About Kernel Agents are starting to sell, buy and operate on behalf of companies. But before an agent can close a deal, qualify an account, route a lead or assess risk, it has to answer a basic question: which company is this? Today, that answer is messy, and no one answers it reliably. Business identity lives across CRMs, ERPs and third-party datasets full of duplicates, missing parent companies, stale addresses and incorrect enrichment. The cost shows up across the enterprise: sales teams miss revenue opportunities because they lack the right account context; operations teams take on avoidable exposure because risk signals are fragmented or wrong; and finance teams end up chasing and writing off bad debt that should have been caught earlier. Humans have worked around that mess for years. Agents cannot. They need a reliable business identity layer they can trust. Kernel is building that layer: the business registry for agents. We issue a permanent KERN ID for every business, plus the context an agent needs to act on it. Ops, data and revenue teams at Gong, Legora, Mistral, Canva and Checkout already use Kernel on their own systems. Agents are next, and there will be far more of them. We have raised $14M from top VCs and operators at Plaid, OpenAI, Slack and others, and we are growing 5x YoY. The Role We're looking for an AI Ops Engineer for our product team to build the internal systems that help Kernel scale without adding unnecessary manual work. You'll work across Product, Customer Support, and Engineering - finding the highest-leverage problems and building practical AI-powered workflows. This is a hands-on builder role. You'll take ideas from a vague business problem to a tool or workflow that people use, then maintain and improve it in production. You'll choose the fastest sensible approach for each problem - coding agents, automation platforms, APIs, data pipelines or lightweight code. Your focus area will be whatever is the most critical blocker for Kernel's growth, whether that's automating our customer support, tying our data feedback loop to automatically seed our evals (benchmarks), building tooling for our sales team to demonstrate Kernel, and so on. You'll report to Marcus Henglein, our co-founder who leads our Product, Engineering, and Client Delivery teams. What You'll Be Doing Automating customer support : The first focus area is to lead our initiative on automating as much of our technical customer support as possible, leveraging Kernel's docs and MCPs, the right kind of AI tooling, and working closely with the engineering team. Turning user feedback into evals: Build workflows that turn data issues reported by users into test cases, helping Kernel catch recurring errors and measure improvements. Keeping docs current: Build workflows that detect product changes and keep our documentation accurate. Making Kernel easier to demo: Build tools that help our sales team prepare and run demos using relevant account data. Priorities shift, problems often start loosely scoped, and you'll own the work through maintenance. What You Bring A track record of shipping : you've built tools, automations or AI workflows that people use every day, ideally inside a small, fast-moving startup. Around 2–5 years of experience is typical, but what you've built matters more than your years. Ex-founders welcome Curious about product : you're keen to learn how a product/engineering organization works in a fast-paced startup environment AI-tool obsessed : you are constantly testing new models, agents, MCPs and workflows, and you have the judgement to turn them into reliable systems that people actually adopt - but without turning off the "Local LLM" that you were born with (your brain) Strong data instincts : you can turn fragmented, messy information into reliable workflows and create feedback loops that keep it trustworthy Can't unsee inefficiency : you see the company as a connected system; when you find a broken or unnecessarily manual process, your instinct is to understand it, build the fix and make sure it sticks Artisanal programming experience is not required for this role, and you don't need a traditional software engineering background. ⚠️ This role may not be for you if you: Prefer deep specialization over breadth: this role means switching between projects and teams, depending on business needs Prefer steady-state work over project-based sprints: priorities will shift as the business evolves Only want "strategic" work: you will personally build the tools, clean the data and fix the workflows Need every task to be clearly scoped before starting: ambiguity and learning on the fly are constant Avoid operational grunt work or lose interest after the prototype Want to work in a more structured 9-to-6 environment or in a remote/hybrid setup: we are in the office together 4–5 days a week and the pace is high What We Offer We will do our best to offer you a ride of a lifetime. It will not be easy, but it will be thrilling. 💰 Salary: £60,000–£85,000 + equity 🗓️ 24 days holiday per year + bank holidays 🥕 £450 monthly office dinner allowance ✈️ 2 weeks work-from-anywhere 🍼 Generous parental leave policy 💼 Pension plan 💻 Top-spec equipment and central London office 🎉 Team events and dinners 🚀 Work directly with the founders to deploy AI across a fast-growing company 🏆 High-autonomy, high-trust environment with a small team shipping at pace Interview Process Stage 1 – Video call with the Hiring Manager. Stage 2 – Case study interview (in person) with the team. Stage 3 – Values interview with the Founders. If there is mutual fit, we move to references and offer. Compensation: £60K – £85K • Offers Equity • Base Salary £60K – £85K • Offers Equity Find more English Speaking Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow

No excuses, no blame-shifting — if something needs fixing, we own it and make it better. This means stepping up, even when it's not "your job." If a ball is dropped, we pick it up. If a customer is unhappy, we fix it. If a process is broken, we redesign it. We don't wait for someone else to solve it — we lead with accountability and expect the same from those around us. Craftsmanship Putting care and intention into every task, striving for excellence, and taking deep ownership of the quality and outcome of your work. Craftsmanship means never settling for "just fine." We sweat the details because details compound. Whether it's a product feature, an internal doc, or a sales call — we treat it as a reflection of our standards. We aim to deliver jaw-dropping customer experiences by being curious, meticulous, and proud of what we build — even when nobody's watching. We are "majos" Be friendly & have fun with your coworkers. Always be genuine & honest, but kind. "Majo" is our way of saying: be a good human. Be approachable, helpful, and warm. We're building something ambitious, and it's easier (and more fun) when we enjoy the ride together. We give feedback with kindness, challenge each other with respect, and celebrate wins together without ego. Urgency with Focus Create the highest impact in the shortest amount of time. Move fast, but in the right direction. We operate with speed because time is our most limited resource. But speed without focus is chaos. We prioritize ruthlessly, act decisively, and stay aligned. We aim for high leverage: the biggest results from the simplest, smartest actions. We're running a high-speed marathon — not a sprint with no strategy. Talent Density and Meritocracy Hire only people who can raise the average; 'exceptional performance is the passing grade.' Ability trumps seniority. We believe the best teams are built on talent density — every hire should raise the bar. We reward contribution, not titles or tenure. We give ownership to those who earn it, and we all hold each other to a high standard. A-players want to work with other A-players — that's how we win. First-Principles Thinking Strip a problem to physics-level facts, ignore industry dogma, rebuild the solution from scratch. We don't copy-paste solutions. We go back to basics, ask why things are the way they are, and rebuild from the ground up if needed. This mindset pushes us to innovate, challenge stale assumptions, and move faster than incumbents. It's how we build what others think is impossible. The personal data provided in your application and during the selection process will be processed by Happyrobot, Inc., acting as Data Controller. Building Devin is just the first step—our hardest challenges still lie ahead. If you're excited to solve some of the world's biggest problems and build AI that can reason on real-world tasks, apply to join us. We're looking for a talented Partner Director to join us on our mission to build the future of software engineering with focus on building our partnerships with the largest Consulting Firms in the world — McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, Kearney, and their peers. ABOUT US Cognition is the team behind Devin, the world's first AI software engineer. Today, the two primary forms of AI coding tools are IDEs and agents. Engineers naturally want both: the IDE for when you want to make each decision yourself, with AI-assisted speedups, and agents to delegate complete tasks asynchronously. Our product suite is uniquely capable of tackling the pair. Our maniacal focus on serving the world's most innovative companies and largest enterprises has led Gartner to name us a "Leader" in the Magic Quadrant. Customers like Goldman Sachs, Mercedes Benz, NuBank, Ramp, Citi, Dell, Cisco, Palantir, and ServiceNow trust us to help them transform their businesses. HIGHLIGHTS: Cognition $48B fundraise and continued growth Goldman Sachs Devin Case Study Scott Wu The Wu Tapes Colossus Deep Dive Russell Kaplan and Scott Wu on American Optimist WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Channel Director, you will be responsible for building Cognition's partner ecosystem from the ground up — sourcing, recruiting, enabling, and activating partners that drive meaningful revenue for Cognition's platform. You will create partnerships from a standing start and turn them into partner-initiated business. This is not a maintenance role but rather a hunter/farmer role. You will define the strategy, build the program, support deals, and help close new business alongside our partners. You'll work closely with sales, but also engineering, product, and marketing to build a high-leverage partner engine that accelerates Cognition's growth and expands Devin's reach into the world's most ambitious technology organizations. Successful candidates will have 6+ years of experience in partnerships, channel, business development, sales, or strategic alliances, a strong understanding of the partner landscape, and the drive and grit required to build a revenue channel from zero in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment. WHAT YOU'LL BRING Insanely high adaptability and a deep passion for the (somewhat chaotic) early stages of company building. Relentless drive – Hunger to dream up, plan, and execute a winning strategy for your territory. Boundless curiosity and ability to learn quickly - the market dynamics in this space change daily! Deep customer empathy, we're building long-term relationships and that requires always putting our customers first. The exceptional technical expertise required to become a master of our products and a trusted advisor on your customers' AI strategy. Team player – We win and lose with our incredible Product, Engineering, and GTM peers. WHAT WE BELIEVE Only a small handful of companies have built career-defining sales teams. We're on a mission to build the next one. That starts with setting the bar for talent extremely high. Even the best sales reps are never a finished product. World-class enablement is key to a world-class sales organisation and a competitive advantage. We have hired one of the best teams in the industry to ensure everyone continues to get better. Equal Opportunity Cognition is an equal opportunity employer. Uniti AI | New York City or London (Hybrid) Uniti AI is a New York City-based Series A startup building advanced AI sales and support agents for the real estate industry. As a Staff/Principal Product Engineer, you will own problems end to end: talking to customers, digging into the data, deciding what's worth building, and then building it yourself. This is not a product management role, and it is not a frontend role. You will spend your time in discovery and in the codebase, shipping proofs of concept and MVPs that prove out whether an idea deserves to become part of the core product. Our core product is our agents, our harness, and the agentic workflows that run on them, so this is deep systems and AI work. This role reports to the Head of Product and sits alongside our platform engineering team. If you would rather own the long-term architecture and scaling of the core platform than chase new product bets, look at our Staff/Principal Software Engineer opening instead. Responsibilities Own the full arc of a product bet: research and discovery, customer and data analysis, scoping, then building the proof of concept or MVP yourself. Work directly with customers and the go-to-market team to understand where our agents fall short and what would move the needle. Design and build agentic workflows, agent harness improvements, tool integrations, and the backend systems behind them. Make the call on what to build, what to cut, and what to kill, backed by evidence rather than opinion. Hand off proven prototypes to the platform engineering team, or productionize them yourself when that's the faster path. Set the bar for how we evaluate agent quality: evals, instrumentation, and the metrics that tell us whether something actually works. Collaborate directly with the Head of Product and the founders on product direction and technical strategy. Debug and solve problems across the stack, no "not my job" mentality. Minimum Qualifications 8+ years building and shipping production software, with a track record of owning products end to end rather than executing specs. Experience as a founder, founding engineer, or product engineer at an early-stage company, where you were responsible for both the "what" and the "how." Strong backend engineering skills, with Python and TypeScript experience. Full stack capability. You can build a working interface when a prototype needs one, even though this role is not primarily frontend or UI/UX work. Comfort with ambiguity: able to take a vague business problem, define it, and come back with something running. Experience with LLM-based systems, agents, or agentic workflows in production. Experience with AI coding tools like Cursor and Claude Code. Based in or able to work hybrid from New York City or London. Fluency in English is required. Preferred Qualifications Experience building vertical AI products, ideally in real estate, proptech, or another operations-heavy industry. Experience with AWS technologies. Experience with voice, SMS, or email infrastructure. Comfort presenting to customers and partners, and communicating data-driven arguments to a business audience. Experience designing evaluation frameworks for non-deterministic systems. What We Offer Competitive salary with equity options Medical, Dental and Vision premiums covered at 100% Snacks, a generous tech budget, unlimited vacation, and company outings Find Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow
