Harness is the AI Software Delivery Platform company, led by technologist and entrepreneur Jyoti Bansal (founder of AppDynamics, acquired by Cisco for $3.7B). Harness has raised approximately $570M in funding and is valued at $5.5B, backed by leading investors including Goldman Sachs, Menlo Ventures, IVP, Unusual Ventures, Citi Ventures, and more. As AI accelerates code creation, the real bottleneck has shifted to everything after the code – testing, deployments, application security, reliability, compliance, and cost optimization. Harness brings AI and automation to this "outer loop," helping teams ship software faster while maintaining security and governance throughout the entire software delivery lifecycle. Powered by Harness AI and the Software Delivery Knowledge Graph, the Harness Platform applies deep context and intelligent automation across the software delivery lifecycle with governance and policy-driven controls embedded throughout the platform. Over the past year, Harness powered over 185M deployments, 82M builds, 18T flag evaluations, 8M security scans, 9.1B optimized tests, 3T protected API calls, and helped manage $2.8B in cloud spend — enabling customers like United Airlines, Morningstar, and Choice Hotels to accelerate releases by up to 75%, reduce cloud costs by up to 60%, and achieve 10x DevOps efficiency. With a global team across 26 offices and 27 countries, Harness is shaping the future of AI software delivery — and we're looking for exceptional talent to help us move even faster. Position Summary This role exists to evangelize the Harness AI platform, not by describing what it does, but by using it. You'll design practical use cases that show what a specific Harness capability actually solves for a practitioner, build that use case yourself inside the platform, and turn it into content that lets other practitioners design and execute the same thing on their own. Video is part of the job, but it's the part we can coach. Our team can teach you how to run a shoot and cut a piece the way the best technical demo producers at developer-obsessed companies do it. The must-have skill is technical judgment, i.e., knowing which use case is worth building, where the real friction is, and how to demonstrate it credibly to someone who'd see through a scripted demo in five seconds. That has to be there on day one. About the role Design practical, realistic use cases inside Harness : the kind of problem a developer, a platform engineer, or a DevOps lead actually has, and build them yourself, end to end, inside the product Run your own shoots (remote or in-person) with technical practitioners, including our Field CTOs: you operate the capture, not just receive footage from someone else Produce technical content around each use case : concept, execution, and final piece are all yours, start to finish, across video and writing Evangelize specific Harness AI capabilities (CI, CD, IDP, security, AI cost) in ways that map directly onto a practitioner's real workflow, not a feature list Partner with our production team to sharpen craft : pacing, visual packaging, delivery, while owning the technical substance yourself Pitch and pilot new formats and hooks on your own initiative Let performance data steer what you build next : watch time and returning viewers tell you which use cases and capabilities are actually resonating, not a fixed calendar alone Cross-functional partnership : You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and the Field CTOs to source real use cases, and with Product Marketing to keep messaging aligned, but the execution and editorial judgment are yours. About you Deep, hands-on fluency with Harness or a comparable CI/CD, IDP, or DevOps platform : Familiarity with the broader DevOps/platform engineering space: GitOps, progressive delivery, SAST/SCA, DORA metrics, enough to design a use case from a blank slate and build it yourself, not follow someone else's script A portfolio of technical content you've personally produced : concept, execution, and camera/edit, not just cut from footage someone else designed and shot. Links, not a reel. Comfort operating your own recording setup , remote or in-person, with technical practitioners who are not professional presenters The instincts of a practitioner : you think about a problem the way the person you're filming or the person you're creating the content for does, and you can tell the difference between a demo that's honest about friction and one that's just polished Self-directed and productive : you don't wait for a brief. You spot the use case, build it, film it, and know what's worth keeping Genuinely creative about capturing developer attention : you have your own ideas about what makes a technical audience stop scrolling and actually watch, and you'll push for the weird format or unconventional angle when the standard playbook feels stale, not just execute the four formats we've already defined Nice to have: Engineering background: people who can write code well enough to have opinions about it, and have since moved towards explaining and teaching it. Existing video/production craft (framing, pacing, basic edit). We'll build on this, not require it on day one A personal or team technical content channel you've grown yourself What This Role Is Not Worth being direct about this. This is not a video editing job. If your strongest skill is post-production and your technical depth is "I can follow along," this isn't the right fit. We can teach editing; we can't teach technical judgment. It's also not a role where someone else designs the demo, and you just point a camera at it. You're expected to find the use case, not just capture it. What Success Looks Like in 90 Days 2–3 original use cases you designed and built yourself inside Harness, each turned into a piece of content A recording workflow you run independently, no one else needs to be behind the camera for you to ship Early signal (watch time, returning viewers) on which use cases and capabilities are actually resonating with practitioners A clear, credible point of view, in the content itself, on what a specific Harness capability solves and how a practitioner would actually use it Work Location Remote within the U.S What you will have at Harness Competitive salary Comprehensive healthcare benefits Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Flexible work schedule Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Flexible Time Off and Parental Leave Monthly, quarterly, and annual social and team building events Monthly internet reimbursement The anticipated base salary range for this position is $150,000 and $162,000 annually. Salary is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. We've grown fast, stayed lean, and secured our place as a leader in the industry. If you have excellent English communication skills and are ready to contribute to the most innovative platform on the planet, Tether is the place for you. Are you ready to be part of the future? About the job QV.AC is a general purpose AI assistant that runs locally on your devices. It gives people real control over their data and how they use AI. No cloud dependency, no data harvesting, and no one else's servers between you and your assistant. Our focus is local, on-device, privacy-preserving AI, connected across Tether's peer-to-peer ecosystem. We're building the AI assistant people actually own. Product sets the direction. We're looking for a Product Engineering Lead to turn that direction into features people love, built to a standard that holds up on real devices with real constraints. You lead the teams that build QV.AC's features and app experience on top of our local AI stack, each with its own lead. You report directly to the CTO and take direction from product. Product owns the what and the why. You own the how and the engineering bar. The split is roughly 70% engineering leadership and 30% product. You're a combination of three things. You're an engineering leader who has helped teams ship consumer products at speed. You have real product sense and can partner with PMs as an equal, shaping what gets built, not just executing it. And you have an intuition for AI systems and their limits, so you can turn emerging capabilities into features that work reliably on-device, without needing to build the models yourself. Responsibilities Engineering - Run the app and feature teams day to day: unblocking, reviewing, and keeping them shipping.- Set and hold a high engineering bar for performance, reliability, and clean APIs.- Own the technical design of features and the API surface between our AI core and the app.- Make sure your teams work closely with our AI research and deep tech teams on code reviews, design, and anything that touches models or inference. Product Partnership - Work alongside QV.AC's product managers to turn vision and roadmap into scoped, buildable work.- Push back when scope and reality don't match, and propose better paths when they exist.- Bring an engineering perspective to product decisions, especially on what local models can do well today and what they can't yet.- Help the team move fast, using AI tools and quick prototypes to validate ideas before committing to them. Leadership - Create clarity around team goals and make sure everyone knows what success looks like.- Mentor team leads to build strong team operating systems, improve how their teams work with others, and grow as leaders.- Lead by example: roll up your sleeves when the team needs it, and step back when they're ready to own it. Mandatory: Experience managing engineers or engineering leads who ship consumer product, ideally AI-powered apps. Strong product sense : you can tell a good feature from a busy one. Intuition for applied AI and on-device constraints : model size, latency, memory, battery, and the gap between a good demo and a reliable feature. You don't need ML research expertise, because our core abstracts it away. You use AI tools heavily in your own work and enjoy experimenting with new models and capabilities. Deep JavaScript and React . Initiative, curiosity, resilience , and the ability to give and receive direct critique. Preferred: Bonus: Experience with local or on-device inference, LLM evals, cross-platform mobile and desktop apps, or open source . Important information for candidates Recruitment scams have become increasingly common. To protect yourself, please keep the following in mind when applying for roles: Apply only through our official channels. We do not use third-party platforms or agencies for recruitment unless clearly stated. We do not conduct interviews over WhatsApp, Telegram, or SMS. All communication is done through official company emails and platforms. Double-check email addresses. All communication from us will come from emails ending in @ tether.to or @ tether.io We will never request payment or financial details. If someone asks for personal financial information or payment at any point during the hiring process, it is a scam. Please report it immediately. Mission Neko is redefining what prevention means, from treating illness when it arrives, to sustaining health before it's ever at risk. Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear. In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It's a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives. Role Purpose Neko is moving from teaching people to build with AI to reinventing its largest workflows, aiming for step changes and not 10% gains (Chase 10X, not 10%). The AI Acceleration Specialist is a consultant builder who works with teams across Neko: they build the thing, teach the team to build it, or design the solution and hand it over. The role helps run the internal product development lifecycle (discovery, building, distribution, adoption, iteration) and is judged on adoption, not on building (Impact, not activity). The longer-term aim is an embedded AI builder in each team, as the People team already has. What You'll Deliver in the First 6-12 Months • Fluency in the internal product development lifecycle, applied in every engagement without step-by-step direction. • Workflows you own from discovery to adoption stay in use. Success is adoption, not building, with tracking in place from the start. The target figure depends on the size of each build and is still to be set. (Impact, not activity) • Consulting engagement, tracked: how many one-to-ones and team sessions helped others learn or unblock. (Tech-enabled, human-centred) • At least two high-value workflows mapped and redesigned with the teams that own them, with a before-and-after in hours or money agreed with the owner. (Chase 10X, not 10%) • AI Acceleration's own intake and tracking running with less manual coordination, owned end to end within a defined remit. Minimum Qualifications • One to three examples of taking a business problem, listening to it, and building and deploying a solution, with at least one owned end to end on moderate complexity and limited guidance. Internships, early roles and strong projects count. • High trainability and a growth mindset: learns fast and applies it without being asked. • Process mapping, or visible willingness to learn it quickly. A short course is available. • Working familiarity with applied AI: large language models, context, retrieval, agents, connectors and evaluation. • A bias toward adoption: goes back, watches the team work with it, and helps work out what is not landing. Preferred Qualifications • A background in GTM engineering, solutions consulting or AI operations. • Empathy and a supportive instinct: can teach non-engineers and stay with a team through a build. • An interest in systems: sees AI Acceleration as itself a workflow worth improving.
