IMPORTANT: Please be aware, scammers may try to impersonate Zello by reaching out regarding job opportunities. We will never ask you for bank account information, checks, or other sensitive information as part of our hiring process. All correspondence will come from the zello.com email domain. If you're unsure, please email ----- with questions. About Zello Zello is a voice-first communication platform, powered by our industry-leading push-to-talk technology, to improve collaboration and productivity for desk-less workers. With over 175+ million users, we're the #1 rated push-to-talk app in the world, delivering 9 billion (yes, with a B) messages a month. At Zello, our company values are at the heart of what we do everyday. We're proud to serve the frontline, we're privileged to connect people in times of crisis across the globe, and we're honored to support first responders. And this is where you come in. Zello keeps frontline teams connected with instant push-to-talk voice. Our customer base across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific is growing faster than separate sales and support queues can keep up with. This role owns the inbound experience for those customers end to end, from the first pricing question to the first support ticket, so new customers buy faster and stay longer. You'll be based in Munich, report to our Sales Leader EMEA, and work closely with our Account Executives, Support, and Customer Success teams. After a successful first year, you will Have owned inbound EMEA and APAC leads end to end, responding to every new inquiry within one business day and converting at least 20% of qualified leads into paying customers. Have closed a steady monthly run-rate of new SMB deals and plan upgrades, with every opportunity tracked accurately in HubSpot. Have resolved at least 80% of support tickets on first contact, with customer satisfaction at or above team target. Have built a library of macros, setup guides, and FAQ answers that measurably reduced repeat tickets on the most common topics. Have handed off at least 10 qualified expansion opportunities to Account Executives, becoming a reliable source of enterprise pipeline. What you'll do Respond to inbound inquiries, demo requests, and trial sign-ups from across EMEA and APAC, qualify them, and close SMB deals and plan upgrades. Run demos and onboarding calls in English, showing frontline teams how Zello fits the way they already work. Work the support queue in HubSpot: troubleshoot account, channel, and device issues across Android, iOS, rugged handsets, and PTT accessories. Escalate what you can't solve to Tier 2 and Engineering with clean reproduction steps, and close the loop with the customer. Keep HubSpot accurate, with every contact, deal, and ticket logged and a clear next step. Spot customers outgrowing self-serve and hand them to Account Executives with the context they need to win. Turn recurring questions into help content and macros, and feed customer feedback back to Product. Who you are You've spent 2+ years in a role that combined selling and supporting customers, such as inside sales, SaaS support, or customer success, and can point to deals you closed and customers you kept. You speak and write fluent English. Another language is a plus. You're based in Munich, or ready to be. You troubleshoot hands-on: you're comfortable setting up Android and iOS devices, two-way radios or rugged handsets, and working through Wi-Fi, LTE, or Bluetooth issues until it works. You've worked in HubSpot or a comparable CRM and ticketing tool, and you keep your records clean without being chased. You explain technical things in plain language to people who aren't technical, like a warehouse supervisor or a dispatcher mid-shift. You follow through: when you tell a customer you'll get back to them, you do, and they remember it. You raise problems early and share what you learn, so the next ticket or deal goes faster for the whole team. This Role Is Not A pure support role measured only on ticket volume. Sales outcomes are half the job. An enterprise Account Executive role. Large, multi-stakeholder deals go to the AE team. A Tier 3 engineering role. You diagnose and escalate; you don't fix code. A people management role. We hire for potential, passion for our mission, and a knack for solving difficult problems over checking every qualification box. We have competitive pay, equity with significant upside, and intentionally design our benefits to encourage healthy and well-balanced employees, flexible schedules and time off. We even offer a sabbatical after every five years of service so you're able to pursue and enjoy what matters most to you. And of course, we wouldn't be a technology company without a ping-pong table and free snacks in our break room. Join us! Zello provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. Scientific Account Executive
AdaptyvSwitzerland, Germany17 days ago

gorsalesaccount managementcustomer successonboarding+3

Adaptyv is building an automated lab that lets AI agents run biology experiments. We're entering the era of agentic science where AI models can now design novel proteins, propose hypotheses, and iterate on experimental results. But they can't run the experiments themselves - that's still a manual, months-long process. We're building the infrastructure that gives AI agents access to the physical world. We are one of the fastest growing biotech companies, trusted by leading biopharmas, frontier AI labs, and the techbio companies pushing the field forward. This is a rare chance to help advance some of the most important work happening in biotech today. Our automated lab is powered by a deep software + hardware stack: lab instruments worth millions of USD reverse-engineered into API-controllable hardware, dozens of devices orchestrated through complex workflows, full observability on everything that happens in the lab, processing pipelines for messy physical-world data, and AI systems that troubleshoot production results and accelerate assay development. We're growing rapidly and are hiring for talented people to scale and support the massive demand for AI-driven wet lab experimentation. About the role This is a hybrid sales and customer success role for someone with real scientific depth. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers — from first conversation through ongoing engagement. That means understanding what a protein design team is actually trying to achieve, helping them pick the right assays, making sure their experiments are set up correctly, and translating results back into language that's useful for their programs. The day-to-day: Running technical sales calls where you discuss binding kinetics, expression systems, and assay design, not just pricing Onboarding new customers and helping them design their first experiments on the platform Monitoring ongoing accounts, flagging issues early, and proactively suggesting next steps based on their results Working with the biology team to troubleshoot when a customer's experiment doesn't go as expected Identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts — new targets, new assay types, larger campaigns You won't be handed a script. You'll need to understand the science well enough to earn trust from PhD-level protein engineers and CSOs, while also being commercially sharp enough to close deals and grow accounts. Responsibilities Own the full customer lifecycle: prospecting, technical sales conversations, deal closing, onboarding, and ongoing account management. Serve as the technical point of contact for customers. Understand their protein engineering goals and recommend the right experiments (binding, expression, thermostability, enzyme activity). Understand and explain our assay capabilities in depth: BLI, SPR, cell-free expression, and emerging assay types. Know when each is appropriate and what the data means. Work closely with the biology team to ensure experiments are designed correctly and results are communicated clearly. Build and maintain a pipeline of commercial opportunities across customer segments: AI-driven protein design companies, biotech startups, pharma R&D teams, and academic labs. Develop proposals and quotes tailored to customer needs, from small pilot experiments to large-scale data generation campaigns. Represent Adaptyv at conferences and industry events. Be able to have deep technical conversations at the booth, not just hand out brochures. Feed customer insights back to the product and biology teams: what assays are people asking for, what's missing, where are we losing deals. What we're looking for Scientific background in protein engineering, biochemistry, biophysics, or a related field. You should be comfortable discussing binding kinetics (KD, kon, koff), expression systems, and assay design without needing to look things up. Experience in a customer-facing technical role: field application scientist, technical sales, scientific account management, or similar. CRO or biotech vendor experience is a strong plus. Commercially driven. You care about revenue, pipeline, and closing deals, not just having interesting scientific conversations. Strong communicator who can adapt to the audience: detailed and technical with a scientist, concise and business-focused with a VP. Self-starter who can manage their own pipeline and priorities without heavy oversight. Genuine interest in AI-driven protein design and the companies working in this space. You follow what's happening in the field. Application deadline We are reviewing applicants on a rolling basis. Find more English Speaking Jobs in Switzerland on Arbeitnow

Enterprise SDR - London
BLP Digital AGLondon, Germany17 days ago

procurementhubspotcrmbusiness developmentoutboundsdr+7

Join BLP and help make the world's business processes autonomous! Our agentic platform helps finance and operations teams worldwide remove manual work from their core business processes, so work runs end-to-end with greater control and significant productivity gains. Today, over 550 enterprise customers use BLP across 1,300+ deployed projects. In the processes we automate, customers achieve productivity improvements of 5 to 10 times. To date, BLP remains majority employee-owned, with Goldman Sachs holding a minority stake as a growth investor. Our success is driven by deep expertise in technology and business processes, a superior product with strong product-market fit, reflected in an expanding customer base that includes Fortune 500 companies. BLP is one of Switzerland's fastest-growing SaaS scale-ups; we are now entering our next phase of growth. From our headquarters on Zürich's Bahnhofstrasse, we're expanding globally, with a growing presence across Europe and North America. Join us and help make autonomous operations the new standard. What the job actually feels like This is a build job. When you join, BLP has no UK pipeline, no UK case studies, and no local playbook. It's not the well-oiled machine with sophisticated processes for everything. What you get instead: an experienced Account Executive sitting next to you, a reporting line to the VP of Business Development and a strong DACH SDR team behind you. You get a winning product and a market nobody here has sold into yet. All of that comes with strong support from the Switzerland HQ. Your first job is to work out who buys, why, and what makes them pick up the phone. You will hear no far more often than yes. The yes is a 30-minute discovery call with a CFO, COO, or Head of Finance at a large UK manufacturer or industrial business, where you run the meeting, present the value, and map the stakeholders live. If you want a finished machine to plug into, this is the wrong role. If you want to help build the machine, read on. About the role As our Founding SDR in London, you own outbound into UK enterprise accounts. You will prospect and open relationships with Finance and Procurement leaders (CFO, COO, Head of Shared Services, Process Excellence, AP) and generate qualified opportunities for our agentic AI platform automating Purchase-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash. Don't expect inbounds to carry you from day one. You are one of the first commercial hires on the ground in a new market. You prospect, you run the connect calls, and you help write the playbook the next UK hires will use. You report directly to the VP of Business Development for now, work day to day with the UK Account Executive as a tag-team, and lean on the DACH SDR team for what already works. You will monitor the UK market with regards to procurement and finance processes, ERP transformation announcements and buying triggers, and turn what you learn into better targeting. We need you to flag what is not working early and bring it to the team, so we fix the approach fast instead of grinding on a broken one. Once the UK team reaches critical mass and shows initial success, we hire a local team lead (internally or externally). Tech stack You will work with a sharp outbound stack: HubSpot as our CRM and source of truth, Clay for enrichment and signal-based prospecting, Claude for AI assisted tasks and research, and LinkMatch to keep LinkedIn and HubSpot in sync without manual logging. That said, the work has a strong outbound and calling focus. You will help decide what to add as the motion matures. We're excited about you because You have roughly 2 to 5 years of experience in a B2B SaaS SDR or BDR role, most of it outbound, and you have built or helped build an outbound motion rather than only working an established one. You know the UK market and can navigate UK enterprise buyers, ideally with experience selling to Finance, Procurement, or Operations. You can run a discovery call with a senior stakeholder: you hold the room, communicate clearly, adapt to a CFO or a Head of Procurement, and understand the buying center. You are comfortable with ambiguity. No inbound, no case studies, no script on day one does not rattle you, it interests you. You see opportunity. You enjoy problem-solving and have a natural curiosity that drives you to find creative solutions. You are looking for a role that comes with key responsibility beyond the typical SDR scope. You take ownership, ask for help when you are stuck, act on feedback, and pass on what you learn to the people who join after you. Bonus points You have been a founding or first SDR in a new market, or helped stand up a new territory. You know the ERP domain, or have sold Finance, Procurement, or industrial software and are familiar with P2P/O2C processes. You are familiar with HubSpot as a CRM and Clay. You speak another European language. What you'll get London Office. This role is based in our London office, You will spend regular time with your DACH peers in our HQ in Zurich and are invited over for onboarding. Onboarding built for a founding rep. There is onboarding material that trains you on our product, you get a buddy from the DACH SDR team and direct support from the VP Business Development. High earning potential. Uncapped commission and potential for a 6-figure package. Equal OTEs. As we share the same incentives, you'll be comped as the Account Executives. Opportunities to grow. You're controlling your personal development and career trajectory in a rapidly growing, internationally expanding startup. Exceptional colleagues. You'll be growing alongside individuals from exceptional academic backgrounds and careers. Learn more about blp and our values at blp.digital/company/careers . About Telnyx Telnyx is an industry leader that's not just imagining the future of global connectivity—we're building it. From architecting and amplifying the reach of a private, global, multi-cloud IP network , to bringing hyperlocal edge technology right to your fingertips through intuitive APIs, we're shaping a new era of seamless interconnection between people, devices, and applications. We're driven by a desire to transform and modernize what's antiquated, automate the manual, and solve real-world problems through innovative connectivity solutions. As a testament to our success, we're proud to stand as a financially stable and profitable company. Our robust profitability allows us not only to invest in pioneering technologies but also to foster an environment of continuous learning and growth for our team. Our collective vision is a world where borderless connectivity fuels limitless innovation. By joining us, you can be part of laying the foundations for this interconnected future. We're currently seeking passionate individuals who are excited about the opportunity to contribute to an industry-shaping company while growing their own skills and careers. The opportunity We're looking for a Director or VP of Enterprise Sales to build and lead our direct enterprise business across Europe. This is distinct from our ISV and platform sales motion. The mandate is to win major European enterprises, create a focused regional playbook and build the organization to scale it. We'll calibrate the title to the leader's experience and scope. Europe's largest enterprises are moving more communications and customer workflows into software and AI, but they face real constraints around data residency, telecom requirements, legacy systems, procurement and cross-border operations. They need partners that understand where infrastructure runs, how it connects, what it costs and how to deploy reliably in production. Telnyx has an unusual platform for those conversations: its own network and communications stack, integrated with AI and inference capabilities. The opportunity is to make that technical differentiation relevant to the buying priorities of European multinationals, prove it in initial deployments and expand into durable enterprise relationships. What you'll build A European enterprise organization. Build an initial team of eight enterprise account executives, paired one-to-one with field development engineers (FDEs). Establish the pod model, hiring bar, management cadence and shared technical-sales accountability. Scale toward 16 sellers only when repeatable performance supports it. A deliberate country and account plan. Prioritize markets and industries based on addressable revenue, readiness to buy, competitive advantage and our ability to serve customers well. Start with a named-account strategy then segment for scale across Europe. A disciplined multinational sales motion. Build relationships with country operators and central buying groups, navigate local and global stakeholders, and manage complex security, legal and procurement processes. Know when a local use case can become an enterprise-wide standard. Technically credible solution selling. Lead with the customer's operational and economic problem, then prove the architecture with FDEs through demos, technical validation, integrations and production pilots. Be precise about network performance, AI inference, data handling, security and deployment requirements. Repeatable commercial plays. Package wins in customer engagement, contact centers, AI agents, programmable voice and messaging, real-time network services and AI infrastructure into examples the team can take across similar European accounts. Work with Product and Marketing on localized customer proof and industry narratives where they matter. An operating system for profitable growth. Own pipeline generation, forecasting, territory design, conversion, rep productivity, hiring, coaching and deal inspection. Partner closely with Marketing, Product, RevOps and Customer Success, and coordinate with our other regional and ISV teams on account ownership and expansion. How we'll measure success The ultimate scorecard is revenue. We will measure net-new European enterprise ARR, qualified pipeline, win rates, sales cycles, forecast accuracy and AE/FDE pod productivity. A healthy pipeline consists of real buyers, clearly defined use cases, executable deployment paths and credible deal economics. Expansion should follow initial production success, not just an impressive proof of concept. Early success means building an exceptional initial team, identifying a defensible set of priority markets and named accounts, personally helping progress lighthouse deals and establishing replicable wins. Longer term, we want a European enterprise organization that can forecast reliably and grow without requiring bespoke execution on every account. Who you are You've built and led enterprise sales teams across multiple European markets and personally helped close substantial, complex B2B technology deals with large regional or multinational customers. You understand how European enterprises buy, including regional differences in procurement, security, data handling and decision-making. You can distinguish a real requirement from a sales objection and won't make unsupported compliance claims. You have technical fluency in areas such as cloud infrastructure, AI, networking, developer platforms or communications. You can work directly with FDEs and customer architects to turn a demanding evaluation into a production deployment. You know how to allocate coverage across countries and industries, recruit strong local talent and run a distributed organization with a consistent performance standard. You bring rigorous forecasting, genuine pipeline discipline, strong executive presence and a record of turning initial deployments into larger, multi-year relationships. You're a builder who still enjoys customers, recruiting and deals. You don't need a fully formed regional machine before you can produce results. Why Telnyx You will build a direct enterprise business across one of the world's most demanding markets, with meaningful ownership of regional strategy, team design and major customer relationships. The underlying technology is real, the company has scale and momentum, and you will work closely with senior technical and go-to-market leadership. Equal opportunity Telnyx is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applicants from different backgrounds and evaluate candidates based on the skills and experience relevant to the role. #LI-RH1 Find Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow
