About Us At Cloudflare, we are on a mission to help build a better Internet. Today the company runs one of the world's largest networks that powers millions of websites and other Internet properties for customers ranging from individual bloggers to SMBs to Fortune 500 companies. Cloudflare protects and accelerates any Internet application online without adding hardware, installing software, or changing a line of code. Internet properties powered by Cloudflare all have web traffic routed through its intelligent global network, which gets smarter with every request. As a result, they see significant improvement in performance and a decrease in spam and other attacks. Cloudflare was named to Entrepreneur Magazine's Top Company Cultures list and ranked among the World's Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company. At Cloudflare, we're not looking for people who wait for a polished roadmap; we're looking for the builders who see the cracks in the Internet that everyone else has simply learned to live with. We value candidates who have the instinct to spot a "normalized" problem and the AI-native curiosity to create a solution using the latest tools. Our culture is built on iteration, leveraging AI to ship faster today to make it better tomorrow, while ensuring that every improvement, no matter how small, is shared across the team to lift everyone up. If you're the type of person who values curiosity over bureaucracy, and that AI is a partner in solving tough problems to keep the Internet moving forward, you'll fit right in. Available Locations: USA  About the Team Cloudflare is changing how it grows and how it measures growth and Revenue and Consumption is becoming a core Go-To-Market (GTM) metric that shapes our GTM motions. The Consumption Transformation Team is the design engine for that change. Working closely with GTM leaders and the Developer leadership team, we help define the metric, draft and enforce the Rules of Engagement (ROE) for Consumption, build the analytics and field reporting, and support enablement, landing, and continuous improvement. We are a partnering team and aim to work cross functionally to support our internal functions successfully in a consumption business. This is a new team, so you will be building the way we work, and we expect successful candidates to use AI every day to take on more than a team this size normally could. About the Role You will turn the Consumption strategy into working models, trusted data, and clear answers for the field. You will design, build, and land the targeting models, build scorecards with our cross-functional partners and Data and Analytics Leader, give Geo Ops analytics they need to run their business, and be the first stop when our field teams seek clarity on our data, reporting, and use this to improve our models.  What you'll do Design, model, and land targets: Build and evolve our target setting model, and own the methodology. Back-test them, land them with GTM leaders, and keep improving them. Execute the strategy: Take direction from the Strategy Lead and turn it into working methods and recommendations, and flag early when the data says the plan should change. Build scorecards: Work with our DIA and GTM Analytics teams to build and maintain scorecards with cross-functional partners covering field performance, data quality, and disputes. Protect data integrity: Validate actuals, baselines, targets, revenue attribution, and account ownership against source systems such as BigQuery, and tie GTM Revenue back to Finance and Billing. Support the field and apply the Rules of Engagement: Answer field questions and cases on baselines, quotas, crediting, and ownership, applying the Rules of Engagement consistently and keeping a record of each decision. Spot where a rule needs to change, and provide the account hierarchy and ownership data teams need to collaborate across geos on our most critical customers. Support territory planning and partner across teams: Provide analytics to Geo Ops and central territory design so they can deliver successful territory and coverage plans with equitable distribution of opportunity and targets. Work with Finance, Billing, data engineering, IT, RevOps, and Compensation to define data needs and move manual spreadsheet work into governed data products. Use AI to scale the work: Use AI tools, to write and review SQL, speed up reconciliations, draft answers to common field questions, and automate recurring checks. Review every result for accuracy and follow Cloudflare policy on confidential data. Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience Experience: 5 or more years in sales operations, revenue operations, business analytics, target setting or territory modelling, or data operations, ideally in a usage-based or billing-driven business Modelling: You can build and back-test a quota or forecast model and explain its assumptions SQL and data: Strong SQL on large datasets (BigQuery or similar), reconciling against CRM and billing data Reporting: You have built scorecards or dashboards that other teams rely on Controls and policy mindset: You understand why accuracy, documentation, and an audit trail matter when numbers drive pay, and you can apply a written policy such as the Rules of Engagement consistently to real cases Communication: You explain technical answers clearly and calmly to sellers and managers, and work well with Geo Ops, Finance, Billing, data engineering, and IT AI fluency: You already use AI assistants and agents in your daily work for analysis, coding, and documentation, check their output against the data, and can show examples of work you made faster or better with AI Bonus points Salesforce: Experience with reports, SQL, account hierarchies, and ownership rules Building with AI: Experience building your own automations, agents, or prompts that handle routine analysis, reporting, or support questions   Compensation Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location. Available Locations: Austin, Texas  About the role The Demand Planning team sits at the intersection of traffic forecasting, infrastructure strategy, and operational execution. We predict when, where, and how many servers to deploy across Cloudflare's global edge so that customers' traffic stays in-region and they never have to think about infrastructure. This is not a reporting role — it is a planning and engineering role that requires you to build the models, own the data, and translate forecasts into real deployment decisions. As a Capacity Engineer, you will own one or more planning regions end-to-end with light supervision. That means maintaining the models, catching problems before they become incidents, working directly with hardware sourcing and infrastructure teams, and contributing to the data pipelines that feed your planning work. You will be the point of contact for your region — not someone who supports a more senior planner, but someone who runs the work. This is a role for someone with 3-5 years of experience who is ready to operate with real ownership and is actively growing toward full autonomy. You will work alongside senior peers who set team-wide standards, and you will be expected to contribute to cross-regional consistency — not just execute within your own lane. You will also work fluently with AI tooling, including OpenCode AI and MAS agent workflows, as a normal part of how planning gets done on this team.   Why Cloudflare/ Why This Team Cloudflare's network spans hundreds of cities and carries a meaningful fraction of global internet traffic — the planning decisions this team makes have direct consequences at that scale. The Demand Planning team is in an active transition from manual planning toward intelligent, automated, AI-augmented capacity systems, and this role puts you at the center of that shift. You will work on problems that are genuinely hard, with teammates who take the craft seriously, in a team small enough that your work is visible and your contributions matter from day one. What you'll do - Own one or more edge planning regions end-to-end, producing deployment recommendations with minimal supervision - Maintain and continuously improve regional planning models, incorporating new traffic patterns, hardware generations, and infrastructure changes - Build and maintain data pipelines that feed regional planning — using BigQuery, Python, and Jupyter notebooks to query, explore, and validate planning data - Work directly with hardware sourcing, DCS, and infrastructure teams to translate forecasts into actionable deployment plans - Proactively identify capacity risks in your region and surface them before they require escalation - Use OpenCode AI and MAS agent tooling as a standard part of your daily planning workflow - Contribute to cross-regional consistency efforts alongside peers — shared methodology, shared standards - Participate in planning reviews and communicate forecast outputs clearly to non-technical stakeholders Desirable Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: - 3-5 years in an analytical, planning, or technical infrastructure role - Working SQL proficiency — comfortable querying and joining datasets in BigQuery to answer planning questions - Python proficiency — data analysis, scripting, and automation of planning workflows; comfortable working in Jupyter notebooks as a day-to-day analysis environment - Comfort working with large infrastructure datasets and translating them into decisions - Clear written and verbal communication — you can explain a capacity recommendation to a finance partner or a network engineer without losing either of them - Demonstrated ability to own a workstream end-to-end with light supervision   What Makes Cloudflare Special? We're not just a highly ambitious, large-scale technology company. We're a highly ambitious, large-scale technology company with a soul. Fundamental to our mission to help build a better Internet is protecting the free and open Internet. Project Galileo : Since 2014, we've equipped more than 2,400 journalism and civil society organizations in 111 countries with powerful tools to defend themselves against attacks that would otherwise censor their work, technology already used by Cloudflare's enterprise customers--at no cost. Athenian Project : In 2017, we created the Athenian Project to ensure that state and local governments have the highest level of protection and reliability for free, so that their constituents have access to election information and voter registration. Since the project, we've provided services to more than 425 local government election websites in 33 states. 1.1.1.1 : We released 1.1.1.1 to help fix the foundation of the Internet by building a faster, more secure and privacy-centric public DNS resolver. This is available publicly for everyone to use - it is the first consumer-focused service Cloudflare has ever released. Here's the deal - we don't store client IP addresses never, ever. We will continue to abide by our privacy commitment and ensure that no user data is sold to advertisers or used to target consumers. Sound like something you'd like to be a part of? We'd love to hear from you! Please note that applicants who progress to the offer stage of the interview process may be asked to attend an in-person interview within one of the Cloudflare Offices or Cloudflare Hubs.  More details about this will be available at that stage of the interview process. This position may require access to information protected under U.S. export control laws, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations. Please note that any offer of employment may be conditioned on your authorization to receive software or technology controlled under these U.S. export laws without sponsorship for an export license. Manager, Global Entity Management
InternshipHybridMid$121,000 - $121,000 / Year
datadogrestdentalmental healthprocurementtax+10

About the role Datadog employs roughly 8,100 people across 35 countries through global subsidiaries, all under a Nevada parent. Some are operating companies. Others came to us through acquisitions. We open in new markets often enough that the structure is always moving, and we manage it in Diligent Entities. This role owns it. The work is entity formation and maintenance in many jurisdictions, corporate records and statutory filings, and daily coordination with the Finance, Tax and People teams. You will deal directly with government agencies, registries, registered agents and local counsel around the world. You will also be the person the rest of the company asks whenever a question touches our corporate structure. The role sits in Legal Operations, and you will report to our Senior Director, Legal Operations, who has supported entity management operations in the past. Our Associate General Counsel, Corporate & Securities owns the work product and sets the standards for entity management and for our securities filings. Legal Operations runs the function; Corporate & Securities owns the substance. The placement also gives you breadth. Legal Operations covers legal technology and systems, process design, outside counsel and spend operations, restricted party and sanctions screening, product legal support, and the department's AI work. We expect to cross-train you across those areas over time, and to cross-train colleagues into entity work. Entity management will remain the substantial majority of this job. On AI in particular, Legal Operations is where most of that work happens for the legal department. We look at how our current tools could be used better, we assess new ones, and we look for ways to extend AI into systems that were never built with it in mind. If you look at a manual process and wonder whether software should be doing it, there is room here for that. On the securities side of the role You will also handle Section 16 filings (Forms 3, 4 and 5), Forms 144 and Rule 10b5-1 plan administration, supervised by our Associate General Counsel, Corporate & Securities, who trains the team on it. Prior public company reporting experience is welcome but not required. We have trained people into this work before and it went well. What we need is someone who wants to learn it and who will hold the deadlines once trained.   What you will do Global entity management: the core of the role Entity lifecycle. Manage formations, foreign qualifications, branch registrations, conversions, mergers, dissolutions, liquidations and deregistrations for our US and international entities, working with outside service providers and local counsel in each jurisdiction. Good standing. Keep every entity in good standing wherever it operates. That covers annual reports and returns, statutory filings and business licenses. It also covers records for registered agents and agents for service of process, and the local compliance requirements that differ by country. Government agencies and registries. Deal directly with company registries, tax authorities, chambers of commerce and other government bodies on filings, registrations, certificates and inquiries, some of which need regular follow-up. Compliance calendar. Own the global entity compliance calendar. Know what is due, where and when, and flag it early rather than relying on a service provider's reminder. Directors, officers and authority. Track director and officer appointments and resignations, maintain signature and delegation of authority records, and prepare powers of attorney, incumbency certificates and secretary's certificates. Keep internal systems current and make sure the people who need to know about a change in signing authority are told. Portfolio rationalization. Review the legacy and dormant entities we hold, including those that came in through acquisitions. Form a view on which should be maintained, consolidated or wound down, then carry out the plan. Corporate records and governance Corporate records. Maintain minute books, statutory registers, organizational charts and entity records worldwide, in physical and electronic form, so the portfolio stays audit-ready. Governance documents. Draft board and stockholder resolutions, written consents, minutes for subsidiary matters, and organizational documents such as articles, bylaws and operating agreements, in support of routine governance matters and corporate transactions, for attorney review. Document requests. Turn around internal and external requests for certificates of good standing, certified copies, apostilles and legalizations. These usually block something, so speed matters. KYC and due diligence support Incoming requests. Respond to and manage Know Your Customer (KYC), Ultimate Beneficial Ownership (UBO) and related diligence requests from banks, financial partners, customers and other stakeholders. Supporting documentation. Compile and maintain the entity ownership, formation and governance documentation those requests rely on. Working with Finance, Tax and People Entity decisions are rarely made by Legal alone, so a large share of this role is coordination. Tax. Support tax-driven entity changes, restructurings and intercompany arrangements, and provide the corporate approvals, resolutions and records they require. Finance and Treasury. Support statutory audits, bank account openings and closures, and signatory changes. Supply the entity data behind financial reporting and audit requests. People. Work with the People team when we open in a new country. That covers employer registrations, local entity setup and the corporate steps that have to happen before anyone can be hired or paid. Across the company. Be the reliable answer when Procurement, Sales, Real Estate or anyone else needs to know which entity to use, or how Datadog is structured. Systems, data and process Diligent Entities. Own Diligent Entities as our system of record, covering data integrity, configuration and reporting. You will be the internal expert who trains others on it. Data quality. Run periodic audits of entity records, fix records where the data has drifted, and get the register to a point where it can be trusted without a manual check. Process. Build and maintain the trackers, workflows and standard operating procedures the function runs on, and document them well enough that someone else can pick them up. Automation and AI. Work with the wider Legal Operations team to automate the repetitive parts of entity work, and help assess where AI tools earn their place, both here and elsewhere in the department. Entity management is full of high-volume, rules-based work, which makes it a good place to test them. No prior AI experience is needed. Curiosity and judgment about where AI does and does not belong matter more. Securities support Supporting work, learnable on the job, performed for and supervised by our Associate General Counsel, Corporate & Securities. Section 16. Prepare, file and track Forms 3, 4 and 5 for our Section 16 officers and directors, and maintain the supporting ownership records. Forms 144 and 10b5-1. Prepare and file Forms 144 and administer the mechanics of Rule 10b5-1 plan adoptions, modifications and terminations. Entity data for reporting. Supply the entity information behind our periodic SEC filings, including the subsidiary list filed with the Form 10-K. Board support. Support board and committee matters as needed. Board and committee administration sits with our Corporate & Securities group. Your team and the wider function Your direct report. Manage, develop and set priorities for one Corporate Paralegal, and bring them along on the entity work as you standardize it. Shared services. Legal Operations runs as a shared services team. You will be cross-trained across other Legal Operations workstreams, and colleagues will be cross-trained into entity work, so the team can cover for each other and hold consistent standards. Who you are What we need Seven or more years of hands-on entity management experience, with substantial time on a multi-jurisdictional portfolio, whether in-house at a multinational, at a law firm or at a corporate services provider. Practical experience with entity formation and ongoing maintenance in multiple countries, including foreign qualification, good standing, annual filings, registered agents and local statutory requirements. Direct experience dealing with government agencies, company registries and regulators on corporate filings. You have chased a registry, fixed a rejected filing, and learned how long these things take. A track record of working with internal partners outside Legal, such as Finance, Tax and People, where the work only lands if the coordination is good. Proficiency with an entity management platform. We use Diligent Entities. If you have used a comparable system and will become an expert in ours, that works too. Strong document and spreadsheet skills. Legal and Finance work in Word and Excel, and Excel in particular carries a lot of the tracking and reporting in this role. The rest of the company runs on Google Workspace, so you will use both. Drafting skills for corporate governance documents such as resolutions, consents, certificates and minutes. Comfort with the local mechanics of an international portfolio, such as nominee and minority shareholder arrangements, local director requirements and statutory filings that vary by jurisdiction. Organization and attention to detail, and the capacity to hold a high volume of deadlines at once. Judgment about what you handle, what you flag and what you escalate, and the confidence to escalate early. Experience managing or mentoring a junior colleague. Willingness to learn the securities reporting side of the role and to hold those deadlines once trained. Willingness to be cross-trained more broadly across Legal Operations. Strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work with outside counsel, registered agents and service providers in many countries and time zones. A bachelor's degree, an associate degree or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program. If you have none of these, we will consider equivalent relevant experience. Nice to have Exposure to Section 16, Forms 144, Rule 10b5-1 administration or public company reporting. Implementing or migrating an entity management system, or materially improving the data quality of an existing one. Rationalizing a legacy entity portfolio by consolidating or winding down dormant companies, including entities acquired through M&A. Evaluating, piloting or rolling out legal technology or AI tools. Supporting restricted party or sanctions screening. Work at a multinational technology or SaaS company, or supporting one from a firm or service provider. A notary public commission in New York, or willingness to obtain one. Certification from NALA, the National Association of Legal Assistants (Certified Paralegal or Advanced Certified Paralegal), or from NFPA, the National Federation of Paralegal Associations (CORE Registered Paralegal or PACE Registered Paralegal). If you are strong on the entity management core and lighter on some of the rest of the two lists above, we would still like to hear from you. We are hiring for depth in the part of this role that is hardest to teach. #LI-Hybrid Datadog offers a competitive salary and equity package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, Datadog offers a wide range of best in class, comprehensive and inclusive employee benefits for this role including healthcare, dental, parental planning, and mental health benefits, a 401(k) plan and match, paid time off, fitness reimbursements, and a discounted employee stock purchase plan.
