About Kernel Agents are starting to sell, buy and operate on behalf of companies. But before an agent can close a deal, qualify an account, route a lead or assess risk, it has to answer a basic question: which company is this? Today, that answer is messy, and no one answers it reliably. Business identity lives across CRMs, ERPs and third-party datasets full of duplicates, missing parent companies, stale addresses and incorrect enrichment. The cost shows up across the enterprise: sales teams miss revenue opportunities because they lack the right account context; operations teams take on avoidable exposure because risk signals are fragmented or wrong; and finance teams end up chasing, writing off, or defaulting on bad debt that should have been caught earlier. Humans have worked around that mess for years. Agents cannot. They need a reliable business identity layer they can trust. Kernel is building that layer: the business registry for agents. We issue a permanent KERN ID for every business, plus the context an agent needs to act on it. Ops, data and revenue teams at Gong, Legora, Mistral, Canva and Checkout already use Kernel on their own systems. Agents are next, and there will be far more of them. We have raised $14M from top VCs and operators at Plaid, OpenAI, Slack and others, and we are growing 5x YoY. Your Role As a Senior Solutions Engineer , you're the bridge between customer needs and technical execution in enterprise deals. You translate complex requirements into practical, high-impact solutions, ensuring every proof of concept is accurate, scalable and positioned for success. Working closely with Account Executives, Product and Engineering, you'll navigate technical questions, troubleshoot complex challenges and shape solutions that drive value for our clients. With new features shipping constantly at Kernel, you'll stay ahead of client requirements and the latest market innovation. What You'll Be Doing: Partnering with Account Executives in late-stage cycles as the technical expert Running and delivering high quality POCs in a timely manner Leading and owning the full implementation cycle from kick-off to go-live Architecting, building, and deploying bespoke AI agents using Kernel's tooling Acting as a trusted advisor for your portfolio comprised of multiple clients Provide feedback to the Product team to ensure constant improvement and iteration What You Bring: 3–7 years of experience in a client-facing analytical or technical role, such as Solutions Engineering, Implementations, Technical Account Management or Consulting Technical fluency (APIs, Javascript etc) and understanding of data systems A product sensibility to how you work - you ask why before you ask when, and you push back on scope that doesn't serve the customer Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving technical challenges creatively Experience working in fast-paced, startup environments Ability to manage multiple clients and projects at once Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted customer relationships Flexibility to occasionally work later hours to support US-based customers Nice to have, but not required: Experience working with AI products or use cases Familiarity with RevOps workflows and systems, including CRMs and related tooling ⚠️ This role may not be for you if you: Prefer a lot of structure or close guidance Prefer routine over variety Are looking for a purely internal, non-customer-facing role ❌ This role is definitely not for you if you: Prefer fully remote work (this role requires 4+ days per week in the London office) Don't enjoy intense, fast paced workspace or ambiguity Want to manage rather than build and deliver What We Offer We will do our best to offer you a ride of a lifetime. Your mission About the Job Neptune Software is the SAP-native application development platform: we turn SAP business logic into the Business Applications, Process Orchestration, and AI Agents people use to get work done. Native on SAP and connected across the enterprise, Neptune closes the execution gap between what SAP manages and how work actually happens. With Naia, teams move from AI-assisted development to full pro-code without ever starting over. Founded in Oslo in 2011, Neptune is trusted by 850+ enterprises and 4 million users worldwide, fast-growing company on a mission to Make Work Flow. We are growing our presence in France and are looking for an ambitious, Senior Account Executive to join our French sales team. You'll work alongside our Regional Sales Manager to expand Neptune's footprint in the French enterprise market — hunting new strategic customers and building long-term relationships with large organizations. This is a pure new-business hunting role: you'll own a portfolio of target accounts across our priority industries, build your own pipeline from the ground up, and be the driving force behind new logo wins in France. You'll also be flexible to wear multiple hats — supporting marketing campaigns, representing Neptune at industry events, and feeding market insight back into the France go-to-market plan. Location Paris – Remote Responsibilities Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of new-logo enterprise opportunities in France. Own and develop a personal portfolio of target accounts among large French corporations. Lead proactive outreach activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate executive-level meetings and new opportunities — true hunter mentality, not account farming. Develop and execute account strategies to win business with large, strategic customers. Partner with Marketing on targeted campaigns and represent Neptune at major French industry events and trade shows. Build trusted, long-term relationships with decision-makers across multiple functions and levels, up to C-level. Deliver compelling product demonstrations with Solution Consulting support, tailored to customer priorities. Own the full enterprise sales cycle — from discovery through negotiation to closing — applying MEDDPIC or a similar sales methodology. Provide customer and market feedback to refine our go-to-market approach, and contribute to the France regional business plan alongside the Team Lead. Your profile Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience. 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally SaaS or digital transformation solutions. Proven track record of consistently closing large, complex enterprise deals, with a genuine hunter mentality for new logo generation. Good level of French and English, both spoken and written. Working knowledge of MEDDPIC or another structured enterprise sales methodology. Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers (up to C-level) in large, global organizations. Familiarity with AI and Agentic AI concepts, including how AI agents can automate and orchestrate enterprise workflows across SAP and non-SAP environments. Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented, with the flexibility to take on different roles as needed (outreach, marketing support, event representation). Based in Paris, with the ability to travel regularly across France. Preferred Qualifications Deep knowledge of the French enterprise software market and experience navigating long, complex B2B sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. Familiarity with the SAP ecosystem and/or experience selling application development, low-code, or rapid application development platforms. Experience selling to large corporations and enterprise-scale organizations. Proficiency in CRM and sales tools. Comfortable building and owning a personal portfolio of target companies from scratch. What We Offer Competitive base salary with uncapped commission. The chance to shape Neptune's growth in one of our most strategic markets, with real autonomy over your territory and industry focus. Growth in a fast-scaling international company. A collaborative company culture rooted in Norwegian values — trust, transparency, and work-life balance. Be part of a diverse, global team spanning 34+ countries. Flexibility and autonomy to shape your work and impact. Find more English Speaking Jobs in France on Arbeitnow
