Lumiform is a specialized software for businesses with frontline teams to run inspections, audits and checklists at scale across distributed operations. Companies like EDEKA, AmRest (Starbucks, KFC, La Tagliatella), Nordsee, Hermes or even big Testing, Inspection and Certification bodies rely on Lumiform to keep standards consistently high across hundreds of locations and shifts. We think writing will increasingly be handled by AI. Knowing what to write about will not, and neither will writing something that is actually worth reading. The value moves to the person who can build two kinds of knowledge fast. First, the topic. What a HACCP verification actually involves in a restaurant chain, why a bakery fails a hygiene audit, what a fleet manager is dealing with when hundreds of vehicles need daily checks across a country. The problems, the standards, the vocabulary, the things that go wrong. Second, the product. What Lumiform actually does, how logic, scoring, offline capture and workflow automation work, and where the product genuinely solves that specific problem versus where it does not. You build both by reading primary sources, watching customer demos and talking to the people in sales and success who hear these problems every day. The content that wins is written where those two meet. On top of that sits original research. This is our biggest growth bet, and it will be yours to own. Benchmark reports that give this category a reference point it currently does not have, shared with industry bodies and journalists. You come up with the angle, find the data and build something worth citing. This is a research and expertise role that ends in writing, not a writing role that starts with a prompt. You go deep, get technical, learn faster than seems reasonable, then produce content that reads like a human wrote it. Tasks Your core mandate sits on four priorities. 1. Topic ownership and expertise Own assigned topic areas and content clusters. Within weeks you are the person in the company who knows the most about your topics. Build that knowledge from primary sources, customer demos and conversations with sales and success. Know the product properly and be able to adapt it to specific use cases and competitor comparisons. 2. Benchmark reports and original research Our biggest growth bet. You come up with the ideas, define the angle and decide what is worth measuring. Research internal and external data and build reports at an academic level of rigor that hold up when a journalist or industry body checks them, then work with the marketing managers to get them in front of the right people. 3. Content production Write app use pages that show exactly how Lumiform works for a specific industry use case, from HACCP and fire safety to vehicle inspections. Write listicles, competitor comparison pages and best-alternative pages that position Lumiform clearly against each competitor and around topics. Write customer stories based on real interviews, plus newsletters and other marketing materials. 4. Publishing and maintenance Publish and manage content in WordPress, applying SEO and AEO fundamentals. Improve existing content on quality, relevance, structure and performance. Use actual data from demos and customer calls to turn them into FAQs and on-page answers, so the website handles objections before a prospect asks one of our reps. Requirements Required 4+ years in content marketing, meaningful time spent in B2B SaaS A smart mind with a top university degree Native-level English writing. This role produces English content for an international audience and the bar is publication quality. Proven independent research. You have found data, worked with primary sources, judged what is reliable and built something original out of it. Bring examples. You develop expertise fast. Hand you an unfamiliar regulated topic on Monday and you can hold a credible conversation with a practitioner by Friday Technical curiosity. You want to understand how a product actually works and which problems it solves. You are able to use AI properly. It accelerates research and drafting, and the output is never final. You revise, restructure and add what the model cannot, which is judgement, a point of view and a reason the piece exists. You write clearly, creatively and in an approachable, human way. No filler, no throat-clearing, no AI slop. You bring your own ideas. You propose topics and reports rather than waiting for a brief. Reliable, diligent and proactive. You take ownership of your work, meet deadlines and pay close attention to accuracy, quality and consistency. Strongly preferred Experience building benchmark reports, surveys or other original research content Familiarity with WordPress Basic SEO understanding, including keyword research, keyword integration, headings, internal linking and content optimisation You have already heard of AEO (answer engine optimization) and understand why it matters. It is our biggest growth engine. Experience writing about regulated or technical subjects such as food safety, quality, EHS or logistics Benefits About Lumiform Lumiform is a specialized software for businesses with frontline teams to run inspections, audits and checklists at scale across distributed operations. Customers are mid-size and large companies such as multi-site retailers, restaurant chains, logistics fleets, warehouse operators, construction businesses and manufacturers. Companies like EDEKA, AmRest, Virgin Media and even testing, inspection and certification bodies rely on Lumiform. Rated 4.6 on G2, Lumiform is built in Europe, offering full data sovereignty and GDPR compliance. Why working with us You are part of a company that has a positive impact on society. We protect frontline workers and customers from preventable harm. Join an ambitious, international team with flat hierarchies and real decision-making autonomy. You work closely with two marketing managers and directly with our founders. Own a growth bet from scratch. Benchmark reports will carry your name and go out to industry bodies, journalists and analysts. Go deep on subjects most marketers never touch. You leave here knowing more about inspections, audits and frontline operations than almost anyone in the market. Work fully remote and choose where you get things done If this sounds like you, let's talk. A CV or LinkedIn profile is enough. If you have written something you are proud of, a benchmark report, a deeply researched piece, anything that took real work, send it along. Our Hiring Process Screening call (30 minutes) with HR First interview (general get to know call) with founder (30 minutes) Second interview (deep dive interview) with founder We ask you for 2 references and will conduct reference calls (as a final step) Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow

This is a hands-on role for a marketer who thinks strategically. You take a pipeline target, decide how to reach it, and run the campaigns that get there. You hold yourself to the numbers: leads and opportunities generated, conversion by stage, cost per lead and per opportunity, and channel efficiency. Most of the work is digital. You also run the campaigns around our webinars, trade shows, and partner programs, from promotion to lead follow up. The main challenge is generating demand in a market that is changing fast. Buyers increasingly get their information from AI tools rather than the channels marketers have relied on, and gated content and volume downloads are losing their effect. You write campaign copy for US and international audiences Comfort working with colleagues across time zones, with regular overlap with the US team in the afternoon Life at Scality We offer careers with an opportunity to bridge international borders, an intensely fun environment with smart people. Du testest Regionen gegeneinander und skalierst, was gewinnt. Du denkst in Ergebnissen. Unser B2C-Messaging findet zunächst in Deutschland statt. Gutes Englisch setzen wir voraus. Why Aampere? Help Us Change the Way the World Works Build something that matters. Langdock exists to change the way the world works, bridging the gap between what technology can do and what people actually do with it. We bring all leading AI models into one secure, model-agnostic platform and make them usable across entire organizations. Over 10,000 companies use our platform every day, from fast-growing startups to some of Europe's largest enterprises. Their employees open Langdock to draft strategies, analyze documents, or automate workflows, helping them to work smarter, think more creatively, and reach their full potential. About Langdock Our mission is to bridge the gap between technology and adoption. We build a secure, model-agnostic AI platform that helps companies put AI to work across their entire organisation. From chat and agents to integrations, workflows, and our API, we give teams the tools to augment and automate their work. We apply the same ambition internally. We want to be the most productive company in the world, and that means continuously improving how we work, not simply adding more people to existing processes. About the Role Thousands of small teams already pay for Langdock. They found us on their own, without any marketing aimed at them and without a single euro spent on ads. We are building a dedicated growth team to turn that into a deliberate engine, and you will be the person who brings those teams in. You decide where our acquisition time and money go: the website, comparison pages, organic search, paid, partnerships, and whatever we haven't tried yet. You run it yourself, and you're accountable for the results. This is a builder role. You and our growth engineer decide what to build. You run the experiment, read the data, and decide what to scale or kill. You'll join a small growth team that reports directly to our co-CEO, Lennard: a growth engineer who builds the product side of experiments a growth activation lead who turns new signups into active users What you will do Own the self-serve funnel. From first visit to paying team: the website, signup, pricing, and converting free users into paying ones. Run experiments. Paid, organic, partnerships, new markets. Set budgets and kill criteria before spending, and judge results. Write the copy. Landing pages, comparison pages, ad variants, in-product messages. You build drafts for everything you test; our growth engineer translates them into production. What we are looking for You are a heavy user of AI in your daily work, with opinions on what works and what does not. We are looking for people who are already compounding their output with AI. You have owned acquisition across channels. You have been accountable for a full acquisition number, and you can talk about the numbers. You're hands-on, with depth and range. You're an expert in at least one channel, capable across the rest, and happy to do the work yourself. You are close to the product. You can understand a platform like ours well enough to explain it to small teams, and you work well with engineers. You are experiments-driven and comfortable with data. Cohorts, CAC and payback are familiar ground, and you pull your own numbers. You are a kind person who cares about the people around you. Nice to have: experience at a product-led company that later added enterprise sales, localised go-to-market in European markets. Localisation is an important part of the job. You have run campaigns in more than one market, and you are comfortable adapting messaging and pages for a new language. Our Values Calm urgency. We move fast without chaos. We stay calm, fix what matters, and avoid unnecessary noise. We focus on solutions rather than complaints and make sure sleep, health, and sports keep our decision-making sharp. Ambitious execution. We love building fast and with ownership. We aim to be the most productive company in the world. Learning, shipping, and improving bring us joy. Everyone is expected to ask questions, take initiative, and deliver reliably. Caring ownership. We care deeply: about each other, customers, and the world around us. We act with empathy, sincerity, and long-term thinking. And we have fun along the way while spending time in the office together. The Environment We work from our office in Berlin, Greifswalder Strasse 212. Everyone works together in person because the hardest problems get solved faster at a whiteboard than in a Slack thread. Conversations happen faster, problems get solved quicker, and we actually know each other. Days start at 8:30. Lunch and dinner are catered in the office. We run, go to the gym, and take care of ourselves. Health is not separate from work here, it is part of how we work well. The vibe is calm but intense. No one is yelling or panicking. But everyone is working hard on things that matter. Compensation All roles include equity. We will figure out the right level together based on your experience and scope. Levels are about the work you own, not your title or years of experience. We narrow down the expected salary range early in the process. When you apply We would love to see two short examples: one channel you built or scaled, and one experiment you ran that changed a conversion rate. Tell us what you owned, the numbers, and what you would do differently. That counts for more than your CV. Next steps We move fast. Most processes complete within two weeks. If this sounds like your kind of work, we would like to meet you. Compensation: €80K – €120K • Offers Equity • €80K – €120K • Offers Equity Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow

You will own a broad territory, build a majority self-sourced pipeline, create demand in an emerging category, and close greenfield enterprise opportunities. This is a true hunting role. You will engage customers before they have a defined project, develop customer-specific points of view, create urgency around business and technical problems, work with technical experts to land first production workloads, and build a measurable new-logo business with broad ownership. The ideal candidate is a measurable enterprise hunter who is competitive, curious, technically credible, resilient, and able to sell business outcomes. Direct AI sales experience is valuable, but proven selling ability and technical curiosity matter more than a narrow "AI seller" title. Role and Responsibilities Build and execute a territory strategy for net-new customer acquisition. Prospect fearlessly across a broad account universe using proactive, persistent outbound, account-based, partner, and market-education motions; stay resilient and effective through rejection and ambiguity. Form account hypotheses, map the buying center, and earn first meetings with relevant points of view tailored to the customer. Engage executive, business, technical, security, and procurement stakeholders. Lead great business-first discovery, connect AI and data challenges to fundable goals, and build quantified ROI, TCO, or operational-impact cases. Build and develop champions, multi-thread the buying group, earn executive and economic-buyer access, and maintain stakeholder alignment; own the stakeholder plan, mutual action plan, close plan, value case, stage gates, forecast, and commercial outcome. Lead complex sales cycles through technical validation, security, legal, procurement, negotiation, and close. Partner with Solutions and Forward Deployment Engineers and cross-functional teams to validate technical fit and establish the first production workload. Navigate competitive displacement and maintain disciplined activity management, CRM hygiene, reporting, qualification, forecasting, and opportunity management; showcase clear metrics such as pipeline created, meetings, conversion, quota attainment, and new-logo performance. Be AI fluent: use AI and research tools productively and responsibly while applying judgment, validating outputs, and separating facts from hypotheses. Travel within the assigned territory as required. Required Skills and Experience 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B enterprise software sales experience, ideally selling to large or technically sophisticated organizations; experience in data, cloud, analytics, AI, or adjacent technical domains is a plus. Repeated, quantified quota success with clear ownership of new-logo wins and self-sourced pipeline. Experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals involving executives, technical evaluators, security, legal, finance, procurement, and partners. Ability to sell measurable business outcomes and build ROI, TCO, or operational-impact cases. Technical fluency in an adjacent domain such as databases, data infrastructure, analytics, AI/ML, cloud, Kubernetes, developer tools, cybersecurity, observability, or open-source software. Strong qualification, account planning, forecasting, CRM, negotiation, and deal-management skills. Learning velocity and coachability, demonstrated through specific behavior change after feedback; ability to explain technical concepts clearly to technical and executive audiences. Executive presence, customer trust, resilience, intellectual honesty, and excellent communication skills. B.A., B.S. degree or equivalent in a related field. Experience with Fortune 500 or security-sensitive organizations, cloud ecosystems, open-source or consumption-based products, or emerging categories is preferred.
