Implementation Manager

Counterpart: Value-based care, at the point of care. At Counterpart Health, we are transforming healthcare and improving patient care with our innovative primary care tool, Counterpart Assistant. By supporting Primary Care Physicians (PCPs), we are able to deliver improved outcomes to our patients at a lower cost through early diagnosis and longitudinal care management of chronic conditions. We are hiring an Implementation Manager on the Counterpart Assistant team. In this role, you will lead the customer-facing work of bringing new provider practices and TINs from late-stage prospects through successful launch on Counterpart Assistant. You will partner closely with account management to hand off new customers, own the customer relationship through implementation, and drive each launch to completion on time and at quality. You will independently lead multiple concurrent implementations and the cross-functional work that makes each launch happen. Partnering with account management, support, product, and engineering internally and with providers, office managers, and clinical leads on the customer side: you will drive accountability across every stakeholder and deliver results through influence. Beyond running individual launches, you will help shape the implementation playbook itself — identifying what slows launches down, proposing changes, and driving improvements that reduce time-to-launch and lift customer satisfaction. Strong project management fundamentals, clear customer communication, working knowledge of clinical data, and technical fluency will let you keep complex, multi-stakeholder launches on track. As an Implementation Manager, you will: Own the customer relationship through implementation: you are the primary point of contact for the customer's technical implementation from project kickoff to post go live steady state. Lead end-to-end project plans for multiple concurrent, multi-step implementations, keeping internal and customer teams aligned on scope, timeline, and status. Partner cross-functionally with account management, support, product, and engineering to unblock issues, coordinate handoffs, and keep implementations moving on schedule. Own the outcomes of each implementation: surface risks early, drive resolution across teams, and hold each launch accountable to its target date and quality bar. Apply technical judgment to monitor and address potential integration issues that arise during implementations, working alongside product and engineering to ensure a successful integration and product launch. Drive continuous improvement of the implementation process: define and refine the playbook, tooling, and templates that reduce time-to-launch and raise the quality bar for every customer experience. Represent the customer's voice internally — capture feedback and pain points from implementations and channel them to product, engineering, and support to improve future launches. Success in this Role Looks Like: Over the first 90 days, you hit the ground running: shadowing active implementations, learning the moving parts of the process (standard EHR integrations, internal system configurations and project plans), and taking ownership of your first launch. Within the first 6 months, you are the customer-facing lead on multiple concurrent implementations, delivering launches on time and with a high customer satisfaction bar. Customers describe you as trusted, responsive, and a reason they feel confident in Counterpart. You have identified at least one meaningful improvement to the implementation process — a template, a workflow change, a handoff refinement — and driven it to adoption across the team. Over time, your performance is measured by the consistency, speed, and on-target delivery of customer implementations, by the strength of the relationships you build with customer stakeholders throughout the process, and by the cumulative improvements you drive into the implementation playbook itself. You should get in touch if: You have 5-8 years of experience leading technical product implementations in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of on-time, high-quality launches — and of running multiple implementations in parallel. You have 2+ years of experience in healthcare technology implementations working with provider practices, ideally including EHR standard integrations. You have exceptional customer-facing skills — you build trust quickly with providers, office managers, and clinical leads, communicate clearly under pressure, and manage escalations calmly and directly. You are an expert in project management: you set the plan, track it, and drive accountability across internal and customer teams that don't report to you. You have strong technical judgment and are comfortable diagnosing potential integration issues and scope creep of the overall project. You are a strong communicator, clearly documenting project status and potential risks internally and externally. You are motivated by process improvement: you notice friction in the way work gets done, propose better approaches, and drive them to adoption without needing a mandate. You lead through influence, not authority: you know how to align stakeholders, resolve conflict, and hold the room accountable to outcomes. Benefits Overview : Financial Well-Being : Our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent begins with a competitive base salary and equity opportunities. Additionally, we offer a performance-based bonus program, 401k matching, and regular compensation reviews to recognize and reward exceptional contributions. Physical Well-Being : We prioritize the health and well-being of our employees and their families by providing comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. Your health matters to us, and we invest in ensuring you have access to quality healthcare. Mental Well-Being : We understand the importance of mental health in fostering productivity and maintaining work-life balance. To support this, we offer initiatives such as No-Meeting Fridays, monthly company holidays, access to mental health resources, and a generous flexible time-off policy. Additionally, we embrace a remote-first culture that supports collaboration and flexibility, allowing our team members to thrive from any location. Additional Perks: Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) offering discounted equity opportunities Reimbursement for office setup expenses Monthly cell phone & internet stipend Remote-first culture, enabling collaboration with global teams Paid parental leave for all new parents And much more! About Counterpart Health: In 2018, Clover Health set out to do something unprecedented: build a clinically intuitive, AI-enabled solution that fits within physicians' workflows to help support the earlier diagnosis and management of chronic conditions. Years later, that vision is a reality, with thousands of practitioners using Counterpart Assistant during patient visits to improve disease management, reduce medical expenses, and drive success in value-based care. With an exceptional team of value-based care and technology experts, Counterpart Health is driving value-based care at the speed of software. Counterpart Health is a subsidiary of Clover Health. From Clover's inception, Diversity & Inclusion have always been key to our success. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and our employees are people with different strengths, experiences, perspectives, opinions, and backgrounds, who share a passion for improving people's lives. Diversity not only includes race and gender identity, but also age, disability status, veteran status, sexual orientation, religion and many other parts of one's identity. All of our employee's points of view are key to our success, and inclusion is everyone's responsibility. #LI-Remote Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. We are an E-Verify company. Final pay is based on several factors including but not limited to internal equity, market data, and the applicant's education, work experience, certifications, etc. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is: $96,200—$125,000 USD

How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. Senior Strategy & Ops Lead, Post-Sale Product Adoption
SamsaraRemote - SF Bay Area (Fully Remote)4 days ago

rmanufacturingproject managementpartnershipscustomer successrecruiting+1

Who we are Samsara (NYSE: IOT) is the pioneer of the Connected Operations™ Cloud, which is a platform that enables organizations that depend on physical operations to harness Internet of Things (IoT) data to develop actionable insights and improve their operations. At Samsara, we are helping improve the safety, efficiency and sustainability of the physical operations that power our global economy. Representing more than 40% of global GDP, these industries are the infrastructure of our planet, including agriculture, construction, field services, transportation, and manufacturing — and we are excited to help digitally transform their operations at scale. Working at Samsara means you'll help define the future of physical operations and be on a team that's shaping an exciting array of product solutions, including Video-Based Safety, Vehicle Telematics, Apps and Driver Workflows, and Equipment Monitoring. As part of a recently public company, you'll have the autonomy and support to make an impact as we build for the long term. Role Summary This role owns new product adoption as a company metric across Samsara's post-sale organization. It exists to proactively integrate every new product into post-sale processes — reviewing adoption data, developing and executing strategies to close adoption gaps, and reading out results — by driving action across the cross-functional teams that already touch post-sale customers today: Scaled Implementation & Success, Enterprise Implementation & Success, Customer Education, Partnerships, and Lifecycle Marketing. This is an individual-contributor role built for someone who can execute directly, not just delegate. The person in this seat needs to personally drive work forward — running analysis, building plans, and closing gaps themselves — in addition to coordinating action across teams that don't report into this role. Key Responsibilities Integrate new products into post-sale processes Proactively build the process for embedding every new product into existing post-sale workflows as it ships — sponsorship, enablement, and defined success metrics — so no new product launches into a vacuum. Partner with Product/R&D early in the launch cycle so adoption is designed for up front, not addressed after the fact. Diagnose and close adoption gaps Review adoption data on an ongoing basis to identify where, and why, customers aren't adopting new products. Develop strategies to close identified adoption gaps, and personally execute against those strategies rather than only assigning them to others. Run a standing cross-functional cadence with Scaled Implementation & Success, Enterprise Implementation & Success, Customer Education, Partnerships, and Lifecycle Marketing to turn adoption data into agreed, tracked action. Drive execution across teams without direct authority Influence and coordinate action across the five post-sale teams above, none of which report into this role, using shared data, a standing cadence, and escalation through the VP of Customer Success when needed. Build and maintain relationships with leaders across each function to keep adoption a shared, prioritized outcome rather than a side project. What Success Looks Like Every new product has a defined post-sale adoption plan in place at or before general availability. Adoption metrics exist, are trusted, and are reviewed on a standing cadence. Adoption gaps are identified and closed measurably faster than today's reactive baseline. Cross-functional teams treat adoption as a shared, prioritized outcome rather than an unowned byproduct. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in an internal-facing role (Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Program/Project Management, or similar), with a proven track record of driving results on cross-functional initiatives without formal authority over the teams involved. Strong understanding of post-sale, customer-facing functions (implementation, customer success, customer education, or similar) — this role needs someone who has sat close to, or within, these motions before. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and execute personally. This is not a pure coordination or delegation role; the person needs to be comfortable doing the work themselves, not just assigning it to others. Comfort operating with data — able to define metrics, build or work with dashboards, and use adoption data to prioritize and justify action. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to read out results and influence senior stakeholders. Experience at Samsara, or in a similarly matrixed, fast-moving organization, is a plus. The compensation range shown spans approved pay zones for this role. Your primary work location determines the range applicable to you, which may be narrower than the full range displayed. The range of annual base salary for full-time employees for this position is below. Please note that base pay offered may vary depending on factors including your city of residence, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Learn more about our total rewards and benefits below. Annual Base Salary $145,000 — $212,500 USD Total Rewards At Samsara, we build for the people who keep the global economy moving. We want owners, not passengers, which is why our rewards are designed to fuel high-impact builders. Our compensation program delivers above-market total compensation through a combination of base salary, performance-based bonus/variable pay, and equity (for eligible roles) in a high-growth public company. We meaningfully differentiate pay for our top performers, who have the opportunity to earn above-market compensation that can outpace the broader market over time. Beyond compensation, we provide the foundations that enable long-term success: a flexible, employee-led remote model, a professional development stipend, comprehensive health and parental leave plans, and more. Founded in 2013, we are now the world's largest online therapy service, providing affordable and convenient therapy across the globe. Our network of over 30,000 licensed therapists has helped millions of people take ownership of their mental health and change their lives forever. And we're not stopping there – as the unmet need for mental health services continues to grow, BetterHelp is committed to being part of the solution. As the Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales at BetterHelp, you'll join a diverse team of licensed clinicians, engineers, product pros, creatives, marketers, and business leaders who share a passion for expanding access to therapy. And as a mental health company, we take employee mental health just as seriously as we do our mission. We deeply invest in our team's well-being and professional development, because we know that business and individual growth go hand-in-hand. At BetterHelp, you'll carve your own path, make an immediate impact, and be challenged every day – with a supportive community behind you the whole way. What are we looking for? BetterHelp is looking for a Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales with experience and passion for prospecting new clients, building meaningful relationships, and closing new business. This is a senior individual contributor role with ownership of a defined SMB and Mid-Market territory and the full new-business sales cycle, from building pipeline and opening new doors to developing opportunities, navigating key stakeholders, negotiating, and closing new business. The ideal candidate knows how to build a business, not simply manage a pipeline. You're comfortable creating opportunities from the ground up, developing trusted relationships with employers, brokers, consultants, and other partners, and adapting your approach across both fast-moving SMB deals and more complex Mid-Market opportunities. You bring strong commercial judgment, curiosity, accountability, and an entrepreneurial mindset to your work. What will you do? Own and consistently deliver against an individual new-business bookings quota across an assigned SMB and Mid-Market territory. Develop and execute a territory strategy that identifies priority accounts, market opportunities, key relationships, and the most effective paths to growth. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound opportunities, broker and consultant relationships, partnerships, events, referrals, and other channels. Partner with a variety of clients such as employers, non-profits, universities, government agencies, and both local and multinational organizations. Own opportunities from initial engagement and discovery through negotiation, contracting, and signed agreement. Lead thoughtful discovery conversations to understand prospective clients' business needs, workforce challenges, decision criteria, and buying processes. Deliver compelling presentations, business cases, and proposals that clearly connect BetterHelp's solutions to each prospective client's needs. Navigate multiple decision-makers and influencers across opportunities of varying size and complexity. Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, RFPs, and other critical stages of the sales process within established commercial parameters. Build deep and meaningful relationships with employers, brokers, consultants, and other partners across the HR and Benefits ecosystem. Maintain strong ownership of pipeline health, opportunity progression, CRM accuracy, KPI performance, and forecast reliability. Use sales data, market intelligence, competitive insights, and pipeline trends to continuously evaluate and strengthen your territory and sales strategy. Gain meaningful insight into client needs and work cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Partnerships, Consultant Relations, Marketing, Product, Clinical, Operations, and other teams to develop the right solutions and advance opportunities. Bring forward prospective client feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trends to help strengthen BetterHelp's Enterprise sales approach. Share successful approaches and lessons learned with the broader team as we continue to build and evolve our Enterprise business. Have complete ownership of your opportunities and provide a thoughtful, responsive, and high-quality experience for prospective clients throughout the sales process. What will you NOT do? You will NOT worry about "runway", "cash left", or "how much time we have until the next round". We have the startup DNA but we're fully backed and funded, all the way to success. You will NOT be confined to your "job". You will get involved in product, marketing, business strategy, and almost everything we do. You will NOT be bogged down by office politics, ego, or bad attitude. Only positive, pleasure-to-work-with people are allowed here! You will NOT get yourself burned out. We work hard but we believe in maintaining a sustainable work/life balance. Really. Can I work remotely? Yes. We operate on PST and candidates in any time zone are welcome to apply. We ask employees to travel to our San Jose, CA office up to three times per year plus one company-wide offsite to collaborate in person and strengthen working relationships. Travel expenses are covered and reasonable accommodations are made for those under unique circumstances who cannot travel. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience. 8+ years of B2B sales experience, including experience owning new-business sales cycles and revenue targets within SMB and/or Mid-Market segments. Demonstrated experience in Direct-to-Employer (D2E) sales and/or the HR and Benefits market. A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding individual new-business bookings or revenue targets. Experience developing meaningful relationships with brokers, consultants, channel partners, and/or employer decision-makers. Strong prospecting and business development skills with the ability to create opportunities from the ground up. Previous experience leading complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, pricing discussions, negotiations, contracts, and/or RFPs. Strong commercial judgment and the ability to independently prioritize accounts and opportunities based on business potential and likelihood to close. Strong project management and organizational skills, from your email inbox habits and time management to keeping your CRM and pipeline up to date. Entrepreneurial with an ability to create and follow plans while remaining flexible enough to respond to change and balance multiple opportunities and priorities. Strong and efficient communicator, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently while building strong relationships and collaborating effectively across teams. Genuine curiosity about prospective clients and a relationship-driven approach to selling. Passionate about the intersection of technology, healthcare, and expanding access to mental health support.
