At Moss , we give finance professionals the power to automate their day-to-day and make forward-thinking decisions. Our culture is what makes that possible: we play to win, we obsess over quality, and we win as One Moss, and it works. Moss closed a €35 million Series C in August 2026, crossing a €1 billion valuation, and became one of Europe's fintech unicorns. Join us for what's next. Our Product team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a product area end-to-end — from problem definition through delivery. You'll shape the roadmap yourself, grounded in direct customer conversations, and partner with a strong cross-functional team of engineers and designers to turn that vision into shipped, measurable impact. You are joining at an exciting time as we are defining how our experience in an AI-first finance world will look like. Your responsibilities Here's a bit more on what you can expect to be doing day-to-day: Own and manage the product roadmap for your product area end-to-end, from discovery through delivery Define and track OKRs with your squad and report progress Partner closely with Engineering and Design on technical scoping, discovery, and delivery Ground prioritisation in direct conversations with customers and customer-facing teams - build the case for what matters rather than inheriting a backlog Identify and proactively flag dependencies with adjacent product teams before they become delivery risks Represent the customer in cross-functional decisions and trade-off discussions Develop a 12-18 months vision with focus on an AI-first UX About you We think you'll need the following experience and qualifications to succeed in this role: 4+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years owning a customer-facing product area end-to-end and 2 years in a B2B environment You have demonstrated success in conceptualising, developing, launching, and scaling products within a fast-paced environment Proven experience navigating ambiguous, evidence-light problem spaces and defining solutions from scratch, rather than executing a pre-scoped backlog Experience partnering directly with engineering on technical trade-offs and dependency management Fluent in English (our working language); German is a plus In addition, here are the skills and attributes we are looking for: Ownership-driven - you take a problem from ambiguity to a shipped, measurable outcome without waiting to be told what's next. You fundamentally care about the customer. Evidence-led - you test whether the data you're using actually answers the question, not just whether it points in the right direction. Proactive communicator - you surface risks and dependencies early, rather than after they've caused a problem. Strategic - you hold a multi-quarter view of your domain, not just the next ticket. Collaborative - you weigh what's best for the wider product organization, not only your own roadmap. About Moss Moss is the Finance AI platform for Europe's mid-sized businesses, giving companies real-time visibility and full control over their spend. By automating card issuing, invoice management and expenses, Moss simplifies financial workflows and frees finance and accounting teams from manual, administrative work. We're looking for someone who has: A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CA or equivalent) with experience gained at a leading firm. A strong understanding of accounting workflows and the challenges facing modern engagement teams. Curiosity about technology and AI, with an enthusiasm for learning how products are built and implemented. Founding Platform Engineer

rustpostgresqlarchitectureaccountingtradingcompliance+2

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a fast-growing innovator in the crypto and decentralized finance space who is seeking a Founding Platform Engineer (Staff+ level) to join the team. This organization is behind a leading decentralized exchange (DEX) on HyperEVM, having achieved significant revenue milestones with an ultra-lean team. The client is now expanding its technical architecture to build an advanced, mobile-first crypto trading platform (spot + perps) alongside a novel, original social product featuring cutting-edge mechanisms. As the first and only engineer in this specialized domain, the incoming candidate will take an original product vision and turn it into a robust, high-performance system—holding the entire architecture and the smallest details simultaneously. The operational environment is primarily asynchronous, highly independent, and built for top-tier developers who can scale infrastructure from zero to massive daily trading volumes while maintaining absolute reliability. Requirements Platform Ownership: Own the core platform, including the data layer, rewards engine, notifications, the API surface, and overall system reliability. Trading Engine Integration: Integrate perpetual trading engines through Hyperliquid, alongside spot trading via Jupiter and Relay. Data Harmonization: Aggregate and unify conflicting data providers (such as Zerion, CoinGecko, Mobula, Alchemy, and Hyperliquid) into a single, cohesive source of truth. High-Performance Data Delivery: Serve heavy data rapidly by implementing resilient caching mechanisms that survive traffic stampedes and fan-out structures that hold under pressure. Cross-Chain Abstraction: Design architecture that makes a single USDC balance across multiple chains entirely invisible and seamless to the end user. Peak Performance & Reliability: Maintain absolute uptime during peak market volatility; ensure the application never lags or crashes when it matters most, guaranteeing users can always close positions. Requirements Proven track record of engineering resilience, including keeping a high-stakes system alive through massive traffic spikes and determining graceful degradation strategies in advance. Extensive experience building financial rewards and accounting systems that withstand retries, prioritizing idempotency, replay safety, and precise lot tracking. Deep understanding of end-to-end latency budgets (from a user's tap to screen rendering). Advanced database optimization skills, capable of resolving bottlenecks directly within PostgreSQL rather than relying on secondary databases. Strong proficiency in Rust development. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment across North American or European timezones. Benefits Competitive Compensation: Top-market base salary paired with significant equity upside. Flexible & Remote-First Work: 100% remote working model with flexible schedules and high operational autonomy.
