If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit  anthropic.com/careers  directly for confirmed position openings. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. You will contribute to the development of the Anthropic Economic Index and its extension to generate regionally relevant insights, establish new methodologies to measure the usage, diffusion, and impact of AI throughout the economy, and work to broaden access to and usage of the insights generated by the Index. You will use frontier methods in econometrics, machine learning, and structural estimation. Such rigor will drive impact, shaping both policy discussions externally and informing Anthropic's internal business and product decisions. Our team combines rigorous empirical methods with novel measurement approaches. We're building first-of-its-kind datasets tracking AI's impact on labor markets, productivity, and economic transformation. Using our privacy-preserving measurement system ( Clio ), we analyze millions of real-world AI interactions to understand how AI augments and automates work across different occupations and tasks. For this role, we're looking for candidates who can combine rigorous economic analysis with novel measurement approaches to understand AI's transformative effects on the economy. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working at the intersection of empirical economics, technological change, and policy impact. Partner Enablement Lead, Beneficial Deployments

About Anthropic Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Anthropic's Beneficial Deployments team brings Claude to organizations doing some of the world's most important work across the nonprofit and education sectors. These organizations share a problem: mission-critical work, thin budgets, and little slack to figure out new technology on their own. Our Customer Success team helps them go from first login to Claude being part of how their teams work, but we cannot do that one organization at a time, nor should we. The sector already has trusted intermediaries these organizations turn to first: networks, capacity builders, funder technical assistance providers, community colleges, and fellowship programs. This role exists to make those intermediaries as effective at activating and training organizations on Claude as our own Customer Success team is. As the Scaled Enablement Lead, you'll build the Claude for Nonprofits train-the-trainer program that qualifies intermediaries to onboard organizations and deliver Anthropic-designed workshops on our behalf. You'll own the kits, credentials, and quality gates that let them run the show without an Anthropic CSM in the room. You'll also own the enablement thinking behind scaling impact through Claude Corps : how what fellows learn and build serves every organization we support, not only the ones that host them. The people you enable are not selling Claude. They are trainers, implementers, and program staff whose job is to help mission-driven organizations meaningfully adopt AI. Your job is to make sure these intermediaries can do that with Claude, to the same bar we hold ourselves to, and to help them evolve their offerings as we learn what these organizations need. The measure of success for this role is organizations activated and trained well without Anthropic delivering it. You'll be half program builder, half facilitator. You'll design and deliver the first cohorts yourself, then make the system repeatable: kits, qualification paths, credentials, teach-back gates, and a refresh rhythm that keeps content current as our products change. You'll build on the operating model and certification infrastructure of Anthropic's Education team and own everything specific to this audience, working closely with Beneficial Deployments Customer Success, Partnerships, Claude Corps program leadership, and our Education teams. This is not a partner account management or alliances role, and it carries no quota. It is not a book-of-business Customer Success role either, though you'll spend time with organizations to stay grounded in what these nonprofits truly need. The role reports to the Customer Success Lead for Beneficial Deployments, has no direct reports today, and may grow into people management as the program scales. Expect periodic travel for in-person cohorts and sessions. Key responsibilities: Own the Claude for Nonprofits train-the-trainer program end to end: its tracks, the qualification path for each, the credential, and recertification Build the kits intermediaries teach from: an activation playbook covering kickoff, admin setup, launch, and Day 30/60/90 reviews, and workshop-in-a-box modules starting with AI fluency and use case discovery, each with a deck, facilitator guide, demo scripts, sample data, and workbook Recruit and qualify a pilot cohort of anchor intermediaries, then open a repeatable application process that routes each to the right track and the right home, whether the Claude Partner Network or a Beneficial Deployments credential Design and deliver enablement for network intermediaries, adapting the program to how each reaches and supports its members, and help them evolve their offerings as we learn what organizations need Build the connective tissue among intermediaries so they learn from each other: shared office hours, a facilitator cohort that stays together after qualification, and a clear path for bringing new intermediaries along Support the enablement thinking for Claude Corps: how we extend the reach of fellows and the organizations around the program, and how what they learn feeds back into the enablement every customer receives Hold the quality bar when Anthropic is not in the room through teach-back gates, graded mock sessions, shadowing, and session satisfaction and activation quality at or above Anthropic-led benchmarks Run the program as one system: content intake and refresh calendar, production standards, resource hub organization, learning management system courses and assessments, and the agreement and attribution model for intermediaries acting on Anthropic's behalf Own the program's numbers, including approved trainers, collaborator-led activations and workshops, the Anthropic effort required per organization activated, and quality against benchmark, and use them to decide where the effort goes next Be the field voice for intermediaries inside Anthropic, bringing what they learn back into our enablement content, product feedback, and engagement model Minimum qualifications: 7+ years of experience in enablement, training, or program management  Train-the-trainer at scale. You have built and run a program that qualified other people to deliver your training consistently without you in the room: a certified facilitator network, a partner or community education program, or an instructor credential.  Learning design and delivery. You have designed adult learning experiences end to end, including curriculum, facilitator guides, and assessments, and delivered them live Nonprofit ecosystem fluency. You have worked with or inside the intermediaries that reach mission-driven organizations (networks, capacity builders, funders, technical assistance providers) and understand how they influence adoption Hands-on proficiency with AI tools. You use Claude and/or other AI tools in your day to day and understand their impact firsthand Preferred qualifications: Comfort being the single owner of a program while depending on teams you do not manage Ownership of, or close partnership with, a certification or badging program, including assessment design and recertification Experience with Skilljar or another learning management system, and with partner portals or resource hubs Facilitation of change management or AI fluency programs for non-technical teams Time at a capacity-building organization, an intermediary, or an edtech or technology company serving the sector Experience leading work through contractors or vendors while keeping several programs coherent   The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.  For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $265,000 — $320,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study:  A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship:  We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate.
