About Fractile Fractile was founded in 2022 on the bet that, eventually, the world's most capable AI systems would be limited in their impact by the time taken to produce useful outputs. We bet everything on the logical conclusion: that the only way to truly unlock this latent value, to make speed viable at scale, was to radically re-invent the hardware that we run our frontier AI models on. Ever since, we have been building chips and systems that tackle this problem: how to efficiently generate output at thousands of tokens per second, while handling the complexity and capacity challenges of operating large models at very long contexts. The workloads that push to the limits of the current frontier are already transformational; it is the technical and economic limits on inference speed that are constraining progress. The defining work of the 21st century will be marked by the engine of inference delivering immense and diffuse chains of intellectual inquiry, in drug discovery, in software engineering, in materials discovery, in any field where progress is driven by deep reasoning and intelligence to resolve complex problems. About the role As a Delivery Lead at Infinite Lambda, you'll hold accountability for the successful delivery of multi-workstream programmes for our most important clients. You will own the entire programme lifecycle — from commercial handover through to closure — coordinating multiple projects, teams, and delivery streams into a single coherent outcome. You will be a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, including C-level executives, and the person our clients and our own leadership turn to when a programme hits a serious issue and needs a steady, credible hand to resolve it. You are a critical partner in our client relationships, working closely with Account Managers to protect and grow long-term accounts, and with Executive Sponsors to keep governance sharp and escalations resolved quickly. Beyond delivery, you're expected to translate ambiguous, high-level business strategy into structured requirements and a deliverable roadmap — bringing the same rigour to business analysis as you do to programme governance. Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of multi-workstream programmes spanning multiple projects, vendors, and delivery teams, using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches tailored to each client and phase. Hold ultimate accountability for programme scope and benefits realisation across the full programme lifecycle. Act as the escalation point for serious programme issues: recover programmes that are off-track, re-baseline commercials and timelines where needed, and manage the client conversations that come with it. Design and enforce programme-level governance models, RAID processes, and reporting standards, ensuring predictable, high-quality execution is visible at every level from delivery team to executive sponsor. Facilitate steering committees, delivering clear, credible updates and recommendations to C-level stakeholders on both the client and Infinite Lambda side. Build and hold relationships with senior client stakeholders and executive sponsors, acting as a trusted voice in high-stakes conversations, difficult trade-offs, and commercial negotiations. Lead business analysis at a programme level: gather and structure high-level business requirements and strategic objectives, and translate them into a coherent programme roadmap, benefits case, and workstream breakdown. Identify and manage cross-workstream dependencies, escalating and closing them out before they threaten delivery. Constructively challenge technical and commercial assumptions across workstreams, guiding recovery plans and trade-off decisions between engineering quality, cost, and delivery speed at a programme level. Own commercial governance for the programme, including Change Control, Change Orders, and milestone sign-off, working closely with Account Managers and Executive Sponsors to protect margin and client trust. Represent Infinite Lambda credibly in the most demanding client conversations — the ones where relationships, not just delivery plans, are on the line. Requirements Experience: 7+ years of experience leading complex, multi-workstream programmes, with a strong focus on data warehouse migration and/or AI. Consulting background, ideally within data or technology consultancies. Track record of taking accountability for troubled or at-risk programmes and successfully recovering them — commercially and operationally. Demonstrated business analysis experience at a strategic level — translating executive-level business objectives into structured requirements, benefits cases, and roadmaps. Extensive experience with agile methodologies at programme scale, including managing dependencies and governance across multiple concurrent workstreams. Strong conceptual understanding of software engineering and data delivery principles, sufficient to challenge, guide, and support technical leadership across several workstreams at once. Significant experience in business change as well as IT delivery, at an enterprise or large-account level. Gravitas, credibility, and maturity to engage, influence, and hold difficult conversations with C-level stakeholders on both client and internal sides. Commercial experience: negotiating Change Orders, managing fixed-cost and T&M commercial models, and protecting margin under pressure. Travel requirements for this role are mandated by the need of the client and depending on the client some travel is required. Skills: Proficiency in a variety of programme and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello). Strong business analysis toolkit at programme scale: requirements gathering, benefits mapping, process mapping, and senior stakeholder workshops. Exceptional problem-solving, conflict resolution, and change management skills, particularly under pressure or in adversarial situations. Ability to structure a complex, ambiguous programme into a clear workstream breakdown, dependency map, and governance model. Experience managing multiple concurrent programmes or a large single programme with several parallel workstreams. Familiarity with a range of delivery methodologies and the judgement to select and adapt the right one per workstream. Mindset: Comfortable holding ultimate accountability, including for issues you didn't personally cause. Calm and decisive under pressure — the person the room looks to when a programme is at risk. Demonstrated ability to orchestrate the big picture across multiple workstreams while still tracking the details that matter. A collaborative and positive approach to people, balanced with the willingness to have difficult conversations early. Willingness to take new directions and adapt to changing priorities at short notice. Nice to have Skills Working knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts. Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g. Omni, Sigma, Tableau, PowerBI). Formal programme management certification (e.g. MSP, PMI-PgMP) or equivalent hands-on experience. Proven experience leading data warehousing and analytics programmes, preferably migrations, at enterprise scale. Soft skills Servant leadership mindset with the ability to manage, motivate, inspire and support Project Managers and delivery teams. Outstanding communication skills, calibrated for C-level and executive audiences. A considerate, curious, positive, naturally collaborative and supportive approach to people, without shying away from hard conversations. Proactivity regarding risk, issues and planning, especially the risks that haven't surfaced yet. Ability to present complex technical and commercial concepts clearly to non-technical, senior audiences. Natural problem-solving attitude, strong facilitation skills, and sound judgement under ambiguity. Proficiency in English. Interview Process Take-home technical and case-based assignment. Technical interview with Head of Programme Management: 60 minutes. Cultural interview with Chief of Customer Success Why join Infinite Lambda We support your growth with dedicated learning time, access to top-notch resources and a knowledge-sharing culture; You work autonomously here in a wholesome environment and get as much paid holiday as you need; The projects are diverse and give you plenty of opportunity to experiment with new tech; The benefits are plenty , with private health insurance, work-from-home budget, a company MacBook and more on the list. ▶ ▶ Submit your CV in English in PDF . ▶ ▶ Mind that as we are an international team, internal communication is in English. The product you will work on The HOLOPLOT Matrix Array is a new type of sound system built around precise, software-defined control of sound in three dimensions - grounded in physics and implemented through a combination of custom hardware and purpose-built software. HOLOPLOT deployed Matrix Arrays in various venues, including the Sphere in Las Vegas - the world's most advanced entertainment venue and, notably, home to the world's largest audio installation in entertainment. Audio processing in HOLOPLOT systems is distributed: every loudspeaker runs embedded Linux, and hundreds of them have to be configured, coordinated, monitored, and updated as one system. This is enabled by multiple open source and in-house developed services running on an on-premises Kubernetes cluster. AWS-hosted services connect venues to remote monitoring, telemetry, and configuration. Many venues are air-gapped or only intermittently connected for remote servicing, and that constraint shapes most of the design decisions in the platform. The ideal candidate is We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who builds the platform our sound systems run on, and who takes responsibility for how it behaves in production. This is a software engineering role first. You will spend your time writing software, either with your own team or embedded with one of the other HOLOPLOT teams: services, controllers, agents, and tooling that provision, configure, observe, and update our systems. Our infrastructure is defined as code and evolves through the same review and release process as the rest of our software. You design the operational side, you build it, and you are on call when it misbehaves in the field. Your role and responsibilities You will join the team that owns the platform underneath our installations and connected services, working alongside backend, embedded, and frontend engineers who are organized in cross-functional product teams. Build the platform Architect and implement services to provision, configure, and manage server fleets across AWS and local clusters. Create control-plane logic for venue systems to ensure consistency, health monitoring, rollout management, and recovery, even during uplink disruptions. Establish end-to-end provisioning workflows for embedded Linux hardware, spanning from initial manufacturing to customer deployment. Enhance update processes to streamline software deployments for active customer installations. Develop APIs and developer tooling that empower engineering teams to independently deploy, observe, and troubleshoot their services. Embed telemetry capabilities into the platform to facilitate remote diagnosis of venue system behavior . Run what you build Own the AWS infrastructure behind our connected services: remote access, access control, telemetry ingestion, remote backup, secret management, and monitoring. All of it is infrastructure as code. Operate and evolve the on-premises Kubernetes footprint at venues, including air-gapped and intermittently connected installations. Monitor large environments, investigate problems across the software/hardware boundary, and turn each incident into a fix in the code. Be part of a compensated on-call rotation Set the technical direction Advise and collaborate with product teams on building distributed systems that are scalable, secure, and observable, and review their designs with production reality in mind. Research and introduce tools and technologies where they measurably improve how we build and operate. Contribute back to the open-source projects we depend on, through issues and fixes. What you need to succeed in this role Several years of professional software engineering experience, most of it spent designing and shipping production systems. Fluency in software engineering as a craft: concurrency, error handling, testing, and designing APIs that other teams build on. Working knowledge of the Kubernetes control plane and the operator/controller pattern, including how clusters behave when they are unhealthy. Hands-on experience with AWS, and a firm belief in infrastructure as code. Terraform and Ansible are what we use today. Comfort across several languages, and the ability to pick up a new one when the problem calls for it. Our platform work is mostly Go and Python, with Rust and C++ elsewhere in the stack. Experience building distributed systems, and a clear understanding of how they fail: partitions, partial rollouts, clock skew, retries, and reconciliation. A good sense for software architecture and maintainability, and the habit of writing code that colleagues can pick up and change. A strong command of Linux, scripting, and automation. Experience instrumenting software for telemetry and using it to answer real questions about running systems. Good judgment about what to automate and what to leave alone. Strong communication skills in English. You can explain a design or a failure clearly to engineers, product stakeholders, and non-specialists. Willingness to take part in compensated on-call and weekend work when installations need it. A can-do mentality, an eye for detail, and the courage to take on problems outside your comfort zone. Experience in using AI for engineering. Nice to haves Experience with NATS, Prometheus/Thanos, or PostgreSQL in production. Experience with air-gapped or intermittently connected installations. Experience running Kubernetes in production, not only deploying to it. Experience with embedded Linux, device fleet management, or IoT security. Networking depth: multicast at scale, WireGuard, BGP, IPv6. Experience in the audio, broadcast, or live events industry. Contributions to open-source infrastructure projects We offer you At HOLOPLOT we work in a flexible hybrid setup with trust-based working hours, giving you the freedom to organise your day in a way that supports focus, deep work and balance. Pay is competitive and fair, and we offer perks and benefits such as subsidised public transport, lunch allowances, Urban Sports and a company pension scheme. You'll join an international, open-minded team across software, hardware, product and research, in an environment with plenty of autonomy and ownership. You'll work on cutting-edge audio technology, turn complex requirements into working solutions and contribute to global projects, with support for your growth through individual development plans, mentoring and coaching. Headquarters: Canada - Remote Our team is committed to enhancing physician and patient quality of life through Elation, a SaaS cloud-based clinical platform. Since inception, we've been focused on building a delightful, world-class experience that empowers physicians to deliver phenomenal care to patients. Customer support has been the same job for twenty years: a queue, a ticket, an SLA, a closed case. That's ending, fast. Over the next 6–9 months, AI will take on more of the routine, repetitive cases at Elation. That doesn't shrink the human role — it builds on it. The work becomes product intelligence: shaping how AI handles conversations, holding the customer-trust moments that need real judgment, and turning patterns into priorities Engineering delivers. We're hiring Support Engineers to anchor that shift: people who don't just close tickets, but trace them back to the line of product code causing them, ship the fix that resolves the customer's problem immediately, and partner with senior engineers on the cases complex enough to need them. You might be the recent engineering grad who spent a summer at a busy front desk, in a popular restaurant, or on a support line because you like people as much as you like problems, and who's been quietly automating things nobody asked you to fix since your first CS class. Or, you might be the person who leads team projects, tinkers with the dashboards, automations, or workflows so automatically that colleagues assume you are an engineer even if you aren't. If that sounds like you, this role turns that problem-solving instinct into your core responsibility. As a Support Engineer, you'll bring empathy and judgment to the cases that need it most, own the quality of AI-driven solutions in your domain, and synthesize patterns that influence Product and Engineering roadmaps. We hire for judgment, taste, and curiosity, not process adherence. The bar isn't how many cases you closed; it's how much you reshaped the conditions under which cases happen. Role and Responsibilities Synthesize and share customer insights. Surface patterns from your cases in weekly and monthly reports, participate in Product and Engineering discussions with what you're learning, and mentor Support Team members on AI workflows, scripting, and SQL queries. Use Good Judgment to Solve Cases. Own customer escalations with cases that genuinely require seasoned judgment, the ones AI can't safely close. Build and protect customer trust in moments that matter. Build and own AI quality. Configure AI within Elation's stack (intents, knowledge sources, escalation rules), build lightweight external automations and scripts, and own the quality of AI outputs in your domain. What success looks like in your first 6 months Delivered solutions that reduced case volume by 10% or eliminated recurring issue categories, with measurable customer impact (e.g., CSAT, reduction in case reopens) A monthly drumbeat of synthesized insights that Product and Engineering act on, with visible impact on customer experience or a measurable drop in case volume Owns a measurable case-volume reduction in your domain by making cases not happen, not by closing them faster You question default workflows instead of just executing them, and you ship more by removing work, not just doing more of it You build with AI to make yourself and the teammates around you faster — automating triage, drafting responses, prototyping internal tools, and turning one-off builds into reusable patterns Support can run with You've picked up or sharpened a technical skill — SQL, Python, an API, a scripting language — specifically because a customer problem needed it, not because a course assigned it Mentors Associate teammates on AI builds and pattern synthesis Identified and closed gaps across internal and customer-facing documentation, improving accuracy and reducing repeat questions. Professional Qualifications 1–5+ years of experience in Engineering, data analytics, or AI/automation tinkering in any field — OR a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, plus real experience talking to people under pressure (support, hospitality, retail, service, resident advising) Comfortable enough with code to experiment : you've written scripts, touched an API, or built something in Python, SQL, or JavaScript — even if it was just for a class project , team project or yourself A concrete portfolio of things you've built or shipped: prompt-engineered systems, dashboards, automations, class or personal projects — with evidence of outcomes Strong customer-facing communication and trust-building skills Pattern recognition and synthesis muscle AI-native default. Reaches for AI tools first, treats ambiguity as the work rather than a blocker, and wants to learn how to configure and supervise these systems — not just use them A deep desire to drive results for our customers, with high ownership over the outcomes you own Curiosity and natural problem-solving instincts An instinct to raise the bar for the teammates around you — teaching others to build and synthesize, not just modeling it yourself Show us your work Along with your application, in a cover letter send us: 2–3 things you've built or shipped that changed a metric or outcome — a work project, a personal build, or something from school or an internship — what you made, who it was for, why you needed to do it, and what changed. A short story about a time your analysis or insight changed a decision someone else made. Salary range $70,000 - $95,000 CAD Elation welcomes individuals from all backgrounds and walks of life. Elation is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and is dedicated to creating and maintaining a diverse and inclusive work environment. We are committed to equal opportunity for all employees and applicants, and value individuals with diverse perspectives including, but not limited to: race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, age, gender identity or gender expression, national origin, disability or veteran status. Elation also complies with all applicable national, state and local laws governing nondiscrimination in employment as well as work authorization and employment eligibility verification requirements of the Immigration and Nationality Act and IRCA.
