What you will do as a Customer Engineer The Customer Engineer (CE) is the core driver of our technical go-to-market strategy: a trusted technical advisor and primary architect of the customer journey. You will bridge the gap between technical strategy and business value—guiding enterprise clients from initial pre-sales technical validation through onboarding, deployment architecture, and full lifecycle expansion. Sitting within the GTM organization and reporting to a Customer Engineering Leader, you will not hand off your customers once an initial agreement is reached. Instead, you will operate as a quota-carrying technologist, leveraging AI-augmented workflows to eliminate administrative toil so you can focus on high-value architectural design and driving measurable business outcomes across the entire customer journey. Key Responsibilities Technical Validation: Partner closely with Account Executives to lead technical deep-dive discovery, capture business requirements, and map complex customer infrastructure - DNS, CDN, Zero Trust, Network Security, Workers - to fit-for-purpose Cloudflare architectures and bespoke solutions. . Define, scope, success criteria, and technical evaluations plans for Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Technical Validations. Deliver tailored technical presentations, architectural diagrams, and demonstrations that show how Cloudflare solves specific performance, security, and reliability challenges. Proactively address complex technical objections, security compliance questions, and edge-case architectural requirements during the sales cycle. Take accountability for a suitable solution deployment strategy (Customer, Partner or Cloudflare Professional services) being an integral part of all proposals. Customer Adoption & Value Realization: Provide oversight to technical onboarding and implementation, but not execute the implementation, serving as the primary executive and engineering contact for the customer. Design structured migration and onboarding blueprints tailored to the customer's environment (e.g. DNS migrations, Zero Trust rollouts, WAF tuning guidance), and act as the lead consultant for customer engineering teams, walking them step-by-step through configuration best practices.  Partner with Account Executives to own discovery, demos, onboarding, technical health, risk, and expansion strategy. Proactively monitor customer health scores and telemetry to ensure rapid time-to-value, resolve integration bottlenecks, and reduce deployment risk. Commercial Accountability & Expansion: Carry a variable quota tied directly to new business acquisition and/or ongoing account growth. Be commercially accountable for ensuring deep platform adoption, retaining revenue, and identifying strategic cross-sell and up-sell opportunities based on product usage data. Lead technical Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to translate platform capabilities into return on investment for C-level executives. Trusted Advisory: Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the entire customer lifecycle, maintaining a continuous, deep relationship with key stakeholders from initial onboarding through maturity, renewal, and expansion. Provide thought partnership on architecture, AI control layers, security posture, and deployment confidence. Identify potential deployment risks or integration bottlenecks early, and provide remediation strategies to de-risk customer outcomes.  AI Orchestration & Workflow Automation: Leverage AI agents, Large Language Models (LLMs), and internal platforms to automate routine tasks such as RFP/Security Questionnaire responses, sandbox provisioning, basic telemetry monitoring, and internal/external documentation, reclaiming your time for strategic customer advisory. Education & Enablement: Partner closely with the Enablement Team to design, build, and govern technical resources. Define, document, and educate both internal teams and customers on deliverables such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), architectural best practices, and technical guides to continuously raise the technical baseline across the organization. Minimum Qualifications Experience: Experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Professional Services,  Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or as a Forward Deployed Engineer (years of experience required will vary based on Associate, Senior, Staff, or Principal leveling). Architectural Mindset: Ability to white-board, design, and articulate complex enterprise network and security architectures clearly. Consultative & Advisory Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate deeply technical concepts into business outcomes for both hands-on engineers and C-level executives. Commercial Mindset: Proven track record of operating in a quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environment, with a strong understanding of SaaS metrics, business value translation, and enterprise sales cycles. Communication: Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills, capable of bridging the gap between deep technical implementation details and high-level C-suite business strategy. Technical Breadth: We do not expect every candidate to be an expert in every domain. Qualified candidates will demonstrate depth in at least four of the technical areas below: Internet fundamentals: Deep understanding of how the Internet works, including OSI Model layers 1–7, BGP, GRE, TCP/UDP, DNS (authoritative and recursive), HTTP(S), and SSL/TLS. Security: Expertise in the security of Internet properties, including WAF, Bot Management, Firewalls, Rate Limiting, (M)TLS, Zero Trust, and SASE concepts. Performance: Expertise in the performance of Internet properties, including speed, latency, caching, video streaming, HTTP/2, and TLS 1.3. AI Proficiency: Familiarity with prompt engineering, AI-assisted scripting and log analysis, LLM utilization, and workflow automation to augment everyday CE workflows. Coding/Scripting: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Bash, Lua, Go, or similar languages to write custom integration scripts, API connectors, and edge computing functions. Developer Platform Fluency: Experience designing, building, deploying or scaling applications using RESTful/GraphQL APIs, SDKs, webhooks, and developer tooling in cloud-native environments. Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi), CI/CD pipelines, and observability for developer-led deployments. Strongly Preferred Qualifications (The "Good-to-Haves") Technical Enablement: Track record of creating and delivering technical enablement - workshops, code samples, documentation, or developer onboarding - that accelerates customer adoption of complex platforms.  Applied AI Knowledge: Experience with LLM orchestration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, and model-access controls. Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of regulatory requirements such as PCI DSS, HIPAA, and SOC 2. Hyperscaler / Digital Native Background: Talent coming out of hyperscalers, digital natives, distributed systems environments, or startups is strongly valued for its deeper cloud fluency and advanced architecture depth. Education Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.  Travel This role may require travel up to 20–50% to attend customer meetings, conferences, industry events, and in-person team collaboration. Compensation This role features a competitive base salary and a variable compensation structure tied directly to the successful execution of full-lifecycle commercial targets, including new business acquisition, ongoing adoption milestones, and overall account expansion. Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.  For New York City based hires: Estimated annual salary of $204,000.00 - $321,000.00 Equity This role is eligible to participate in Cloudflare's equity plan. Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way. The Community You Will Join Our Product Marketing Managers work backwards from the ideal experience for guests and hosts, turning product thinking, data, and research into strategy. They lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, data science, program management, and marketing, and they stay detail-oriented and hands-on. The Guest product team builds the end-to-end journey guests take with us, from the first idea through the trip itself. Trips is where that journey comes together: the place guests see their reservations, plan what to do, coordinate with their group, and add experiences and services to their stay. The Difference You Will Make Airbnb is expanding beyond stays into experiences and services. Trips is where that growth happens: guests who have already booked a stay discover and book everything else for their trip. As Product Marketing Manager for Trips, you'll help build that business from its early stages into a habit for millions of guests. You'll own the feature roadmap across much of the Trips program and make the calls on scope and priority with your design and engineering teams. You'll lead those teams from brief to launch, use a steady cadence of experiment results to decide what to build next, and grow the share of trips that include experiences, services, and more. You'll also craft the product narrative that explains each release to leadership internally and to guests externally. A Typical Day Translate business goals into product briefs and requirements for new Trips features, each grounded in a real guest need Drive execution with engineering, design, data science, and program management, from concept through launch and iteration, often with many features in flight at once Shape how and when we suggest the next booking: in-app placements, personalized ranking, offers, and lifecycle messaging across the guest's trip Work with supply, partnerships, and operations teams so the experiences, services, and partner offerings guests see are relevant, available, and easy to book Partner with data scientists and engineers on the experiments they run in product, synthesize the outcomes, and make clear calls on what to scale, iterate on, or stop Make prioritization calls when guest experience, business impact, and engineering cost pull against each other, and keep partners aligned Present strategy and results in leadership reviews, turning complex tradeoffs into clear decisions and concise narratives Your Expertise 8+ years in product marketing or product management, with a track record of moving a core growth metric (conversion, attach, frequency, or revenue per customer) through features you led to launch Strong execution: you've led cross-functional teams through complex launches on time and at a high quality bar, often with several features in flight at once Experience working on two-sided marketplaces or multi-product platforms, balancing what's right for customers with what makes supply and partners successful Fluent in experiment results: you can define what a test needs to learn, read growth metrics alongside guardrails like satisfaction and retention, and turn them into product decisions Strong judgment of consumer product quality, and a clear sense of what makes an experience useful and delightful Ability to earn the trust of engineering, design, and data science partners and lead without formal authority Clear, structured communicator who can distill complex tradeoffs for executives and translate strategy into actionable guidance for teams Experience at a fast-growing consumer marketplace, launching a new category or business line (preferred) Your Location We are open to candidates in multiple locations, but we ask that you are able to work Pacific Time Zone work hours as needed. Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way. The Community You Will Join: Our Product Marketing Managers start with the guest and work backwards, turning product thinking, data, and research into strategy. They own outcomes end to end, lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, data science, and program management, and stay close enough to the details to know when something is off. The Social team is making Airbnb a place where you travel with, and because of, the people you know. Our strategy has three parts: scaling the social graph, building social features that make Airbnb fun and useful for you and your friends, and creating social experiences that help people form new relationships and strengthen existing ones in real life. Each part has its own dedicated pod of engineers, designers, and program partners. The Difference You Will Make As Product Marketing Manager for Social Features, you'll lead a new pod that turns guests' connections into reasons to come back to Airbnb. You'll own the features people use with their friends: the travel map and sharing it, group travel tools, recommendations from people you know, and how connections are woven across Airbnb to make the whole travel experience better. You'll own the outcome, not just the roadmap: you'll make the calls on scope and priority with a dedicated engineering lead, engineers, and design partner, and be accountable for the results. Senior Product Manager, Advisor Marketplace
RobinhoodMenlo Park, CA, New York, NY (Hybrid)17 days ago

godata sciencemental healthschedulingcainsurance+8

Join us in building the future of finance. Our mission is to democratize finance for all. An estimated $124 trillion of assets will be inherited by younger generations in the next two decades. The largest transfer of wealth in human history. If you're ready to be at the epicenter of this historic cultural and financial shift, keep reading. About the team +  role We are building an elite team, applying frontier technologies to the world's biggest financial problems. We're looking for bold thinkers, sharp problem-solvers, and builders who are wired to make an impact. Robinhood isn't a place for complacency – it's where ambitious people do the best work of their careers. We're a high-performing, fast-moving team with ethics at the center of everything we do. Expectations are high, and so are the rewards. The Advisory Products team is redefining the advisor experience by bringing the best of Robinhood's technology, design, and infrastructure to Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and the clients they serve. Following our TradePMR acquisition, we're building a modern advisor platform – custody, tools, and a two-sided marketplace that connects Robinhood's investors with trusted, growth-oriented advisors. As the Product Manager for the Advisor Marketplace, you will own the product that helps investors find, meet, and fund accounts with the right advisor – and helps advisors win and onboard those clients efficiently. You'll own the full marketplace funnel, from demand generation and matching through first meeting, onboarding, and funded account, and you'll use data and experimentation to make every step work better for both sides. This is an opportunity to take a new, high-visibility business from early traction to scale, in close partnership with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance. This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams. What you'll do Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Advisor Marketplace, balancing the needs of both sides – investors looking for advice and advisors looking to grow their practices. Own the end-to-end marketplace funnel – discovery, matching and routing, scheduling, first-meeting show rate, advisor onboarding, and funded accounts – and drive measurable improvements at each stage. Define and manage marketplace health: supply and demand balance, advisor quality and standards, lead allocation, and conversion, with clear metrics such as meetings booked and completed, accounts funded, assets under management, and net flows. Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to ship products from concept to production, using research, experimentation, and analytics to guide prioritization and measure success. Work with Compliance, Legal, and Risk to embed regulatory and operational requirements directly into product design, advisor vetting, disclosures, and workflows. Integrate the marketplace with the broader RIA platform, including TradePMR and Robinhood's app, so that advisor and client data, accounts, and custody flows connect seamlessly. Drive go-to-market execution with Marketing, Sales, and Operations across launches, advisor acquisition and onboarding, support readiness, and cross-functional communication. Explore how AI can improve the client experience when working with an advisor. Stay ahead of trends in wealth management, advisor technology, and marketplaces to inform long-term strategy. What you bring 4+ years of product management experience, including building and launching marketplace, platform, or complex multi-sided products, ideally in fintech, brokerage, or wealth management. Demonstrated success owning a funnel or growth-oriented product end-to-end, with a track record of improving conversion and engagement through experimentation and analytics. Experience delivering products in a regulated or compliance-heavy environment, balancing innovation with operational and regulatory rigor. Strong analytical skills: you define success metrics, write your own queries or dashboards, and use data to drive prioritization and continuous improvement. Strong technical acumen and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and operations teams on system design, integrations, and scalability. Excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders – including executives, advisors, and partner teams – around a shared roadmap. An ownership mindset and a scrappy, self-starter attitude: comfortable with ambiguity, able to define what "great" looks like as you go. Passion for empowering financial advisors and their clients, and for transforming the wealth management industry through modern technology. Bonus points Experience building two-sided marketplaces, lead-generation or referral products, or CRM and scheduling workflows. Experience shipping AI-enabled features in B2B or consumer products. What we offer Challenging, high-impact work to grow your career Performance-driven compensation with multipliers for outsized impact, bonus programs, equity ownership, and 401(k) matching Best-in-class benefits, including 100% paid health insurance for employees with 90% coverage for dependents Lifestyle wallet – a highly flexible benefits spending account for wellness, learning, and more Employer-paid life & disability insurance, fertility benefits, and mental health benefits Time off to recharge, including company holidays, paid time off, sick time, parental leave, and more Exceptional office experience with catered meals, events, and comfortable workspaces In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits. Who we are Melotech is revolutionizing media and entertainment. We create art through technology for humans to enjoy. In just 24 months, our work has been heard, watched and loved for over 4 billion minutes worldwide. Founded by entrepreneur and investor Soheil Mirpour, we are backed by top VCs Cherry Ventures, Speedinvest and GFC, alongside world-class angels from firms such as Spotify, Blackstone and KKR. What you will do Melotech is scaling fast. As Growth Manager, you own our paid growth end to end: the budget, the channels, the creative testing and the numbers behind them. You decide where the budget goes, and you work directly with our founders, product and data team. Your first job is to bring structure to our paid social account: decide what to consolidate and what to split, separate testing from scaling, and segment by geography, age and placement so every number means something. We will walk you through exactly what we are building as you go through the process. On a typical day, your tasks may include: Account structure: deciding what to consolidate and what to split, keeping testing and scaling apart, and segmenting ad sets by geography, age and placement Campaign operations: running the campaigns day to day on Meta, TikTok and Snapchat, including budgets, pacing and the targets behind them Creative pipeline: building a system that keeps new creatives flowing every week, with clear rules for what wins and what gets killed, and briefs that turn last week's numbers into next week's ads Creative partners: directing editors, video producers, UGC creators and agencies to the volume and quality the account needs Budget allocation: moving budget across campaigns on data, weighing upside against risk Measurement: knowing which metric answers which question, for example what CPM tells you that CPC does not, and catching a shift in cost the day it happens Tooling: building the reports, scripts and automations you need, with the ad platform APIs and AI tools as your daily coworkers Who you are We're looking for a hands-on paid operator, or a sharp growth generalist who has done the buying. Either way, you have run real budgets yourself, not through a team or an agency, and you can show the numbers. Typically, your profile will look like this: Experience: 2 to 7 years of hands-on paid buying, ideally in a startup or small team where you set things up yourself Paid social channel ownership: you have owned Meta, TikTok or Snapchat end to end, ideally more than one of them and more than once, and you have run accounts at real volume, so you can explain how you structured a large account without losing control of it Creative testing at scale: you test on a schedule with kill rules, direct creative partners instead of making the ads, and notice when a hook or format is burning out; ideally you bring a network of trusted editors, creators and agencies Budget decisions: you are comfortable allocating a budget across many tests and making structured decisions under uncertainty Measurement: you check what platforms report against your own data, you have run holdout or lift tests, and you know which metric answers which question, for example what CPM tells you that CPC does not Data and tooling: you work in SQL or Python, have used the ad platform APIs, and build your own reporting and automations; a data science background is a plus Pace: you thrive in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment A big plus: you stay close to what works in paid social right now, and you're into music, media, gaming or social What makes this exciting You own a lever the whole company feels, and your work shows up directly in how fast we can grow. You're not a cog in the machine but the captain of your own ship, rewarded for performance and respected for leadership. Flat hierarchies mean that your voice matters, your ideas get implemented, and your impact is immediate. We pay competitive salaries and make you an owner of the business with equity. We work remotely to give you complete freedom over your life, while meeting regularly around the world for global offsites where we strategize, bond, and push boundaries together. What the process will look like We hire on a rolling basis. Earliest starting date is always ASAP. Once you begin our process, you can progress from start to offer within a week, depending on how quickly you can move through each stage: Initial interview: 30-minute introductory call, getting to know you Case interview: 90-minute case discussion, present and debate your skills Founder interview: 90-minute interview with our CEO, going deep on all topics Offer, contract signing and onboarding Note: As we are still in stealth, you will learn more about Melotech as you progress through the stages. By the end of the Founder interview, you will have a full grasp of our business and the details of your role. Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
