Isometric is the AI-native certifier of climate solutions. We combine scientific rigor with best-in-class technology to unlock the capital and trust needed to reverse climate change. Our customers , including Microsoft and Google, trust us to help them avoid greenwashing. We're looking for doers with a bias to action. Our team is brilliant and cares (a lot). Join us for the most impactful role of your career—and the best job you've ever had. Things you'll do in this role: Own complex, full-cycle sales to buyers of certificates across carbon, energy and industrial emissions, managing multi-stakeholder deals from sourcing through contract negotiation and close. Product Marketing Manager in Legal Tech (Zurich)
Full TimeOn-siteMid
gojournalismsalescustomer successresearch

Description Legal AI content is turning into a commodity. Every vendor ships the same AI-generated blog posts and the same generic battlecards. We are transitioning into an AI-native company ourselves, and that changes what this role has to be. You would sit in the marketing department with a dotted line to the product department, but not as a traditional product marketer who ships a few blog posts and calls it enablement. Not as a pure thinker who never touches a sales deck. Instead, as one person who owns our voice and turns it into everything the company needs to win: the thesis that gets us cited, the sales slide that closes next week's deal, and the briefing that gets a General Counsel to say yes. You will use AI tooling and agents to cover ground that used to take a small team, so you can spend your own time on the part that cannot be delegated: the thinking, the judgment, and the writing that actually changes someone's mind. Your mission 1. Product Marketing & Market Intelligence Drive go-to-market impact for launches and expansion, from plan to execution. Own deep knowledge of our ICP and competitive landscape, and feed it back into the product and sales strategy. Bring market and customer truth back to Product so we build what actually matters. Work across Product, Marketing, Sales and leadership. You don't sit in a silo. 2. Positioning, Narrative & Thought Leadership Own positioning: define what Legartis stands for, against which alternatives, for which buyer. Develop and defend clear, evidence-backed points of view on where Legal AI is going. Not generic AI-created opinions, but real positions based on customer and buyer research (interviews with General Counsel, CFOs, legal operations leaders). Conceive flagship studies and thought leadership content. Direct AI tools to help you scale production while you own the substance and the voice. Own our thought leadership channels, including video, and decide what gets said. Write what can't be delegated: founder posts, executive bylines, keynote scripts, board-level memos. 3. Sales & Customer-Facing Enablement Build the sales slides, briefings, one-pagers and competitive battlecards that make Sales and Customer Success more effective in every conversation. Translate positioning and research into materials for specific deals, verticals and executive-level conversations. Work directly with Sales and CS to find out what's missing in the field. Build case studies and customer proof points that Sales actually uses, not ones that sit in a folder. What We Want to Achieve Together In 6 months: a flagship study that gets cited by competitors and customers. Sales armed with materials that actually get used in deals. A clear Legartis position that everyone in the company can repeat in 30 seconds. In 12 months: Legartis recognized as one of the leading European voices on Legal AI, with a content and enablement engine, you plus the AI tools you direct, that outproduces companies with five times the headcount. Your profile Proven strategist: demonstrated success creating and executing marketing strategies. Storyteller: you craft compelling materials about complex AI products for non-technical audiences. Clear communicator: exceptional written and verbal communication with a strong visual sensibility. Impact-driven: comfortable with experimentation and interpreting both quantitative and qualitative data. AI-savvy: crafty with AI tools and automations — you use them daily and keep exploring what's new. A track record where writing and thinking were central: journalism, industry or analyst research, strategy consulting, or senior product marketing with real strategic ownership. 4+ years in marketing, product marketing or a comparable strategic role at a SaaS company. Classic PMM experience (positioning, GTM, enablement) is a strong plus, not a hard requirement, if your thinking and writing are strong enough. Fluent German and English, executive-level writing in both. Why us? Real editorial ownership over our voice and our position, not a content calendar handed down from someone else. A platform to build your own visible profile as a voice in Legal AI. Modern office in Leipzig or Berlin, hybrid setup, with regular presence in Zürich and team events such as hiking, dinners and offsites. Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) participation. Competitive salary, based on experience and seniority. Process 30 min with our People & Operations Manager: cultural fit, understanding the role and your expectations. Positioning conversation with our Head of Product: bring a point of view on Legal AI and be ready to defend it live. Case study: show us something you've written or built, and how you'd turn it into a sales-ready asset. Meet the team in the office. Decision: if it's mutual, we welcome you to the team! How to Apply Send us your CV, two or three writing or work samples you're proud of, and a short note answering: what's your sharpest point of view on where Legal AI is heading, and what's the evidence? Legal AI Counsel (Zurich)
LegartisZurich, Germany29 days ago
Full TimeOn-siteMid
restconcretecontract reviewcoachingsalesonboarding

Description Legartis is on a mission: to unlock legal work at scale. We set the standard for AI-powered contract review. Today we build a holistic platform that changes how legal teams operate from review to negotiation, powered by our Legal Agent. We are looking for the person who makes that value real for customers: in the demo, in onboarding, and inside the AI itself. When you join Legartis, you don't just take a job, you take ownership. We are a team of product builders and legal experts. We don't chase hype; we build substance. Your mission This is not a classic legal role, and not a classic sales or product role. You operate at the intersection of Law, Revenue, and AI, where you are a lever, not a bottleneck: your job is to build the demos, playbooks, and standards that let the whole company scale, and to step into the calls where your expertise closes the gap. 1. Commercial impact. You help win and grow customers. You build and run demos that create a "wow" moment, join high-stakes prospect calls as the legal expert who speaks at eye level with GCs, and run our trials and workshops: onboarding sessions where customers solve their own use cases live, with you coaching. You turn objections into use cases and interest into next steps, and you enable our Sales team to tell the legal story without you in the room. You think of outcomes in terms of trial-to-signature conversion, adoption, expansion. 2. Customer transformation. Once a deal is signed, you make the value real by acting as a strategic sparring partner in onboarding: defining review requirements, tuning playbooks and prompts, and showing legal teams where Legartis delivers the highest ROI. You turn individual learnings into scalable standards and documentation. 3. Making the AI better. You work hands-on with the Legal Agent: prompting, testing, diagnosing where it breaks and why. You feed what you learn from customers back into Product and Engineering (playbook quality, test sets, edge cases) so the product improves with every customer. 4. Internal legal support. You don't just sell the tool; you use it. When necessary, you support Legartis as in-house counsel on contract reviews and specific legal questions. Your profile We are honest: people who combine all of this are rare. We hire for aptitude and attitude, assess hands-on in a case study, and train the rest side by side, in real customer work. 1. You can sell the product (key). Not in the cold-calling sense, but in the way a great expert sells: by making the customer succeed in front of their own team. Concretely, this means you can (or want to learn to): Run a live demo with confidence including customized, high-stakes demos and recover gracefully when something doesn't land: pull out a better prompt, adjust on the spot, turn a skeptical question into a stronger result. Coach the customer hands-on. In trials and hackathons, the customer drives and you navigate: you get them to enter their own real legal questions, create the first "wow" moment themselves, and build the habits (saved prompts, reusable workflows) that make them stay. Turn objections into use cases. When a customer says "that won't work for us" or "we'll build it ourselves," you respond with a concrete path: a workaround, a workflow, the honest maintenance cost of the alternative. You're straight about limits, because credibility is what closes. Speak at eye level with GCs and legal teams asking sharp discovery questions, translating their friction points into what the product can do, and framing value in their language (ROI, risk, time saved). Always leave with a next step. Trial licenses, a hackathon, a follow-up workshop, a scoped rollout conversation. You instinctively convert interest into momentum, and you remove friction ("we can make that happen") rather than adding process. Ideally you can point to moments where you influenced a deal, a renewal, or an expansion in any prior role. 2. Legal foundation. Solid legal training and hands-on experience with commercial contracts from in-house, law firm, or legal tech. You understand the "why" behind a clause and can teach that logic to an AI and to a customer. A German 2. Staatsexamen is welcome but not required : we explicitly encourage candidates with qualifications from other jurisdictions or non-traditional paths (e.g. law + IT). 3. Hands-on AI builder. You have spent serious time with LLMs, not as a spectator, but pushing them to their limits. You see prompting and evaluation as a craft and enjoy figuring out where AI systems break and how to fix them. 4. Ownership & communication. You can point to things you built, launched, or drove. You are structured enough to run projects with multiple stakeholders, and precise enough to know that a sharp prompt beats a thousand vague instructions. Excellent German and English; other languages are a plus. Why us? Impact over hype. You define a new discipline at the intersection of law, revenue, and AI. Your work directly shapes how thousands of legal professionals will operate. Leverage, not grind. You build the standards, playbooks, and demos that multiply your expertise across the whole company. We invest in you. Structured training on the Legal Agent, side-by-side customer calls, and a clear growth path — we build the capability the market doesn't have yet. True ownership. Competitive salary and employee stock options (ESOP). Offices in Berlin, Leipzig, and Zurich with a flexible hybrid setup, plus apéros, lunches, and hiking trips. Process Get to know each other: a chat with our People & Operations Manager. Deep dive with our General Counsel & Head of Legal AI into Legal Engineering at Legartis. Case study: real tasks at the crossroads of legal thinking, AI prompting, and making the commercial case to a customer . Meet the team in our Zurich office. Mutual decision, and we welcome you on board. Find Jobs in Switzerland on Arbeitnow

About HappyRobot HappyRobot is the infrastructure for enterprises to build and orchestrate AI workforces. Our AI workers don't just communicate through voice and email - they make decisions, take action, and run operations autonomously across entire enterprise systems. Born in Y Combinator (S23) and backed by a16z, Base10, Prysm Capital and Eurazeo with over $150M raised, we power critical operations for global enterprises worldwide. Our platform is battle-tested in the most demanding environments, where AI has real consequences. We started in logistics, built our own voice stack, models, and orchestration layer from the ground up, and are now bringing that infrastructure to every enterprise that runs the real economy. Learn more about our vision in our manifesto. Role Overview We are looking for a versatile and highly skilled Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will combine strong technical abilities with excellent communication skills, working directly with customers to ensure they maximize the value of HappyRobot's AI platform. What You'll Do Customer-Facing Engineering – Work closely with customers from onboarding to ongoing usage, helping them integrate and optimize our AI solutions. Technical Development – Build new features, MVPs, and scalable solutions that directly impact customer outcomes. Full-Stack Development – Utilize React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python to develop robust applications and tools. Must Have Strong full-stack experience: React, TypeScript, Node.js. Hands-on proficiency in Python. Experience building AI/ML applications, including LLM prompting and tuning. Ability to manage APIs and integrate with third-party systems. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Have ownership and autonomy of projects and are encouraged to ship. Comprehensive Benefits including healthcare, dental, vision coverage. Competitive salary + equity in a high-growth startup. Our Operating Principles Extreme Ownership We take full responsibility for our work, outcomes, and team success. No excuses, no blame-shifting — if something needs fixing, we own it and make it better. This means stepping up, even when it's not "your job." If a ball is dropped, we pick it up. If a customer is unhappy, we fix it. If a process is broken, we redesign it. We don't wait for someone else to solve it — we lead with accountability and expect the same from those around us. Craftsmanship Putting care and intention into every task, striving for excellence, and taking deep ownership of the quality and outcome of your work. Craftsmanship means never settling for "just fine." We sweat the details because details compound. Whether it's a product feature, an internal doc, or a sales call — we treat it as a reflection of our standards. We aim to deliver jaw-dropping customer experiences by being curious, meticulous, and proud of what we build — even when nobody's watching. We are "majos" Be friendly & have fun with your coworkers. Always be genuine & honest, but kind. "Majo" is our way of saying: be a good human. Be approachable, helpful, and warm. We're building something ambitious, and it's easier (and more fun) when we enjoy the ride together. We give feedback with kindness, challenge each other with respect, and celebrate wins together without ego. Urgency with Focus Create the highest impact in the shortest amount of time. Move fast, but in the right direction. We operate with speed because time is our most limited resource. But speed without focus is chaos. We prioritize ruthlessly, act decisively, and stay aligned. We aim for high leverage: the biggest results from the simplest, smartest actions. We're running a high-speed marathon — not a sprint with no strategy. Talent Density and Meritocracy Hire only people who can raise the average; 'exceptional performance is the passing grade.' Ability trumps seniority. We believe the best teams are built on talent density — every hire should raise the bar. We reward contribution, not titles or tenure. We give ownership to those who earn it, and we all hold each other to a high standard. A-players want to work with other A-players — that's how we win. First-Principles Thinking Strip a problem to physics-level facts, ignore industry dogma, rebuild the solution from scratch. We don't copy-paste solutions. We go back to basics, ask why things are the way they are, and rebuild from the ground up if needed. This mindset pushes us to innovate, challenge stale assumptions, and move faster than incumbents. Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
