What is Contentstack ? Contentstack is redefining how modern digital experiences are built and managed. As the pioneer of the Agentic Experience Platform (AXP), Contentstack brings together structured content and brand governance (Content Cloud), real-time customer data, omnichannel personalization (Data Cloud) and autonomous AI orchestration (Agent OS) into one unified system. While many organizations adopted headless CMS or standalone AI tools expecting transformation, they often found themselves managing disconnected systems and manual workflows. Contentstack helps enterprises move beyond that complexity by connecting content, data and AI in a way that makes digital experiences faster to launch, easier to manage and more adaptive in real time. Leading brands including Steve Madden, LG Electronics, Subaru of America, Dolce & Gabbana, ASICS, Decathlon, and Caesars Entertainment rely on Contentstack to reduce operational friction and deliver personalized, scalable digital experiences with confidence. The company is known for its customer-first culture and commitment to the communities it serves through the Contentstack Cares program. Learn more at www.contentstack.com . Who Are We? At Contentstack we are more than colleagues, we are a tribe. Our vision is to pursue equity among our communities, employees, partners, and customers. We are global-diverse yet close; distributed yet connected. We are dreamers and dreammakers who challenge the status quo. We do the right thing, even when no one is watching. We are curious trendspotters and brave trendsetters. Our mission is to make Contentstack indispensable for organizations to tell their stories and to connect with the people they care about through inspiring, modern experiences. We care deeply about our customers and the communities we serve. #OneTeamOneDream. Chalo, let's go! What Are We Looking For? We're looking for an experienced, commercially-minded Senior Partner Manager to build and own Contentstack's global agency partner motion. This is a senior-level individual contributor role with significant ownership and influence. You'll shape the agency partner strategy, build strategic relationships, create new go-to-market opportunities, and drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact. Contentstack is an AI-forward company, and we bring practical experience using AI tools and technologies to improve how we work, learn, solve problems, and drive impact. If you're excited by the opportunity to build a partner motion from the ground up, shape how we compete in the market, and make a measurable commercial impact, we'd love to hear from you! Here's what you'll be doing: Own the agency go-to-market strategy end to end — including target partner profile, messaging, offerings, and growth plans — across a portfolio of global agencies such as Code & Theory, Omnicom, WPP, Dentsu/Merkle, Razorfish, and Monks. Build and grow strategic agency relationships, expanding Contentstack's footprint across existing partners and turning opportunistic, project-by-project relationships into long-term partnerships. Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, with a focus on larger enterprise opportunities and increasing the mix of AXP-scale work. Build the agency go-to-market messaging and offering, positioning Contentstack for marketing leaders and CMOs and helping agencies see where we can compete alongside — and against — enterprise suites like Adobe and Optimizely. Partner with key ISVs to create a compelling better-together story and establish a mutual playbook around the Content Lifecycle demo and vision. Represent Contentstack with agency leadership and their clients through joint activations, executive briefings, live demos, ContentCon, and other market-facing opportunities. Help shape the broader partner organization by serving as a strategic resource on agency motions, messaging, and best practices. What Really Gets Us Excited About You? 8-12 years of experience in partner, alliances, or channel roles within enterprise SaaS, including at least 4 years working directly with global agencies or agency holding companies. Deep agency experience is critical. Demonstrated experience selling with global agencies, not simply alongside them, and building agency-specific go-to-market motions. You understand why agency partnerships require a different play than GSI partnerships. Proven experience turning opportunistic, project-by-project partner relationships into strategic, agreement-backed partnerships. A balance of partner sales, product marketing, and strategy. You can build the relationship, develop the approach with the resources available, and articulate what we need next. The ability to present a partner go-to-market plan and pitch Contentstack live and unscripted without relying on a Sales Engineer. This will be part of the interview process. A track record of selling to and influencing CMOs and marketing leaders, not only technical buyers. Experience positioning against enterprise suite incumbents such as Adobe and Optimizely, with the ability to apply lessons from both wins and losses. Comfort operating without a finished playbook. You've built partner programs, messaging, and enablement from the ground up. Strong communication, executive presence, and influence skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders across Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, and the executive team. Additional experience with headless CMS, DXP, DAM, retail/commerce, content operations, or partner marketing is a plus. You're comfortable with occasional travel. You value a collaborative, innovative, and fun culture! Salary for this role ranges between $145,000-165,000 based on skill set and experience What Do We Offer? Interesting Work | We hire curious trendspotters and brave trendsetters. This is NOT your boring, routine, cushy, rest-and-vest corporate job. This is the "challenge yourself" role where you learn something new every day, never stop growing, and have fun while you're doing it. Tribe Vibe | We are more than colleagues, we are a tribe. We have a strict "no a**hole policy" and enforce it diligently. This means we spend time together - with spontaneous office happy hours, organized outings, and community volunteer opportunities. We are a diverse and distributed team, but we like to stay connected. Bragging Rights | We are dreamers and dream makers. Our efforts pay off and we work with the most prestigious brands, from big-name retailers to airlines, to professional sports teams. Your contribution will make an impact with many of the most recognizable names in almost every industry including AirFrance KLM, ASICS, Burberry, Mattel, Mitsubishi, Walmart, and many more! One Team One Dream | This is one of our values, and it shows. We don't believe in artificial hierarchies. If you're part of the tribe, you have an opportunity to contribute. Your voice will be heard and you will also receive regular updates about the business and its performance. Which, btw, is through the roof, so it's a great time to be joining… To review our Privacy Policy, please click here .

We are seeking an experienced and technically-minded Partner Engineer to serve as the technical backbone of Contentstack's EMEA partner ecosystem. You'll work across systems integrators, digital agencies, ISVs, and technology alliance partners to help them confidently architect, build, and sell Contentstack-based solutions. Unlike a traditional pre-sales Solutions Engineer who owns the technical win on an individual opportunity, this role is focused on scaling our partners' technical capabilities. You'll own the technical relationship for a portfolio of 20–30 strategic EMEA partners and help them build the skills, solutions, and confidence to succeed without Contentstack in the room. This role sits within Product Experience, which sets the enablement approach and roadmap for our partner ecosystem, and works closely with the Partnerships team on account strategy and co-sell. Success is measured by what your partners can do independently and the strength of the technical ecosystem you help build. Contentstack is an AI-forward company, and we bring practical experience using AI tools and technologies to improve how we work, learn, build, and solve problems. If you're excited about helping partners build modern, composable digital experiences and shaping how our ecosystem scales across EMEA, we'd love to hear from you! Here's what you'll be doing: Own partner technical enablement: Build and execute enablement strategies across your portfolio, including training, certification paths, sandbox environments, tech talks, workshops, and office hours. Help shape our partner certification program alongside Academy and Enablement. Review partner solutions: Evaluate partner-built accelerators, integrations, and marketplace apps for architecture, performance, and alignment with Contentstack best practices, providing clear and credible technical feedback. Support pipeline and co-sell: Partner with Contentstack account teams on technical discovery, architecture reviews, demos, and POCs for partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities. Guide integration and solution architecture: Help partners design reference architectures and integrations across commerce, DAM, search, personalization, CDP, and emerging technologies. Support data governance and EU hosting: Serve as a technical resource on GDPR, data residency, and EU hosting considerations, helping partners design solutions that meet European data protection requirements. Own technical relationships: Serve as the senior technical point of contact for your named partners and build trusted relationships with their solution architects and engineering leaders. Create a feedback loop: Capture partner and field feedback on product, training, documentation, MCP, AI tooling, and competitive positioning, and bring those insights directly to Product and Developer Experience teams. What Really Gets Us Excited About You? 5-8 years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or solutions architecture within SaaS or PaaS, ideally across CMS, DXP, commerce, MACH, or composable technologies. Hands-on experience with headless and composable architectures, including APIs, SSR/SSG frameworks such as Next.js and Nuxt, and modern front-end delivery patterns. You're genuinely hands-on. You may not write production code every day, but you can build a working prototype when a partner conversation calls for one and are comfortable using AI coding tools such as Claude Code to move quickly. Familiarity across the Contentstack product family, with real depth in at least two areas such as hosting and delivery, CMS, DXP, CDP and personalization, or AI agents. Proven experience working in a partner or channel motion, with the ability to enable others to lead technical conversations rather than always owning them yourself. A track record of building and owning senior technical relationships with external organizations. Strong presentation, communication, and workshop facilitation skills for technical partner audiences. Working knowledge of agentic AI patterns, including MCP, with hands-on experience integrating generative AI into applications. Working knowledge of GDPR, data residency, and EU hosting considerations as they apply to digital experience platforms. Ability to translate fluently between technical partner teams and internal Product and Engineering stakeholders. Multilingual experience, with business fluency in a second European language alongside English, is a strong plus. Experience with CMS or DXP vendors such as Contentful, Storyblok, Magnolia, CoreMedia, Optimizely, Sitecore, or Adobe Experience Manager, or with the SI and agency partners implementing them, is a plus. Experience with commerce platforms such as commercetools, Shopify, or SAP Commerce Cloud, or search and personalization tools such as Algolia and Coveo, is a plus. Familiarity with partner program mechanics such as deal registration, PRM, co-sell tooling, and certification tiers is a plus. You are comfortable traveling up to 25% to partner sites, customer locations, and industry events. You value a collaborative, innovative, and fun culture! Salary for this role ranges between €80,000-100,000 based on skill set and experience What Do We Offer? Interesting Work | We hire curious trendspotters and brave trendsetters.
