Mind, you bring both sides of the job: the hands that shoot and edit, and the creative mind that figures out what's worth shooting in the first place. You support our Videographer, our Marketing & Growth lead, and our Chief of Staff across our visual creative output: from customer testimonials shot on factory floors to polished product launch videos, from brand films to employer-branding content. Together, you make Tacto's story visible, tangible, and unforgettable. You also get hands-on experience shaping how one of Europe's fastest-growing industrial AI companies looks and feels. Your Tasks Video Production: Working closely with our Videographer, you support the full cycle from concept to final cut. Customer testimonials, product launches, brand content, employer-branding moments, event coverage. You help shoot it, edit it, and ship it. Format Innovation: You don't just wait for briefs. You pitch ideas too. Short-form, long-form, series, experiments. Together you figure out what works and what's never been done in B2B before. Product Visualization: New features, new modules, new capabilities: you help turn them into visual stories that customers and the market instantly get. On-Site Shoots: You pack your gear and go where the story is. Customer visits, trade fairs, offsites: you capture real moments in real environments. Factories, machines, people. Brand & Design: You help shape how Tacto looks and feels, across every channel, every format, every touchpoint. Consistency meets ambition. Partnership Elevation: When we team up with Tier 1 organizations, you help build the visual layer that takes it to the next level. GTM Collaboration: You work across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Value to help turn video into one of the most powerful go-to-market tools we have. Your Profile Some hands-on experience in video production, visual content creation, or a creative/design role: student projects, freelance work, a previous internship, whatever built your reel A portfolio showing end-to-end video work: concept, shoot, edit, delivery An eye for both industrial aesthetics and clean visuals Comfortable in tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Figma, or similar You use AI tools to accelerate your creative workflow Fluent in English; German is a strong plus Proactive, self-driven, and thriving in a fast-moving environment Bonus: experience in B2B/SaaS, manufacturing/industrial content, motion design, or employer branding Why Tacto Shape the brand: You won't just execute a style guide. You'll help shape how Tacto looks and feels, with real creative input from day one Learn from someone doing it: You work closely with Philipp, our Videographer, and pick up the craft hands-on rather than from a course Two worlds, one story: Industrial reality meets cutting-edge AI software. Few internships let you work across such a visually rich spectrum Real stories, real impact: Our customers save millions. You'll help capture that impact first-hand on factory floors and in boardrooms Top-notch team: Founded by CDTM/Berkeley alumni, Tacto is now 100+ motivated, capable people. You'll work closely with Talent & Organizational Development, Marketing, and the GTM team Video Example On Site AI Customer Training Our Background Tacto is building the intelligence layer that connects AI to the physical world of manufacturing, starting with procurement. AI is transforming every industry, but it stops at the factory gate. The knowledge that holds manufacturing together - part costs, suppliers, materials - is scattered across systems and people. Over 50% of a product's cost originates from suppliers, making procurement the single largest cost lever in manufacturing and the missing connection between the digital and the physical world. Yet it still runs on Excel and legacy systems. We're changing that with our Procurement Intelligence Platform, trusted by hundreds of companies running billions of Euros of material. Based in Munich, we are 100+ passionate builders who are in-office, with high expectations, fast growth, and a lot of fun. We are supported by >€50m from Sequoia, Index, and Europe's leading tech entrepreneurs and industry veterans. Why It Matters Manufacturing forms Europe's economic backbone, driving a fourth of Europe's GDP and providing over 30% of jobs. These hidden champions and global market leaders manufacture the physical world around us, from the machines that build our cities to the medical devices that save lives. But the world is changing. The US dominates the digital world of bits. China is scaling the world of atoms, manufacturing at unprecedented speed and scale. Geopolitics are more uncertain than ever. Europe's strength lies in its deep industrial knowledge through generations of engineering. Manufacturing worldwide runs on European machines and software. But that heritage is only an advantage if we leverage it in the age of AI. Tacto builds the AI that connects Atoms and Bits, empowering our Industrial Base to Stay Stronger and building a lighthouse for European tech. What We Offer The people at Tacto are passionate about building the organization, growing themselves, and our product while having fun and being real. We have high expectations, great talent density, and a culture where your ambition, performance, and agency are what count - not where you come from or how big your ego is. You'll grow at the forefront of AI, have real ownership and impact, and be surrounded by the best people in their field who challenge you and make you better every day. That is demanding and rewarding, but that's where we thrive. Besides that you have: Money: Competitive salary & equity in the company with real upside, so you are invested in our success Workplace: A vibrant in-office culture (> 4 days/week) in a beautiful office in central Munich Development: A development budget and regular exposure to exceptional people, e.g., Lunch & Learns, peer mentoring, external speakers Time off: 26 + 4 vacation days per year (4 fixed "company rest days") as well as regular off-sites and team events Health: Wellpass membership, of course, a fruit basket (!), and access to Jobrad, for your health Family & Social Security: Voluntary pension contribution, voluntary KITA subsidy for your children Tacto is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation, age, marital status, disability, or gender identity. Please do not submit personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, data concerning your health, or data concerning your sexual orientation. We're a technology company that happens to revolutionise betting - from sports to political markets, to delivering the sharpest prices and the fairest odds. At the heart of our success are our people. We create a high-performance environment where exceptional talent can thrive, blending deep business experience with a commercial mindset to drive strategic growth. If you're ready to help shape the future of prediction markets with cutting-edge technology and a customer-first philosophy, Smarkets is where you belong. About The Role We're hiring a Principal Product Designer to join Smarkets. It's a role with real weight and real freedom behind it: you'll help set the Smarkets products direction and build their core experience from the ground up. Roadmaps don't get handed down here, and specs don't arrive carved in stone. We want someone who's at their best in open, undefined territory — a designer who treats a blank space as an invitation rather than a void to be feared, and who brings structure, insight and a sense of craft to genuinely hard problems. You'll work hand in hand with the leadership, product, and engineering teams, owning design end to end: getting to know our users, shaping the narratives the product tells, and shipping precise, carefully considered interfaces. What you will do: Design autonomously. You'll define and drive design work from scratch - identifying what needs to be done while raising the quality bar. You'll be working closely with execs, product, engineering. Simple interfaces. Designing products that solve problems in a simple and elegant way while taking care of every small detail, from wire-framing to designing end-to-end flows and prototypes Design for clarity and depth. Our product touches prediction and betting markets across many categories e.g. sports, politics, current events, technology etc. Your job is to make these powerful tools feel accessible, intuitive, and engaging. Prototype quickly and test ideas. You'll use tools like Figma, Cursor, and light code to explore concepts, validate assumptions, and refine interfaces based on real feedback. Develop insights through research. You'll talk to users, analyse behaviour, and extract meaningful patterns that inform product direction.Running guerrilla and customer testing workshops Enhance our design system for both of our products. You'll redefine the standards and systems that keep our products cohesive as they grow. Act as a force-multiplier. You'll raise the bar - not just through your own work, but by modeling great thinking, process, and collaboration across the company. About You 6+ years designing consumer products, ideally at early-stage companies. A portfolio demonstrating systemic thinking and attention to detail. Expertise in iOS, Android, and web design. Strong visual/interaction skills and fluency in Figma and AI-coding tools (Cursor, v0, etc.). Clear, thoughtful communication — whether you're sharing work, making a case, or putting together a presentation Strong sense of ownership and ability to navigate ambiguity. Strategic product thinking and the ability to articulate design logic. Understanding of the technical implications of your design choices. A focus on UX and an understanding of human behaviour Clean visual aesthetic with a mastery of typography and grids. Skills in typography and grids Passion for complex problem-solving. Bonus: Experience in fintech, crypto, or data-intensive products. Bonus: Formal design education. Our Values Our values are at the heart of everything we do - guiding how we work, collaborate, and innovate. They reflect what we expect of ourselves and each other to deliver the best results, while fostering a positive, high-performing environment: Push to Win: We set ambitious goals and relentlessly pursue them, always striving for excellence. Perks & Benefits We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, alongside a dynamic, collaborative environment where your work truly makes an impact and your voice is heard. Our team is diverse, driven, and ambitious - united by a strong work ethic and a hunger to innovate and win. Our benefits are designed around Health, Wealth, and Development, supporting you both professionally and personally. These include: Stock Options: Vest over 4 years - your success is our success. Pension Scheme: Competitive plan via Aviva, with up to 6% matched contributions if you opt in. Health Insurance: Comprehensive coverage to keep you and your family healthy. This includes, but is not limited to: F1-OPT, F1-CPT, H-1B, TN, J-1, etc Your Role: The Creative eLearning Developer designs and builds interactive training services, offering collateral and enablement content for the Services Portfolio by combining three capabilities in one role: multimedia/video design, graphic design, and technical writing. This role turns technical subject matter into polished, field-ready courses, videos, and collateral for websites, presentations, classrooms, and e-learning platforms - owning a deliverable from storyboard through final published, LMS-ready package. This is a "creative" eLearning Developer specifically: unlike a standard eLearning Developer who authors courses from assets supplied by others, this role also creates the graphic and multimedia assets themselves - 2-D/3-D graphics, video animation, and course visuals, in addition to authoring interactive modules in tools like Articulate Storyline or Rise 360 and writing the scripts, captions, and course copy that tie a deliverable together. The role also manages one or more supporting processes for the team (e.g., video mastering, templates, or SCORM packaging standards), working largely self-directed with minimal supervision and reporting status to leadership at regular intervals. Your Opportunity: Multimedia & Video Design: Video & Audio Editing: Edit video and audio into the final training, services and marketing deliverables. Storyboard Translation: Translate storyboards into technical infographics and animated sequences. 3-D & Motion Assets: Create line art, 2-D graphics, 3-D imaging, and video animation for course and presentation content. Graphic Design & Brand Hub: Template & Style Systems: Create, maintain, and utilize templates for presentations, documents, and animations using a variety of development tools. Brand & Style Guides: Contribute to creating style guides for deliverables, ensuring visual and written consistency across the portfolio. Visual Layout: Design presentation layouts and visual assets that translate technical information into a clear visual story. Brand Evolution Support: Support the Senior Manager, Services Portfolio Production, in executing the corporate "house style" overhaul across all One Tenable, Prime assets, including the Tier 1/2 rebrand timeline. Creative Request Hub: Act as a direct creative design point of contact for the Senior Director and leadership — turning around presentations, graphics, and one-off collateral on request — with strict adherence to brand guidelines. Brand Guideline Stewardship: Maintain and enforce brand standards (logo usage, typography, color, iconography) across all portfolio deliverables, and flag or correct off-brand assets in circulation. Technical Writing & Content Development: Script & Course Copy: Write and edit scripts, voiceover text, captions, and on-screen callouts, maintaining a consistent voice across written and visual content. Documentation: Maintain technical and course documentation to support the assets you build. Content Evaluation: Evaluate existing visual and written content and recommend improvements for clarity and engagement. eLearning Authoring & Publishing: Course Authoring: Build interactive learning modules — branching scenarios, quizzes, and simulations — using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, or Adobe Captivate. Packaging & LMS Publishing: Package courses to SCORM/xAPI standards, publish to the LMS, and test for compatibility and learner tracking. Accessibility: Apply accessibility standards (e.g., Section 508) to eLearning content. Stakeholder Collaboration & Delivery: Requirements Gathering: Meet with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop design plans. Iterative Feedback: Perform edits based on feedback from Solution Architects, peers, and leadership. Deadline Management: Create deliverables within time constraints to meet project deadlines. Independent Execution: Perform tasks with minimal supervision, managing one or more supporting processes (e.g., video mastering, templates, SCORM packaging standards) end-to-end. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Mentorship: Mentor and develop less experienced designers, sharing craft and process knowledge across the production team. What You'll Need: Minimum 5 years of eLearning development, multimedia, or graphic/video design experience in a professional setting. Comfortable writing and maintaining technical/course documentation, scripts, and captions for course and video deliverables. Familiarity with the full product delivery life cycle: requirements analysis, design, testing, implementation. B.A./B.S. in graphic design, instructional design, educational technology, or a related field, or comparable experience. Proficiency with Articulate Storyline and/or Rise 360 (or Adobe Captivate), plus Adobe Creative Cloud and Camtasia. Strong presentation design skills (PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote) for fast-turnaround, executive-ready decks in addition to core Adobe Creative Cloud work. Experience building or maintaining a brand guideline system (logo, typography, color, iconography) at an organizational level. Working knowledge of SCORM/xAPI packaging and LMS publishing; awareness of accessibility standards such as Section 508. Working knowledge of Instructional Design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE). Experience or knowledge of Tenable products; familiarity with network architecture and Tenable cybersecurity practices for enterprise environments. Proficiency with Jira and Confluence. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong initiative and the ability to work remotely, both self-directed and as part of a geographically distributed team.
