At Base360.ai , we believe running a short-term rental company should feel effortless. Our mission is ambitious: enable anyone to launch, operate and scale a short-term rental business on AI autopilot. Born from the technology powering The Flex, Base360 brings property management, guest communications, bookings, cleaning, maintenance and finance into one platform. We're looking for a highly ambitious UX/UI Product Designer who wants to turn complex operations into simple, beautiful experiences. You'll work directly with the founders and engineers to design products that solve real problems for property managers, operational teams and guests. If you're excited by thoughtful UX, exceptional interfaces, AI agents and building products from the ground up, we want to meet you. What You'll Design As a UX/UI Product Designer, you'll help shape every touchpoint of Base360—from the first website visit to the workflows operators rely on every day. Core product experiences: Design dashboards and workflows for reservations, properties, guest communications, cleaning, maintenance and finance. AI interactions: Make it easy to configure AI agents, understand their actions, review decisions and step in when needed. Onboarding and setup: Help operators connect their channels, add properties and get value from the platform quickly. Booking and guest journeys: Create smooth experiences for direct bookings, check-in, extensions and upsells. Our design system: Build reusable components and consistent interaction patterns that keep the platform coherent as it grows. Website and marketing assets: Design landing pages, feature visuals and launch assets that make the product's value clear. What You'll Do Own design from problem definition and user research through to prototypes, final interfaces and implementation reviews. Speak with operators and internal teams to understand how they work and where they struggle. Turn complex requirements into clear user journeys, wireframes and polished interfaces. Work closely with engineers to deliver designs that account for real data, edge cases and technical constraints. Test ideas early, incorporate feedback and improve experiences after launch. Use AI tools to accelerate exploration and production while maintaining a high standard of design. Take initiative: identify problems, propose solutions and drive them through to completion. What We're Looking For A strong portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking and excellent visual design. Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards or applications with complex workflows. Strong Figma skills, including auto layout, components, design systems and interactive prototyping. Excellent judgement in typography, spacing, hierarchy, colour and responsive design. The ability to simplify complex information without hiding what users need. Experience working directly with engineers and seeing designs through to production. Clear communication and the ability to explain your decisions and respond constructively to feedback. High ownership, attention to detail and the ability to move forward when requirements are still evolving. Experience with short-term rentals, hospitality, AI products, conversion optimisation or front-end development is a plus. Why Join Us Make a visible impact. Design experiences that directly influence how short-term rental businesses operate. Build with real users. Get access to the operational teams behind The Flex and learn from their daily challenges. Work directly with the founders. Help shape product decisions and design direction from an early stage. Own what you build. Take meaningful responsibility across discovery, design and delivery. Push beyond conventional software. Help define how people work alongside AI agents. Grow with the company. Take on broader responsibility as the product and design function expand. You Should NOT Apply If You're looking for a predictable corporate role with a fixed playbook. You engage in office politics or gossip instead of communicating directly. You're looking for a slow-paced role with limited ownership. You don't aim to become one of the best at what you do. Find Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow

What We're Building Cello helps businesses turn their users into their best acquisition channel. Our product is the easiest way to embed user and partner referrals directly into the products you love to use. With just a few lines of code, a company is set up for hyper growth that runs on autopilot instead of spending money on ads. Teams at Bolt, Miro, Typeform, VEED, and Descript already run their referral programs on Cello. which is proof that word-of-mouth can be engineered as a real growth channel, not being a nice to have. We're a small, remote-first team that builds infrastructure that lives in other people's products . That means our bar for craft and attention to detail is exceptionally high. Our UI has to feel native inside other people's products that we don't control, our components have to hold up wildly across different use cases, and our decisions get scrutinized by the world's best growth, design and engineering teams. So in addition to caring deeply about how things look and feel, we need people who can think in systems, tracing how a decision plays out across different user segments and across levels of the product. The Role We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to work closely with our founding designer, product and engineering teams on the core Cello experience. You'll be involved in every aspect of the product design cycle and expected to take ownership of the work end-to-end. This role is fully remote but your work schedule needs to overlap comfortably with a European work day. We're an async-first culture that values deep focused work, but we still make time to get together in person at regular team off-sites. What you will do Partner directly with our founding designer, product and engineering teams to take projects on our roadmap from rough problem to shipped solution. Look for opportunities to improve our existing product areas. Sometimes that's a full rethink of how something works, others it's fixing smaller quality issues you pick up in the product. Help define and improve our evolving design system. Bring our brand to life across marketing, social and launch content. Design mockups and prototypes in low and high fidelity to communicate ideas and how things might work. Be part of and contribute to a growing design culture that's still taking shape. Sweat the details that make embedded UI feel trustworthy. What we are looking for Solid and proven software design experience You've ideally designed software for SaaS businesses, but we also love to see range in the type of products you've worked on. Breadth of craft: You're able to comfortably flex across visual design, product thinking, brand, and interaction design. Systems thinking: you can design components and patterns while thinking about how they fit into the broader system, but you also know when to push past convention and innovate. Courage to challenge ideas, try new things and push a product direction forward. Fluency designing in Figma and other prototyping tools. You also experiment regularly with new tooling. Strong collaboration and communication skills. We have an async work culture. Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment, where the stakes are high and priorities can shift quickly. Bonus points if you have both in-house (especially at a startup) and agency experience. What we offer: Remote-first, Europe-based (but must be within CET +/-3 hours) Competitive salary + eVSOPS Backed by leading VCs like HV Capital, byFounders, Notion Capital ❤️ In the end, it's all about the team and our culture. Understand why we love our job and see what it's like to work at Cello in our People Playbook . We have some compelling perks and benefits. Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
