About Re:Build At Re:Build, our mission is to ensure the next generation of important products are made, at scale, in America. We are laying the foundation for a better future for our customers, employees, and communities by revitalizing America's manufacturing base and creating meaningful jobs across the country, including in historically deindustrialized regions. We operate an advanced, end-to-end manufacturing platform that partners with industrial companies and innovators to take products from first concept to full-scale production in critical verticals including aerospace and defense, electrification, medical, energy and environment, and robotics and automation. The way we operate is as important as the work we do. It's guided by The Re:Build Way, 16 principles that shape how we collaborate with each other, partner with our customers and vendors, and contribute to the communities where we operate. (link to The Re:Build Way principles ) The Opportunity If you've worked alongside hardware teams, you know the damage that results from a missed change request or critical context that was never relayed to the right person. Reflow exists to close that gap. We're building the first AI-powered platform purpose-built for hardware product development, one that listens across the tools teams already use, maintains a structured picture of every program, and proactively coordinates across disciplines when things inevitably change. This is a ground-floor opportunity for a hands-on frontend engineer to shape the user experience of a high-potential product with the support of a parent company leading innovation in engineering and manufacturing. Who We're Looking For We're seeking a frontend engineer who cares deeply about building interfaces that are fast, intuitive, and delightful. The ideal candidate has shipped production React applications and has strong opinions on component architecture and design systems. You should already be using AI coding tools like Cursor, Copilot, or Claude to accelerate your work, with excitement about building the product that finally replaces the spreadsheets and status meetings that hardware teams have been stuck with for decades. This senior engineer will work alongside our engineering team and head of product to build the interfaces through which users manage structured engineering artifacts (requirements, project plans, dependencies), interact with ambient AI agents, and get real-time visibility into project health across disciplines. The role is hands-on - you will be coding daily while contributing to frontend architecture decisions and helping grow the design system as we scale. What You'll Do Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Building production-grade React applications with TypeScript Developing and maintaining a shared component library Building rich interfaces for structured engineering data: requirements with traceability, phase/gate tracking, dependency graphs, task boards with discipline tags, and version-controlled project plans Building interfaces for AI agent interactions including streaming chat, proactive coordination alerts, and AI-generated status summaries and deliverables (proposals, SOWs, reports) Implementing portfolio-level dashboards for engineering leaders and executives showing cross-project cost, schedule, and risk Writing well-tested code with unit and end-to-end tests Collaborating with backend engineers on API integration and client SDK usage Contributing to frontend architecture decisions, code reviews, and engineering best practices Technical RequirementsMust Have: 5+ years building production web applications, with 3+ years focused on React Demonstrated proficiency using AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude, etc.) to accelerate development Expert-level expertise with React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript Strong experience with component-driven development, design systems, and tools like Storybook Proficiency with CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS preferred) and responsive design Experience with modern build tools (Vite, esbuild, or similar) Understanding of API integration patterns (REST, OpenAPI, generated clients) Ability to balance rapid iteration with maintainable, well-tested code Highly Valuable: Have worked in early-stage 0 to 1 startup environments Familiarity with hardware development, engineering workflows, or project management processes Experience building UIs for AI/LLM-powered features (streaming responses, chat interfaces, structured AI output) Familiarity with headless component libraries (Base UI, Radix, Headless UI) Background in data visualization or dashboard-heavy applications Understanding of authentication/authorization patterns (OIDC, JWT) Experience with end-to-end testing frameworks (Playwright, Cypress) Background in B2B SaaS platforms, project management tools, or technical collaboration products What We Offer Real Impact : The opportunity to build purpose-built tooling for an entire industry that has never had it Customer Access : Direct exposure to hundreds of real hardware projects annually through Re:Build's engineering and manufacturing companies Technical Growth : Hands-on work with cutting-edge AI technologies solving novel technical challenges Autonomy : Backed by Re:Build while operating with startup independence Benefits : Full health/dental/vision, bonus program, generous 401K, paid time off, annual learning stipend Equity & Growth : Participation in Re:Build's LTIP equity program and opportunity for founder equity in potential spin-out Compensation & Location Location : Remote-first, with preference for candidates in Boston, Seattle, Los Angeles, or other cities with Re:Build offices Compensation : The base salary range for this position is $165,000 – $200,000 per year. This range represents the Company's good faith estimate of the base compensation for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans. The Company offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits. Potential equity stake under independent spinout scenario. Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. The BIG payoff We are a company who is going to make a difference in the industries and the communities in which we choose to operate. Every employee of Re:Build will share ownership in the company and will share in the financial rewards of the success we achieve together, at all levels of the company! We do not discriminate based upon race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, veteran status, marital status, parental status, cultural background, organizational level, work styles, tenure and life experiences. Or for any other reason. Re:Build is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities in our job application procedures. 🚀 About Nivoda Nivoda is a fast-growing B2B marketplace that is transforming the global diamond and gemstone industry. We connect buyers and sellers across the world, processing $300M+ in annual transactions and unlocking a $350B industry opportunity. We move fast, think big, and care deeply about the businesses and people we serve. 🌍 Our Mission The diamond trading industry has historically been fragmented, opaque, and inaccessible. Nivoda was founded to change that: to empower businesses of all sizes and locations to participate in a fair, efficient global marketplace. Every line of code, every integration, every automation we build brings us closer to that mission. 🤔 About the Role We are looking for a Sr. Content and Social Media Manager to own our social channels and be the creative engine behind our marketing campaigns. You are a storyteller first and an operator second: you can take an idea, shape it into something people actually want to watch and share, and make it show up consistently everywhere we publish. This is a connective role. You will own the content calendar, plan and run campaigns end to end, keep a strong and consistent presence on social, and run our newsletter. You will be the glue across marketing, making sure a campaign lands as one coherent story across social, email, and beyond rather than a set of disconnected posts. As the team grows we will add editorial depth alongside you (long-form writing and podcast production), so you can stay focused on what you do best: social, storytelling, and campaigns that move. What would you be doing? Own Nivoda's social media channels end to end, from strategy and calendar to publishing and community, with Instagram and our primary channels front and centre. Be the main creative force behind our marketing campaigns: come up with the idea, shape the story, and make it show up consistently across every channel. Own the content calendar and keep every channel in sync, so campaigns land as one coherent story rather than scattered posts. Plan and run campaigns end to end: the brief, the timeline, the assets, the launch, and the follow-through. Run "The Modern Jewellers Playbook", our newsletter. Own the cadence and the sends, and tie it into everything else we are publishing. Turn our bigger content moments, like interviews, launches, and guides, into a steady stream of social-first content that travels. Write social and short-form copy that sounds like a real person and makes independent jewellers stop scrolling. Work with our designer and video partners to ship content that looks as good as it reads, and with our paid marketer to amplify what is working. Be the connective tissue across marketing: link events, campaigns, and content so nothing happens in a silo. Track what performs across channels and use it to sharpen the calendar. Double down on what lands, and drop what does not. What do we need from you? 4+ years running social and content for a brand, with real ownership of channels and campaigns rather than just scheduling posts. You are a storyteller first. You know how to take an idea and make it land as a post, an email, a thread, or a reel. A body of social and campaign work you are proud of, ideally including channels you grew yourself. You can write. Quickly, well, and in a voice that sounds human rather than corporate. Sharp project management. You can run a content calendar and several campaigns at once without dropping any threads. Comfort working hands-on on a small team and building process where none exists. Fluent with the tools of modern social and content work, and happy to lean on AI to move faster. An instinct for what performs, and the discipline to let data settle the debates. Nice to have Knowledge of the jewelry industry Experience marketing to small business owners, retailers, or a trade and craft audience. Hands-on with short-form video: you can shoot and cut a reel yourself, or confidently direct someone who can. Experience running an email or newsletter program. Community-building experience, online or off. Our culture and what we offer We're a high-growth company in an exponential expansion phase. We move fast, operate with low hierarchy, and give people real ownership from day one. If you want to work somewhere you can genuinely shape things: not just maintain them: Nivoda is the place. Our current benefits 🕐 Flexible working hours and vibrant company culture 🏡 Remote work 📈 Opportunities for growth and learning 🌴 Unlimited holiday allowance 🚀 Chance to join during our exponential expansion phase Equal Opportunity Nivoda is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. Even if it seems you don't meet 100% of our musts, don't let that stop you from applying: we hire for potential and mindset, not just a checklist. Please submit your CV in English.
