The Opportunity: Data privacy has become one of the most strategic challenges facing modern enterprises, sitting at the intersection of AI governance, data operations, and customer trust. As companies adopt AI at scale, they need new ways to automate privacy and manage risk without slowing innovation. DataGrail has launched the first agentic privacy platform, and we're entering a pivotal phase of growth as we scale toward the next stage of the business. As an IT & Business Systems Manager, you'll independently own IT and Business Systems for DataGrail, including endpoints, applications, and day-to-day operations for our team — operating with significant autonomy and shaping how the function runs, Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you'll be the face of technology for DataGrail's employees, the first call when something breaks, and the person building the automated, self-service systems that let the company scale without scaling manual support. You'll partner closely with Security to build the controls DataGrail needs for ISO compliance, with real ownership over how this function evolves — and you'll extend the security engineering function's execution capacity, partnering hands-on across day-to-day security workstreams rather than simply implementing controls handed down from Security. This is a chance to take a function in transition and build it into something modern: moving IT from reactive support to an automated, self-service operation, partnering directly with Security on ISO compliance, and growing the scope of the role as DataGrail scales. What You'll Do: Own IT and business systems operations for DataGrail's remote workforce, including endpoint management, identity, and the SaaS application footprint — provisioning and deprovisioning employee access across every tool, with an accurate inventory of renewals reviewed monthly. Deliver hands-on technical support across the company, resolving issues at the desktop level and setting the standard for fast, first-call resolution. Run onboarding and offboarding for the device and account lifecycle, delivering a smooth new-hire IT experience and a clean exit when people leave. Partner with Security to build and maintain the access controls, endpoint policies, and audit trails required for ISO compliance. Partner hands-on with DataGrail's security engineer, executing across day-to-day security workstreams such as tooling rollouts, and access reviews. Build automation and self-service tooling that reduces manual ticket volume while preserving strong controls and visibility. Administer DataGrail's Apple-based fleet end to end, from MDM policy to OS upgrades to hardware lifecycle. Manage vendor relationships and DataGrail's SaaS vendor management process — onboarding and offboarding vendors and maintaining accurate records ensuring technology spend goes toward the right long-term solutions. Partner proactively across functions — surfacing IT needs, aligning on priorities, and serving as a reliable, go-to point of contact for teams that depend on IT — building the systems and automation that make it easy for cross-functional partners to self-serve What You'll Bring Proven, senior-level experience independently owning a distributed, remote-first IT environment at a company DataGrail's size — spanning endpoints, identity, and business applications, with full accountability for the function rather than execution against someone else's roadmap. A track record of operating with high autonomy — setting direction for the function, making judgment calls independently, and being trusted with minimal day-to-day oversight. Hands-on experience administering MDM platforms (e.g., Kandji, Jamf, Hexnode) and Apple hardware and OS in an enterprise setting. Strong understanding of identity and access management tools like Okta, and how they intersect with security and compliance requirements. Experience building or maturing security and compliance controls, such as endpoint compliance or access reviews, ideally in support of a framework like ISO 27001. Comfort executing on security initiatives you didn't design, including vulnerability remediation, tooling rollouts, access reviews — working effectively in support of another owner's strategy. A track record of automating manual IT workflows through scripting or self-service tooling to reduce ticket volume and improve consistency. Scripting experience in Python, and working with Claude Code and other AI tooling for building automation and self-service tools and supporting Security functions as needed. . Experience managing IT vendor relationships and technology spend against a formal vendor management process. Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders. Bonus Points ISO 27001 (or similar framework) certification, or direct experience supporting an ISO audit. Prior IT experience in a regulated industry or another SaaS company handling sensitive data. What Success Looks Like Within 90 Days You'll: Learn DataGrail's systems, tools, and team, and take ownership of IT helpdesk coverage so employees have reliable, first-call support again. Within 180 Days You'll: Independently own endpoint and access management, with foundational ISO-relevant controls in place, early automation and self-service initiatives underway, and functioning as an active hands-on execution partner to the security engineer. Within 365 Days You'll: Have positioned DataGrail for ISO audit readiness, with self-service systems in place that reduce manual ticket handling while strengthening the company's control and audit posture. Please note that the base compensation range below is a guideline and the final compensation will be based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies. Our compensation ranges apply to all US-based job postings regardless of state. All full-time regular employees are eligible for equity, health, dental & vision insurance plans, remote-first working environment, 401k savings plan, parental leave, wellness benefits, flexible time off, paid holidays, and a work from home stipend. Benefits are subject to change. Compensation Range $130,000—$175,000 USD About Us: DataGrail is the Agentic Data Privacy Platform. We help the world's leading brands such as HubSpot, FanDuel, Dexcom, Major League Soccer, and Okta automate privacy and control risk with secure, human-governed AI that scales. The Opportunity: Data privacy has become one of the most strategic challenges facing modern enterprises — sitting at the intersection of AI governance, data operations, and customer trust. As companies adopt AI at scale, they need new ways to automate privacy and manage risk without slowing innovation. DataGrail has launched the first agentic privacy platform, and we're entering a pivotal phase of growth as we scale toward the next stage of the business. As a Technical Success Engineer , you'll serve as the first line of contact for questions coming through our support queue, investigating bugs, escalating when needed, and staying with each issue until it's resolved. You'll partner with Customer Success to ensure successful technical implementation for customers, and keep DataGrail's public documentation up to date. You'll also see firsthand what blocks customers in the product, and you'll partner regularly with Product and Engineering to help shape upcoming features. DataGrail is an AI-first organization, and you'll use tools like Claude and Claude Code every day to work more efficiently, right alongside the rest of the team. What You'll Do: Serve as DataGrail's tier 1 technical support, resolving requests directly and flagging what needs deeper expertise. Investigate and reproduce reported bugs, then escalate to Engineering with clear repro steps and context. Facilitate the back-and-forth between Engineering and the customer, and close the loop once a fix or workaround ships. Partner with Customer Success to ensure successful technical implementation for customers. Keep DataGrail's public documentation up to date. Identify recurring patterns in support tickets to help improve processes and documentation, enabling customers to self-serve enablement and troubleshooting as much as possible, and helping drive down resolution time and key SLAs. Contribute to DataGrail's AI-first workflows, helping build and improve the shared tools, prompts, and processes that help the team move faster. Partner closely with Product and Engineering, surfacing what's blocking customers in the product and feeding that insight into upcoming features. What You'll Bring: Strong technical background from an engineering, technical support, or implementation role. Familiarity with at least one programming language, ideally Ruby on Rails, with the ability to write scripts to diagnose issues. Ability to reproduce an issue, gather technical context from a non-technical customer, and dig through logs to paint a complete picture for Engineering. Strong written communicator, comfortable working directly with customers via email or Zoom, able to translate technical issues into clear guidance for both customers and engineers. Comfortable being pulled in multiple directions at once, able to multitask and shift between competing high-priority issues throughout the day. Comfortable operating in ambiguity, asking good questions, and experimenting with new approaches as the support function matures. An AI-first mindset: you use tools like Claude and Claude Code daily and contribute to the shared AI workflows and processes that help the whole team move faster. A habit of flagging process or tooling improvements when you spot a recurring problem. Bonus Points Experience with REST APIs and authentication protocols such as SAML and SSO. Experience with logging and observability tools such as Datadog or Sentry. Familiarity with AWS or cloud infrastructure basics. Familiarity with SQL and analytics. What Success Looks Like: Within 90 Days You'll: Be fully ramped on DataGrail's product and support workflows, responding to tickets independently. Be able to independently handle day-to-day technical support requests, and know when and how to loop in others for the more complex ones. Successfully investigate a bug, raise it with Engineering with clear repro steps, and close the loop with the customer. Make your first contributions to DataGrail's public documentation. Within 180 Days You'll: Own front-line technical support end-to-end for all the requests that come your way. Contribute regularly to DataGrail's public documentation, both writing new content and reviewing existing pages. Be a reliable partner to Customer Success on customer technical implementation. Start spotting recurring patterns in tickets and sharing early ideas for improving processes and reducing resolution time. Within 365 Days You'll: Be a go-to resource for technical support questions. Help drive down resolution time and consistently meet strong SLA targets, including time to first response. Take ownership of reducing the volume of issues escalated to Engineering, closing gaps in documentation, tooling, and support-level fixes. Stay closely attuned to patterns and pain points across support, proactively raising product gaps as feature requests, and closing documentation gaps yourself rather than just flagging them. Please note that the base compensation range below is a guideline and the final compensation will be based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies. About Dutchie Founded in 2017, Dutchie is a comprehensive technology platform powering dispensary operations, while providing consumers with safe and easy access to cannabis. Powering thousands of dispensaries across 40+ markets throughout the United States and Canada, Dutchie is the leading technology company in the cannabis space and was named in Fast Company's 10 Most Innovative Companies in North America and listed two years in a row on LinkedIn's Top 50 Startups. Dutchie has raised over $600M in funding to date, backed by D1 Capital Partners, Tiger Global, Dragoneer, DFJ Growth, Thrive Capital, Howard Schultz, Snoop Dogg's Casa Verde Capital, Gron Ventures, members of the founding team at DoorDash, Kevin Durant's Thirty Five Ventures, and other notable angel investors. About This Job The Senior Project Manager, GTM Launch owns the launch management system that gets Dutchie's feature and product launches from ready-to-launch through adoption and measurable impact across our full product suite. This is a senior, autonomous role within Revenue Operations, acting as the connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Enablement, Marketing, Support, go-to-market teams, and most importantly, our customers. You will lead complex launches with minimal oversight, proactively surface risk before it becomes an escalation, and own change management for both internal teams and customers. You'll be equally comfortable driving a cross-functional operating cadence, influencing senior stakeholders when scope or timing is at risk, and pulling adoption data yourself to measure success and impact. Success is not simply shipping on time; it is ensuring teams are ready, customers understand the value, adoption follows, and each launch makes the next one better. What You'll Do… Own end-to-end project management for assigned feature and product launches — scoping, sequencing, timelines, dependencies, go/no-go criteria, and post-launch follow-through — in partnership with Product and Engineering leads. Maintain the launch board as the single source of truth, ensuring active launches have clear status, ownership, dependencies, risks, decisions, and next steps. Establish and run efficient, action-oriented launch cadences that keep cross-functional teams aligned, surface decisions early, and drive clear accountability. Design and run internal change management for each launch, including readiness plans for Sales, CSM, Support, Implementation, Marketing, and Enablement, with clear ownership of what must be true before GA. Design and run customer-facing change management, including rollout sequencing, customer communications, pilot or cohort strategy, and coordination with Marketing and Support. Proactively identify blocked or at-risk work, clarify tradeoffs, and coordinate solutions before stakeholders have to escalate. Translate changes in scope, timing, or dependencies into clear downstream business and customer impact, and drive the right stakeholders toward decisions. Develop working product knowledge deep enough to answer audience, functionality, and semi-technical questions on each launch without unnecessary escalation, connecting feature-level detail to customer and business impact. Partner closely with Technical Writing and Enablement, validating that release notes, training materials, internal guidance, and customer communications accurately reflect product functionality and positioning. Define success metrics before launch across internal readiness and external outcomes such as adoption, activation, usage, customer sentiment, and support volume. Monitor post-launch performance and proactively engage pilot, alpha, or early-adopter customers to identify friction, validate value, and surface emerging risks. Build feedback loops that turn launch data and customer signals into action — flagging underperformance quickly and driving retrospectives that result in clear owners and follow-through. Continuously improve the launch operating system by identifying high-leverage process, tooling, or automation opportunities and driving stakeholder alignment through implementation. Use AI and the broader tool suite to accelerate research, synthesize launch signals, improve documentation and reporting, identify risk patterns, and reduce manual work — while applying judgment and validating outputs. What You Bring 5+ years of project or program management experience, with meaningful ownership of feature or product launches in a SaaS or technology GTM environment. Demonstrated ownership of change management for both internal teams and external customers, including readiness, communications, rollout strategy, and adoption. Strong analytical orientation: able to define launch success metrics, pull and interpret product or usage data, and translate findings into action. Proven track record of proactive communication and risk management — surfaces issues early, frames tradeoffs clearly, and drives toward resolution. Strong facilitation and operating-rhythm skills: keeps cross-functional groups focused, drives decisions, and creates clear accountability without relying on formal authority. Demonstrated curiosity and follow-through: builds enough product and domain expertise to represent launches credibly with stakeholders and customers, and validates rather than assumes. Experience improving cross-functional processes, systems, or tooling and driving those changes through adoption. Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence senior stakeholders, hold a line on scope or timeline with empathy, and adapt communication for technical, GTM, and customer audiences. It's a Bonus if You… Experience with SQL, Excel/Sheets, and BI or product analytics tools such as Hex or Pendo for pulling and interpreting launch data directly. Experience using AI/LLM tools to improve research, synthesis, documentation, reporting, workflow automation, or decision support. Cannabis, regulated industry, or other multi-segment (SMB / Mid-Market / Enterprise) GTM experience. Background working in or alongside a Revenue Operations function structured around the full customer lifecycle. You'll Get… We are targeting a starting salary of $102,000 - $138,000 based on the intended level for this role. In addition to cash compensation, our total rewards package includes: Full medical benefits including dental and vision plans to ensure you always have the best care. Equity packages in the form of stock options to all employees. Technology (hardware, software, reading materials, etc..) allowance Flexible vacation and sick days At Dutchie, we're committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
